The TV was too small and it wasn’t a smart TV. If you want to watch Netflix or any other streaming platform, you can’t do so directly on the TV.

Great place to stay. Breakfast selection was great! The only downside was parking garage could get congested. We were there for a concert and Kia stadium isn’t that far to drive. I would book again.

The staff are not friendly. When we were in the room I called them using the phone in the room and ask for the wifi password they told me they can't give it, we need to come to the front desk so they can give it because they can't give it on the phone. Then when we ask for towels because the towels in the bathroom is not enough they told us to come to the front desk. Everything you ask they will tell you to come to the front desk. The breakfast food is not the same as the other Holiday Inn that we stayed at before. They only have 4 choices and they don't refill the food. You need to wait. The room is too bright at night from the light outside. Not enough cover in the window. Definitely we're not coming back.

I liked that it was very clean, cleaned every day, changed sheets and towels, and breakfast was included in the price. The only downside was that there was no wifi and no YouTube for kids on the TV.

This is a Family Oriented Hotel. We slept well. My daughter who was in the room next to us could hear the neighbors kids running up & down through out the night. She said it was a little hard to get to sleep. Other than that, it was Good!!! They all loved the Breakfast.

Convenient location while we were there for an event Shouldn’t have to pay to park in your garage…theres not enough street parking…dining room was too small…too many people and no where to sit….room furniture cheap…no back on the couch…closet was not built in and stuck out too far, ran into it and hit my head in the dark at 2am from the bathroom back to bed

There was secured parking. The check-in host was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The rooms were very nice and well kept and breakfast was wonderful. I’ll be staying there again. Plus it’s close to Sofi Stadium and the Kia forum.

Close by to a lot of stores, food places and market The room we were in was next to the laundry room and we felt the washing machine going. We thought it was an earthquake at first but we realized it was the washing machine going.

I checked in very late at night and even though it was super late (11:30pm) the Front Desk Agent was so helpful and kind. I was so exhausted from a long drive from Las Vegas and he was so positive and helpful with all the information I needed at check in. Free breakfast was a huge plus as well! Just the parking area made it a lil scary for me.

Such a comfy stay and very good location for hitting all the tourist spots in Los Angeles. Front desk was helpful and kind. Breakfast was pretty solid. Impressed with warm showers every single morning, water never got cold on me. Bed was also pretty comfortable! It was all we needed for the week and priced fairly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat .

The egg omelet was great. Food was delicious. Rooms were quiet if you want quietness. Pool opened at 9am so I didn't get to go in. Went to check at 8am but was still sleepy from the event I went to, so I went back to my room to sleep before checking out. Only thing was my bathroom handle was difficult to lock because it was an older door handle, but it's okay! Still locks. Some parts of the area around is sketchy looking, but the hotel itself is very clean and has safety procedures; such as locked lobby doors that front desk could open for guests. Garage area was nice and safe. Difficult to see some of the room stall numbers when looking for your garage slot though, because of old paint or painted over old numbers. Staff were great; they helped with me with my questions, and got me checked in and out quickly with my reservations.

Very pleasant overall. All the staff was lovely (front desk workers, cleaning workers, maintenance workers, and kitchen workers), they were lovely, kind, polite, funny. Admins should get rid of the rugs in the rooms, though.

Plus the free breakfast was great. Except tha, I wish its a free parking. But at least they are the cheapest that charge paring parking around the area of the hotel

The day I came to my room and it was not clean I leave for work by 730am until 8pm or later and your staff seen a little races and rude but I still like the hotel I think you should speak to them how to treat all people the same

They even provide toothbrushes razors or combs if you ask the front desk. Lots of outlets too. Quite an enjoyable breakfast more options than we expected. Front desk staff very pleasant people no issues they answered questions swiftly and dealt with any extras if necessary. Coffee and tea stations were 24/7. Staff good but one house keeping woman who had an attitude just in general. On the second day in our room we had a leaky window after rain fall, but the manager Wendy within the hour assessed the issue giving us a new room and discounting the day it happened by 25%. One thing to note for the for anyone wondering, sadly there is no direct room service, you have to go to the front desk to get extra amenities but the staff are nice and provide. Gym is small but has enough equipment to get things done and there is a decent pool outside.

The hotel felt under construction. Lots of pot smoking right outside the entrance. Parking is in a sketchy lot across the street. The room itself was clean and the breakfast was good. Not a great area, and lots of traffic noise. I won’t stay there again.

We were surprised that everything used for breakfast was either plastic or paper. Paper plates, plastic cutlery etc. Not very eco friendly. I assume this is to cut down on labour costs.

The property was great for its value. However, during our stay, we used the hot tub—which wasn’t the best. It was like warm to say the least. The jets were working properly. Additionally, the water in the showers were warm, and never actually got hot.

First time visitors at the Hawthorne IHG location. The room was great, parking was great, breakfast on point! We enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back when we are in town. I would consider a 5 star but could not get an early check in.

Set piece for an airport hotel, for a one night stop with a breakfast it’s ideal. Easy parking in a covered garage, yes there’s a small charge but at least it’s safe and secure.

Hot tub was only barely warm and no one was able to fix it. The pool was nice though. The bathroom shower was locked at luke warm as well so it wouldnt go any hotter and no one was able to come and help with that either. Great secured parking (for a small fee). Overall I would stay here again if they fix the water issues

Clean, easy access, and has everything you need for a basic stay. It was cleaner and better put together than I expected for the area and price. Complimentary breakfast is a nice plus and better than average as far as complimentary breakfasts go in these kind of hotels. Will continue stay big here again.

Would not recommend this hotel. The location was very loud at night and my family felt unsafe. Sirens all throughout the night. The room was not clean. Mold on the ceiling, shards of glass between the beds, gross couch with white stains, and pubic hair in the shower. To top it off the WiFi doesn’t work. One wall had an excessive amount of outlets.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and just like our previous stays, it was comfortable and convenient. Good hot breakfast buffet in the mornings. Gated garage parking. Not free (used to be free) but better than nothing. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Starbucks across the street. Norm’s a few lights away. Few minutes away from SoFi, Kia Forum, Intuit and Manhattan Beach. Overall, it’s always an enjoyable stay!

This was while walking across the street to the Starbuck, and while putting gas in our vehicle at the corner gas station. I will not stay there again. Had we stayed longer than two nights, we would have switched hotels.

Super comfy bed! Very spacious room, easy check in and check out, and hot breakfast buffet is included. Gated parking garage for your car. Close to SoFi. Very nice staff! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, super clean, comfy bed, nice pool. Lots of homeless people nearby so it didn’t feel safe to walk around outside the hotel especially with a baby. Only complaint about the hotel itself: no safe in the rooms, would have to use the ones by the main desk on the first floor.

The property was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking garage is offsite, and the surrounding area is a little sketchy. They weren’t a bother to us, but there was the occasional homeless person who would just chill on the sidewalk up against the hotel.

Overall ok but when offering tea and coffee making facilities you need to provide milk. Staff would not provide.

Very big room with comfortable beds! Breakfast was great, variety of choices. We were just disappointed the hot tub jets were not working.

Covered parking, hot breakfast and close proximity to the airport for the price is excellent. Only concern is the whole room shakes when the doors are closed the floor above or below.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and quit. It's not in the best area but we had no issues or outside noise. We will be staying here again.

I enjoyed the welcoming staff, The cleanliness the warm smell all the time. Love that everything is so close . The breakfast and the all day coffee service . You feel like home away from home.

I forgot my toothbrush and requested for toothbrush and the Hispanic guy in the morning front desk wanted me to go downstairs and pick up the toothbrush I think it’s a very bad service. I do not recommend IHG in LA the front desk, the staff are primarily under their phone and is not willing to help. I do not recommend this place.

I love the welcoming smell of clean ,peaceful. Receptionist was friendly explain how the free breakfast worked In general all staff was very helpful and nice will recommend and come again for sure.

Overall great stat just needed the night for an early morning flight. It is not a smoke free facility people hanging out as soon as you exit the main doors smoking which was terrible. Other than that easy check in easy check out plenty of towels clean room despite the ongoing construction. Accommodating manager and helpful staff

We stayed here because it was a short drive to SoFi stadium but it was very run down. Our room smelled pretty badly honestly. It almost smelled like a urinal. It was incredibly off putting. The smell subsided a little bit and we weren't in our room much. We honestly didn't even really have time to make a genuine complaint about the smell or condition of the room. The comforter on one bed was ripped up. It looked like someone punched the bathroom door. The AC unit in the room was covered in dust and needed to be cleaned out pretty badly. I don't know if we just got really unlucky because the reviews for this hotel are generally good. I do know they are renovating so maybe this location will improve a little bit. One plus was that they have a gated parking garage and parking was only about $10 for the whole stay (2 nights).
