Great Manager and a wonderful breakfast.

Loud, dirty, no amenities

The hotel was kind of close to the carnival cruise line but now they moved it take longer to get there. Nice area beds are comfy not bad for the price.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Room was very clean. Very budget friendly for getting on a cruise and pretty close to the port.

The place was clean and accessible. It was a short stay, but I will return again.

My family & I had a late check in we arrived to the property around 930pm, after checking in we entered our room when we turned on the light we encountered a cockroach which we killed, our 1st thought was to leave but it was pretty late & our daughters had a tournament early in the morning so we stayed ate dinner my daughter then went to shower where she encountered another cockroach in the shower we also killed, we ended up packing our belongings and leaving the room around 7am to get to our daughter tournament & we checked out while we were on the road

Everything about our stay was positive. The owner and his family were helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in a little early and stay a little late. The surrounding area is a little sketchy and it was a little challenging to find something to eat because we didn't have a car. Having said that, my husband is in a wheelchair and we were able to walk a few blocks to access things.

Everything great except no closed captioned. Tv fine but the button press on remote CC is not doing it. My husband is Deaf and needs to have captioning accessible. Would love to go back to the wonderful hotel but CC not avail to the cable!! Thank you.

Vending broken, floors dirty, bed was a bit stiff. AC worked well, staff were very friendly and helpful. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Didn’t use laundry. Nice shower and water pressure. Toilet paper was standard commercial quality. Good room for the price in Cali, but a bit off the beaten path- probably should be $25 less per night.

The people running the property I don’t know if it’s the owners, but they were very polite. Very helpful. We’ll stay here again.

Was a clean room with close access to many restaurants. Quick amd easy access to our cruise ship and parking There was no in roo Coffee pot. Coffee was offered in office which was very strong. Need in room.coffee pots. Atleast offer coffee pots to guests at check in time. Turn in when checking out. Good idea

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My husband and I thought the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The parking lot was small, but we had no problem finding a place to park. There was noise from the street, but I didn’t hear it after falling asleep.

It's in a very industrial neighborhood, Nothing around it literally for food. Didn't feel very safe. The vending machines were all broken, had to drive 30minutes to get to civilization and get some water. There was no breakfast.

Clean room as always

The floors were dirty - my feet were black after walking across them (no carpet). No towels were provided for showering, counters were dirty and tables had with dried debris/food on them. The toilet was not working in the evening, the office was closed. The next morning toilet was clogged I called the office and was told I would need to wait for housekeeping at 9am. Asked for a plunger and one was left at our door. Checked out t 8am and no one was at the front desk. After ringing the bell, person came from the living quarters who appeared to have been sleeping. If you’re looking for a place with amenities-there are zero here. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Wyndham should be ashamed!

Stayed for one night to board our cruise the next day. The room was clean but it was outside. There is a lot of outside noise. But overall the place is ok.

No elevator. But no problem. Beds were a little on the hard side but ok.

Very impressed with cleanliness of room and size. Gentlemen at front desk was very helpful. Area around hotel was not walkable but Uber took us to huge mall for dinner and shopping. Great place for overnight before cruise.

This hotel is good value for what we paid. Very basic - no coffee maker or bedside lamps but it does have a fridge and microwave. Most hotels/motels in the area were dated so this was typical. Customer service was responsive and helpful. It's a good place to stay for a short period of time. I was impressed by the newly renovated bathroom - the shower's water pressure was amazing! Location is a little inconvenient without a vehicle but we chose it because of it's proximity to the Port of LA as we were boarding a cruise.

Nothing the place was not clean arrived at 4:30 no room was available, the man at the desk said he didn’t know when we could get in the room. I told him to cancel and I will find another place to stay. He said ok. Plus it was people next door fighting so it didn’t feel safe to me. Quiet Place clean room

The room was huge and very clean. TV had lots of channels, water pressure was great and lots of dining options near by. Costco is a 5 minute drive away. Easy drive to the cruise port.

Short drive to cruise port. Nice large rooms and beds. Could have used a comforter inside the duvet cover. Basically like sleeping under a sheet. It was November, not July.

There is a launchary room for guest convenient. Food chain restaurant within walking distance. It is quiet for my weekend residence.

There was sticky stuff on the floor and bugs (gnats and a cockroach).

The room was clean. Towels and bedding were as well. Nice wood floors. 1. The location was less than desirable. Sketchy. And the parking lot was very small. 2. At 8:30am the front lobby was locked and dark inside, no one in sight, so we were unable to access the free coffee. 3. The wall unit was very loud so we kept waking up every time it kicked on. 4. And the main issue were the beds. They were absolutely horrible. Extremely hard and uncomfortable for everyone. I was in pain for two days after.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is amazing, the rooms are super clean, and the whole place feels quiet and safe. Parking is easy and convenient, and I always feel comfortable here. I absolutely love this hotel and will continue coming back every time I’m in town.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The beds in the rooms are on metal frames and have metal playes surrounding them. Everytime you move it makes a loud metal noise. Not recommended.

The location and the room fit the price and I honestly would be back again. I slept comfortably. Its quite the distance from places that I wanted to in LA/Long Beach but ubering or renting a car is more cost effective than getting hotels closer to the hot spots.

Stayed here for an event in Long Beach so it was handy to have a direct bus stop right down the block. Other than the location, the hotel itself provided the very basic of amenities. Front desk was helpful in replacing the hair dryer right away when the first one went down. Overall was clean and a good stay knowing we were out and about most of the time.

The crew was good. Easy check in. The cleaning staff was amazing. Bathroom was clean and modernized. Bed was ok. But overall good stay.

We were at a music festival and had to check in really late but had no problem! Easy to find, clean, safe and good price! Cant beat that.

We’ve stayed at this Travelodge multiple times when visiting family, and it’s always a great experience. This weekend we booked two rooms again and the staff went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly and helped us switch my mom’s room to downstairs because of her mobility issues, and adjusted my room too. The rooms were immaculate, and it’s clear they’ve been recently updated because they looked even better than last time. I highly recommend this Travelodge to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Close to World Cruise Terminal. Overnight stay on Pacific Coast Highway. Nothing fancy. Very basic, older building, but clean. Spacious double King-size beds. No complaints.

Accessability suite was very clean and well equipped. Had food delivered. Quick and easy. Would stay there again.

Every thing was excellent except for one thing. The fridge was in a terrible state. Door shelf dumped anything you put in it and it was just generally needing to be replaced. Otherwise everything was excellent. Great pains are taken to kreep property generally clean.

Dingy but apprars clean. Had to ask for blanket, none on the bed.

Front desk were not very friendly, they offered coffee but didn’t tell you that you had to call so that they could unlock the door. Was given a handicap room that had the sink in the room with no counter. Vent in the shower was open so you could hear the constant street noise. Would not stay there again.

From the picture, I thought I was going to stay in a hotel but it was a very run down motel that I thought I would never leave from ( if you know what I mean )

The hair dryer did not work. I did mention it to the attendant and it did get replaced, however the diet and mess from the replacement was just left on the counter. No daily cleaning

Surprisingly good place to stay in what seems to be not the best part of town. The rooms seem recently refurbished and in good and clean condition. Beds are comfortable and we were provided extra pillows upon request. Spacious rooms and the staff was great and pleasant to work with. We'd stay again.

We left for the day to spend time with a friend who lives in the area. That evening on our way back to the motel, when we were just a couple blocks away, the power went out on PCH. We arrived to the motel around 7pm with the sun down and no power. We sat around for awhile hoping power would be restored/trying to figure out what to do, then decided to try and switch to another motel. We were working with Expedia customer service for about an hour and we were about to secure another room (now 9pm) when the power came back on. Two hours wasted, but we were thankful we didn't have to move motels which would have included an Uber/Lyft. Overall it worked out, but not sure we'd stay there again based on the neighborhood.

The girl at the front desk was super nice. Check in was at 3pm and we got there at 8 pm. She saved the room for us. We had gotten the 2 king size beds room. It was huge really comfortable and very clean. It had microwave and fridge. Very spacious room.

Tried to buy a water at the vending machine, on the machine it says 3 dollars, but I was charged 7.5 dollars, and the water didn’t even come out the first time, had to buy the 2nd one for the first one to come out. Very bad

The room was large and clean. It was fine for one night. Beds were a bit firm, but fine for one night. The housekeepers were kind enough to help us down the stairs with our luggage because we were on the top floor and I don't believe they have an elevator. We were looking for a decent room for one night at a good price near the Port of Los Angeles. This was fine for our purposes.

We need an overnight stay after a flight to get on a cruise ship so this is a quick stopover.

Staff are fantastic! The property is a little dated, but very clean. Lovely little fridge and microwave in the room. There are not many places to eat or shop for necessities near by, and the neighborhood feels rough with lots of homeless peoples wandering about the streets nearby. Im not sure how safe we felt walking around with our kids in tow. If ypu need a reasonable priced clean place to stay it does the trick. Pack something with you to eat so you don't need to go out.

The area is very commercial, off the busy Pacific Coast Highway.
