It was a good stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and exercise room. The rooms were good and clean. And parking very easy. We were close to the mall and I like that. The breakfast was ok. The waffle machine was not there even though they show it online. They said it was broken. They should had more then one because I know it can happen. That’s why we pick this hotel because my daughter loves waffles. And they would run out of stuff and say there was no more. And we came way before breakfast was over. Other then that it was good.

The bed itself was a little stiff for me, but sometimes that is a personal preference on how you like to sleep. Staff was accommodating and friendly and made a point of greeting every traveler going in and out of the main door. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was good had to wait for coffee being made twice should have meat option that was not pork The pool and the hot tub functioning. The 1st day upon entry they said there was no pool or hot tub Not Happy they should have said the pool will be opened the next day.

Extended weekend stay. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning, good options although the food area itself was cramped with frequent backups, especially waiting for the waffle maker, not the best set up. The kitchen staff did a great job keeping up with the heavy flow, restocking and keeping the area clean. The pool reopened after being closed. We used it when it was empty, but more than a couple people in there made for a very loud environment. Parking was easy. Only utilized housekeeping for towel replacement during our stay.

Carl deserves to be recognized for his customer service skills. The pool wasn’t available at NOON even though it was supposed to be open and ready at 10. The whole pool area was not well maintained and not safe. The check-in staff (2 people) one was UESLESS and couldn’t speak clear English and would NOT speak up even when both my husband and I explained my hearing loss. The other a tall attractive man who said he was new was very welcoming and tried to be helpful. We had booked a roll in shower because of my problems with my hip and given a step in tub. Since it was a short stay, I dealt with it, but if I had had to stay longer this would have been a major problem. The check out staff this morning was not polite or positive at all.

There for four nights. Pool and hot tub didn’t work. Our room never got cleaned. Asked them specifically to clean our room on our last full day. They said they would and then did not. We finally just sat our overflowing trash cans outside the door and gave up. Told them at the front desk the trash cans were outside our door. Four hours later and a chat with Hotels.com and they got emptied.

We had no hot water in any sink or shower. Very disappointing!

Two beds in the room and the same issue. Bring clothing that hardly needs ironing if any at all. The one in the room didn’t work. Asked for another and it was the same thing. Breakfast is eeh… especially for someone who may be vegetarian/vegan.

Great staff, especially Leon, he took care of all our needs. Hotel was clean and well lit. Large and well lit parking lot. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great pool and fitness areas. The breakfast left much to be desired. Poor choices, and the seating wasn't great. There were fans blowing on the second and third floors by the elevator, I guess to dry water, not sure if it was a leak or just from pool goers. Location is not the easiest to get to.

Only thing I liked was i was able to order food from a near by carry out and was able to bring it straight to our room Our beds was very uncomfortable, there was white stains on the sofa cushions, there was no towels in pool area when asked said would be done drying in 10 min and waited 1 hr still never came, was no type of bathroom toiletries on sink in either bathroom, when called to book room asked about AARP they told me to ask front desk when I enter and when I did they said was suppose to be given time I booked I explained what they told me all he said was no I can not do it. Plus the hot tub water was murky and pool looked unclean as well. I would NEVER stay here again. Very unhappy especially for the price I paid for 2 rooms.

The beds and couch were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable for me. Also, the first room/keys we were given did not work. Leon at the front desk called the maintainance man to let us in our room. That guy told us he had to recalibrate the door. After about 30 mins, we had to call the front desk, only to be told that the recalibrating wouldn't be done until the next morning. Leon gave us the option to switch rooms. After we switched rooms, everything was fine.

The price The interior lobby/breakfast area needs a facelift. The furniture is warn, and the lighting is dark. The breakfast itself was not good. The eggs were awful For those who want a good protein breakfast, it was hard to get. The room itself on the fifth floor had a real bad fix it job in the shower, the toilet was an issue with fully flushing, and the matress was very warn and lop-sided

The cleaning lady was trying to come in without knocking to see if I was ready for room cleaning my check out time was 12 and she was trying to come in at 10

I like how the hotel was nice and very good but the only thing is too many people in the pool and the hot tub nobody wanted to get out and it was small but everything else was good The pool could of had a more type of limit of how many people could have been in there and hit tub also so much commotion over there in that area

I didn’t eat breakfast only drank coffee Receptionist was rude at first then came down. There was a big bug in my shower and I had the maid kill it. The other morning I went to workout came back to the lunchroom to get coffee. No coffee nor cups were there.i asked the lady in the made and she was just yelling at me in spainishb

It was just okay. All the staff were friendly, but the room smelled like feet, the sofa bed had flower petals in the creases like it hadn’t been cleaned. The breakfast was decent.

Noisy location, not peaceful at all. There’s an extremely high amount of traffic around the hotel all night. Couldn’t tell the airport was close by because all the noise from the cars and trucks drowned out the airplane noise. Hotel is getting dated and needs a refresh. Pealing wallpaper and light switches that don’t work the main lighting are two examples. The mattress was uncomfortable, felt like one from a discount clearance store. I’ll never stay here again. I’m n a positive note, the staff was great in all areas.

Convenient and close to everything

Amazing hotel! The stag was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing. Our room was perfect for my family. The 24 hour gym was great and the pool/hottub was perfect too. My kids and husband loved that there were apples and mints at the front desk and a coffee station. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

The room was exceptionally clean but one thing I noticed more than anything was the friendliness of the staff. Always saying hello and welcome back and also asking if we need anything. I have always loved the Marriott hotels but this solidified why!

This is an older Marriott and the rooms and linen shows it. The bathroom wall paint was peeling, the linen looked dingy, and the sheets on the bed need to be replaced. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

I felt completely segregated and the room did not have a proper shower. I also felt slightly discriminated against. This reason is being I am blind with a disability and was traveling with a service dog. I was informed at check-in due to the fact that I had a service dog, I had to take a room on the first floor all the way in the back due to the fact that other guests did not want to see pets. Even though, I informed the front desk person when checking in that my dog was a service dog, and I also informed of the service that it provided. Due to the fact that I am blind I informed the person that it was a GUIDE Dog. However, I was still placed all the way in the back in a room with no shower lip. It was a complete flood every time I used the shower. On top of that. 15 to 20 minutes for the water to warm up into hot water. I was informed that that was the only room available to me due to the fact that I paid through a third-party. It will not be staying ever at this hotel again.

Staff was courteous. The smell of marijuana was nauseous throughout the entire hotel.

Couldnt rest because the other guests were slamming doors and stomping around at all hours. There was not hot water, bathed only once. Staff were very friendly but the noise and the hot water made it a horrible experience.

Elevators and Hallways smelled like weed/ cigarettes. Breakfast was average. It did have hot eggs, waffle maker, cereal options etc… but it was all pretty standard. All around average hotel with not too much bad to talk about but also not much to celebrate.

Friendly professional staff. Great location for exploring the Baltimore and Washington areas. Located walking distance to Arundel Mills Outlet, Casino Live and a huge selection of eateries.

Really like the room set-up / different from the basic square rooms with a sofa, mini bar, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The suite was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the separate living area, bed was ok( but the pillows were great) and modern touches that made it feel both relaxing and functional. Everything from the cleanliness to the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just minutes from BWI Airport, the Arundel Mills Mall, and plenty of dining options. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel was quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked with a variety of options, and the staff made sure everything stayed clean and inviting. The shuttle service was an added convenience that made travel stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This hotel goes above and beyond in service, comfort, and value. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I had just gotten married the day before our stay & decided to have a mini honeymoon at this hotel for the time before we could go on a real honeymoon. As soon as we got there, I was turned off by the attitude of the lady at the front desk. I've stayed at other Marriots before & had the pleasure of dealing with very friendly staff but didn't have the same experience at SpringHill. Once we checked in, the room was nice & clean but noticed that the tub had been slow draining from the start. Fast forward to our second night, I ended up slipping & falling twice in the tub with my husband needing to help pick me up. There were no anti-slip mats or anything in the tub. I reached out to the front desk right after. They asked if I needed medical attention & I declined because my hip didn't feel too bad at first, so I felt an ambulance would've been unnecessary. Further into the night, my hip grew more swollen & I was in pain. The next morning that I woke up, I was in much more pain & my hip was still swollen & turning into a bruise. We were supposed to check out that day so we were getting ready to do so. When i told the front desk again what had happened, I was then turned over to the supervisor & told her what had happened. I felt quite uneasy with the way she delt with me. The way she looked at me & talked to me made me feel llike she thought I was lying. It felt almost hostile.The room & place itself wasn't bad, but the service has much to be desired.

1st room with a king bed we paid for smelled like mildew and pet odor, so we complained and were put in another room with two queen beds. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs. To top it off, the TV didn’t work properly so we couldn’t even watch it. The TV was a blue hue. We had to watch Netflix on my phone, but was too small to really enjoy. We asked if there was a way to adjust the settings and were told this was a known issue for that TV and a new one was not available yet. We asked if there was a discount because this ruined our relaxing evening and they said because we booked through an 3rd party nothing could be done. I’ve stayed at other Spring Hill suites and this was not a nice one. Seemed old. Was expecting more from this hotel in this area.

This hotel is situated in a great location and convenient to surrounding area in and out of Baltimore City. Rooms are clean. Many amenities, such as indoor pool and there are restaurants, grocer, shopping, movies and casino, to keep you busy within a mile radius.

I didn't like the iron was broken and didn't have time to report because I was rushing to my anniversary dinner

Property felt unsafe. A motorcycle club was blocking the entrance and no one did anything to move them. Housekeeping was substandard. No service and when they did come into the room they just left soap. Didn’t make the bed or leave coffee. I won’t stay there again.

The hotel is in need of a major refresh. Carpets (hallway and room) are stained and have a strong odor. There were stains on the mattress and bedding. The staff was great and accommodating when I requested to change rooms due to the strong smell of urine.

Pool was cloudy and hot tub was not in service. Vent in bathroom didnt work and the ceiling had black mold on it!

There was a large group of people who stayed the same weekend. They were playing football in the pool and hot tub. About 6 in the hot tub and 8 in the pool and throwing a football back and forth. This lasted almost 2 hrs. It wasn’t welcoming to any other guest. The beds in our room had hair on it and appeared not to have clean linen. I went down to the lobby for new linen and changed it myself. I’ve stayed in the past, several times and this time was not a good experience.

Everything was great except the AC. The lobby was sticky and the halways were swelting hot. The rooms were not as cold as they normally are, at 61 they were sticky and stale air.

Rude unprofessional dont know what they are doimg and just want to shift blame when a mistake is made but unapologetic and 0 knowledge on how to correct it. Act like you are bothering them. Poor poor customer service. Unqualified

I checked in at 3:30 got to my room to find it not clean. I had to request housekeeping to come vacuum and clean the bathroom which had stains on the toilet seat. My shower head was leaking so shower water pressure was low. Ironing board was broken and there were stains on the couch. Very disappointed in the quality of my room during my stay.

The staff was super nice, engaging, very helpful. Our suite was very nice except access to the television in the living room was not optimal. The power cord would pull out when you changed the angle of the TV. Everything else was great. We enjoyed the breakfast, very good.

Hotel comfort was very average. Cleanliness was average, some mold and rust in the bathroom. There was damage in the bathroom where there was a chipped sharp piece of metal that seemed to be a safety hazard. Customer service was maybe the worst I have ever experienced. Staff at the desk argued about our reservations for nearly an hour, rejecting proof of receipts and booking. They attempted to trick us into accepting fewer rooms than what we paid for. The issue was resolved after a ridiculous amount of time. Very rude/aggressive. Not enough bathroom supplies for the stated number of guests. Inquired about extra bedroom linens and was told that they were "sold out". Manager on duty sign was left blank throughout entire stay. In short, average hotel, terrible customer service.

The hotel staff was super pleasant and professional. The room was designed well. We loved the layout with separated living and bedroom spaces. Loved the fridge and microwave in a little kitchenette. The included breakfast was yummie and had fresh fruit, an oatmeal bar with a number of great mix ins, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, breads and muffins. Parking was free and close. The common areas were clean. Zero complaints. The hotel is close to all kinds of food, shopping and attractions. A gem!!

It’s not smoke free. There was a loud party on the pool and they were smoking. Also they entered the room when we left the do not disturb hanging on the door

Decent stay. Bed and feel of the room was very comfortable. Big problem I had was not having a room available when I came in at 3. Me along with a few others were stuck waiting for rooms we already reserved. It took about 20 minutes before we finally got our keys and the biggest issue was they did nothing to make up for it. My other issue was the hot water for the shower not being hot at all. It was at most lukewarm.
