    The room that I booked was suppose to be a handicapped room and a smoke free room since we have a toddler. So when we got there to checked in and they said it wasn’t a handicapped but a regular room. So we didn’t want to argue so we said okay. We walked inside the hotel room and it smell horrible with cigarette smell, we had to open the windows and put the AC on full blast. The shower head was leaking water squirting toward the toilet my husband had to get tape and fix it so the water can stay in the shower. The door had food stains and was dirty. The chair for the desk was run down and had holes in it. The bed was soft but the covers had holes and look filth luckily we packed our own pillows and blankets. Noise level was loud tv was super small like a computer monitor, refrigerator was broken. Again my handy dandy husband had or fix the seal on the refrigerator so it can close and keep our things close. I would not be coming back to this place ever again to be honest not worth my money or your money. Staff isn’t even there on the weekends.

    Very dirty, towels stained, residue on floors and counters, only surface level cleaning was done. Air was smokey all the time, they also put a plastic over the carbon monoxide monitor I guess to not set it off from that smoke that’s constantly in the air.

    Expedia I don't understand how you can recommend such a horrible place to stay that the original name as Quality Inn is no longer operated as a Hotel , first of all this is a Motel not a Hotel the check in at the counter is a person that place a sign at the office door stating that if any guess need any assistance to call a number , second able the cover sheet in the bed are all dirty and burned with cigarettes, apparently there is a coffee maker in the room with coffee to make but they don't provide cups and third able this place it is very noisy during the night , surrounded by people that guess doesn't know if they are guess or others business are handle around .

    Nothing. It was filthy, even when I requested another room it was a little better but still disgusting Everything. I couldn’t open the door because the hinge, there was literal brown and yellow marks on the bed and bathroom and nut stains on the couch. Nasty.

    The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so we requested to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. Right outside the room there was a pile of trash with syringes, and it looked like people had just been using drugs there. This experience was completely unacceptable and unsafe. Expedia should remove this hotel from its platform because the pictures and advertisement do not match the actual condition of the property at all. When I arrived to the hotel, I realized the hotel was a Quality Inn, which made the situation even more disappointing considering the brand’s reputation.

    You're better off staying somewhere else. I wasn't expecting much since it is a cheap hotel, but it was like they didn't even make the effort to clean. Ripped blankets, handprints, hair, and stains everywhere.

    This hotel is cheap and does not look like the photos. I repeat it does not look like the photos. My first night there was someone pacing back and forth outside talking to his self. I didn’t feel entirely safe. Parking is free. The hotel needs a facelift. It does have a fridge and microwave which is a plus. My bedsheets has cigarette burns but I was only there 4 hours a night so it got the job done but was an eye sore

    Stayed in rom 217. The room was missing a smoke detector...literal wires are hanging out of the wall. The toilet was constantly running, and dripping water. There were holes in the bed covers and sheets. The TV was not working; couldn't get any service. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was labeled as non-smoking, but had a strong cigarette odor embedded in the walls and furniture, which triggered my asthma and made it unsafe for me to remain in the room. Because of this, I had to leave quickly and was not able to take photos of the room accordingly, I also couldn’t address this in person with on-site staff due to the office being closed shortly after checking in. The room was also not properly cleaned—there were stains on the bed, floor, walls, and bathroom, along with dust, hair, and debris throughout, including on the bedding.     The room was extremely dirty, not at all what I expected. Ripped furniture, soiled and stained linen. Dirty bathtub. I had to go buy new sheets, comforter, pillow cases and towels. No one at tge front desk would answer the phone, I asked for a refund 3 times, finally asked twice to speak to the manager and even left a message to have manager give me a call back and never got a call from him. Overall everything was horrible. I will never stay there nor recommend it to anyone else. I give it a -10

    Great staff. Fine room. But maintenance issues were needed. Bath tub had parts not installed. Walls needed patching. Bed was adequate. Shower noise from next door neighbors was evident. Fridge was working good. Small microwave. No carpeted floors. Safe area. Close to raod noise. Good parking. But affordable.

    Nice hot water instantly. Noticable damage to the bathroom, plaster missing, some noticeable mold. Sheets on blinds that were damaged. Neighborhood seemed sketchy but no issues. Parked junk truck.

    From roaches to pubic hair on the toilet seat! The room felt disgusting and dirty. I had to go buy bed sheets at Ross to put over the beds. Not to mention the jammed room door that kept getting stuck And we were unable to open from inside and the outside broken windows. The TV did not work at all. The outside was all dirty, The office looks neater than the actual rooms. But i guess you get what you pay for. Stop being cheap and hire an actual housekeeper ! Overall not a good experience

    Honestly are stay was bot what we expected at all.. you’re better off stating at a motel. First night we receive the wrong room, i go back to the office to tell the guy and all he says is i don’t have no more single king rooms. So i tell him well i do not want a double bed as i did not pay for that. Then in a bad manner he goes back to the computer and magically now he has the room i booked. Customer service was awful. We get to the room and ofc after a long night of driving first thing i do is go to the bathroom and the bathroom did not flush at all. I then go back to the office to tell the front desk guy, he then comes to the room and lifts up the top part of the toilet to make it flush ad tells us that thats the way to get it to flush. The room was not clean at all and it smelled very bad when we came in. Also When we booked our room it said breakfast was included. Breakfast was not included it was closed. Office was barely open. To check out there was no one in the office just a bunch of cards at the window that people were leaving behind. Will not stay here again.

    When I was here, I entered into a dirty room. Got us to change to the second floor. Room was still dirty with fill on the bed on the floor in the toilet in the bathroom. At this point I gave up and decided to bring my own blankets and clean when the front staff was useless. This was one of the most dirtiest hotels I’ve been at. Do better.

    I noticed a lot of mold in the shower area. The floor boards had gaps and the room had a strong awful smell. Once I turned on the AC, the smell went away. Other than those things, the place was OK.

    The room was comfortable enough but a little dirty. There was debris on the floor near the walls or around the skirt of the bed. Also appeared there was liquid/lubrication that had been spilled on the wall and floor between the bed and nightstand that wasn’t cleaned up. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet stay, got the job done.

    I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I tried calling multiple times before arriving and nobody ever answered the phone. When I got there, they wouldn’t even let me check in. The staff was completely unhelpful and unprofessional, and I was left stranded without a place to stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone—save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

    This hotel is FILTHY and they are unprofessional! I had to change my room 3 times because of how dirty and broken the rooms were. The staff was rude and housekeeping doesn’t use the proper, safe, sanitary measures to clean each room. I found bodily fluids on the toilet seat and on the walls and mattress. The staff is rude. The manager yelled at me, refused to give me a refund. This hotel is unsafe and filthy! Do not stay here!

    Nice bed, clean linens and close to where I needed to be. No house provided during my stay. When I approached front desk staff about it they said that house keeping had gone home for the day. They offered to give me new towels, which I accepted. The floors and shower were dirty upon arrival, no pride in the housing work.

    I had a terrible experience; my room was very dirty. They only made the bed and did not clean the room and bathroom, which was also very dirty. There was even a used of underwear left on the chair by the last guest.

    It was the worst hotel I ever staid in. The first room we went 102 had a huge puddle in the bathroom due to a leak coming from upstairs thru the ventilation fan. We then were moved to another room that rank marijuana as if they had a party in there. Finally we ended up in room 111 that was filthy It was so dirty, filthy floors that have not be mopped in who know how long. My night stand for sure has not been cleaned, my cell phone got stock on the furniture , it was so sticky. There was mildew all around the whole bathtub. The smoke alarm system yanked from the wall. Holes in the walls. Tape to hold the blinds together. I am thinking to let the Health Department know about the mildew all around the tub. I don't think that the floor has been finish to be installed. We paid for a King size bed and got a queen instead. I think you owe us a full refund for our 1 night. I have pictures to prove all that. My husband and I are very disappointed by Expedia and the Quality Inn chain. We will never use them again.

    We decided to book 2 nights. We arrived almost at 2 am. Since we got the room the smell of cigarette was pretty strong even though we asked for non smoking. Walls were dirty, floor was almost coming off, a lot of hair in the bed and bedsheets. Worst part the restroom, horrible dirty with stains of urine in the floor and toilet. Next day in the morning we went to the lobby twice nobody was there, we wanted to ask for towels but we couldn’t. After 1 hour we tried to call and finally someone answered, we asked for towels and the guy told us to go get some at the laundry. Immediately I try to cancel my second night but I couldn’t. So not even the website couldn’t help me. It was the worst experience ever.

    When checking in I had to contact Expedia because of a payment problem but my card had already been charged. So the next day when I went into the office because my key wasn’t working to get back in the room he asked me again about the payment when Expedia had already called him to sort out the payment. Then later that day I asked for new covers because we spilled a drink of the them I was given a sheet like it’s not freezing cold and when I asked for a second cover I was given something that felt like a window curtain. I explained that I spilled through all the covers and still that’s all I was given. Also room service didn’t come in and at least refresh the towels. The bathroom was horrible, the floors looked like they had mold or some type of filth on them and were lifted. The bathtub also looked like it had mold or just not properly cleaned in between corners. The walls throughout the room were dirty like things had splattered on them and the pillows on the bed were so small it was uncomfortable for two people to sleep with. Over all I wasn’t pleased with the service nor the cleanliness of the room.

    It was awful! They accepted reservations knowing that they had no Hot water! Dirty sheets with hair still on them! Missing fire alarm, bathroom vent hanging over shower, open sink with stopper. No phone When I went to complain in the pouring rain, with a bad cough & cold he refused to let me in lobby while I soaked in the rain and did Nothing!!

    They gave me room 201 and the floor was dirty and sticky, they moved me to 202 and the television control did not work and the bathroom was dirty. They also do not provide the breakfast that is offered on the website. The dining room is closed, not recommended.

    Like stale smoke and must. The peel and stick tile was not all peeling up. The bathroom had mold in the caulking and the mat in the tub did not look clean. The hand towel on top of the others appeared To be used and the balance of the towels were pretty stained. The upstairs neighbor could be clearly heard. The binder in the room Said keys needed to be returned to the office and no one was there to receive them. I was pretty disappointed overall.

    This hotel is on a busy street, people were hanging around outside the rooms. It appeared to be a hotel used to shelter people experiencing homelessness. There were 4 listless looking men outside within yards of the door to our room. I am a woman traveling with my 20 year old granddaughter so this scenario was unsettling. The top sheet of my bed was badly stained (“it’s clean though” said the front desk attendant). There were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom, not enough towels provided for 2 people, the coffee maker was in the bathroom (so unhygienic), there were no mirrors in the main room, no light bulb in one of the sockets, a hole in the wall, the sink only drained if the drain cover was completely removed, there was a pincher bug in the bathroom, the floor felt sticky and proved accurate because our socks were quickly becoming dirty, there was no breakfast room or at least no evidence of one as advertised on Hotels.com. We were apprehensive about going out and coming back at night so we stayed in and ordered DoorDash. We slept on top of the sheets, didn’t take showers, and left in the morning. The man from housekeeping looked bedraggled with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, dirty ragged clothes, and came banging on all the doors at 10am as if we were prison inmates. I’m disgusted with Hotels.com for allowing this hotel to be listed on their website.

    Before outlining the minuses of my experience at this hotel, I definitely want to highlight the key positive of my stay and commend the the front desk staff member for being very friendly and helpful. The No. 1 disappointment in my stay at this hotel was that the advertised daily hot breakfast was not being served due to water damage/electrical issues in the kitchen which meant that a key part of what was advertised at this hotel (and what I paid for) was not delivered. Extra time, effort and money had to be wasted going out and getting breakfast each morning of my stay which is the exactly the kind of inconvenience I was trying to avoid when I paid for a hotel that advertised daily hot breakfasts. In addition to that, there was hair stuck to the bathroom door, the bedsheets were torn, the shower curtain was in tatters, the couch was unusable to sit on (you sink right through the cushion and crash against the pull-out bed) and the fire alarm was torn off the wall.

    both rooms SUPER DIRTY, they weren’t broomed, hair and little papers on the floor, trash in the bathroom trash can, dust on the mirrors, the tubs were moldy, one room had broken blinds , the other room the bathroom door didn’t close well was like hanging., we had stayed in different hotels Quality Inn before and never experience like this time, it looks like it works as a motel not as a hotel, never coming to this location anymore.

    1. Rooms are filthy. 2. The reservation is very specific that the rooms include a full, hot breakfast however, this hotel does NOT offer ANY KIND OF BREAKFAST! 3. The hotel refused to refund us for the 1st night, even though we didn't even use the rooms! Hotels.com is also refusing to do so even though they lied about the breakfast!

    I would never stay there again there’s was a lot of people coming in and out of 2 doors next to ours it looked like some illegal activity was going on the walls were very dirty with food and dead bugs smeared the bathroom tub looked like it hasn’t been cleaned they bed sheets were Stan property said it had complementary breakfast and it didn’t and honestly that’s the only reason why I booked it

    I reserve for two nights but I didn’t stay the room was dirty the beds are dirty and bathroom too. I decide to not stay there I know I lost my money, but I don’t feel comfortable to stay there. So my trip was very expensive because I pay my nights in quality inn but I don’t used the room I didn’t stay there so I tried to find other one and yes a found Hampton inn and that hotel was so much better super clean and feel more save with my family.

    The staff at this hotel is not customer service friendly. They don’t smile, greet, or welcome you at all. The young man working the front desk at night was asleep The rooms were extremely dirty. They were not swept or mopped properly. There were strands of hair everywhere in the room and bathroom! The sofa and chair had visible white stains on them. The bathroom towels were dirty. The mini fridge had leftover food so that fridge was obviously not cleaned up. Like before, the whole room was not even worth a one star rating. I stayed at the same chain of hotel in San Simeon which was great, but the same chain in Hayward on Mission was horrible.

    It was dirty outside and the police came one day to evict some lady who was screaming and cursing. There were unsavory people staying there, A maid tried to open my room while I was inside instead of knocking first. The lobby amenities were not accessible. I will never stay there again.

    Rooms were disgusting. Live wires hanging out of the wall. Stains of blood spatter on the ceiling and walls. Hair in the restrooms. The towel rack fell off the wall when touched. Handprints on mirrors and headboard and some substance on the tv that hadn't been wiped off. Exterior had syringes in the bushes and very noisy people in the parking lot. If there were anyway we could've got a refund we would've but that's the downside to a property having great pictures online and completely false representation of the property. Will NEVER return and will think twice before ever booking a Quality Inn again anywhere!!!

    The old man at front desk was rude, and locked the front desk; receiving customers through a window at the side of reception while water drips from a drain above during rain. The 2 person room he gave us had one stained towel. After requesting for a towel replacement, he said it cant be done as the cleaning lady was gone for the day. No apologetic tone whatsoever. The ambient noises from the street were loud. And for some weird reason, there was only one paper cup for coffee. This place is horrible. Never going back again!
