    The floor is so stick walking on with bare feet. So disgusting. Ceiling, walls cracked, non finished painting it. The whole room is old. TV is small andtow color is faded, omg, lol. It's 1990s tv. Towels smell so bad. Stay away.

    Unfortunately I need to leave a negative review. This place really needs to be condemned. A lot of water damage that has left the rooms smelly, musty, and moldy. The floors are extremely dirty and haven’t been mopped it seems in years. There is rusting all over the place but especially in the bathrooms. At least the linens and towels were clean. It is so poorly maintained and old. Don’t stay here.

    The place seems neglected. It’s like who ever runs it does not think of creating a nice place away from home for visitors. They need to shut it down and invest some money into cleaning the entire hotel. Customer service also seems like they have very little time for guests. I have never been to such a portly maintained hotel anywhere. And I have traveled quite a bit all over the world.

    My husband and I booked a room for the weekend and let’s just say we were fooled by their online advertising. We arrived to our room at midnight and as tired as we were from our travels, we left to find another hotel. When we walked in the room it smelled terrible. The bedspread had stains on it. The bathroom had mold and was absolutely disgusting, it is totally run down. No privacy curtains and the curtains they did have had a huge rip right down the middle. We were afraid to even touch anything. It was the worst place we have ever booked.

    Change in all personal property oversight lacking indifferent to concerns complaints cleanliness if grounds waiting area for elevators floor and mats dirty..small flying insects by elevators and rooms..reported concerns running toilet no working phone in my room no maintenance on weekend...desk staff have no authority to resolve issues or concerns...GM never checked with me if concerns were addressed and or resolved...At check out GM was informed of my concerns starting from day 1..no working phone..running toilet flying insects...He never apologized just seemed indifferent...I complained more than 2 times met with you should do this we don't have breakfast as advertised...The Ramada is tarnished by this property...it should close get a cleaning facelift and a change in management....will NEVER go there again...

I had a 3 year old and a 16 year old with me and I personally don’t think them seeeing this type of stuff was okay.The whole facility rooms need to be remodel from walls to carpets. Our bathroom toilet was broken it made noise all day long,we were received with non sanitary towels they looked like they had not been washed at all.And the whole room stinked really bad and it’s like if they never do service there at all.

    That's where I stands by the elevator with stuff also the pool was shut down by the fire department. Safety ety is the sweet that I was in the blinds was not fixed I had a blanket over for 4 days no one came to repair only one stop that was helpful this young guy that work at night I seen he could have service request in and it's owed it to me but everyone else I guess they ignored it the young lady when I first came I came down and told her about it she lied and said that someone was going to fix it the next day you know so I don't think they have a maintenance on that site and also when I checked out I told the manager he said he had to talk to all of them instead of just going inside the road and go look and see if the blanket over there with them

    Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The only disapointment was the closed restaurant and i got the missfortune all restaurants in neighbourhood like Daniels and 2 other been shut either . But i was refunded and is ok .

    the location is good. when we booked, it stated they were offering breakfast within the reservation, when we get there they notify they’re only offering complementary coffee and tea. there’s 2 elevators and only 1 functioning (barely, it’s very slow). our room had a funky smell, the bathtub had a huge leakage and no matter how clean your feet were, you’d walk around the room and within a minute your feet would be dirty from the dirt in the carpets. whatever is behind the hotel has a strong urine smell that you can feel while walking around the parking lot.

    There were some good aspects to this hotel. They have a waterfall with the swimming pool which is pretty nice. The location is good, especially because it is so close to LAX, and near venues for the World Cup. But if I were coming to LA for the World Cup, there is no way in a million years that I would risk having my body covered in bed bug bites by staying at this hotel.

    The adventure started with a glitching elevator screen, followed by a first room that smelled heavily of weed. After swapping rooms, we were greeted by a thick layer of dust on the sofa, an exposed electrical plug that felt like a safety hazard, and two cockroach sightings inside the room (where there are two, there are usually many more). The grand finale was checking out early in the morning only to find the elevator had stopped working entirely. It’s hard to understand how this hotel earned its current star rating, but the maintenance team certainly has their work cut out for them.

    The garage has cars parked half-way into the spot leaving the other half as an obstruction to other cars. They say on the site "Free parking". Nope...costs $10 (which isnt too bad, but still). No onsite restaurant.

    The property was dirty nasty not clean the picture on the listing is old. The pool was closed to health code violations. The gym was covered in bird crap and “closed” rooms are old furniture is 90’s era they charged me for the free parking no free breakfast at all as in there amenities listing and this is all just the beginning

    The room was just ok, the shower was in the room 4’ away from the Bed??? Thought we were getting a Jacuzzi room….yea that was the shower /Tub in the room…..hmm. Get past that and go find the non-existent Gym….yea the gym went out of service years ago. Yet they still say it’s temporarily out of service. The floors are disgusting. I went into the 1st floor restroom near the closed gym….oh boy that was appalling. There was old piss still in all the toilets. Don’t believe any of the photos.

    The hotel looked ran down. The staff wasn't too accommodating and we found a giant bug in our room. We had to switch rooms and even they room was subpar. With my experience, I feel ripped off and would not recommend anyone to stay there.

    The pictures are not the same. NO breakfast!!!+ The post said that they have breakfast but it has been gone for 2 years now and I was told management knows it's wrong !! The hotel has not been maintained at all. The smoking area was terrible and it smelled bad. We are so happy to leave.

    the rooms need to be fully remodeled/updated. I wouldn't even use the shower it was so disgusting. Tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked and loose. There was night time construction going on just below our bedroom window with trucks constating beeping as they go back and forth, workers talking over the truck sounds. We didn't get into our room until after midnight. We had been flying for 20 hours and had to catch another flight at 6am so really didn't have the energy to go back downstairs to get another room. No one should been booked on that side of the hotel without notification. Horrible experience. I definitely do not recommend this hotel

    The room itself was good, clean and big enough. The hotel does look a little old, and the building shakes a little when cars pass around. Staff was fine. It would've been great it they were pet friendly. The one thing I didn't like is the parking: they will charge you per night, not per stay like it says on their description, which s*cks because once inside the parking, I felt like I was gonna get robbed. There's no security whatsoever and a lot of people just hangout there drinking and smoking weed.

The room didn't smell fresh and the facility wasn't well kept. The trash can was full on every floor the 2 days I was there. Never received breakfast during my stay. Parking spaces were very close.

    Bathroom tile floors were cracked though I was going to slice my feet open! The bathtub drain was broken the plug would leak faster than the tub could fill! The shower didn't properly work! There was no bar !there was no restaurant! there was no continental breakfast! One of the two elevators were broken the other elevator took 40 minutes with the homeless that lived in the Ramada going up and down on it all the time! Yes the Homeless Living in the Ramada! No 9:00 AM Early Check in! Got Checked In at 12:30 PM and still wrongfully Charge $39 for early check in ! No Ice Machine on my Floor!

    I literally only sat on the bed the entire night we stayed. We couldn’t wait to get out. The property had potential but you can defiantly tell no money is put back into it. The people they allowed to stay there monthly had us questioning if our stuff would be safe. The room was old, couc had so many stains we didn’t even sit on it. The bathroom floors were questionable, we kept our shoes on the entire time. The walls of the bathroom leaked water after we showered. We legit just sat on the bed the 24 hours we stayed. I would never come back nor recommend anytime staying here.

    Very dirty and staff mocked neurological issues. Aphasia. i said the word appointment instead of reservation, so the worker mocked me for the fact i said application when meaning to say reservation. the worker instead kept saying "we have no aplications here" i tried as hard as i could to say reservation even saying i want to be here longer but still mentioning "applications" me saying "i want to stay longer for my application". vs "stay here longer for my reservation. i was a few letters off but the context i provided somehow isnt enough. the neurological issues i have instead had to be picked on. it got to the point i had to cry on the phone telling them im sick with brain damage for them to understand. i dont think they cared. Bugs in the couch and broken lights. Bathroom moldy with mildew, urine stains all over the drain.     The building it was dirty and the rooms they’re old needs. They need to be updated. Bathrooms are terrible smells so bad the room the wet smell smells like cigarette so bad. We stayed on third floor and we be able to open up the window and like that we be able to sleep for a couple hours because the smell it was terrible. We had a huge headache I’m very disappointed and do not recommend staying on Ramada hotel at all

    They are part of a program for patients or homeless people. I had an encounter with on of their residents and felt unsafe while in the elevator and left for the night as I did not want to stay alone. The program runs the elevators so you’ll need to use the stairs that are also pretty scary. Their parents/residents are only allowed to use the elevators. The inside of the rooms are old looking and many appliances do not work, lamps and tv. Please, do not be cheap. Spend a little more and stay in a safer, cleaner, and better hotel; even if it is for one night. I

    The elevators didn't work. One was completely out and the other stopped on every floor all the way up and then you had to go back all the way down with 8t opening at every level. They had random non hotel people in the parking lot smoking so much weed. The shower/bath didn't work. It was a really cheap hotel and carpets were dirty, furniture was destroyed and just felt really unsafe.

    No, the pool is not open. They turned this facility into a homeless shelter without notifying guest. There was door slamming all night long, people sleeping in the middle of the hallway floor. when I parked my car on the second floor and they decided to make that a designated smoking area, so a bunch of cigarette smoke before entering the building. Brace yourself if you have asthma. Staff dosent look happy with these new changes. If you don’t mind being in a shelter, this is a perfect place for u!!! Per staff this will be for about 7 months.

    Check in was pleasant, room didn’t have black out curtains so the streetlights were in our eyes all night. Then, it seems like this place is 10 years over due for a remodel. Broken elevator, other elevator took 10+ minutes to go between 4 floors. Outside the rooms the walkways felt like they were spongy, like you’d fall through. Room had cracked paint and peeling wallpaper. Pillow cases and blankets had scuff marks and there was other peoples hair everywhere; one in the bed, several in the shower and toilet seat. (Gross). I wore my shoes the entire time except in bed. But it was cheap so it was the only option smh.

    This hotel has gone all bad. The entire 4th floor is a homeless program. There is pretend security all over the hotel. The place smells like a homeless encampment and there are homeless people in the parking garage smoking!

    Most evenings and mornings a plethora of individuals were always hanging out inside the parking garage smoking. I'm not sure if they for our favorites, long-term residents, or local vagrants. Either way security didn't seem to have an interest in moving them along and not having them Smoke on the property states that smoking is not authorized. it was disgusting smelling that every time it came in and out of the parking lot. There was only one working elevator for the entire Hotel which means getting to and from the floors to the parking garage and Lobby was extremely time-consuming. front desk staff was very helpful and communication through the text number worked out well. I let them know I had to stay away for a night or two and they insured the room was clean before I returned for my final night. I'm always tended to be a bit noisy at times especially with some of the security guards and other residents moving around and talking loud late in the evenings which made it difficult to sleep at times

    The facilities are pretty run down and dirty. The room was adequate for what I needed, but not a place I could recommend. There was no room service, l didn't use the pool or eat at the restaurant. The only person I spoke to was the guy at reception and he was perfectly cordial. I had pre-paid so not much interaction. On line, when my assistant called to extend the reservation, she said they were very rude and wouldn't help so we had to go back to Expedia to book. The place was half empty so it should have been an easy accommodation.

    The room hasn't had an upgrade since the 60's.. wallpaper completely deteriorated around the edges and corners The white paint has like four different shades just to paint one wall cracks and stuff places just way outdated not worth more than 25 bucks I feel like I was going to the ghetto to look for a hooker.     The hotel was in a bad state of disrepair and the public areas filthy, apart from the lobby! The gym was empty and closed, exit doors were locked. My bathroom was unclean with footprints and hair on the floor, the shower did not turn off gf completely and the TV didn’t work. I reported the bathroom soon after I had arrived but after unpacking. This was to be reported to the managing twice more ver my stay I asked to them and they were not at the hotel. The Images shown on Expedia do not represent the condition of the hotel. I await a response from somebody, this has a not acceptable.

    The original room was terrible. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub. The bed’s linen were dirty. The curtain’s were falling off and had zip ties and a chair barely holding up the curtain. The room had the smell of mold and dampness. There was rubber bands on the floor. I traveled 18 hours with delays from Florida.     The floor was dirty, the bedding was dirty with stains and the ice machine was broken. The elevator was out of service and no supplies in the bathroom. Complained to the front desk and they did not change our room or send a cleaner. Due to whatever reason the food delivery fees are high at this location. Parking is separate from the room. First pass is $10 and the second one is $15. Bring your own items and don’t use the vending machine. It’s $5 for a soda/water

    So for starters let’s address the front desk rep, she had a complete attitude like she hated her job, apparently there’s a $10 a day fee for parking which I didn’t know about but that fine, my problem was that the gate PIN code box was not working properly as I entered the pin that was given to me several times so I informed the front desk and she told me with an attitude,” Everyone has been using the same code all day and it’s worked for them!” I’m like well it’s not working for me, so she says” I don’t know what to tell you but our maintenance is gone for the day, mind you I checked in at 7pm. Needless to say I asked her where should I park since I can’t get through the gate and 2 cars are waiting behind me? Her response “ I don’t know what to tell you but if you can’t get in then I’ll refund you your parking fee” I’m like wow no help at all or even try to assist, I’ve never had this kind of treatment at a hotel. So I go back to my car and bang on the PIN code box and come to find out when you press a button it beeps, well two of the buttons were not beeping which means they were stuck some how so after banging on it a couple times it worked. May I add I did a 4 night stay and every time I had to bang on the PIN code box, unacceptable! To make matters worse! My room had roaches and I have numerous pics and on the day of my check out my arm was bitten up and the manager says sorry there’s not gonna be any refund or compensation but i will make an incident report! Horrible!

    The first room (#136) that was assigned to me had roaches crawling around, and then I was assigned to room (#236). The magnetic key strip to the door was inoperable. Meaning that anyone could just open the door and wapked in unannounced. I was too tired to walked back to the front desk and request for a new room. Instead, I just put the deadbolt on and placed two chairs in front of the door. When I exited the room to go to my car, there was no way for the door to lock and for my room to stay secure. I probably won't EVER stay here again.

    I did not enjoy my stay because it was slightly cold weather in Miami when we went on Nov. 28, 2025. So I was trying to heat the room up some. They said they do not have heaters and could give extra blankets. I was devastated by this answer and found the hotel not suitable for habitation. So does no heater system mean no hot water as well because the shower was not getting hot in the shower or sink. I was very disappointed with this stat and would never stay here again. I used the blow dryer to heat up the bathroom while taking that cold shower. I should not have to do that. It was a one night stay before my cruise so I got through the night and was happy to be on the ship. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant on sight was a plus. The room was not comfortable because of no heat or hot water. I left an item in the room and was able to pick it back up after my cruise which I found to be a plus for the staff honesty and effort to make sure I got my item back. The hotel shuttle was sufficient and ran in the manner of every hour on the hour and sometimes it ran every 30 minutes to the airport. They had two shuttles to my knowledge.

    The broken window screen in room 344 remained unfixed during my 6-day stay. The room’s central location made it visible to everyone, and an unpleasant smell persisted. The front desk personnel were consistently rude and dismissive, creating a hostile first impression that set the tone for the entire visit. Professionalism was entirely absent. The room conditions were equally concerning. It was clear the room had not been properly maintained, and more worryingly, the hygiene standards were appalling. The general lack of cleanliness made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe throughout our stay. For anyone considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The combination of poor service, substandard room quality, and terrible hygiene makes this an establishment I will never stay at again.

    The smell of the hotel room resembled that of a nasty haunted house. The fire exit doors were left propped open; an apparent invitation for ANYONE to invite themselves in. Horrible experience. The one good thing about it…the roof wasn’t leaking. Beware of this property that goes by multiple different names. As a Wyndham property, there is a certain expectation, which was not met at all.

    The room was okay not too dirty but not too clean either. The tv reception was terrible. I also tired to plug in my ps5 but it would work. Someone had messed up the buttons on the tv previously. I called the front desk for fresh towels but was told we have to go down ourselves to get them. On top of that the elevator was being worked on with no sign or anything to indicate that. So me and my girlfriend almost got stuck inside the elevator for a bit. It sucks because we would come here to unwind on special occasions but this isn’t the first time this hotel has let me down. Won’t be staying here again.

The only ice machine is on the 4th floor snd they dknt tell you that. The TV didn't work and the elevator is slow. The location is right off the freeway so you have to make a U- turn.     The room was somewhat clean with nice amenities - coffee pot, coffee and tea, hair dryer, iron. Tv not too good. Live termites in between the two window panes crawling and working on the wood and it was easy to see the dark carpet was filthy. The room was priced accordingly.

    It was awful. My son and I checked in, we got the keys at 5:30pm. After we had the keys, we departed right away to see friends staying in the Hilton. At 9:30pm we came back to the room to rest. We decided not to stay after seen cockroach in the bathroom floor and the smell of the room like mold and the carpet dirty. We slept in our car at the hotel parking lot. The hotel websites shows nice pictures not reflecting the look of the rooms in reality. Really bad experience.

    The first room they gave us was straight out of a horror film! The carpets were near black, absolutely filthy. The room stunk of mould, it wasn’t cleaned properly. I was just waiting to get bitten by bedbugs or see a roach. Speaking of that, while we’re in the front lobby exchanging our room, there was a gentleman who came down with an ice bucket that had two dead roaches in it. The girl behind the counter insisted that she was unable to give him a new ice bucket, and simply gave him a bag and said that’s the best she could do. The second room they gave us was definitely better than the first, it was passable. A good deal cleaner, but poorly maintained. The motion sensor lights in the bathroom were flickering on and off during the night. We had the same issue with the entrance light early in the morning, which obviously disrupted our sleep. The general cleanliness o and upkeep of the entire hotel was not good. Do yourself a favour and do not book here!

    We had to move to a different room after a nightmare of a first room that smelled awful and had a cockroach in plain sight on the wall. Also the shower was open to the room? Probably had something to do with the smell. There was another couple we talked to that also had a nightmare experience with their first room and was also looking to switch. The second room was slightly better smelling but the carpet was filthy. The drapes were attached with zip ties, which we thought was hilarious. If it had been earlier in the night, I would have declined this room as well and found somewhere else to stay. The elevator was hardly working and the entire building looked like a crime scene. We both had an unshakable ick for much of the following day.

    On the website, it read “free parking.” However, I had to pay $10 to park. The bathroom was NOT cleaned! There was pubic hair in the tub and on the floor! I stepped on a large glop of hair on the floor, in front of the bed which meant the floor wasn’t vacuumed. The fridge/freezer in our room did not work. No ice machine on our floor.     I need a full refund, we only stayed because we already paid and the the event was the next day. the rooms smell like a wet old musty dog. The carpet is dirty and smell bad. We had to try 3 rooms before we got the forth room. When you walk with no shoes in the room under your feet is black they don’t clean the floor. They give us a room that is already occupied. The next room none of the light worked the sheet is not clean, the next room the door wouldn’t open. the coffee pot is nasty, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I will never recommend this hotel. The picture looks beautiful but inside is hell.

    The Ramada by Wyndham Hawthorne LAX / LA Stadium was remarkably quiet, clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous and being pet-friendly was a big plus. The only downside was the jacuzzi was closed. The staff was excellent and I recommend this hotel as a good night's stay.

There was a creepy man who sat by the pool without getting in whilst another lady and I were swimming! The common areas were filthy - the car park was scary!     I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. The bathroom was covered in mold all around the tub. There was mold around the windows and the smell was very off putting. When checking in 2 of the other customers almost started fighting and were cussing up a storm. One of the elevators would trap you inside for a few minutes before opening.

    The customer service is very poor. The first room they put me in had mold and it was missing refrigerator, which was supposed to already come with the room. I had a strong mildew holder on the carpet. My allergies have been out of control since I went to facility and I may have to go to urgent care if my nose doesn’t stop running.     Shower curtain rod hanging and bent so curtain wouldn’t close. Broken tiles, dirty floors and overall musty smell in room. Maid arrived second day and took dirty towels without replacing anything. Exterior “smoking area” at entrance to parking structure filled with gangster punks that commented loudly to everyone going to their cars. Fortunately I was away during both days of my stay and only returned to sleep and shower. Have fun with the wet shower floor and maybe someone will look up to fix the shower rod!

    On arriving in the carpark we were greeted with vomit down the stairs which we had to carry our cases past ti enter the hotel and it was still there four days later when we left. The air conditioner was loud and noisy that we couldn’t sleep, the stench in the room was overpowering and struggled to bare. The service provided by staff was poor with evening staff promising breakfast only to find nothing available and no restaurant. Do not book at this hotel as it may carry the name Ramada but they no longer carry the level, cleanliness and professionalism the original Ramada business group and don’t book this place as I had to wipe my feet on leaving before I got into the car

    Safe and quiet as well as great hot running water and spacious rooms. It may look much older outside or inside but it was to me more organized than some 3 star hotels I have been to. The one thing I dont like is the new $10 charge for parking. There is I am sure free street parking but you have to walk across the street or look at signs to see when you can and cannot park. But the parking lot was enough to fit my rental car in each time I came in late or early.

    I would have loved to rate all the categories, but I was unable to stay. I always check in early to hotels because I need a place to stay usually from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM while I'm in the area. The Ramada would not allow me to check in early until 1:00 PM, which is fine if that is their policy. But I tried to cancel my stay at 8:00 AM and I was not allowed a refund for my money. Maybe that's my fault for not checking the refund policy, but either way... I would have changed it to another day. Now I will never stay at a Ramada.

    The state of the room was deplorable, the room smelled like sweat, the bed sheets were dirty and smelled like sweat, obviously the bed was not changed from the previous guest (s). the sheets were stained and had scuff marks in them. I went down to the front desk to ask for house keeping to come up and change them and no one did. I went back 30 minutes later and they said they didn't have anyone available to change them. They gave me a "Clean" set and had to change the bed myself. I had no choice but to stay the night because an important meeting early in the morning. I had to get a day early check out because I didn't want to stay there any longer. the front desk female employee told me that if I wanted a refund to contact the booking website because they would not going to give me any refunds. I told them to keep the $$$ and left very disappointed. I will definitly not coming back there or recomend to anyone to stay there. The photos they post are definitly "NOT" what the hotel looks like in person. I thought Wyndham Hotels were a higher class hotels.

    Very few food options (good Dennys across the street, no accessible crosswalks from the hotel). Room had a slight smell of mildew or possible animal urine. Paid extra for jetted tub but jets did not work and tub had hairs from a prior customer. Hotel advertised free parking but charged $10 to park in garage on site. Staff was very friendly. Snack bar in lobby was easy to navigate.

    This was a terrible place to stay.! The credit card system was down. 1st room phone wasn’t working lights or tv.. .they moved me to another room it was ok.! Air conditioning was barely working I was over it & very disappointed

    The check in staff were just awful. The halls and elevators were stright out of the video game "Silent Hill", which to say was dirty, decrepit, and felt unsafe. The garage looked like it was made for just compacted cars. Lucky, we were only there to sleep, so the bed were the main thing that was important. The beds were clean, but reading some other reviews, we lucked out with that too.

    Dirty. Old. Run down. The door to our room was open before we even got to go inside. Looks so scary. At least the bed was clean but literally will never book here again. The breakfast/restaurant is nonexistent.

    I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with my daughter (July 9th to July 14th 2025), and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The hotel did not deliver on any of the amenities it advertised. The facilities are run-down, the rooms have a bad smell, and although breakfast is listed as included, they don’t even have a restaurant. On the second night, there was a water leak in the bathroom that flooded the floor. At 4:00 a.m., I was told to move to another room without any assistance to carry our luggage. Throughout the entire stay, the room was never cleaned, towels were never changed, and they didn’t provide water or coffee as promised. I was even asked to take the bathroom trash out to the hallway, which was very unpleasant. I had to buy my own hygiene products and basic supplies. This hotel is not only misleading but shows a complete lack of respect for its guests. I absolutely do not recommend it.
