    Extremely clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Back patio with firepit was perfect for relaxing. Conveniently located. Only downfall was the breakfast. Could have had a little more variety and replenished more. Other then that. Perfect!

    Reception was sleeping upon arrival and wouldn’t wake up. The room was disgusting. Everything was dirty, blood on walls, un washed floors, pee all over the toilet and floor. All of the towels were just folded dirty towels. One with blood and makeup on it.

    The Motel was nice and clean. When i walked into the room it actually smelled fresh and everything worked and clean. The Manger of the Hotel is a really nice Lady as well. I will definitely be back to Harrisonburg V.A and went i do ill be staying at the Super 8 Motel.

The room was probably clean but it was hard to be certain since the furniture was so worn and the bathroom was so old. The tile appeared worn and dirty. Won’t stay in RRI again!!

    I was met with friendly service however the hotel room could use some updating and maintenance.     Seemed to be in state of flux. One person at desk who was doing her best. Owner let phone ring and seemed annoyed that she had to answer it. I think that was a cultural thing. Mold in tub. Faucet loose and leaking in sink.

    Check-in person very friendly but was not informed of no cleaning service til after 3rd day. Reservation was for 4, & we only had 2 sets of towels in the room. Son used 1 the 1st night, so called down for more towels & they ran out & wouldn’t have any until 7 am! So I called at 7 am, he didn’t have any staff so I offered to come get them. When I requested 5 towels he was rude!! I told him we only got 2 sets initially & we have 4 people. He told ME I must’ve reserved for only 2 people then if that’s how many towels were in there; & proceeded to tell me that people will lots of times make a reservation for 2 when there’s really 3-4 people, b/c there’s an add’l $10 pp charge. I told him my reservation WAS for 4, & he checked the computer. So then he saw my reservation was for 4 & didn’t even apologize for assuming what he did!!😡After that, he told me he could only give me 2 towels. I had to remind him that my son used 1 the night before so I needed at the least 3 towels b/c I still have 1 “clean” one in the room, & we all had to shower for GRADUATION! He went on & on about how people steal towels & they’re $10 each & when we check out there better be 5 towels in the room! Was treated like a criminal not a customer paying for a service! Hotel is outdated/no USB ports, & room was very dirty-dusty lamps/baseboards/floors & no customer service!!! No wonder 1 of the few hotels still available for graduation when I booked it last summer!! LESSON LEARNED-will NEVER stay there again!!

    The towels were see through they were so old. The pillows were half pillows. Then the front desk charged me $5 for a key that I returned when I checked out. The sheets were old as well. There was hair on the walls of the shower.

    The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were able to check in two hours early and I appreciate that they were willing to accommodate this request. It suited our needs for the weekend. We wanted to be within walking distance of my student and we had two dogs. The mattress is thin and the sheets did not stay on so there was that battle going on most of the night. The floors never really felt clean and the room smelled a bit stale. The hallways were clean and quiet though the exit doors could have used a cleaning. There were smudges and fingerprints everywhere. I was washing my hands A LOT during this stay! But you can’t beat the prices and again for us, we just wanted to be near my student and not have to drive any where after “day time festivities.”

    Great location for the botanical gardens. Even though occupancy was low, check in time was strictly enforced, so we had to wait a couple of hours to be able to check in. We understand that those are their rules, but a little flexibility would have been great, since it appeared the rooms were ready.

Tub had hair in it. Very dirty. Washed up. Called the front desk. Sandra asked me to get key to see another room. Opened door and one of the beds were unmade. Closed door. Told Sandra, so called General manager) what i saw in the other room (bed not made up). Response, "that's the cleanest room we have now". How can a room with a bed that someone slept in, is a clean room? Did not refund money. Canceled 2nd night. Dirtiest RRI ever. Bad customer service.

    Check in was quick and easy no hassles. Room was clean. Microwave and refridgerator in room were okd but worked. Shower curtain rod was a loose from wall. Overall it was ok, its a Red Roof In what do ypu expect. It was a quick overnight stay.

    The front desk clerk was nice but put a 5 dollar charge on the door key. The towels and sheets were ok but they had stains that bleach should have removed. The floor and furnisher was dirty/dusty. When we checked out, I handed my room card directly to the same clerk. He was nice and asked if we wanted coffee before we left. I said no thank you and jokingly said please remember not to charge me for not returning the room card. Of course, I was charged. No big deal on the issues with each but as a whole, I won’t go back.

    Maybe for that reason, it lacks amenities. The pool was closed, perhaps permanently, and the dining room "breakfast" was just coffee. Room was clean, bed was fine, but a used bar of soap was left in the shower. Never found a TV remote. Check-in was slow, not particularly friendly. $100 credit card deposit for a $60 room is a little off-putting... other Red Roofs do not do that. I am a Red Roof frequent customer throughout the region, so I am familiar with the limits of economy class hotels, but other Red Roof properties did things better. That said, I would stay there again, but I will probably shop other hotels first.

The floors were filthy and counters were sticky. I used 91% ISO to clean the room myself. The hotel has no breakfast, no coffee machines, and no service of any kind. Hotels in a good area, everything you would need is close by.

    Could use a few updates but overall it was great. The people that worked the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean just some areas could have used a bit more attention. The area surrounding this was great. Lots of shops and restaurants and conveniently located right off the interstate. I would definitely stay here again.

    Well, checkin in took 40 mins. So lets start there..finally i get checked and go to my room. The a key that you just hold up..it worked..yay! Open the door, or should i say push hard, to enter a spacious room. It had a table and a couch but i didnt use them. The floor is the wood look stick on tile..which was sticky..the bed, hard, and a trampoline is more quiet. The bathroom was an ok size, no exhaust fan..the shower actually worked and had good pressure but that was about it...oh and zero breakfast! Not even muffins..Overall 1.5 out of 5 because the shower worked and had good pressure...to pay $170 , that was also way overpriced

The worker assigned me another room promptly but didn't apologize for the error. The next room was clean but missing bath towels, so I had to go back downstairs for them. This time the phone sort of worked but the person at the other end couldn't hear me. I tried using the wifi but my phone told me it was not a secure connection, so I just used the cellular data instead. Aside from these things, my stay was quiet and comfortable.

    It wasn’t very clean. Couldn’t tell if it was blood or coffee on the walls but there was no coffee maker in the room so not sure. Blow dryer didn’t work, there was makeup on the towels and the shampoo was already used because there was only a little left in it. Disappointing but the location was great!

    people dying this year or in 2020 than normal! Follow the science you say. But you dont. People behind the desk are on their cell phones and I literally had to call out so they even knew someone was there. They were in the back room with the door open. Probably never stay there again.

    When we checked in at 2:15AM, exhausted from a long trip, we were told that there was an unexpected extra $105 charge that would be refunded upon checkout. We get to the room, turn the A/C and go to sleep. When we awoke in the morning, there was a huge puddle. We asked to change rooms for the second night but we told that they were booked solid. The second night was worse than the first night as the room was very damp. When we left, we spoke with the manager who refunded us one night stay, which was great. Also, they are very dog friendly, which was a HUGE plus for us. There wasn’t any odor in the room indicating that it had been occupied by any previous pets. And we were allowed to leave our dog crated in the room for the day.
