Nothing i liked Extra charges aroused once checking in i didn't have the amount on a card I had cash so I could check for 5 hours I had left and could not get a refund and the receptionist was very rude because apparently I disturb her nap at 545am it should have been known about the deposit during booking

It is near to airport Parking is not free as mentioned at booking.com and hotel staff mentioned ut is booking.vom fault to mention it is free. I had to pay 32$ per night for parkiing

What a lovely hotel. Much much better than your average airport hotel. Reception were wonderful, received an Expedia room upgrade to a top floor suite. Fantastic room. Bar staff were lovely too. Definitely stay here again

Nice rooms. Easy check in. Shuttle buses back to airport every 30mins. Fine for domestic. I was surprised how far from airport. Had to get 2 shuttle busses. I guess same for any of the hotels, but it would have been nice to know before our stay how to navigate this

I had a layover in Atlanta, and was traveling since the am and didn't arrive until 11:30pm in ATL. I needed a hot shower and a good sleep, I had a perfect sleep. My room was very clean. Lots of towels and no bed bugs. The check-in lady was very professional. Delta help desk had just pissed me off with a very ghetto, ignorant and unprofessional staff member in the A30 Terminal area called CiCi, so this hotel and it's staff (especially the receptionist), made my evening better. Thank you. Cold floors...

Clean. Easy checkin. Restaurant was unexpectedly closed early. The restaurant on site was the main reason we said here on a quick overnight layover. The airport shuttle only runs from the domestic terminal.

It's close to the airport. Rooms were adequate. Not worthy of the Hilton name or brand. THC scent in the hallway was a plus. Supposedly "breakfast" was included, btu they still wanted you to pay for the coffee or juices. No other breakfast to be had. Not impressed. Staff was pleasant though.

Staff was awesome! View was spectacular! The bar was great - the "Just Peachy" was my favorite! Bed was a little lumpy, like there was an indentation from several people sleeping on it. Just needs to be turned over.

Only problem we had was leaving. We parked our car there while away on a trip and when we returned our barcode wouldn’t work for us to get out of gate. There was no parking attendant so we hit the call button and nobody ever answered so I had to call the hotel and they finally sent someone out. We had cars backed up and it was embarrassing. Not to mention it was pouring down rain ?

This is my go-to hotel when laying over in ATL. Not the cheapest, but the most comfortable in Virginia Ave. Good windows keep out the airplane noise, which is a problem at some other hotels. The RedEye restaurant is fine, but better BBQ can be had at the Pit Boss nearby.

The wall hanging around the headboard were crooked, at least it appeared that way visually. The iron worked but the markings on the dial were almost completely gone. I could not tell what material setting it was on and luckily this did not ruin any of my clothing. The toilet does not flush all the time on the 1st try. Sometimes it would take 3 tries before it would fully flush. Also, the toilet seat has been put on crooked. When you sit on the toilet it moves to the left and makes for a very uncomfortable experience. The shower door does not close fully. It seems to want to always stay creaked by approximately 2 inches which makes for a somewhat cooler than wanted shower.

I had to ask for towels two different times. One of the elevator wouldn’t unlock floor. When check out no paper receipt or email receipt. I’m still looking for receipt 12am 9/3/25, haven’t received it.

1) I am a Hilton Honors Member and on my account it specifically states I prefer a high floor; however, I was placed on the 3rd floor without the ability to change it before or after my online check in. The account should be reviewed accordingly for guest accommodations. 2) The hallway smelled soiled which left an unpleasant feeling while walking to my room. I am not sure if the carpet needed to be cleaned, but it was not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel. 3) In the bathroom, there was only 1 washcloth. 4) In the bathroom there was no safety mat for the tub. I almost slipped when getting into the shower.

1. I booked a handicapped room on Hotels.com, but I got a room near the stairwell that was dirty, and it was beside a huge industrial fan that was drying up the carpet in the hallway from some kind of wet carpet or flooding situation. 2. Why put a single woman near a starwell exit? That is dangerous. 3. I called about the room being dirty AFTER I took off my clothing. I checked the bed first, and the sheets were clean but old. When I called, they offered to put me in the room that was in front of the industrial fan. The security guard would bring up the key. My response: I was too tired to recloth myself and move everything to an even worse location. Just give me a discount, and I will be ok because I am scared to see how the other rooms look. As a member of the Hilton Honors,this is not something I expect. She said she had no record of me being an honors member. 2. The sink was stopped up and dirty, as was the tub. The floor was also dirty, with food on it. 3. The bathroom was dirty all around. I cleaned up the toilet and the sink enough to get through the 5 hours of rest I needed. 4. I was disappointed in that the hotel is pricey but not clean. 5. As a former housekeeper in a less expensive franchise, I know what can be done in the turnaround time, and this was not sufficient.

About a third of the time, the elevator did not accept my card. I had to use a different elevator. Another third, it liked my card but did not accept my floor selection until another guest selected theirs. Annoying.

Overall, I have one major complaint and it is the noise level when you stay in the rooms across from the front desk and bar area. The rooms on the 3rd floor. I could hear all of the kids screaming and playing, all of the people laughing / talking and in the morning all of the dishes clanking during the breakfast hours. I had to turn up the TV to drown out the noise. I definitely would not recommend the rooms on the 3rd floor across from the bar area. I still would recommend this hotel as it is very nice and the staff are always cordial.

For amount you pay this place didn’t even offer a cup of coffee for breakfast. Met at the dinning room asking if I was paying the 22 dollars for the seat breakfast and buffet. Never been greater in that way after paying for a Hilton hotel stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The Bellman was extremely nice. I liked the room. The only thing I didn't like was that when I called to extended my stay by an hour I was told there was no availability. I called back and spoke with a different person was told they would be glad to do it.

My key stopped working and when I went to the front desk to get another one he was very rude and spoke to me as if I was a child! And then you had another young lady that was there who just refused to communicate what she was doing with my key the second time I had an issue with it. But overall the other staff was really nice and friendly I wish I could remember names but unfortunately I didn’t think to take any down, but I would most definitely come back!

My stay was great! Customer service was very informative and helpful when I called and asked for transportation. Also airport shuttle is provided from the airport and to the airport. Driver was excellent and on time. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant in the lobby was a bit pricey but the food was excellent. Overall an immaculate stay everything went very well and I will be booking again if I take another trip to the Atlanta.

The hotel needs to advise guests that the airport shuttle doesn’t go to the International terminal. You get dropped off at the domestic terminal and have to shuttle to the international terminal through another transport service. I understand it has to be that way, but that needs to be made clear to guests who are booking the hotel with the need for airport shuttle service.

My room was wonderful. Cleanliness was spot on! Great bathroom with all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner etc). Bed was super comfy. Nice restaurant in site (bbq). The service was very good! Easy link to Airport!

Make sure all amenities in the room work. The water from the bathroom faucet was cloudy, not sure why. However the property inside and out was beautiful, clean and safe.

Pillows were super thick and uncomfortable. I had to sleep with my travel pillow. Desk lamp didn’t work. I had a delivery to front desk and was not notified… For what you get, this hotel is over priced by about $100/night compared to nearby airport hotels.

Just stayed a night while transiting through ATL so cannot review deeply. Only issue I had was that the airport shuttle picked us up from the International Arrivals terminal, drove us past the hotel and dropped us at the Domestic Terminal where we then took another shuttle back to the hotel! All in all, I had to wait for some 40 minutes to reach the hotel. I could have taken an Uber or a taxi for about $10 instead of waiting for this shuttle.
