Everything was amazing people the place

Rude staff, refused to assist. Hardly any parking, couldn’t park my car, on site staff refused to assist or offer any solution. Never returning.

It is rare to book 1 hotel room for our family of 6. The room was clean and modern in design, as shown in the pictures. Parking was free and the Deluxe Inn is located right off Hawthorne Blvd. The front desk was very accommodating for our late check in. AC was working well. The only thing I would mark 1/2 a star was there was no elevator available for the 3 story property. It was challenging with 1 of our family members having a mobility and medical issues going up and down the stairs. Will definitely keep the Deluxe Inn on our list of hotels to rebook on our next visit to California.

The room bedding had holes in it. The fake advertisement stating that all the rooms has Jacuzzis they use the same picture for every room. They are just random standard smoking rooms. They don't inform you that they're going to have construction above your room, and the next day u wake up to banging and you checked in with a baby nine months, it was the worst ever and when I asked him about the construction the lady said I can ask then to bring their voices down! What??? we weren't talking about the voices we was talking about the banging and the hammering. Rude and disrespectful

I only stayed for two nights. I would say everything was as expected and acceptable. I was concerned the location would be noisy but it was actualy quiet and i slept well. the inlcuded parking was nice although small and tight but it felt secure as the parking is inside, covered and cameras everywhere. There is just not any amenities so come prepared. No charging stations for electronic devices and some of the things in the rooms are older, worn out. not bad overall considering the cost and its not too far from attractions you can drive or uber to.

Well I had an incident today in regards to the parking the parking can be kind of tight but the fact that the front desk clerk said I was double parked instead of verifying that I was within my space and literally called me in my room to tell me to move my car because a new person had parked next to my car but they're driving a huge Dodge Durango trying to park in the middle parking space when there's outside parking with more room for a truck that piss me off because I had already been here came and went came checked in went to get food and came back and I had already moved my car twice to make sure I was in the space so I let him know that you know that wasn't very legitimate claim on you taking the word of somebody that had just gotten here versus someone who's already here and checked in her room and everything and plus the front desk clerk didn't even go outside to see he just took the word of the person that parked next to my car that pissed me off but I'll let that go because I'm rational and I literally enjoy their hotel

Parking was easy, I felt safe with my car there. The air conditioner worked great.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful. The only takeaway I have about this hotel is the linens and towels definitely need to be replaced. The housekeeper was so kind and even mopped my room for me after replacing my sheets. I will definitely stay here when I return to LA when they do replace towels and linens.

the hotel was nice and decent! The cashier lady who helped us was very rude. There was a Hispanic lady who seemed to be helping her, she was okay but the other lady was rude and would mock me when I asked questions just to be sure. I won't be coming back to this location due to the experience with her.

Most parking spots are covered, which is nice. Head's up this lot is much easier to navigate if you're good at back-in parking. Also, 6'0 is a safe bet. Some parking spots are as low as 6'4" for you van drivers. For you fellow business travelers, you're 10 min or less from SpaceX (and supporting local mid-sized firms). Cool coffee shop on your way to your client at Hawthorne and El Segundo.

I rented this hotel because of the immensities of the jacuzzi and the jacuzzi did not work and they did not want to reimburse me back

Was good for an overnight stay before flying out of LAX. Nice neighborhood, lots of food options, gas, etc. Property was in good shape but room was rough - scrapes on wall, shower was aged, etc. One major drawback - the internet was unusable, and the hotel was in a dead spot for Verizon so we had no internet.

It's nice. The shower gets hot quickly and stays hot. They change towels/make bed every day and respect your belongings. Fridge and coffee maker. TV remote didn't work and TV had an odd blue tint but I didn't really mind. Connection/wifi was good. Location is great with bus routes and many stores nearby. Parking is good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Lots of stairs. The bathroom had an odd slanted tissue box thing installed into the wall above the sink. Sink counter was chipped. Bathroom had multiple instances of the landlord special with random stuff being painted over. Honestly wasn't that big of a deal cause it all worked but it gave me a good laugh. Overall recommend and would stay again!

The neighborhood also felt unsafe, with many homeless people in the area. As a tourist, I had no way of knowing these details in advance. I ended up leaving the hotel after just one night, even though I had already paid for two, because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying any longer. A reputable website like Hotels.com should not promote or sell hotels of this standard.

The room was just okay if you are staying for the night, but I think the entire hotel beyond the front desk needs to be updated. The parking is okay, but don't have a big car because the parking spaces are tight. The staff seemed nice when I saw them.

The staff was extremely nice as was the room. We had the jetted tub room non smoking. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I was surprised by was that they asked for a cash deposit. I didn't mind paying for it, it just wasn't mentioned prior and I had to withdrawal money from an atm. The parking is really tight but there was parking and the property had cameras so it was safe. We definitely will stay here again.

Room was less than due to the room being so dated. Air conditioner did not stay on unless it was on “Fan Only”. The lighting in the room was dim and the refrigerator was dirty. The hotel is 3 floors with no elevator so good luck to you if you get the 3rd floor and you have a lot of things with you

Everything was very comfortable, clean and I definitely felt safe. The cleaning staff came in and cleaned when I was gone and did a super fantastic job. I will be returning very soon from Palmdale California.

The room was clean and staff was fine. The hotel was incredibly noisy. Both the surrounding rooms and the parking lot that is in the middle of all of the rooms. I would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. My biggest complaint is how loud the hotel was. You could just hear everything in the rooms around you and in the exterior. The internet was also not good.

Hotel room was fine. Didn't have a clock or hand lotion. And parking was plentiful. The only thing I didn't like was that they only accepted cash for a deposit whereas all other hotels I've stayed at accepted credit cards. Because of this, I didn't receive my cash deposit back when I checked out. No one was at the front desk when I checked out and I forgot about my deposit until I returned home in another State. This is probably the reason why I won't be staying there again.

Considering the price, I would have expected there not to be so much peeling paint, visible plaster repair, etc. The two chairs were threadbare. Strange mix between trying to update but stopping in the middle so it was pretty shabby. It was clean in terms of daily stuff but grungy.

I stayed here recently and overall the experience was decent — staff were polite and helpful. The front desk clerk was very kind and even came to spray the room when we mentioned the strong cigarette smell. Unfortunately, the only room available was a smoking room, which we hadn’t wanted. The smell was so strong that it lingered all night, and it made it hard for my friend to sleep. Other than that, the hotel itself seemed fine, but I’d recommend making sure you get a non-smoking room if that’s important to you.

We stayed here for hard summer and it wasn’t bad if you’re just here to sleep for a night or two. We made the mistake of accidentally booking a smoking room and when we got there it reeked of weed and smoke and there were burn holes in the blankets so we had to use our own. There’s no elevator so also keep that in mind since there are three stories.

Everything in that room needed to be replaced. Stayed in a smoking room and the smell wasn’t bad, perfect in that only sense. The parking garage was comforting at first but the noise early morning from all the vehicles was too much. Every part of the hotel was grimey. I had to wipe everything down including the hair dryer that had makeup or something on it. All the walls had liquid stains from who knows what. The phone wasn’t even hooked up, just placed for decor. 20$ cash deposit returned upon check out. We booked for two nights but they only provided two body towels, no hand towels, and a few square towels. The “aloe lotion” on the wall is actually soap… The shower had several types of hair in it. Overall we will never be back, overpriced for the stay. Oh and they wouldn’t provide more towels until we turned in the used ones. Thankfully housekeeping was reasonable and gave us what we needed. The only plus side was that the A.C worked perfect. Oh and the chairs at the dining table were entirely tattered, no one would sit there unless a towel was placed first. The chair with wheels did not roll lol. The floors were coming up and looked as if suffered water damage. The bed was bad but my back didn’t go out sleeping on it so there’s another plus I suppose!

The front desk associate was friendly and quick. Parking was free and easy. But the best part was our room - it was clean, had comfortable bedding and provided us with a safe place to rest without worries.

Check in was easy. The girl at the check in desk was polite. The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. I didnt see any bugs. It was woth yhe price for 3 beds not far from Manhattan beach. The hotel needs some TLC. The frame around the window was missing and had a large section rotted out. It looked like they moved head boards that were attached to the wall and left the holes. The room was clean except the shower which had a ton of hair.

Had to make a quick stop in the LA area and they had a room available. The lady who took care of my check in was very friendly and helpful. There is a $20 cash deposit which you get back when you check out. The room was comfortable. I've stayed at 6 Suites up the road and (more bang for your buck) I think I'm staying at the Deluxe from now on whenever I come to the LA area.

Always an amazing experience

To be honest, did not have high expectations as it was a very short stay. But the smell in our room was horrible.

This property had stains on the sheets, on the ironing board, weird smell in the room that was non smoking, and other rooms in this vicinity had damages on the outside so you could imagine how bad it would be inside. I felt unsafe.

The room was decent, they could have swapped and moped the floor better. However the room over all was comfortable I like that it was a smoking room. I did not like that the wifi allowed me limited access. I did like that there was no deposit. Over all it was a decent stay.

This is a very nice motel to stay in. The staff is really nice and friendly, so I really appreciated that. My room was quite clean. I only have two complaints. The floors are sticky and dirty. It turned my feet black when I took off my socks. And the shower is not great. My shower was just trickling water instead of a full blast. Other than that, my stay was quite nice. Like I said, I really liked the staff. And the price was decent as well. I did feel safe staying at this motel and with its surrounding area.

Property is fairly close to the airport which was nice. Food options around were limited. The hotel itself was an okay stay. The rooms were decent size but chipped paint and thin walls. We could hear the people next door. Also the parking is underneath and very tight mainly for small and compact cars. Staff was very nice.

I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back. Make a couple trips a month and this place is by far one of the better ones in the area. It’s quiet and the property is clean. Rooms are clean and spacious.

They were rude and uncompliant to their guests having guests and being able to accommodate for discomfiting with guest regulations and made me spend extra money on a dirty room just to keep extra guests for couple hours for special occasion .

Checked in here with my daughter and the room looked like someone fought in it. There were broken things, dents in the wall and a bloody handprint on the bathroom door. A but off-putting to Say the least… but it smelled nice.
