First git there check in and couldn't get out my room the lock was broken so they got me out and switched rooms.....then I work up next morning to get the free complimentary breakfast and there was none....just nurta grain bars and coffee☹️.....I wouldn't recommend to a dog

She said one thing no tv it doesn’t work aka it was punched. Now fine I would use my laptop although there weee 2 new TVs sitting in the boxes right there. The room was filthy she refuses to give a discount. Oh and don’t look for breakfast it’s nonexistent you can have A coffee and A granola bar she emphasized A saying one per person… I didn’t even brunch them I had no choice if not I would have found another hotel thank god I was only there one night

Clean room, staff was quick to attend, AC working and parking area was close to the room

When we were just about to leave. We saw a Cockroach We wased all our clothes and took car to get detailed So far we have not seen any at our home Also the lamp by the beds didn’t work

Nothing they canceled my reservation and then called me back told me I had to make payment otherwise they wouldn't rent to me... they took my money and I didn't even check in because the donnor pass was snowing so they wanted chains on the vehicle. When I called and let them know they said oh well. Thats your problem I didn't like any of it

I was offered a ground floor room. The bed, TV, bathroom, shower, fridge, microwave oven, lighting, and wifi were great. A great pizza place across the street. My neighbor had their TV too loud but it didn't ruin my stay. Orange juice dispenser was out of order.

We checked in late and the staff member was behind bulletproof glass. Yikes. She was really nice though. In the morning there was a guy smoking a big weed cigar right outside of his room (at least he smoked outside). It wasn’t awful by any means but I think it should have been cheaper for what you get/ where you are.

Upon checking in the Lobby had a strong smell of Curry. The male person checking me in was dress in grey sweatpants and a stained white shirt. He was not rude, but he was not pleasant. I went to the room and there was a definite smell of smoke in the room. Like they had tried to deodorize with fabreeze unsuccessfully. I left and grabbed dinner and came back. Took a bath and noticed there was black mold growing all along the seam between tub and tile wall. I was grossed out but was tired and just wanted to go to bed. So I pull back the blankets and find a dark grey stain on the sheets about the size of a dime. It looked as though sheets had been washed but the stain remained. Too tired I just went to bed. Next morning while brushing my teeth. I noticed more black mold around the sink. So as I am leaving I decided to see about the Advertised Included breakfast I paid extra to get. Turns out it was a thermos of coffee and a small bucket of granola bars. And again the Lobby smelled horrible of curry, and I generally like curry. I wished I could give this place a negative number as a rating. Will never stay there again

For the price it was good. The staff was friendly and we were upgraded to 2 queens because the request of a king was not cleaned yet. We got a room on the third floor at the very end. I also liked the location because the freeway was a block away.

The hotel didn't seem to offer an Ice machine The hotel should tell the truth about the breakfast that is offered (Coffee and Trail Bars). This So-called breakfast should be explained in your Advertisement!

It’s a decent hotel. U need to ask for iron or hair dryer and there are no hangers in the closet area. I know u can’t control clientele but We were unfortunate to have a quarreling couple and crying baby next door who argued thru the night. security or someone in the hotel should have told them to keep it down. Upon arriving the hotel could not generate our reservation north could they run our credit card they instructed us that they would take cash and a $50 deposit after going to the ATM retrieving the cash and the deposit were showed several rooms reluctantly we went ahead and took room 207 at which time it was probably about 2:30 in the morning it took about 2 1/2 three hours to get checked in because their system being down And service could not find their phone number. I will include pictures in review of my stay after being in the room for about 45 minutes. I discovered there were bedbugs and the room was filthy. I returned to the front desk request my money back and my deposit they denied my money back , return my deposit

There was also bed bugs and chewed up sunflower seeds on the dresser. I ended up trying to sleep sitting up in a chair just to get some rest but that was difficult. I checked out as soon as the sun came up.

An annoying fly was in my room the whole time from check in to departure lol but we survived. It was the 4th of July so it was loud of course but we enjoyed our stay

Bed bugs! After we confirmed with a doctor, we contacted the hotel, corporation, and City Code Enforcement. The hotel said, "No one else complained". Typical. The corporation has not reached out to make sure that we're ok. Surprising. I can't recommend this locazion.

The lady working the reception was very rude and not helpful. We are paying guests who were checking into a room that we paid for. We were treated as freeloaders and an inconvenience for her.

I booked a last minute stay, as I was waiting for the delivery of a new car at an auto dealership in Hayward. The condition of the room was appalling. Furniture was missing, the restroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned, the safety latch was removed from the door. However, worse off all was the putrid smell in the room. Worst experience ever. We ended up leaving the hotel and booking another stay. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a refund. You could pay me to stay at that hotel.

Room is clean and spacious, but not much service and help you can get, staff not very friendly, property next to the highway entrance, stuck all the time in front of property. It show breakfast included, I stay here three times, never see they provide breakfast, even the door is locked, you cannot go inside, when you found someone, she will give you a carton of milk or juice with a bread ! I will never come back again. Sorry!

It show breakfast included, I stay here three times, never see they provide breakfast, even the door is locked, you cannot go inside, when you found someone, she will give you a carton of milk or juice with a bread ! I will never come back again. Sorry!

Staff accommodated right away to our request without question. I like the continental breakfast. It’s free. Not a lot of choices but enough, seemed like. Not bad.

Staff very helpful. Room comfortable. When left and went to get gas a block away, heard 6 rounds of gunfire and area seems questionable.

I would have to say checking in and dealing with the manager she was awesome She was very nice and Very Helpful. The problem started they don't have handicap accessible rooms which is okay but when I got to my room my air conditioner did not work she came up right away and tried to see what was wrong with it and realized it wasn't working so she brought us a fan I called the next day when we came back from our outing and it was extremely hot in the room so I spoke to a man who told me they don't have anybody to fix it cause they're short staff I also asked if they could clean our room after the 3rd day and he said they were short staff but they ended up cleaning it it's just the middle of summer and not having the air conditioner work or not offering to Change our room was disappointing. I was staying with a few teammates in a different room so we couldn't move hotels so I just decided to deal with it. They were as helpful as they could be it's an okay hotel you get what you pay for we were accommodated with the accessibility of having our room right outside the elevator Again they were very the lady the manager was awesome and the night person a young man was very helpful also but it's needs to be a little more updated.

This Inn located in very busy highway entrance, take a longer time to go in and out. Old property, please don't have any expectation in this reasonable cost. The most funny thing is you never expect the breakfast without hot coffee or tea, and any kind of food just energy bar!!!!!!

Property was very old, dirty, noisy , the guy in Night Shift was rude, he couldn’t explain why he needed my credit card for deposit, breakfast was was a small pack of juice and a candy bar

not sure if it’s for safety only, but it was also odd during check in that I had to stand outside and talk through a speaker and push documents/ID/Debit Card back and forth through a slot. Such an odd experience.

The room was large. The bed was comfortable. Cigarette holes in the sheets. The bathroom was filthy. The grime and crud was so thick you could use a paint scraper to remove it. Behind the toilet made me gag. There were dirty handprints all over the bathroom, vanity and bathroom door. The tub was stained. At least i think it was stains, it could have been dirty, who knows. I stayed because it was prepaid by somebody else but i will never go back.

It had a really bad odor from the bathroom, like they had a bad plumbing line . It had mild all over the room . Even charged a extra $50 deposit for a smoking room . It was horrible no furniture inside of room I called and asked to get my room switched she said that was the only room they had . Due to other things I had to stay . She gave me the last room all the way in the back of the hotel .

Room was extremely filthy. Doors had dirt marks around handles and edges, even walls had dirt marks. Sheets looked like they have not been changed at all, they were dirty and filthy. This is probably the dirtiest and filthiest hotel room I have ever encountered. Extremely disappointed since I’ve stayed at Days Inn many times before and have NEVER experienced anything close to this location.

This Days Inn looks shabby from the outside and that's just the beginning. I was a little concerned about our accommodations when I quickly learned that no guests were allowed inside the lobby, all business was to be conducted through a window and sliding drawer for security. The room we'd reserved, a King Suite, did not have the sofa bed we'd expected and instead had a bench-style piece of furniture with a sheet and blanket draped on it.the king bed had a sheet and the thinnest blanket, and the the towels for showering were so tiny that they could have been hand towels. When I went to request more blankets, the manager searched their laundry room and found a torn, very old quilt. A request for more pillows yielded one with strange stains. They did give us a roll-away bed. However, having arrived at 11pm and tired from our flights, this was not the way I was looking to relax before bed. Clearly this place either suffers from lots of theft and so they keep as few amenities around as possible or the management doesn't care about guest comfort (I don't think anything has been updated since the 60's, given the yellow paint) and was glad the night didn't get too cool given our few bed covers. We didn't bother to try showering given the towel size. I would never go back here.

I'll never stay at Days in again...so dirty...poor....and my breakfast was...one juice and one energy bar....terrible.

The room looked like they had just swept the trash out of a crackhouse. It was filthy, disgusting, and unfit for humans. We were refunded our money and found a hotel down the street. The loveseat looked like it had been used for low budget porn movies.

People on property with pets and screaming in middle of night . Also lobby closed and was advertised as a continental breakfast, was none. Very dirty inside, needs paint and tub leaked

The site is in need for renovation. The facilities all were in working order.

I lost my id and i had a picture of it. She didn't accept it and i couldn't stay. I had losst it and i tryed in another hotel and they where kind to accept me. I was i a need for a safe plave to stay

Curtains were ripped up beyond belief! No TP holder, roll sitting on back of toilet. I machine broken told to go to store and buy our own! Check in and out through the night window even with my mask on, during the daytime hours! Convenient location I have stayed at this hotel before BUT very unhappy the management decision on running it this way will think twice about staying here again

Dirty floors,refrigerator didn't work...Ice machine didn t work. There was a fight that broke out in the middle of the night that went on for over 30 mins!!! Im very disapointed and feel robbed!!!

The neighborhood was bad, the manager was unresponsive, no phone to front desk, they didn’t answer phone for Hotels.com, the front desk could careless.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It's located in a VERY dodgy area and when we arrived to check in at 9pm, there were tons of drunk people just loitering in the parking lot playing loud music and partying. The hotel manager, even though he was sitting in the office, had the doors locked shut and serves you through a thick plexi-glass window almost like you're staying at a prison. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, non-smoking rooms smelled of cigarettes, and we could hear gunshots going off in the surrounding area throughout the night.

The room is non smoking but it smells like cigarettes. The walls of the room are disgusting! There is make up on the bed board. I can’t tell if it’s mold or idk black stains on the one of the lamps. There is a man on the side walk shouting and I can hear.

Other than the bed being comfortable and good shower pressure, this place was awful. The room was dirty. Holes in the walls, smoke detector falling out of the ceiling, broken bathroom mirror and gummy/taffy on the TV. Despite it being a non smoking room, people very clearly smoked in this room.

The property smelled like Marijuana, none of faucets worked. One the worst hotels that I have stayed at.

I thought days inn was nice but the value of the place has went down, the walls were very dirty, the top cover had holes in it and the chairs had holes in it and it was a couch chair not cool at all bed was nice and comfortable thts it

The hotel was disgusting!! The walls were dirty, the entire room smelled like smoke even though we were in a non smoking room, there was no comforter just a thin sheet that had a hole in it! You could hear everything around you, the walls were paper thin. And worst of all there was some plumbing issue, where the toilet made some very loud obnoxious sound every half an hour or so, allll night long, and you had to get up at all hours of the night to flush the toilet to make the sound stop. It was a disaster! Never come here!!!

Getting in the door, it didn't shut all the way when you closed it, i literally had to use force so it would close all the way. The couch was dirty, it looked like one of those couches you see on the side of the road. Walls looked gross. The bed was alright.
