Whimsical and very homey! We had a private canopy queen bed and spacious bathroom, with all the toiletries you could ever need! Hosts were delightful. Don greeted us when we arrived in the evening, and showed us to our room. The space has a coffee maker, toaster for bagels/English muffins, cereal, and a microwave and mini fridge. The canopy bed was such a beautiful statement piece! Decor was outstanding, very maximalist with items from all over the world. So fun to look at! In the morning, we walked down to the babbling brook and explored the forest a little! Lots of garden art everywhere, very fun. Mary was gardening in the morning, and showed us around the property! She was delightful. Overall just a beautiful stay, would recommend!

It was lovely, private, and a quiet little get away! I enjoyed every detail! The bed was so comfortable!!The patio and garden was enchanting! I missed the turn off the main road. It would be nice if there was some kind of sign viewable in both directions. The first time I turned too soon and went down a dirt road only barely wide enough for one vehicle and no way to turn around without traveling the entire way to the end of the road over a very slim bridge and all the way up to a cul-de-sac of homes to turn around before I could come back. I was in a rental car and quite frankly it was a scary experience.

Very unique, eclectic property. Friendly folks. Kitchen is not a full kitchen.

Unique and eclectic decor, comprehensive bathroom items for guests to use, super comfortable bed, and very friendly hosts that greeted us even though we arrived late at night. Definitely recommend a stay at Scott Creek Farm. The property is awesome as well, with a. creek running through that you can sit at and listen to the water. Breakfast provided was also simple but tasty and more than we needed.

The hosts were wonderful. Great communications and help before the trip. As you can see in the photos, the hosts have a very eclectic playful style with many collectables. Not for everyone, but we enjoyed the creativity. Don was busy planting a raised organic garden. Mary had the room spotlessly clean and stocked with every possible item a person might need or enjoy!! The breakfast with choices of fruit, toast and cereal was just what we wanted. They are very pet friendly and it was so appreciated. The little walk to the creek was great for the dogs. We are both over 80 with creaky knees and balance concerns so our only concern with the facility that I noted was that we had to be so careful carrying things and taking the dogs on leashes going up and down the steps to the nice little porch in front of our door. Maybe I should have mentioned that before hand and been assigned a different room. I am sure Mary would have been helpful. I should have mentioned our difficulty with steps.

Very quiet at night, nice short trail to sit by creek, easy to drive into city and airport, much better than staying in a hotel. A more comfortable chair for sitting inside.

The hostess was sweet and the bed was comfortable, and that’s about it. First, the driveway was not marked well, and it was hard to find. The presentation of the house was dismal. The front garden was bedraggled and dried out. I almost turned around before I opened my car door, but the hostess emerged and greeted me kindly, so we went to look at the room, which is a freestanding apartment. This was approached by a series of cinderblock and rock paths and stairs, which were extremely uneven. Likewise, the wooden stairs climbing to the back porch were of differing heights, and the handrail was difficult to reach for the first couple of steps. In short, this place is not accommodating to anyone with any kind of mobility issues. The hostess clearly knew this, as she was hovering and offering help all the way into the apartment. The apartment was fine; clean, but very eccentrically decorated, with an apparent attempt to achieve a quaint ambience. The garden view was a deteriorating backyard with old furniture stashed in inconspicuous spots. It all seems as though what might have been pretty once has gone to seed. Monique, the hostess, was almost intrusive in her concern that I would hurt myself returning to the apartment after dark, and when taking my belongings to and from the car. While I appreciated her help, she acted as if I were a toddling elder, rather than a 77-year-old woman who needed assistance with her suitcase.

My wife and I didn't really enjoy our stay here this week. It's a little hard parking around the pickups in the driveway. The smell of the room really hit us hard - mildew and too much potpourri. Felt like visiting your grandparents' house. The room & bathroom are stuffed with Americana knickknacks & art you either enjoy it or, like us, are overwhelmed. It's funky, funky, funky. Positives include it was very clean, they offer lots of food items, they have many toiletries in case you forget something, and the host was very nice.

Loved the breakfast options. Also really liked the pathways in the woods for the pup to explore. The room was cozy and secure for an individual. Nothing of note,

The cottage is well stocked for breakfast. The setting reminds me of my family’s rustic cabin in the woods of Montana. Only now you will have hot water, a large bathroom and all the amenities of a modern kitchen!!! Lovley! I wish we could have stayed longer.

This room just made me smile! Scott Creek Farm is a hidden treasure. It’s a kitschy, eclectic European vibe nestled above a creek. Our host was adorable and the room was well appointed with cold breakfast choices, coffee and water. There is also a great selection of bathroom amenities.
- 4/5
Warmly greeted upon arrival. Room was well-stocked with variety of breakfast options & tons of toiletries in case we’d forgotten anything. Very quiet & close to shopping.
- 5/5
This place was a bit like a mid European zimmer. It was a bit kitschy, like being in the Black Forest with a creek path with plenty of gnomes, etc. Our room was very comfortable with a small deck. The breakfast included pastry, bagels, English muffins, cereal and fruit. It was a fun experience and our host were kind and hospitable.

we are happy with our stay at the property, host was very helpful. Only thing was that the mattresses were lumpy.
- 5/5
I loved the place
- 5/5
This place was beautiful! It was quiet. There was a nature trail and a stream that brought the sounds of nature to any time spent outside. Up the street was the head to a true nature walk, with trees, ferns, wild raspberries, and a playground.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved this place!
- 5/5
Was a wonderful stay, owner's of property were so nice and made us feel like we belonged. Rooms were amazing. First time at a B&B. Didn't know what to expect. Was so happy we stayed 1 night. But it will be one trip we will never forget.
- 5/5
Monique was a dear. The property has such a homey feel to it and the owners make you feel very welcome.
- 5/5
It was so nice to stay at Scott’s Creek Farm, a rustic and charming place. Our hosts were kind and friendly, and our room offered all that we needed - privacy, quiet. Of special importance to us was that they allowed us to bring our cat, Rosie, who travels with us.
- 4/5
Hosts were very nice. Property was hard to navigate at night. I got chewed up by mosquitoes in the yard. Maybe it’s just the time of year, but it was really bad. Couldn’t stand outside for a couple minutes without getting eaten alive. Still, the room was nice, and I enjoyed my stay. Not a B&B though. Breakfast was more of a continental breakfast rather than an actual breakfast.
- 5/5
A very quaint location, giant collections of misc yard art.. both in the yard and on the walls.. very clean inside, very friendly owner. Lots of breakfast items supplied. Wooded area with trails. I'd love to stay again. If your looking for a fun and unusual stay this is for you
- 5/5
It was very inviting and warm feeling, made me feel like I was staying at my family’s home. The owners were very inviting and helpful. I originally reserved the place for one adult and two children. I ended up having an extra adult which they did not charge me for the extra person. Had a wonderful experience and we would stay there again if needed. Great experiences and enjoyed the creek and wooded experience in the back yard which had plenty of space for our dog that we brought along.

Very well maintained property. Nice to be able to sit a a table outside your room that is secluded and beautiful

Such a cool, unexpected gem in a fantastic location! You feel like you’ve been transported to another time and place. Our family absolutely loved it!
- 5/5
The property is unique & loaded with lots of knick knacks, interesting art work, carved lamps, AND it’s clean as a whistle and blissfully quiet. A very nice place to work quietly on a project.
- 5/5
The hostess is gracious, the cabin is comfortable, clean, and cute, and the grounds are perfectly whimsical. I definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Property owners very nice . The room was great
- 5/5
This hidden gem is incredibly awesome! Comfortable and cozy, in the forest just as you dream of Oregon is like.
- 5/5
This was a business trip and I chose this place instead of a hotel. I am so happy I did this. The weather did not present itself for walks along all the trails, but the area is amazing. The hosts were very accommodating and so welcoming! This place is fantastic and will stay over whenever I am in the area for business again. Thanks for sharing your place with me, I so loved my stay.
- 5/5
I had just popped a tire and moved out of my apartment and was super stressed out. And the owners were very nice and helpful, and it was a pleasant day. They really thought of every little thing you could need.
- 5/5
This place is amazing and so comfy. Quirky decor, felt like I was comfortably tucked into my grandma's house. Lovely
- 5/5
It was a great stay at Scott Creek Farm B&B. The bungalow we reserved was nice, cozu and quiet. It was a great place to relax and rest after doing some day trips exploring Oregon. Don was super friendly and walked my wife and I around our room.
- 3/5
Owners friendly and nice enough.
- 5/5
The room was stocked with everything you would ever need. Fresh pastries were delivered every morning. Our hosts were on site and available at any time.
- 5/5
Nice little place. I will definitely stay there again

Lovely couple who own this bed and breakfast.
- 5/5
Well kept. It is NOT a hotel with room service or a restaurant, but has a nice kitchen with a stocked refrigerator (full size), range, and microwave. Larger area cabin with stairs, but also a bed downstairs. Bathroom next to front door, but has doors to kitchen/room on first floor and also to the bed in the upstairs room. Lovely place.
- 5/5
This place is almost as delightful as the people who run it. A little quirky, a lot of charm, and the setting is just this side of paradise. Happy Valley, indeed. Stayed two nights, definitely looking forward to a return engagement. Thanks for a lovely respite from the big city.
- 4/5
If you like sleek and tidy, this is not the place for you. There is a ton of bric a brac inside and outside the cottage and the hosts collect many things. This is probably not the best place if you are sensitive to dust or mothballs but if you are game and noatalgic, this is like visiting your grandparents in the country. Beautiful garden as well.
- 5/5
Homey feel, gracious hosts and easy freeway access. It felt like staying with my quirky aunt.
- 5/5
I got the room for my friend for her birthday so she could have a quiet night away from kids/hubs. She said the hostess was super nice and helpful. She said the decor reminded her of sort of old European flair, which she thought was really cute. The little gardens were also really pretty. I only had talked to the husband to tweak some of the arrangements, but he was also super nice and helpful.
- 4/5
I really enjoyed the peaceful wooded setting of the property. The host was very friendly and caring. The breakfast was quite nice and certainly adequate. We had a dog and they were very tolerant of the dog at the property
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds and very peaceful. Very Relaxing
- 5/5
This B&B is a bit unusual because you feel more like you are staying at a friends home then a hotel. This place has lots of character and warmth. Our room was full nick-knacks and memorabilia that the owners must of collected over the years, and the bathroom is stocked with many soaps, and other supplies. It does have that 'farm' feel and we were very comfortable. The owners are super friendly and helpful, and if visiting Happy Valley the location can't be beat. My only criticism is that finding the driveway in the dark is difficult and a lighted sign would be helpful - we used GPS and drove slowly.
- 5/5
The setting is lovely, the family friendly, the accommodations nice!
- 2/5
The owners seemed nice but I cannot recommend this place. Everywhere was clutter, the bathroom in particular was comically cluttered with every type and variety of personal hygiene product. This is not normal and kind of weirded us out.
- 5/5
This is a small oasis off the beaten track a few yards from a creek, hiking trails and a coop of chickens but still only half a mile from a shopping center. Best of all, Don and Mary are extremely pleasant and welcoming!
- 4/5
My wife, Kathy, and I have stayed in over 40 B & B's. I must say that Don and Mary are in my top 3 of being friendly, knowledgeable of the area and the most interesting of all hosts I have met. The wooded area and creek behind their house is in itself worth taking a half day to explore. I saw and photographed a deer eating apples from their tree, I saw trees that would take 4 people to put their arms around and I felt a quietness and warmth that matched Don and Mary has hospitality. Their B&B was also central to the other things we explored, (Mt. Hood, Columbia River, Cannon Beach, Salem and Silver Falls State Park). I would definitely stay with them again.
- 5/5
Fantastic home. Monique & Don are wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.
- 2/5
This was a room in someone's home, not a bed and breakfast....very uncomfortable
- 5/5
You will be surprised. Well worth the trip! Very nice people! Very great lodging. Hospitality was PERFECT!
- 5/5
We absolutely loved Scott's Creek Farm. The grounds are beautiful. The accommodations were perfect for our family. Kitchenette, 3 full size beds, cute games and magazines throughout the room. It was, in a word, charming. The owners were friendly and helpful as well.Recommend to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Ants in the kitchen. Place isVery cluttered.Unknown presence of stairs.Difficult for older people with luggage, specially bathroom is down stairs.Toilet faces front door entrance without door, no privacy. Very nice Peoples, very bad facilities.
- 3/5
Don met us as soon as we arrived and showed us around. Bagels and cream cheese, coffee and orange juice were available in-room. Room was clean, quiet and private. We were turned-off by all of the clutter in the room, especially the creepy doll in the stairwell. We were able to bring our dog and there is a nice trail in the back to take him.
- 5/5
Very lovely little bed and breakfast. The hosts were very kind and we loved the garden behind the property. The bed was very hard but the overall room was comfortable. The breakfast Mary prepared was wonderful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! They are so kind and really aim to please. There's a lot of games for kids to play. Food is yummy! We enjoyed our visit greatly! I wish we would have had more time to explore the property.
