    Coffee, room service people(certain), tge nanagers son and certain other staff were very hospitable. We had a disgruntle bill situation that was not our fault with extending stay due to holiday bank closures they secretly tried to ban my party and I across hotels we had offered tp pay for the nights we couldnt stay and extend they turned it down and then tried to ban some damn body.

    Absolutely nothing The check in staff was rude, there was blood on the bathroom walls, hair in the shower, hair on the dirty towel, no toilet paper. Check out staff was rude. This is the worst place I have ever seen.

    1. The floors were sticky, which left my black socks dingy at the bottom. 2. The toilet flushes violently, with the water splashing back on you. 3. The shower was spraying both in the front and the back. It left water bubbles on the ceiling. 4. The towels had pubic hairs in them...they were sitting dry. 5. Even though they have a no smoking sign, you can tell(if you're not a smoker) that someone smokes near or in the room. 6. Sketchy people walking around the building and lingering around was annoying to see. 7. The pool wasn't clean and was full of debris. 8. The sheets on the bed "seemed" okay, but lots of hair underneath and near the headboard. Also, "black" ink-type spots may be an indicator of bedbugs. The staff was okay, but I get the vibe they are collecting a check. Very understandable given the state of the building.

    Leaving Dear Booking.com Customer Service, Thank you for responding. I am writing to give a full account of my stay, because the condition of this property was unacceptable, unsanitary, and completely below any reasonable standard for a paid accommodation booked through Booking.com. When I entered the room, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned or prepared for a guest. The room looked like it had been quickly glossed over instead of thoroughly cleaned. There were bugs inside the room, which made the space feel dirty and unsafe. Even more disturbing, there appeared to be blood on the pillows/pillowcases. That alone made the room feel completely unacceptable to sleep in and raised serious concerns about the hygiene and sanitation practices at this property. On top of that, the room did not have a working TV remote. I had to leave the room, go to the front desk, request one, and then wait approximately 30 minutes just to receive a remote. After waiting all that time and going back to the room, the remote still did not work. This added another layer of frustration to an already unacceptable stay. These are basic things that should have been checked before any guest was allowed into the room. This was not a minor inconvenience or a simple preference issue. Bugs in the room, blood on the bedding, poor cleaning, and basic amenities not working are serious problems. I paid for a clean, safe, properly maintained room, and that is not what I received. The condition of the room made the stay uncomfortable, unsanitary, and unacceptable. I have used Booking.com many times for hotel accommodations, and I have trusted the platform to help me find properties that meet a reasonable standard. After this experience, I am honestly second-guessing whether Booking.com is still a reliable option for me. As a loyal customer and Genius member, I should not be placed in a room with these kinds of conditions and then be expected to simply accept it as a normal stay.

    It was a place to sleep. Air-conditioner worked great. People begging outside, had to walk past people setting on stairs smoking every time we walked down the stairs. Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes. Every towel we got had some black stains on them and the beds hurt my back. Like I stated it’s a place to sleep for cheap but you pay for cheap either way.

    First day we got there, the beds needed to be changed, and the bathroom wasn’t clean, we saw roaches crawling in tub. We called front desk, and told them and they was to send someone to reclean and no one showed up. The third day, we went to office and dude behind desk lied about someone called to say the room was cleaned and it never was. So therefore never again.

    Proximity to the convention center. Front desk lady was short with me upon arrival. Room floor was sticky, burnt hole in blanket on bed, most recepticles didn't work in room, exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, 2 lights in room didn't work, tv remote didn't work properly, and room smelled horrible. People sitting in their vehicles in parking lot smoking marijuana and watching us the entire time.

    Absolutely nothing Everything, the first room had what looked to be old blood splattered on the walls, stains on the sheets, pillow cases and bed spreads There was hair on the sheets still. The 2nd room still had burns and stains on the bedding. I went to Walmart and bought my own sheets and bleach and disinfected wipes. I will never stay at another Days Inn ever again. The telephone in the room didn't even work.

    Nothing Room smelled of smoke, there were cigarette burns on comforter, the sheets had dirt spots on them, found a curly black hair in bed, the tub was not clean, there was some kind of white stuff built up in the AC vent. Oh and cockroaches running around in parking lot. Needless to say we went to office and requested a refund..which we haven't gotten yet. Was a horrible experience

    Pool was closed. No problem with that. A/C kept the room cool. The bathroom was not acceptable. We found hair in the tub and on the toilet. Used bar of soap above the shower rod. The front desk clerk was not friendly at all. Glad it was only for one night. Days Inn has gone down greatly. It was once my go to place to stay. I’ve been to a couple recently and they are bad now.

    The staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, this place is pretty much a dump. This building has seen better days, but the bed was clean and comfy. The bathroom felt suspect, possibly black mold on the ceiling. There was also a local crackhead smoking crack in the staircase when I walked outside to my car at 4am. All in all, I got some rest for the nights I was there, so it served its purpose.

    I was late for my check in due to driving 14 hours to get there. They never called me to tell me that they were canceling my reservation. I ended up having to pay double to re-register and have a place to stay. When we got our key card and were finally going to our room, there was someone sleeping in our room!! I was so scared and we absolutely scared the person sleeping in our room. We went to the front desk and the person nonchalantly said oh the room must be double booked. I was livid and demanded my money back. I felt so bad for the person that was already sleeping in the room. We scared him to death coming in his room in the middle of the night. What if he thought he was getting robbed and attacked us or worse yet shot at us? So unbelievably unsafe. They should be reported and shut down. The rooms look nothing like the pictures online and Expedia should take them down. I never did receive my refund. I’m still hopeful that I’ll get it! The hotel or shall I say the motel said that Expedia would be the one that had to issued the refund. This is absolutely a terrible place. You should spend the extra, but will actually save you money in the long run, on an Airbnb. I’m disappointed in Expedia and never go to this hotel.

    The room smell like mold and cigarettes.     The place was one step above a dump. T sink was cracked, the bathroom would not close properly, the cove behind the toilet was missing in some spots and coming off in others. The carpet was dirty and stained. The water was barely was warm enough to take a shower. The faucet for the shower didn't work well. The housekeeper didn't understand enough English to provide service. Had to keep going to the office to get enough towels. The door frame where the safety latch attaches looks like the door had been kicked in several times.

There were holes and stains in the sheets & the AC unit was held up with wooden blocks. To top it off there was a domestic argument that lasted from 10pm-7am and we got no sleep. I went to change rooms and the second room was even worse. I ended Staying at a much better place like 20 minutes away from this area!!! so i wouldn’t recommend staying there unless you enjoy dirty bed sheets and Roaches for roommates!!

The Lobby was very hot NO AIR-CONDITIONING WORK.. I wand some of my money back on this Stay. This is not good place to stay. I can not make this up. When the new shift finally took over, the replacement agent, while addressing us, unfortunately chose to badmouth her predecessor, which was entirely unprofessional and unhelpful. The "service" continued at a glacial pace, a recurring theme throughout our stay. As for breakfast, it was largely non-existent, offering little more than hot water and a few granola bars. Upon finally receiving a replacement for our faulty fridge, we discovered the towels provided were notably stained. Our neighbors, whom we met due to shared frustrations, were dealing with a non-functional toilet. To top it all off, the bottom of our room door was broken, preventing it from closing properly. Frankly, we're relieved we spent so little time in the room. The overall experience was truly abysmal.

    No bugs thank god, first room smelly with cigarette holes on comforters, got my room changed asap second room bathroom was clean but maintenance had to change bath tube faulcet it was broken, beds were cleaner not the pillows stains smh floors dirty they need to invest with a mop, maintenance had to also replace the ac unit blowing out heat in 86 degree weather he was able to fix it.     I booked this hotel by accident, and was intending to book the Best Western next door. Not changing my booking was a huge mistake. When I arrived for check-in, the woman at the front desk instructed me to let them know if I had any problems with the room "within 15 minutes", which I didn't think too much of, and this proved to be my fatal horror movie mistake. After checking in and setting my stuff down, I left again. When I returned for the evening, it was all downhill. I went to take a shower, and there was no shower head. I suffered through my hose-like shower, and then realized there were no towels, no bath mat. After drying off as best I could with the hand towel, I went to charge my phone. I tried all three outlets available, all of which were built-in to the light fixtures, and none of which worked. As a last-ditch attempt to find an outlet, I pulled the nightstand away from the wall were the clock was plugged in, only to discover trash that a previous guest had left behind. Once I was ready for bed and turned all the lights off, I discovered the curtains blocked out less than a majority of the light from outside, which made the room as bright as dawn well into the night. After finally falling asleep, the ancient air conditioning stopped working somewhere along the way and I woke up, hot and irritated.

    The location was good, just off the main road and close to a lot of things. As I went to sleep early each night, I heard my next door neighbor's TV as if it were in my room and everyone who walked by my door. Two of my hangers were unusable because they wouldn't come off the anti-theft device. It also seemed like only half the hotel was in use.

    It was the dirtiest nastiest motel I have ever seen. Asked for a refund and they gave me a portion of my money back. I lost about $200 on it. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Not to mention the toilet didn’t flush.

    Staff is pleasant having wood floors are filthy shower has all kind of hairs on shower wall bathroom sink leaks all over floor no discount offered for anything towels had somebody else’s hair embedded in it. The bed was nice and comfy.

    They put me in a smoking room then switched me when i told them that i asked for nonsmoking. The sheets were dirty the room was run down, and the door lock did not function properly. The curtain to the room would not shut all the way and you can see inside my room from a certain angle. I will never ever stay at that place.

    Was easy to get in. The room smelled like smoke when we got in. Room was ok overall. Idk if it was cleaned before hand. Floors were sticky. Checkout was easy

    The front desk woman was completely not friendly and welcoming like you would want in a hotel. It took me over an hour to pay for my room because she kept making an issue out of everything. It’s like I’m trying to give you my money, I’m not asking for anything. I’m just trying to pay, but every single thing was an issue. I would not ever stay here again. Also, the housekeeper as I was leaving I had like four cart loads to take to my car cause I’m in the middle of moving and the housekeeper sees me moving all of the stuff by myself and keeps putting her housekeeping cart and linen cart in the middle of the walkway so every time I walked by with the cart I had to move her stuff so that I could get by and at one point, she actually stood in front of me, and instead of letting me go, proceeded to knock on someone’s door several times and have a conversation with them about whether or not they want housekeeping. Completely rude and unfriendly staff the room was disgusting. I would never stay here again.

    The toilet was clogged so we called to the front desk and they said the plunger that they have somebody else had it an ask if we could wait until the next day a couple hours later we call down again and asked for plunger they said they don’t have it then I asked if we could switch to another room given the fact that the toilet had over flowed so after they accused us of getting a plunger we never had they switched us and that room had the same issue with plumbing but no resolution

    Price was not all that much cheaper than a Courtyard Marriott, (maybe $30) but yet the place was rundown, and definitely catered to more of a transient population

    My stay was great the front desk clerk was amazing the bed was very comfortable I slept great.. only thing was the people above me let their child run back and forth through out their room for hours other than that I was comfortable

    The staff was nice and professional you just can tell the property is old. The rooms was dirty but u can tell it could have been missed by housekeeper. Refrigerator and the floors and the tub a few pieces of hair in sink. And it had a strong cigarette smell

    I am not the guest there, my son is. This is the second time he has stayed at the hotel. He said it is clean, the heating works well, and he likes the layout of the room. It is very close to Coliseum Center where they are a lot of restaurants and shops. The price is great.

    Checked in on Thursday afternoon customer service was friendly and fast. Went to my room at first glance looked ok then walked through to the bathroom and then was the problems. Spiderwebs. The bathtub was not clean hair in tube and on on toilet. Went out on Friday morning came back to room only to see room service had been there only because the trash was gone but the bed was not made and only one towel was left and more hair in bathtub after cleaning it myself when Checked in Thursday. Left again Saturday morning and came back that night and no room service at all trash still there and again bed not made over all my stay was terrible. Will not stay there again

    Best budget hotel within walking distance of Hampton Aquaplex. Basic budget hotel best described as a "time capsule motel with no frills" This is near other hotels that charge 2x to 3x as much per night. Can also easily walk to nearby restuarants such as McDonald's, Freddies Custard, and Dunkin Donuts. Kroger, Starbucks, Olive Garden, and several others are just 1/2 mile away.

    Don't know when floor was last mopped/cleaned. walked from bathroom to bed and feet were black. Spilled a little water by desk and when using a towel to get it up, towel was black and just nasty. And there was no dresser oor chest of drawers to put anything in and also no place off the floor to put luggage or other things. Was a desk that allowed writing space and room for laptop use..
