I HAD TRAVEL FROM NEVADA Y THE TIME I GOT TO THE HOTEL IT FOUR IN THE MORNING. THE HOTEL STAFF STATED SHE WAS ON HER 30 MINUTE BREAK SO THAT MEANT I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL SHE WAS OFF HER BREAK TO CHECK IN I WAS "LIVID"

My stay was ok. As I was unsatisfied with the false advertisement stating Free parking when on Trip advisor/Expedia because I had to pay parking. The beds were comfortable but AC and hotel was a little hot. Needs improvement on AC.

Breakfast was AWESOME!!! Soooo many choices! The dining staff were fantastic and kept supplying hot food. The hot tub was divine though the ceiling repair needs repainting. Everything else smells brand new. We liked the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels in the shower! The beds were super comfy! I liked how they had a comforter, and a down pillow song with a synthetic pillow. Helped with sleeping! Close to the LAX airport which came in handy when we had to run over and pick up my daughter at 10:30pm. Neat to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room!

The deception that Hampton Inn does airport shuttle That is wrong advertisement then you send a letter to say sorry you don't have shuttle service, and you still have the add on the website.It cost me $71.28 for Uber to and from the airport. Not good Hotel.com

First of all when we got to the hotel I think a guy from the front desk named Luis was rude we stayed there like for 5 days and every day it smells like marijuana people fighting in the lobby and the police was called they would smoke weed outside the lobby door and in the hallways.. we also found a bed bug in the room on the towel when we left the hotel I had to put all my stuff in black bags just to sword everything when we got home because I didn't want any bed bugs inside my house they serve breakfast the same thing every day there was no parking at all because there's cars there for a long time they were very Dusty they look abandoned and I don't know how they could charge for parking and if we can even find parking it's so terrible we also had to clean our own table for breakfast because nobody seem to care and clean the tables we were so unhappy in this hotel and very scared at the same time because there were people coming in and out of the hotel looked like they were drug dealers I also have the picture of the bed bug with the date and the dirty cars that were abandoned or that haven't moved for a while

Huge room with a nice breakfast with a lot of options that went above and beyond a normal hotel breakfast.

It was clean, room was big, AC was nice. They offered breakfast. Well I drove from out of state. When I arrived I had to wait two to three hours for the front desk to get back so I can check in from a LONG road trip. After that when I got there I had to pay a deposit fee which wasn’t the issue. The issue was none of their card machines were working and the staff on duty was so rude. AFTER WAITING FOR TWO HOURS TO CHECK IN! The staff kept telling me my card declined (when I had the money) didn’t give any other options for me to pay. I had to think of it myself and asf the worker could he put my card numbers in on the computer and run it that way which worked but it’s the principle on why am I doing your job for you. Also this took about a hour as well. I feel I didn’t get my moneys worth of the room because I barely was there. I think I was there for about 6 hours in total. Complete waste of money. Breakfast is disgusting too.

We have stay here before and was happy with our stay but this time the pool had so many problems the hot tub didn’t work and the water smells horrible when our grandkids got out the pool and we showed them the smell was still with them. The staff was very friendly and hotel was clean but pool was a deal breaker for us with grandkids traveling with us.

Parking was a little wonky, the garage is gated with a code that you get when checking in. And the garage doesn’t connect to the building, so it’s recommended to bring your stuff in before parking. Other than that, no complaints here

We stayed here because we needed to be close to the airport for an early am flight. Overall the hotel is small, old and in need of some updates. You have to pay for parking which is the only parking available. The beds were hard and the room was very basic. It had a microwave and fridge which was nice. I wouldn't stay here again. There are many other hotels near the airport that seem to be better quality.

Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff member, Louise, was very negative. Even after I clearly explained that we had already spoken with Amelia and confirmed everything, he continued to be rude, insisted no such person existed, and accused us of lying instead of simply checking with his team. His behavior was unprofessional and confrontational, and he even said he was “refusing service” without any clear reason. Although the manager later confirmed everything and apologized, he never did. This interaction was very disappointing and took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

When i got there their system was down so they wre doings manual check ins. They checked me in and gave me the keys to my room. When i opened the door to my room it was already occupied. I walked in yo an occupied room! Not good at all. I was very embarrassing. The people in the room were vert startle. It was not a good situation. The staff apologize and didnt really make a big deal out of it. It was my first time staying at the Hampton hotel. Very disappointed

Pool was nasty, hot tub was gross , brown slime stuff all over bottom of it . Looks like it hasn’t been clean in months. You will definitely get some kind of infection if you go in it. Picture makes it look nice but it’s not. Gym was ok. Homeless people on drugs sleeping on sides of building , even coming in to use the bathrooms and sneaking in windows to use pool. No security. Don’t recommend . Gross place? Horrible area.

The pool and spa were out of order all week and they did not know when it might be fixed.

I arrived on a Tuesday night and the staff upgraded us to a bigger room. It was quiet, clean, and the breakfast was very good for it to be a hotel breakfast. Due to it being self serve my mother and I got there early to get our food. I definitely witnessed a little boy reach in the bread drawer and touch two pieces of bread and only grabbed one. I was able to throw the other piece of bread in the trash due to him touching it. It was an amazing experience and would refer this hotel to anyone visiting LA, both long term and short term stay.

We were looking forward to using the jacuzzi. But it was "believed to be broken" the pool was even colder so no luck. The rest of our stay was fine, we're in Inglewood for a concert.

The room was very nice with a comfortable king bed, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and a convenient charging station. The bathroom was spacious and well stocked, and I appreciated having a separate shower instead of a tub/shower combo.

Parking lot is VERY SUSPECT I chased 2 young boys away breaking into cars walking around parking lot at night. Always walk with 2 or more people at night especially when parking. Stay away from here unless they have have armed security patrolling.

I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a reservation, but upon arrival they informed me they were overbooked. They cancelled my reservation and walked me to a neighboring hotel, where I was charged again. When I contacted them about the duplicate charge, they told me to reach out to Expedia even though the payment was taken directly by the hotel, not Expedia. I do not recommend booking here unless you want to risk being overcharged and having to chase a refund back to your card.

However, service by staff was excellent. I was impressed by the breakfast, which are usually less than mediocre at most hotels in this category. Would stay here again.

Very clean no complaints about cleanliness. My only complaint is the floors are not stick so you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking. It was so disturbing that I couldn’t get any sleep. They were up late and up by 5am walking around like giants.

This property is located in an area I would not stay in again. A bum came in to the breakfast area and two employees saw him and did nothing about it. He was asking for money while people were trying to eat. I was appalled about paying for parking especially for paying for a room. The pool and hot tub were disgusting and I have pictures of the filth. I think the cameras picked up I was taking pictures cause an employee came right in and started cleaning the pool. One of the male employees brought out a couple and told them how nice it would be in the hot tub with a glass of wine as he starred at the green dirty fungus water. How embarrassing for your hotel. The carpets had spilled paint spots all over the third floor was just banging and pounding from construction. The bathtub would not drain so you stood in your own dirty water. At this point I would lime some compensation for the nastiness of this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless they made good on my stay!

Upon arrival, I noticed a persistent odor in the room, resembling fresh paint. It became apparent that the hotel was undergoing renovations; however, there was no prior notice or communication regarding this, which was disappointing. Additionally, the curtain rod in our room was broken, preventing us from fully opening the curtains and limiting natural light. The overall lighting in the room was also inadequate, making the space feel dim and less comfortable than expected. These issues detracted from what could have been a more pleasant stay.

The hallway through the room was smelling so bad I was going to throw out. The carpets were filthy and stinky. The A/C wasn’t working, we had to change olur room with all lagguages it was a mes. Also they are charging for parking! Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The noise was not good and the paint smell was awful. Ia warning in advance would have been courteous. We asked if anything else was available and they said no. I had seen the same day there were rooms available in floor 3, I did not want to argue with the front desk. Every time I went up to the second floor the paint smell just hit me very strong. The rooms were not base boarders were missing in my room which made it look tacky. This are some reasons why I give it a e star.

The hotel overall looked clean and organized. Very easy to access as well for parking. The room was clean and organized.

They were doing maintenance and fixing, painting the hallway in our floor while staying there and it was not good. We had the paint smell and loud noises. I would suggest shut down that floor even if it is a financial loss to do your maintenance and let your guest enjoy their stay at your property without having to endure this. I pay to rest and enjoy my stay and it wasn’t enjoyable.

Decent hotel in rough area

I've stayed at this location in the past and didn't remember it being this bad. Entire hotel has a weird odor, as if it had bad water damage at some point and wasn't dealt with properly. That plus moldy grout in the bathroom just leaves you with the impression that the place isn't very clean. On top of that, their was construction going on and they had to turn the water off in the middle of the day for 3 hours. These are things that you should be warned about when making a reservation, not after you've arrived. All in all, it was a pretty lousy experience. Do yourself a favor, pay $30 to $40 more per night and stay somewhere else. I think you'll be glad you did.

They ask for a 50 dls deposit, and then return $35 dls because you use there parking . I was not aware I was being charged 15 dls for one night

The entire hotel was under construction, there were painters in the main hallway. There were two elevators, which one was already down during the time I checked in and after being gone for a few hours, I came back to both elevators being down, leaving all guest to walk up and down the stairs to get to their rooms. Also pool and hot tub dirty and the tv didn’t work properly.

It’s was a wonderful stay very calm and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The only downside is my room. The room was spacious but the chair had stains and the smell was overpowering with cleaning solutions. We kept hearing like a ringing sound on and off in the room during our stay so it was kinda annoying. Parking was awesome you just have to check in first.

Pleasantly surprised about how well this worked out. Went to concert and this was perfect 10 min away. Parking was good stuffy but good the pool was nice. Although be forewarned the pool is very slippery to get in. My husband almost slipped getting in.

I absolutely love this property. First time. I have stayed here very nice super clean super quiet awesome Neighbour hood, very friendly staff . Continental breakfast was so great. Parking was so convenient. room was perfect size for family of five restrooms are super clean just loved it. I would definitely recommend to stay there and I will definitely go back since I’m close to my family members and if I’m going to travel to LA near that area I’m always gonna book this place.

The room was had a funky smell no matter what we did the towels were dirty to the pool smelled really bad the rooms had a really bad odor like the carpet gotten wet and not cleaned, definitely not going to be staying there anymore , and the parking isn’t free 15$ a day

Unfortunately, the hotel needs updating. The carpet in our room was sticky and had kind of a sour smell. The hot tub looked really bad and needed cleaning and the paint on the tiles around the pool was chipping off and sticking to the bottom of our feet. This was the second time we decided to stay here because the first time a few years ago was nice. But I doubt we will be back. Sorry.

Room smells like vomit

I didn't get what you showed me on the picture when I buy because the most importantly was the roll in shower. Can you imagine staying in a hotel with out taking shower and very difficult to use bath for some one in a wheelchair !

A quick business trip. Area was a bit scary first time at hotel room was nice tv couldn’t get some internet service staff was very nice they gave my king size bed away and I had to settle for 2 beds.. I feel if I paid for a king I should totally get one! That didn’t settle with me but I didn’t argue .. I could hear the traffic noise and all the rooms around me i had ac up so I couldn’t hear anything parking was kinda scary but my car was safe.. would I stay here again honestly not.. but everyone was so nice

My check out was at 12 noon . They de activated my access card at 11 a.m . House keeping walked in on my son changing at 11:15a.m . Very inconvenient

Staff was attentive but the AC unit was noisy, the staff said it was working accordingly but woke up several times in the night because of the noise.

Our hotel room had a horrible smell coming from the ac. We didn’t smell it till we got in late at night. Maintenance guy came in, but he couldn’t fix it.. front desk told me they would fix it next day or get me new room. I had to go downstairs and ask for ac to get fixed. Manager was kinda snobby. Everyone else very friendly. Pool was not the cleaners

Great stay

We got in late from Blackpink’s concert and the AC didn’t turned on. The cover came right off, but I didn’t bother to ask someone to come up knowing it was late. I just needed some white noise so we could sleep in. Ended up using Spotify to muffle out the noise. The staff was quick and efficient when we checked in.

I appreciated that parking was gated and I didn’t need to worry about my car being stolen in that part of town. Room/hotel was very clean. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay during our Sofi events. Only problem address on Map Quest is not correct making it complovated to find. It states Acacia as street but actually Imerial highway will get u to hotel.

We checked in we weren’t able to shower until a little after 12 AM on the evening of check-in because our showerhead was broken or not maintained water was shooting from the top wedding the floor we had to place towels on the floor the nozzle where you turn on the water was leaking underneath the sink where you wash your hands it was leaking The microwave was slightly broken and upon checking the rest of the room it was something coming from the wall at the bottom by the bathtub in the bathroom, no accommodations were made. The only thing that was taken care of was the showerhead so we can shower.

Hotel was clean and quiet, only disappointment was the 24 hour coffee service was not in fact 24 hours.

Front desks people were friendly and polite. Room is decent with just some minor glitches (ex. shower head is stained, wall panel outside the room door is hanging out). I did request for housekeeping service but came back at the end of the of the day not done. It might be coz i requested only with the housekeeper cleaning at our floor and not in the front desk. The pool and sauna were very filthy and it seems anyone from the streets can just walk in and get coffee without being a guest.

Great Property to stay if your going to SoFi or Forum for a concert so convenient.

We went and took our baby and unfortunately we could not put her down because our carpet was damp and musty. We had to have the window open the entire time because of not, it would get a damp moldy smell in our room. Also, we were there for a few days and there was no service to the pool. When we tried to go to the pool, the water was so murky you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool.

The guests above our bedroom and to the side were very loud we could hear them talking, screaming and the noise above our room they were stomping and running. It was just a horrible evening. We tried to turn on the AC so we could cancel out the noise, but it really didn’t help. They were that loud

Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The area around the hotel isn't great, but thankfully there is a parking garage.

It was perfect for the occasion and plenty of amazing tacos right down the block .

The staff was great. But the hotel could use some updates and some set rooms could use spring cleaning. The water wasn’t even very hot to take showers. The blackout curtain don’t even go close all the way. So light was coming in while we were trying to sleep.

Staff was friendly, inside it was very clean, the two queen bed room though had a tiny tv which I haven’t seen in a long time!! Even the cheaper hotels have bigger tvs. Room was very small for two queen beds.

It was absolutely wonderful! Mike made our time here such a relaxing and delightful time! We really appreciated all the advice and assistance. Would definitely stay again! The hot tub and pool were great, breakfast was delicious and parking was so secure. Will definitely be recommending to others!

There is not much noice-canceling walls. But at least it was clean.

The bed was very hard, uncomfortable and had a huge dip in the middle of the bed that sunk and dipped so bad it made my back hurt for 2 days.

The only reason I booked this hotel was the location, 1 mile from my doctor appointment.

We had an early flight and needed to get to sleep at a decent time. The room next to us was playing loud music. I called the front desk, and the desk clerk said he was sending security. The music didn't stop. We called twice more with the same result. We had to book a different hotel and leave the property at 11 p.m.

This is probably about our third time staying here. It just avfriendly kind hotel. Mike who checked us in, was respectful and did not rush ue for checking in.

Easy fast clean great breakfast

The best thing about this property is the indoor pool, the jacuzzi was broken and guest should have been alerted. The last time I stayed there the heat in the jacuzzi wasn't working as well. Guests book this hotel for the indoor amenities and they should be working or the website should disclose it when they are down. The breakfast is terrible, I stay right next door at the Hilton all the time and the breakfast is amazing, you need to upgrade quality of breakfast. Thank you
