Some of the staff was ok, the lobby and halls are always clean and smell fresh but the housekeeping lady with the short hair attitude literally disgusting. I’ve been at this hotel two weeks not one time did the knock on my door to clean. There is four of us so of course we needed more than two wash clothes and towels, when we asked for these things, they gave us one big towel and 2 hand towels. The towels also were pool towels. Also the pool rarely have towels and there were no lights around the pool at night. Don’t even get me started with the little Starbucks bistro area, why even have that as an amenity but it’s never open. I called down and asked what was the latest I could check out, I was overly disappointed for this to be a connecting hotel to the airport and the guy at the front desk told me check out is at 11 and we couldn’t check out any later. It was a major inconvenience and I had to sit in the lobby with my children and all of my belongings for 3 hours

This hotel was fine. Nothing exceptional or terrible. The staff I encountered was unfriendly or rude.

The parking lot had trash in it, my bed sheets on one side had stains. I wish the microwave was in the room, but overall I had a goodnight sleep

Property was great with the exception of the staff that cleans the room took my phone charger and then claimed she didn’t have it. I was at the front desk checking out and realized I left my charger plugged into the wall. I immediately went back to retrieve it and was told by staff that she didn’t see it! Impossible!! Won’t be returning!! THIEF!!

The reception lady help me to accommodate my stay even I had the wrong dates booked, no enough words to describe her attentions..

While checking in I was informed that we would have to pay to park our vehicles in the parking lot. The fee was never mentioned when booking the room. We got to the room and had one remote for 2 tv’s. The room was a suite. It was stated in the description that there was a king and a queen, the king was there but the “queen” was a pull out loveseat that was stained and no bedding. A full size. The door on the cabinet was hanging on by one hinge.

Great value for a hotel that is starting to show its age some. The rooms were large. It was clean. The staff so/so. It was a good value for a one night stay for a flight out of Atlanta.

The staff was friendly, the shuttle to the airport was convenient and clean. The pool and fireplace area was nice. Some features in the room were outdated but it was it was great overall.

Stay was just ok. I don't know that I'd "choose" to stay there again. There are way too many other options to choose from. Everyone we encountered who works there could use an attitude adjustment. They all act as if they hate their jobs. You work in the hospitality industry so, at the very least you should be hospitable to the guests OR find something else to do for a living. Hotel itself wasn't terrible but the employee attitudes were absolutely abhorrent and something to be desired which is probably why I would not stay there again.

Proximity to airport, spacious rooms, and cost effective. Parking was $12 per day. The parking lot wasn't guard and the guard rails were not operable at night .. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Night attendant couldn't be location for extended period of time. (A sign was placed at the desk stating they went to the restroom) the attendant hadn't return for approximately 15 minutes or longer.

I liked the free shuttle to the airport. When we got to the hotel there was no one to wait on us to check in. We had to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. The smell in the hotel was horrible. Went to use the pool the 2nd night of our stay and it was closed early. No one said anything that morning when I asked about it. Then I asked for late check out and they didn’t do that either but there was a sign the night before that it was a $25 fee.

It was nice and clean for a hotel near an airport that was booked last minute. It wasn’t that I didn’t like something it just wasn’t a place I’d stay long term but I thought it was nice and so were the staff. They were also flexible.

My stay was amazing! It’s actually a little hidden away gem so I am definitely going back and I am very particular about my hotels especially the bathrooms and it was definitely a 10/10!

The option of pool and gym tho arrived after it closed at 8 Not a lot to offer except a room tbh - no bar not much to purchase after a long flight so had to walk to shop and breakfast was if the woman shows up?

Not good Room had pee stains on let out couch, CS was agressive and not attentive untill i complained numerous times. Room smelled like a animal cat or dog and also had animal hairs throughout the room. Horrrible experience no accomodations but switched out the fithly mattress.

The room was clean but the television never worked. When we checked in the staff member present was cold and unhelpful however when the shift changed that staff member was extremely accommodating and outgoing.

Perfect for my needs which was 1 night so I could catch my flight from ATL early the next morning. It's close to airport, they offer a free shuttle to the airport and it's reasonably priced. Lovely fella at reception (light skinned, long greyish hair, glasses - sorry can't recall his name). Very helpful and welcoming. Room was lovely, great couch, comfy bed, clean. I would def stay here again.

One microwave shared by the entire floor. The room needed dehumidification; moisture would be on top of my personal items when I wake up; needed a better air conditioner- very hot and muggy. However, the staff was phenomenal.

Close to everything. Clean and manicured. Nothing to do with the property. Room next door was very loud from 10 pm -5 am. I don’t get any sleep.

The first room we were taken to had a strong odor. However the staff were friendly and helped us get into another room that was suitable for our family.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. But I will say the people around me were not considerate at all. The room next to be was loud the entire night and as soon as it was 6 am they had the TV blasting.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated from the moment I walked in, making it very uncomfortable to relax or sleep. To make matters worse, the bed linen appeared dirty and unclean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel stay. Cleanliness and comfort should be basic standards, and unfortunately this hotel failed in both areas. I expected a much better experience and would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

So there’s no restaurant inside this location . I was told they close and under renovations , but it just looks closed . However , there’s an AMERICAN DELI walking distance and plenty of other restaurants that’s nearby .

I liked the staff they were professional and responsive. Matt was helpful and made the needed changes to my accommodation's once I arrived. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing that was upsetting is they gave the suite I had reserved away when I had reserved it in advance so we had a very small room.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff very friendly. My only issues are that they mention having 2 restaurants and they do not. They have one small restaurant that only serves breakfast. And weather was in the 80's all weekend and the pool was closed (not opened until next weekend). But the pool area is very nice and well maintained. Overall a very pleasant staff. Mr. Matthew was very nice and accommodating.

The staff was so friendly, the rooms were so comfortable and honestly better than the great rates we paid! Breakfast was good and I cant thank the staff enough for the cleanliness and there drive to make the guests feel welcome and at home after a 13 hour drive!

After making reservations in advance when I got to the hotel all the rooms were booked including mine! I had to find another hotel. Gave away my reservation

I had numerous issues with my stay at this hotel The first one being that it was a non-refundable room that was pet friendly it said but when I got there there was a $75 fee for my dog which I have never paid anywhere but didn't have a choice because I had a non-refundable room This was not listed anywhere in their information the lady acted like she really did not want to be at work or enjoy her job at all The first room she gave me still had the dirty linens on the sofa and in the floor so I had to drag all my stuff to the lobby along with my dog to get keys to another room that then would not work I couldn't open the door had to take everything back up there she had to fix the keys and I had asked about a late checkout for the next morning and called to confirm that check out on the next morning when the gentleman at the desk then told me that he could not approve any more they checkouts for that morning I did not know that a late checkout was something that they could deny never had it denied anywhere else even if I've had to pay for it which literally ruined my mother's day because I was supposed to been somewhere at a certain time and couldn't make it there because I had to stop and pack up all my stuff before I could leave All in all they had plenty of room for the dogs to walk people did clean up the dog's messes and stuff which made it much better It was very quiet hotel so I did like that there's only one microwave it was in the lobby not n each room that was weird

Soft and comfy bed and polite check in staff. There was an issue with the room next doors room alarm going off despite no one staying in the room (per the receptionist) and it took about 45 mins for them to turn off so that did disrupt the sleep but over all, the location is convenient, the room clean and bed comfy. We didnt have breakfast there but together shuttle back to the airport which was handy

The location was convenient for the airport. The hotel description stated that there was a restaurant and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, there was no disclosure that breakfast is only served on the weekends, the bar is permanently closed and the restaurant is only open on weekends. The clerk told us coffee is served in the lobby, which was not true. There is a cheap coffeemaker in the room that we didn’t use. The lack of service and facilities (pool was closed) is a big no for us. We never would have stayed there had the description been accurate.

It was very clean. The staff were uberly nice. This of actual the first hotel stay out of many here in Georgia where I didn't have to deal with a staff member with a funky attitude. They even handled 2 wasps nest that were on the patio of my room. Everyone was very polite and willing to assist wherever needed. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

The room was ok to stay for one night the only issue was the room smell so bad it smell like weed and it was so strong.

The washing machine was broke. We did not receive clean towels or wash clothes.

Great customer service! Very well priced, I booked this hotel for my family and staff was amazing.

I reported a leaking toilet at 7:00 AM, and no action was taken. When I returned 9 hours later, the issue was still unresolved. Only after speaking with a different associate was maintenance contacted, and the problem was finally fixed by 8:00 PM. I also sent a complaint email to the general manager and received no response. On my final day, I requested a one-hour late checkout due to a business meeting. Desmond was unaccommodating and stated I would need to pay for an extra night. His tone and lack of willingness to assist were unprofessional and did not reflect a guest-focused environment.

The room was clean. The room was not ready to check in @4p. There is only coffee during the week not on the weekend. It was quiet and the courtyard was comfortable.

Airport shuttle runs from 5 am to I believe midnight. If you have a 6am flight you will need to get a Lyft or an Uber. The room was very clean and the staff were nice. The bar/ food area was closed due to a licensing issue.

The airport shuttle is point less if you have a 6 am flight you will have to schedule a Lyft or Uber to the airport because the shuttle doesn’t start until 5 am. With boarding being 5:15 that doesn’t work well. Also everything lounge and breakfast area seem to be shut down bc they were waiting on licenses. That was definitely a bummer. The outside pool area was nice, the games they had available in the lobby was awesome as well.

I chose you because of location well I was disappointed when I got to hotel and was told oh you now have to pay for parking we just decided this today! What? I booked this hotel because you didn’t charge for parking and you had a pool just to find out the pool wasn’t available and I had to pay for parking! Because it was a holiday weekend I also had a 100 incidental charge instead of the usual 50! I want my money back I was not happy at all

There was a $12 parking charge that was never mentioned in their advertizement, and they charged me $112. Breakfast was not free.

When I stayed there was no breakfast as the kitchen /dining area was closed with the staff having no idea when it will be open again . This should be stated in the listing of the hotel because I book places based on breakfast being included . That’s the only issue I had.

My check-in was a fiasco and over a half hour late because staff person was not trained properly on the computer displaying my reserved room was available when I arrived.

The was no breakfast at all with the room. The shower had barely enough water to get you wet. Pillows were like a cotton ball.

I called the day before my stay to verify the pool was open. I arrive and pool was not open. My truck window was busted and car broken into. I go to the front desk and no empathy just "call the police".

I enjoyed my stay. My room was neat & clean. Just ask for a room that is not facing the interstate if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, the rooms are quiet.

Everything was good but I have a few small issue items. My room was not cleaned on Saturday (#205), the use machine on my floor, 2nd floor, did not work. I advised one of the cleaning staff and she assured me she would report it, but the machine did not work my entire stay, the fridge had a shortage in the plug but was not repaired after I reported it and the small store near the front desk was very out of mostly everything.

I went to the lobby at 7am for coffee as my husband was still sleeping and they didn’t have any yet. The gentleman cleaning the floor says they are “waiting on a manager.” I sat in the lobby waiting. I saw the front desk staff change shifts. A tall man and a lady came on shift. They were watching the front desk computer, laughing on and off. I waited for the said manager to make my coffee until 7:35am. No coffee. I went to the laughing staff and asked when the coffee would be ready and they looked upset I bothered them. They walked to the back and 10 minutes later they came out with coffee. Very upsetting.

Great stay. Front desk staff was amazing. Only complaints would be the breakfast options are limited and our room was set at 56 degrees on the thermostat. It was freezing when the temperature outside was in the low 20s with windchills in single digits. Would definitely stay again and may in a few weeks.

The room was clean and recently renovated. The bed was comfortable also. One suggestion I would make would be to offer USB ports as a way to charge devices close by and also make electrical outlets by the bed more easily accessible especially those that use a CPAP machine like myself. I’m only saying this because the electrical outlets on the bedside lamp did not work and I had to move the nightstand over a bit to plug up my CPAP machine. All of those things aside I would stay here again. The front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating with a pleasant demeanor.

It’s ok, nothing special. It’s nicer than the south location, but not as nice as the north location. No food to speak of and no drinks or food on site and nothing very walkable. The shuttle only goes to the domestic terminal. I’d probably stay some place next time.

This hotel reeks of Marijuana. Overwhelming smell in the room from adjacent smokers to the point of disrupting sleep. Breakfast is a maybe depending on whether or not the staff decides to work that day, seemed like a fairly normal occurrence when brought up with the front desk. There’s a lot of wasted potential in this property but with the regular hotboxing and apathetic staff I would seek other accommodations in the area.

The hotel was nice, although initially I was worried because the hallways definitely need renovation, but the room was very nice and looked like the picture. My one complaint was that there was no microwave in the room, but they did have a microwave in the hall for guests. I’d stay there again.

Then there was no cleaning for a five day stay. At the end of the fourth I got frustrated and requested they at least clean my bathroom when I go out. Nobody did so. I came back to the room as I had left it. The receptionist at the time (Clarence, great guy) was kind enough to find a housekeeper just about to leave for the night and they called to see if I wanted cleaning but by then I was ready to go to bed.

The reception told breakfast at 6:00 am, turns out it was at 7:00 am. That's not the problem the kitchen crew and the receptionist decided to chat among each other, while I was waiting for the shuttle right in front of them. She could have put cupcakes or bagels on the counter, instead she chose to chat with receptionist to kill time until 7:00 am. You pay the price assuming breakfast is included. First they mislead you and then they show that they don't care to serve and kill time chit chatting while you wait.

Expedias listing says 8 stars but I’d say it’s more like 6 stars. It’s fine for one night between flights. Sheets and bathroom were clean which is what I care about the most.

Constantly smelled smoke from down the hallway from my room. Got to my room, no water, 10mins later water came back. Now I had an appointment to attend at 10.30, so of course I was late. Hotel could be a nice stay if they correct these issues. Btw, never got to have breakfast on the two days.

I was happy with everything except that there was no coffee available at 5:30a in the lobby. It did not appear that there was going to be a breakfast served at any point either.

Hotel seemed tired, beat up in places in addition I was told at check in breakfast place would open 7 am, next morning was told the proprietor of that restaurant had a falling out with hotel and didn't show up! No coffee or anything was offered. Hotel was cheaper than other and now I know why, will not be staying there ever again.

However, I did encounter a frustrating experience regarding a lost personal item. After realizing I left something in my room shortly after checking out, I filed an online case and also called the front desk. While they promised to follow up after housekeeping had checked the room, I never received any update. I had to repeatedly call myself for updates. Unfortunately, my item was not found, and there was no further communication or proactive follow-up from the property, either through guest relations or the front desk, even after almost a week. While I understand lost items cannot always be recovered, I believe more responsive follow-up and communication would have made the experience less disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages management to review their process for handling and communicating about lost and found cases.

I was there for an interview for Delta Airlines and the shuttle driver was nice enough to be able to drop me off at their headquarters which wasn’t part of their stops but was able to accommodate. Also had a mini emergency where my button to my vest had popped off and the front desk staff had sewing kits available for free. What a lifesaver . Nice and quiet location and beds were comfy . Couldn’t ask for more

The room was very clean and beds and bed sheets were super comfortable. Air conditioning was amazing in and outside room. Hotel was in great condition, I would definitely recommend. Staff is great, especially Desmon who when I checked in, I had an issue for a mistake on my part, but he was calm and helpful, fixing our situation and letting us rest and not stress after a long trip. When I return I will stay again, and hope to see Desmon with a promotion, he deserves it!

Everyone who works here is great. Very friendly and will tell you where things to do are, and best places to eat. Absolutely will stay here again, the rooms are quiet, bed is big, work desk for my laptop, free wifi thats honestly not too bad. Runs my xbox and laptop wihout an issue. Due to the season the pool isnt open, but the fitness center is better than most other hotels, in hotel laundry is good priced. Only thing I wish differnt is the Bar being open for lunch and dinner.

I was looking for a budget friendly hotel for my stay at Atlanta. I book a single king size bed for me and my wife and our baby. The room was actually perfect for us, very comfortable bed and very good pillows, the room its self was very clean as well. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful to us and was very interactive with our baby. The only downside to my stay was there was no breakfast included and the pool was close but there were some games in the lobby I enjoyed, as for the food there is a Walmart very close by (6 mins drive) and some restaurants and fast food around the area within walking distance. To sum it all up, it’s a nice place to stay at for the mean time in Atlanta if you don’t need that many accommodations.

You'll have to walk to get to a restaurant. They ran out of plastic eating utensils, so I couldn't buy the microwavable meals they had available.

Nothing I didn’t like that the room had bed bugs. When I noticed the front desk they told me it was nothing they could do. I had to go above and beyond just to get results. I called to get information after I left and the lady hung up on me 2 times. They are horrible

Hotel was relatively clean and an overall average hotel, but we did not feel safe walking around the area it was located in. We witnessed a drug deal in the adjacent gas station and you could hear gunfire from outside the hotel late one night.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Overall I am pleased with our stay. The only complaint I have is that there are no restaurants within walking distance and the hotel could use some updating. Also I did not care for the additional 50.00 deposit that I was charged on my card for incidentals. Even though the deposit was refundable, it was not discussed during my booking with orbitz and I have to wait up to 7 days for it to be released to my card. This made no sense to me especially since they had my card on file. This definitely needs to be discussed during the booking process.

We got stuck at Atlanta Airport for the night. We booked on line and headed to the hotel. Comfortable stay. Clean rooms. We are happy with our stay. The airport shuttle is a big plus.

The hotel had no lighted signs for me to find at midnight after my plane landed. I was lucky to stumble upon it and see the doormat that shows before I walked in. They proudly showed serving Starbucks, but had no one to serve it in the morning. Only vending machine

I was very pleased that it had two beds AND a sofa bed. It's hard to find a hotel room to accommodate four children. I was displeased with the 'no breakfast' even though the website stated that a bagged breakfast will be provided.

Staff was very kind and attentive. Room was alright until.. I found a roach in the bathroom. Very noisy guests which is not really their fault but not at all pleasant. We were moved to another floor/room. It was much cleaner and less noisy.

The property was great but it needs to be updated. Also, I kept finding ants all over the room. Wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the upscale quality I’m used to. The one thing I loved was my room had a balcony(although it was dirty) and the staff was so nice and helpful.

The front desk was very friendly but when booking the website did not advertise the restaurant inside is shut down due to covid and the pictures are deceiving. The hallway smelled like pot and the road noise was awful. The last night we were woken up by the fire alarm probably from someone smoking pot. There was chewed gum found on the floor. The pool had algae growing in it and an old bandaid. Housekeeping doesn’t come to empty your trash or give you fresh towels you have to go ask for it yourself. Very disappointed. Would not stay here again.

Halls were a little smoky-smelling with stained carpets, but the room was nice. Only drawback was really bad car noise from the very nearby highway. Make sure you ask for a room on the non-highway side.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE My car along with 11 others were vandalized and burglarized. Windows broken and property stolen. I paid for parking with a reasonable expectation of safety and security but I and several other guests woke up to a horrific scene the next morning. NO compensations were made on site and I was charged for my stay. The corporate office denied liability because of the signage posted in the dimly lit parking lot. I have yet to be contacted by anyone from corporate office

The area is a bit sketchy-looking as there are abandoned buildings around. The hotel lobby smelled fresh and the check-in process went well. My issue was that upon getting off the elevator, the smell of something much stronger than cigarettes just about knocked me out. It permeated through the hallways. I called about it and the front desk offered to have someone from housekeeping to spray. The bathroom also had noticeable mildew underneath the soap dish. I didn't complain about it because I knew that I wasn't going to touch it and I was exhausted. The beds were very comfortable. Okay for just one night, but definitely not what I expected overall from a Sonesta hotel.
