Mission Inn and Suites

This hotel had sane guest that did not smoke outside my door. No one yelled, screamed, or slammed doors, or played loud music during the day or night. No Freeway traffic noise. Parking was easy. The bed was more comfortable than most. The AC was easy to control. The TV had adequate stations. The refrigerator worked well once I turned it to keep cool. Shower tub seemed safe to walk in. The shower curtain rod was mounted good. Shower head seemed low for an over 6 ft tall person like me. The bathroom tile floors were poorly repaired along with someone that does not know how to be neat when they calk around the tub. Over 6 tiles should have been replaced instead of re using broken pieces filled in with grout. Walking distance to pizza and restaurants.

Poorly maintained hotel!

The shower curtain was too short and would have gotten the bathroom floor all wet. In order to prevent that, I came up with this hack: I took a couple of hangers with clips and hung them at the bottom of the curtain to weigh it down to keep it within the bathtub. One more thing, the bathtub was gross. See photos.

Nothing much the front desk actually live there as well the lobby closed down have to stand at a window in daylight. Im standing there waiting and they just looking at me. So the kid yells out one of rooms mom u have a customer. The Mother didn’t care at all very unprofessional. Rude staff never will book there again. I had cash for deposit I also had a bank debit card would not accept either for my deposit. Had to use the restroom nowhere to even use the bathroom. Very bad experience.

They’re going to try and charge you an additional $150 for a “deposit” when you go to check in even if you already paid on Expedia

The location is convenient. The room was dirty, the shower didn't work, the lights kept shorting out, the towels were stained, the door didn't seal, there were strange stains on the bed and ceiling, the tub was dirty, and the staff acts suspicious of certain guests. Also, the booking said pet friendly, the additional $25 charge was a surprise. Misleading to say the least, predatory to say the most. Its a family owned establishment next to a 7/11... Its convenient, but uncomfortable.

The motel was very run down and in dire need of updating. We had a coffeemaker in the room but there was no coffee pot. The wonderful lady at the front desk made these inconveniences tolerable as she was very nice. The motel was run down.

The bed has hard, mold around the bath tub, no continental breakfast. They were going to give me wheat bread and very old cereal. Nothing was hot. I had to ask them about breakfast. And I was told I should come back in 5 mins while they set those items out.

Easy to find The fact the the employee literally harassed my friend and came out with a hammer looking thing. Not sure what she planned on doing with it but we were tired and I don’t appreciate my friend getting harassed

We were given a room with the door that's broken. We have to struggle and put our physical strength to just opening and closing the door each time we have to get out and come into our room. Very frustrating 😡

Horrible service gave me a key and entered into someone else’s room while they were in there. There was also a man constantly knocking on my door late at night and the area is horrible.

There were countless of spiders, bathtub, shower head, sink, under and over walls... I didn't stay after getting rash on some spots on many skins area... afraid they'll get into my ears, nose, or other hole. I cancelled the deal and left in 6 hours... I wished they'd refund the cost... to be doing a fair businesslike.

I keep coming here because it is cheap and pretty close to my job. I left a pair of pants one time and the next time I stayed, they were nice enough to let me know I forgot my article of clothing and give it back to me. I was impressed that they not only didn't throw it away, but remembered that they were mine. I appreciate the courtesy.

The worst parts of my stay is that I left with bed bug bites. Nest is that I didn’t get any rest which was the whole point of my stay. Banging at night and banging during the day due to construction which the hotel needed because there where literally multiple loose tiles in the floor, I almost fell several times. The shower was in terrible condition.

Customer service was lacking. Check in area wasnt clear and inside check in was closed before we got there at 7pm. Check out wasnt possible as no one would respond to the doorbell at 7am nor did they have grab and go breakfast as advertised. Did not feel welcome. The room was ordinary, but reasonably fine. I will stay there again, since the daily rate was great. Just a few things I noticed that were poor. The refrigerator door didn’t close all the way. I wasn’t able to take a bath, only the shower works. The pillows were kind of flat, in need of replacement. Etc.

The shower didn’t work properly (shower head) and the couch was dirty and over all I did not feel as though it was cleaned throughly or was attended to properly. For the price I thought it would have been a little bit better. I had a split second on should have booked a motel 6 instead it would have been cleaner and worked more better off for myself.

Faucets leaked and the light switches were a motion sensor nightmare. The lobby was closed at 4:00 PM. The manager called and said the room we reserved with two beds was no longer available. When we arrived another person gave us what we ordered after much frustration.

Unexpected deposit that's not worth it

I didn’t stay here because when I booked it it didn’t say you had to have a deposit then when I get there they told me I had to have a deposit so I ask for a refund they said no call Hotels.com an get a refund

No toilet paper or any kind of toiletries in the bathroom.

First room had roaches all over the room. When i asked for a different room the person at the lobby jumped on it right away. Second room a little cleaner but not much better. The back of the building was horrible. One of the guest was playing loud music and singing until 3 am. So i didnt get much sleep. 》to 5am and a couple is arguing and fighting. Save your money go elsewhere.

I will not stay here again. Hi his is a none star hotel.

It was horrible they sold our room.when we went to the hotel they had sold our room we had to drive 2 hrs out to find a place to stay. Will never be booking here again

7-11 next door and cleans streets. But very weird hotel. Shower didn't work, no wifi, old towels. Some of the guests were suspicious.

The room had a smell, there was no shower curtain, the cover had cigarett holes, the mini fridge had an nasty smell, the foot stool had white stuff all over it, there was no wash rags, people was hanging out on every floor.

Every thing it’s horrible

Awful, worst hotel I have ever stayed. Dirty and gross! The only reason we spent one night was because we got there so late!

They have #Breakfast on Advertising & also nigth shift front desk told me that Breakfast is from 6:00AM to 9:00AM i showed up next day at 7:00AM and lady at front desk told me that they don't have Breakfast by COVID19. I told her that All others Wyndham members have Complimentary Breakfast for to go. She told me again "We have NO Breakfast". Younshould take out Breakfast from your advertising thata why i booked becuase u offered breakfast and it's not true.

Amazing service. I was helped by front desk to bring my heavy e-bike upstairs. The bottom was booked. It would’ve been horrible if the young lady didn’t automatically jump in and happily assist me. 5 stars to her!!!!
