We checked in at 4:30, after eating we were ready to hit the pool and it was closed! At 105 degrees, I was expecting it to be open at least till 9 pm!

Save yourself the trouble and do not book if you have trouble with smells. The rooms stink because of poor ventilation and possible mildew/mold. I switched rooms because of the smell and the other room had the same smell. Funny thing is, the hotel is nice and all the amenities are an A+. But what is it worth if you can’t get past the smell in your hotel room??? Other patrons complained about the smell as well. Silly me didn’t read the reviews until after I checked in.

I had a mostly positive stay at this property, though a few issues prevented it from being perfect. Room Quality The room size was great and overall decent. However, cleanliness could have been better—the lampshade between the beds had visible stains, the couch also had noticeable stains, and while the restroom was acceptable, it wasn’t spotless. Amenities The property offers excellent amenities that I really enjoyed. The outdoor area includes a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and lounge space with a firepit table. The indoor lobby amenities were also nice and well-maintained. Service Issues The front desk staff were nice and welcoming throughout my entire stay, which I really appreciated. However, I encountered two frustrating issues. First, I requested additional towels that never arrived, I assume they were forgotten. Second, and more concerning, I was charged twice for parking despite never having a car parked at the property. I called and left a message for the manager about the double charge but never received a callback, which was disappointing. Final Thoughts Despite the cleanliness concerns and billing issue, I enjoyed my stay overall. The amenities are a strong point, but the property needs to improve communication and attention to detail to earn a full five-star rating.

Clean rooms. Check in around 2 in the morning, one of the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. I had to check in at another side of the lobby while the front desk agent sat in her car. We saw her get out and walk to the lobby after checling in. I parked my car and asked how to get to my room, she rudely removed her earbud out and pointed to the elevators behind the business stations in the lobby.

She then informed me that my reservation had been cancelled and it was without my knowledge. Everything was good but I was so dissatisfied with the deposit. Be aware they will charge $50 deposit per day of you staying there. I’ve stayed at many hotels and it’s a deposit for the whole reservation not per day. Not to mention they take 5-7 days to put that deposit back but they are so quick to withdraw it the same day. Just FYI

All amenities were excellent but parking is too expensive for the hotel location.

Overall grades day no complaints on anything parking was fine. Staff was great. The bar and the food was great. A lot of things close by that we’re good to eat at and just convenient for an overnight trip preparing for an airport departure early morning.

Further from airport than expected. I thought there was a shuttle but took the shuttle to the other Marriott courtyard by accident. The whole place smelt a bit damp but also like tobacco/weed - kinda gross. But otherwise was fine.

My son was locked in the bathroom, the latch wouldn’t fully turn to unlock the lock. We called the front desk and the night manager immediately came to the room and helped to get my son out of the bathroom.

I didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities. The property had a smell that wasn’t very pleasant. The room had dust everywhere. I dost feel like it was clean properly.

When I got to my room, I also noticed that the air conditioner kept turning on and off. It took quite a while for the room to actually cool down, which was frustrating after arriving. That said, the hotel property itself is very nice and appears to be well maintained. However, despite the nice facilities, the overall experience left me feeling like I wasn’t very welcomed. I will not be a returning customer.

- There is a part of bathroom that was not clean when I was checking in - I booked for non smoking room however I found out that on Mar 10, 2026 that there is someone smoking in other rooms (I guess) as resulted I couldn't sleep till morning (the smoking odor happened at 1:26 AM) and at that time I called lobby to have someone to check however the security couldn't find where the smoking odor coming from. It's really bad experience for that night, while the remaining nights are relatively ok

The Italian restaurant never delivered, salad dressing, so my salad sat in the refrigerator for two days. Other than that, the staff was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, and I had a nice day. As always, I say to please clean the carpets. I also work in hospitality, and I know it’s a challenge because it’s a 24 seven operation. However, please keep the hotel clean, clean clean. This is what we appreciate the most.

Friendly staff at check in and out. We even used their dinning tables to eat our tacos after the concert and a staff member went and got us extra napkins. The rooms are nice, clean, well stocked with coffee machine, irons, dryers and clean towels. I enjoyed the lounge area that had lots of seating and televisions. We used the bar and drinks were delicious. I gave it 4 stars because the beds were a little firm for my taste. But the bedding was clean and offered lots of soft pillows.

The room could use a good deep cleaning. The couch which was also a pull-out bed had stains all over it. The carpet was a little dark and dingy. Worst of all our phone did not work, I was told to call the hotel directly with my cell phone if I needed anything. When I would call, nobody would answer, so I'd have to go downstairs to request whatever I needed...we were there for a couple days, so that was annoying. Also, on our last night there they ran out of parking and we had to park in the nearby neighborhood, which left us feeling uneasy with all our belongings in the car...

Gave away my prepaid room on Valentine’s Day kept me there until 3 am saying they would get me a room and failed to do so.

Staff was decent but could have been friendlier and more helpful. Water pressure was not so great and the water temperature is another issue we had. Our water took a while to get warm. The area is also very unsafe. As soon as I checked in, I parked, and right in that moment a homeless set a trash can on fire near my car. Security hadn’t noticed at all, one guard was sitting down and the other one was distracted.

Very underwhelming. The rooms were just OKAY. I stayed for the weekend and room was never cleaned. Fresh towels and a freshly made bed would have been nice. They also charge $25 per day for parking which seemed like a money grab, especially for this location when parking was almost impossible to find at night. Took me at least 35-40 minutes to get to popular tourist destinations from here. Staff did not do anything to go above and beyond and make they stay more welcoming. Beds were too firm and the pools and hot tub were very crowded.

The room was clean, the amenities was lacking "no shower gel to bath with". Also, the room did not supply any water, essential in my book. The ability to get food early in the morning or late at night was not accessable. The night shift was less friendly than the day shift.

The room was not air conditioned properly and i have raised the complaint in the morning 7am and when i asked about it at night around 11pm they said they will send the engineer at that time to look at it when we already had a long day out and had to sleep quickly and i refused it and the housekeeping also is terrible the sheets are like how we left in the morning the same condition they did not changed tge sheets nor folded it and also i asked for air freshner or something for the restroom and they did not provide or cleaned it. So overall stay is terrible and worst.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone refused to let my family check in because the reservation was in my name. He stated that it was against policy to let my family have the room that I already paid for, so Expedia fixed it. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone from your hotel was condescending.

You have to pay for parking every single day which makes no sense how are you paying for parking at a hotel you’re staying at. The issue comes down to the high speed internet that you pay for. It’s just awful. I work in gaming and need a strong connection and every time I stay at any Marriott hotel, the connection (that you have to pay an additional $5 for) is so unstable. It can take up to 45 minutes to launch a game. I’ve recently started to stay at VRBOs because people have lightyears better internet speeds and stability at their own units. This is the 21st century and having shoddy internet at a hotel you pay $600 for over the course of a weekend is a ripoff.

Staff was rude & not very knowledgeable. We had a fire evacuation when I stayed and no one gave direction or information on what to do! I was scared for my safety! Still to this day no one gas reached out! Never staying there again in life!

The housekeeping staff repeatedly tried to enter the room to clean at 9 a.m., despite the 12 p.m. checkout time. This constant disturbance kept waking me up and ruined my experience. even with a "do not disturb" sign on my room door. I requested a late check out to compensate the hours that I missed but they told me that the 12pm noon check out was already a late check out.

There was a $75 per day incidentals fee that was not mentioned at all. When I got there the A/C was broken.

Overall, the property is clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops and key venues like The Forum, Sofi, YouTube Theater, Intuit etc. It’s relatively close to the freeway. This property doesn’t offer free breakfast. Parking isn’t free either. Happy to say that it was a pleasant stay. Will book this place again in the future.

I originally requested a handicap accessible room because my 84yo dad uses a walker. This room was great for my dad to move around with his walker including into the bathroom. We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked 2 nights stay. Upon check in we notice our room did not have electricity, AC did not work, but there was a light outside our window blinking nonstop. Asked for another room. 2nd room did not have running water and missing shower head. Asked for another room. Staff went to check to confirm our stories before assigning another room. After 2 hours back and forth between rooms and lobby, finally settled into 3rd room. Fire alarm came on at midnight. Did not get much sleep that night. Next night, came back and notice our bed is not made and no fresh towel. Called lobby and was told they only service every other days. At 10pm, fire alarm came on again. Called lobby and was told it was a malfunction and they have it resolved. Alarm came on again at 10:15pm, then again at 10:30pm. Both time, lobby assure they have it resolved. Finally we asked to cancel our stay and alarm continue to trigger while we were in the lobby. Other guests could be heard asking is it safe to use the elevator or the stairs to access their room.

Everything was great except the fire alarm ring at 1 am and we all had to go outside.

Got woken up by the fire alarm at 12 am and everyone wondered what was going on. Alarm went on for 20 mins. It was definitely a terrible experience. Love the hotel super clean but the alarm was very inconvenient and manager didn’t even apologize.

Clean and friendly, hassle free check in just what I needed after traveling

Staff were so accommodating and welcoming. We were allowed an early check in, all our questions were answered with great customer service and they held our luggage after check out. Room was clean, pool was a wonderful feature and decent food options at walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Carpet had stains in the hallway and room. The bathroom floor was not very clean.

there are many places within walking distance where you ca get fast food like Dominos, Popeyes, Starbucks, a grocery store, there’s a Chase bank right next to the hotel as well.

Area was fine to stay for a concert at the Kia Forum, but definitely wouldn’t go for an evening stroll. My son loved having the little basketball court, room was clean and bed was comfy. Would find a better area next time but the hotel was clean and comfy so can’t complain although I will say parking SUCKED!

Pool and Hot Tub fantastic, Staff Fantastic and only down side was no complimentary coffee in the lobby and that’s a first for me in the US.

The parking was limited. I had to drop off my blind father at the front of the establishment and find street parking. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My family of 4 struggled to shower as the shower head for room 237 dripped weaker than the faucet. The elevators always had puddles of water with caution signs surrounding them, although the puddles were consistently staying uncleaned. My family also experienced bug bites during our stay, specifically on the couch.

The experience was pretty average. I had booked 2 rooms on this stay for my family. One did not have AC working and for the other, room service wasn't provided in-spite of letting the staff know thrice about it.

She always greeted me with a smile and went out of her way to ask how I was doing whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave me great tips and recommendations that made my stay even better. They let us check in early

Staff was super friendly. It was great to stay with kids. Comfortable and clean. Outdoor pool was not huge but good for kids to splash around. Breakfast was good. Parking is convenient and affordable. Overall, we loved our stay.

Although we never knkw what life will throw us on a day to day basis but it was alot of people sleeping in their cars on the property. I hate seeing that however overall the stay great

Room was not clean, particularly the bathroom, with dried urine near the toilet. Also sink didn't drain well, shower floor had shoe smudges. Location did not feel safe and was worried about my rental car overnight. Many hotels are available nearby at similar rate, will not be staying here again.

10/10 would recommend stay. Rooms smell clean and fresh. Everything was great! No complains!

Everything about the hotel was great except for the smell of dope in the hallways, from our bathroom (thankfully not in our room) but around the pool area.

I didn't like that parking was limited because people who weren't at the hotel kept using the parking. There has to be a check in on the vehicles or something. It took almost 20 minutes on the parking to find anything. Other than that everything else was prefect

Male staff were friendly and accommodating. Female staff seem to think about the customers after the fact Somewhat friendly. The amenities and ambiance were really nice. Didn't like the parking situation at all To crowded and not accommodating on the weekends especially paying overpriced fee to not get parking.24hr maintenance person is needed. We had a plumbing issue that couldn't be addressed for 2 hours. Lastly as a women of a certain age we didn't feel safe when people that were clearly not patrons were sitting on the outside of the door and the parking lot after the hour where the doors are locked and at times during the day.

I enjoyed the quiet area as well as the space in the room!

The Ladies were phenomenal. Each time I needed assistance they did an exceptional job making sure I was taken care of. They were attentive when I left and returned and I appreciate them all. Overall 10/10 experience.

The only thing that was an issue was the water in the sink did not get warm enough and the water in the shower was not hot enough

The front desk person lied and said we could go to the adjacent hotel for breakfast”they don’t check”was her exact words. Come to find out, they lock everyone from the other hotel out. I could have stayed in the bed and saved the embarrassment if she hadn’t lied to us. Also the mini fridge was not working , the nightstand drawer wouldn’t stay closed, and the shower drain cover was leaned up against the wall , meaning we had to lay it down over the drain

The surrounding area where the hotel is located is average but the staff is nice

The staff was amazing! They were very nice and friendly! We went for a festival and they would even hype us up and compliment our outfits! Loved it!
