Okay, so not only was the pool still closed, they gave us 2 towels for 4 people, when we asked for extra towels they refused and acted like we were trying to rob them of their towels. They cleaned the room one time the whole week we were there and didn’t change the sheets. The room was a disaster, tissues stuck around the light in the restroom, the ceiling falling, door didn’t lock, they didn’t clean, not even sweep, we spent most days at the beach. So. Sand was very much in the floor. It was overall a full disaster. I have images of the way the room is. I just don’t know why I booked with them again… but lesson learned

This is the worst hotel I’ve checked into. We didn’t even unpack. Immediately took the kids and left. The dead bolt was busted off the door which is not safe and raises concerns about what happened in there. Paint was chipped off all over the place. There were obvious mold spots on the lamps. Totally unsafe and unclean. Do not waste your money. Stay somewhere else. Tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t even connected to make a call.

Yes excellent value and choice for a quick off highway overnight stay and back on the road the next day.

Nice size pool but was not available due to maintenence , looks like they are doing some upgrades to their rooms which is really nice to see! Pool was not available, I could not figure out how to get my shower warm and tub at bottom needed a good scrub other then that it was a clean room.

Nothing The room smelled it molding. The AC unit was cranked the sheets on the bed look like they had not been changed in months. The refrigerator has rust on it. The bathroom floor has mold in the corners. I will never stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the location was great If it wasn’t so late in the day I would have requested another room, the floors were dirty - slept in my shoes, I had to move the bed bcuz my phone fell and it looked like someone had thrown up and it was never cleaned up and more disgusting dirt under the bed, the paint was cracking and chipping in the bathroom the plug for the phone like was being held together by what looked to be aluminum foil

There was drug addicts in and out of rooms all over the motel Well, for one, the owner or worker, whoever he was came to my room, putting his head all in the cracked door trying to see who I had in my room. I don’t believe they are allowed to do this such a thing.

When we arrived it looked a bit unkempt outside so at 2 am I told my son we were leaving stuff in the car and checking the room. After entering the supposedly non smoking room all you could smell was smoke

Staff very friendly. Plenty of room. Very clean no odors. Bed very comfortable. Convenient location right off interstate. Plenty around the area.

The property provided basic amenities but is dated and needs upgraded and lacked some minor repairs around baseboards. Also, if you happen to have a room some distance from the hot water heater, you may have to wait for several minutes or use the microwave.

Breed bugs

The staff were super helpful. The rooms all open to the outside, and when we had trouble finding our room, the gentleman working the front desk actually walked with me all the way to our door and made sure we were able to open it and access our room before he left. Breakfast in the morning was well-supplied and quite tasty. The room was not in very good shape. Paint was peeling off walls and made it look very shabby, and the door only had its doorknob bolt for locking. The doorframe latch had lots of open holes like the latch had been attached and removed many times and it wasn't functional when we were there, which made staying there feel just a little scary. I also saw two very small roaches but it wasn't enough to scare us out of the room. We needed some beds for a few hours during our travels and I slept quite well despite it all.

It seems they have bed bugs as soon I got home my hole body was itching and today I wake with my body full of bites very itchi and I found one under the pillow please let your merchant knows so others don't go through what I am going now.

The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, probably from an obvious water leak from above. The water was not hot. When I brought the television problem to the clerks attention, his solution was for me to relocate to a room above my floor. I was already settled in and did not accept that. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Close to I 95 A stale smell to the room

Room was disgusting I don’t even think it was cleaned. There was black mold everywhere and cigarette burns on the bed.

There was so much filth that the room stank. After seeing evidence of bedbugs we left. We tried to get a refund for our stay and the person at the desk hung up on us!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room is small, the bathroom is worn out, and the room looks nothing like the photos. TV is not working. The hotel is located right next to a highway, and there is terrible noise from passing cars all night long since there is no soundproofing—it feels like you’re sleeping outside. We didn’t try the breakfast because we wanted to leave as soon as possible. The pool is closed. I wouldn’t have paid a penny if I had known.

It was a good halfway stop for our trip. Breakfast was good. It felt like you were sleeping on I 95. It was so close. You had to park 100 yards from the room and drag your luggage. The room was in need of repairs and paint. The bathroom wall cracked and peelung. These repairs should have been done with the fees they asked for your pets.

This place is a little dated and my hot water wasn’t very hot in the shower. More like warm. Could have just been A fluke. We stay a night on our way down to Florida. Price was cheap enough. Continental breakfast was good as well.

Cleanliness

When I first arrived, the room did not have any towels, which was inconvenient. I had to request them, and although they were eventually provided, the process felt a bit rushed and unorganized. I used the towels during my stay and made sure to leave them in the room when I checked out. Unfortunately, after checkout, I was charged a towel fee because housekeeping reported that the towels were missing. I was confident I had left everything properly in the room, so this was frustrating. After addressing the issue, the staff did partially resolve it by giving me a $40 discount, but I still ended up paying a $10 fee related to the towels. Aside from that situation, everything else was as expected. This is a budget hotel, so I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, and in that sense, it delivers what you pay for. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for something affordable, but the towel situation and miscommunication with housekeeping definitely impacted my experience.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. A great variety of complementary breakfast. I would definitely stay again in the future.

New owners,said he’s renovating the whole hotel,should not be renting rooms in their current condition

The hotel was in terrible shape. There was holes in the wall in the bathroom. There was mold on the lampshade. There was mold in the bathroom. The bedding had holes melted in it.

The room was in horrible condition with a very bad smell and water damage on the walls cracks in the plaster and it did not feel clean at all. Very very disappointed that a Wyndham Days Inn would allow that type of look for one of their hotels. I was just taken back by the poor quality of the room and the number of vagrant type persons walking around the hotel at night left for a very scary situation. The biggest issue I had was when I shut my door if I did not put the deadbolt on it actually was not locked and secured to anyone walking by could just push it on open. I booked this reservation online going off the reputation of a Wyndham Days Inn and I was just thoroughly taken back by how poor the hotel quality was. I was traveling for business so thankfully it was just me.

PSA - Even with a paid reservation, travelers under the age of 21 will be turned away from this hotel. It doesn't matter if it is the middle of the night, and the reservation was made through hotels.com with your birthdate there is nothing in place to stop anyone from making a reservation and then being denied your stay. Parents with college kids traveling back to campus need to be aware that it's your job to read ALL OF THE FINE PRINT or your child can end up stranded. My personal recommendation is to stay nearby at the Best Western, they allow stays for people 18 and up. It's clean and the staf are very friendly.

Break fast was ok. Bathroom tub was little flimsy and i was little scared that i might break it. Over all experience is not bad. Staff was friendly though.

Employees were good. Room was very dirty when you closed the bathroom door it was obvious never cleaned back there. There was something splattered on the walls and door not sure what.

The room was dirty and everything was rusty. There was kind of coco or something on the floor. Electric receptacles were hanging half off the way. I was so scared of bed bugs. I didn't bring my luggage into the room. Do not recommend this roach motel or your site.

There was no hot water and they told us to run the water for 20-25 minutes for the water to warm…an Hour went by and the water never got warm. The tv was also locked so you can’t change the input and use a streaming device like firestick. Left after the first night despite the manager refusing to give us a refund even after talking to the Expedia customer service rep. Choose a different motel.

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet

The tv remote didn't work, the hot water finally got hot after running it for 10 minutes or so, thd bed was hard, the ceiling was cracked (almost looked like it was rwady to fall in), and the security lock on the door was broke.

They were in the process of doing some upgrades so it was a little noisy at the time but clean rooms at a great price and friendly staff made the difference

The floor was sticky in my room and they only had cold water showers for my stay.

Bathroom had 1/4 inch of dirt and grime buildup in each corner and filth throughout the rest of the floor. Towels were stained, dirty or dingy and there was no hot water. A cockroach skittered across the sink.

Parking was fine, plenty of room right in front of our room. The ac barely worked. The staff were okay.

I felt like the owners were making improvements on an older hotel and bringing it back to life you could tell they still had some improvements they will probably make in the future but it was a great price and location would definitely go back.

I thought a big name like this would have a hotel that looks like THAT. Not only did we have to deal with all this at midnight, but we then had to find another hotel in a city we know nothing about and they refused to even give us our Money back even when we didnt stay in either room for longer than 5 minutes. Since your name is attached to this hotel, we assumed a decent level of service and cleanliness. I intend to plaster this all over every platform I possibly can and get the health department involved. All you had to do was give us our money back. That’s all. That’s all we asked for. Nothing extra. Since you wanted to play hard ball, i am going to make it my mission to get this place shut down and get whoever is responsible for this held accountable. It costs nothing to be CLEAN.

Room was comfortable and clean. A little outdated and needed paint/patch in a couple places.

It’s clean, the pool was NEVER open. I checked out the 1st or 2nd of August and have not received my 141 dollar deposit back after being told I would get it back in 4 weeks..

Room was clean and appeared to have been painted. However, no repairs were made prior to painting. Example, part of corner was missing exposing the metal studs. Bathroom had area of ceiling crumbling. Also, no information was given about using televisions. Went to front desk and given instructions, which still didn’t turn on tv. Called front desk was told would come immediately. After 30 minutes, someone showed up and finally got tv working. I was disappointed as this was a Wyndham property, so expected better.

Booked this place using my Expedia account for my elderly father who was driving alone from Toronto to Florida and stopped to rest after 12 hours of driving. The policy is a to charge a credit card 100 which is refunded at a later date. My father did not want to do this and I offered to use my card which was refused stating the card had to be in the name of the person in the room. After a back and forth dispute, my father offered cash which he had to leave and get from an ATM. When giving the cash he took a short video of the transaction as proof and the staff member called the police for being filmed. The cops came and informed the staff that it was not against the law. The staff then "upgraded" my father's room supposedly in good faith to a king bed room. The next morning the lights did not work and the water was cold. They sent a maintenance person to the room and told me father to run the water for 10 minutes to get hot water. When my father attempted to sit the water off the valve did not work and he could not stop the faucet. Needless to say he could not shower and left. I requested a refund which was refused. Thankfully, my father took several videos which I will be sharing in social media letting others know about this experience.

Beds had dirty sheets, roach in a drawer, lights that don’t work, tv that doesn’t work properly. Save yourself the money and headache. Go a few miles up the road

Told me my check inn was cancel then I had to pay 600 dollars which originally I already paid 257 then we had someone come in the room well we wasn't there they said it was the cleaning lady but the beds are not made up they go well she changed out the towels but on there paper work says towels are change every 3 nights but I was only there for two and she did it the first day we were there and I can't get a refund for the 257

The room was very dirty. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but the bed spread had cigarette burns. There were dead insects in the floor and the bathroom was nasty.

It was a nice quite place, well lit parking and a good breakfast choice.

The first room we checked into, the sheets had not been changed. The guy at the desk didn't seem surprised just handed me a different room, no apologies. It was so bad we considered losing our money and leaving. We used our beach towels to cover the bed and pillows to catch a couple of hours sleep. Felt we were cleaner than we would be if we used that tub so no showers.

Where do i start with this train wreck? First of all, I don't leave bad reviews for mediocre rooms. I understand i ger what i pay for, but this room was beyond horrible, and the public needs to be warned. Roaches in the bathroom that didn't scatter when the lights came on. Holes in the wall from furniture being rubbed against it could have easily been taken care of with some putty and paint. A fabric chair with absolutely filthy arms looked like it had been taken out of a dumpster. The handicap tub rail grips that were falling off the sides of the shower and were absolutely useless. Two guys with leaf blowers right outside our door at 7:45 am. We didn't get to bed until close to 2am all to be startled awake by 2 guys with high power leaf blowers blowing things against out door. It sounded like someone was throwing things against our door. When we complained to the manager as we checked out she said it was the city who had done it. My husband made sure to ask if they were allowed to come on private property and do that, and she said yes. As we were leaving the property, we saw a crew of public works guys hanging out at the property next door, so we went to ask about them using leaf blowers at the hotel. They told us that the city does NOT clean private property and it was not them. Bugs, filthy furniture, holes in filthy walls, leaf blowers, things just falling apart and lies. They are not even trying to make the room a little bit better. Dirty, filthy mess. Pass if you can!

Great mgt...clean rooms with microwave, refrigerator/freezer and extensive cable!

The towels and bedsheets were not the cleanest. The air conditioning was loud, did not cool during the day, and leaked water into the hallway outside. The tv was not the best but it was okay. The breakfast was just okay and the pool was closed for some reason. Overall not a horrible experience but not a great one. You’re paying for a cheap hotel so I’d say you get what you pay for.

One wall had plaster coming off. Under the mattress was a metal sheet that when you moved a certain way it made noises.

Security latch was missing on door, obvious water damage on ceiling by window, AC never got cold, VERY outdated, mattress was very uncomfortable.. This is my review after being there for only 6 hours, we checked in at 1am and checked out at 7am. We hardly slept. If we didn’t have out kiddos with us(who won’t sleep in the car) we would have just stayed in our car and been more comfortable, but the kids require a place to lay down. I cancelled my reservation for our stay on the way back home and booked a different hotel.

This looks like they are in the process of refurbishing the entire complex. Most of the rooms are empty, no numbers on doors. My bedding has burn marks and what looks like some dirty stains.

Nasty rooms

I need to wash some clothes and the laundry is out of order. Place is secluded I drove around in circles before figuring out how to get out of the property. It is right next to a loud truck station trucks in and out all day and night couldn't sleep with all the noise. Very unpleasant stay!

It was decent priced and decent stay

i was skeptic by the age of the building and price, but very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort. they are in the process of updating the rooms, but even though the room was obviously vintage, it was super clean and accommodating. Breakfast was as expected, nothing exciting, but good coffee, and something for everyone to get the day started.

Rooms were in poor condition

Our room was clean and comfortable but the toilet needed work, there was a hole in the wall. The breakfast had good choices and fresh coffee. If they don't do some maintenance the price of 66$will be too much.

Room was well decorated. Commode lid and commode were loose, water in the walls ran off and on all night, neighbor next door got a phone call at 2:10 am which he put on speaker allowing us to hear his call. Semis on the interstate sounded like they were driving through the parking lot and sheets would not stay on the bed.

It was a horrible stay let me start off by saying they kept my $100 dollars and did not reimburse me. Then the room had mold and holes in the walls, the room also has bed bugs me and my boyfriend have bites to prove it. Then we was rushed out of the room before 11am that was very rude and inconsiderate then to top it off we was told that they do not have extra towels, so they took our towels wash them and then brought them back to us. The towels also was not all that clean and still had stain on them and had stains on them before we even use them. SO I WOULD RECOMMEND STAY SOME WHERE ELSE !!

Left at 6 am, did not get any sleep. Lady next door screamed on the phone until at least 2am and I could hear the person on the phone she was talking to. The walls are paper thin. Traffic noise was about the same as outside. The taps and shower head are falling out of the wall and a big hole in the wall above the toilet. Bad night.

While the staff was very nice and helpful, the room I was in was filthy - dirt and dust all over the tables and fixtures, holes in walls, loads of other signs of damage, and no hot water.

I like the flexibility of adjusting my reservation late check in was not a problem and also late checking out also. The room was nice but the fridge could be a bit cooler because my husband insulin had to be refrigerated. Other than that a overall good stay.

The bedsheets and covers had yellow stains and cigarette burns. The ceiling had water damage and some areas the ceiling was cracked. The TV and WiFi did not work well. The light switch by the door did nothing.

The room and the hotel while aged, are clean and in fair condition. The beds and pillows were perfect and the outside. More than acceptable.

It was easy to find, right off the highway. Room was adequate but needs a facelift( painting and nicks in wall, door and tiles). Breakfast was great but no good dining nearby.

They were working on redoing more rooms, and very considerate about it. BUT don’t look behind or underneath furniture - eww dirty! You could see daylight under the exterior door. The ac unit worked okay, but noisy. Good breakfast, but the smell inside the motel, on the ground level, was musty. I was expecting fancy for the price, but I do expect cleanliness!

The first thing I noticed was the toilet was not secure to the floor or walls. It shook n gushed water when flushed. When I told the front desk he said they knew about it n that it was going to be addressed.

Checking in was very pleasant. The gentleman on duty was knowledgeable and quick and it went seamless. When checking out, my son has a soccer game and we were worried it might run us getting back right at 11 am (checkout time). I went in at around 6am to ask for a late check out time and the man behind the counter asked what room i was in before telling me yes or no. I told him the room and he told me no. I asked him why would he ask me my room number first before giving me an answer and he stated, We are too busy to let you stay until 12." I told him that didnt answer my question since there were clearly several rooms empty and we were checking out on a Sunday morning. This went on for a couple of minutes before i realized that it was because they segregated the people who book on Expedia and other bookingg sites and those that may pay full price. The pictures they use to advertise also do not match the rooms. And we were supposed to have queen beds, but were given full beds instead. It was also very dimly lighten and very hard to check for bed bugs- there were none, but the mattresses weren't the cleanest. So bring your own sheets! If you are given the option. Stay somewhere else.

This hotel should be closed the room was disgusting. We checked in and checked out and still have not received a refund as promised. It’s like they don’t even care about customer service.

Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy they took my deposit I booked a room for 5 days checked out that morning and still was charged the days I did not stay so now I have to depute with my bank

Stopped here after a LONG day of driving - Staff at desk was welcoming & made check-in easy & fast! Our room was clean & quiet! Bed & pillows were super comfortable! Rooms could use some cosmetic fixes/updating - wall in bathroom was cracked, toilet base was loose, shower handles were detached from shower wall - none of these issues took away from our stay as the facilities were still in working condition. Easily got back to the highway to continue our trip.

Housekeeping could be better. The bathroom smelled of urine. Front desk had them clean the bathroom again and I didn’t smell the urine until I pulled the shower curtain. That’s where the urine smell was coming from. I told the front desk about the shower curtain but I don’t make a big deal about it. Each front desk receptionist I spoke with were really nice tho

The manager does not understand the reasons. I lost $1,500 plus the cost of medicines and doctors. I am looking for a lawyer to help us with this situation.

I was pleasantly surprised that I cant hear the nearby freeway! The hotel felt safe. Its old but clean enough.

The building was hard to find location poorly lit at front and a parking was full of water as there is no drainage when raining. We were driving through and arrived later at night. There were many people staying there with loud music blaring yelling and running around upstairs until around 2am. The room was filthy with mold smell and water stains on the ceiling. We found a sock and trash between the mattress and box spring with mold when checking for bedbug's and mold on the lamp shades. Overall everything was just very disgusting and would never stay again.

I experienced a stalker. Also, there were fleas in the room. Not cool. Waking me up flying around. If you don't have people with pets, then you should have designated loose that people with pets only be put in and also spray for bugs after the people with pets. Check out cause who wants to be bothered with fleas? But animal owners

Staff was always helpful but our first room had a big hole in the wall so we moved rooms. Air conditioner didn’t work that first night. So maintenance switched out the air conditioner. No microwave in this room. 2nd night maintenance brought up microwave. Air conditioner stopped working. Had to switch rooms again. 3rd room had air and microwave. Last day and night were finally good. Pool hours were only 12-8pm, left for beach or touring all day, would’ve liked to swim between 8-10pm when no sun.

Our stay was horrible,but you get what you pay for. We had to wait on clean towels because they did not clean our room. The man at the front desk stated that housekeeping did not clean our room,so they had to wash the towels we had in order for us to have towels. I have never experienced this before and we had to wait until housekeeping checked the room before we received our deposit. Marriot from now on, I do not care how much it may cost.

The local contractors all over was a bit annoying. They would all stand in the hallways, in the way, and just stare. Then when I checked out the pool suddenly 8 of them arrive with an instant party in tow. It was a lot.

location was very easy to access. rooms were clean and parking good. breakfast very nice.

Location under renovations. Not represented well when booking. Room dark, dungeon like, breakfast lacked selection, and hopefully it will improve with renovation completed.

Cons: The check-in was to long, Internet was messy. Only one person in front desk. I dont feel secure there. Very noisy, people drinking alcoholic drinks in the hallways and parking. We h . I will never stay hete again need to be moved to other room

Many contracted workers staying in rooms adjacent to ours, on the lower level. They made noise late into the night and before dabreak.

Hotel was a little dirty. Not as bad as previous reviews. The ceilings were well overdue for some help. I’d look into fixing that up. We spent the night and by that, I mean we slept from 12:30am until 7am and had their breakfast and headed back out. For a quick rest, it’s an ok spot. For a more than that type of stay, don’t stay here. Nothing fancy. But the place does smell. The beds do smell like mildew.

Basic Truck Stop Motel, nothing fancy, nothing to eat near by except fast food, gas station food

Cancelled our reservation after speaking to front desk staff,being handicapped in a hotel with no elevator,a room on the second floor, long stairway,long walk down the hallway,no parking near the room,nothing appealing to a handicap, and the hotel doesn’t guarantee special requests.

This hotel is in awful condition and disrepair. Plaster coming off the wall in the bathroom, old, worn bed linens, and broken lamp fixture. The hot breakfast was awful as was their coffee. We will never stay at this location again.

The property was a mess. Had to lay towels to walk on in bathroom. Cannot believe Wyndham would allow this property to represent them. I accept some lower standards, but even Motel 6s are superior.

I was treated promptly and courteously by the girl at the front desk. The room is comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

My room was given to someone else “because they had been there since 10Am. Not my problem when I had already made the reservation before 9am.

I didn’t even get to check in. I handed the receptionist my ID and she told me that no one with an ID stating their residence within 60 miles was welcome there. Nowhere on the website or in the lobby did I see anything about patrons not being able to get a room if you’re considered a local. I don’t even live in the area and because of the military, my address reflects my home state not my current duty station where I live. I then was out of a place to stay with little kids because of that issue. My money was taken immediately. A whole day has passed and no refund nor even a call reaching out to rectify the situation.
