    No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. Water was cut off for a bit just at the time I was getting ready to go out. In the morning I couldn't take a shower-for some reason the water wouldn't turn on. When I checked out no questions about how was your stay, do you need anything. Again no comment about breakfast in the restaurant. All interactions seemed perfunctory.

    Don’t get in the room first floor by the pool and outside door a lot of noise all hours. Hotel did not have fresh towels available each day and I was only there two days. Remote to tv did not work walked to front desk they didn’t have batteries for it. So no tv. There were other loud noises but the hotel doesn’t have control over but walls must be thin.

    The staff were excellent. The room was clean but showing signs of age. Also instead of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower there were three shampoos. The hot tub didn’t work. The small pool was crowded with kids which isn’t really a complaint but more so an observation. The gym is small but got the job done however one of the treadmills didn’t work at all. When I paid in the app it said it included their breakfast but when I checked in they said it did not.

    Very disappointed in the condition of this place based on the price paid. Once you get past the lobby, the rooms were very outdated. The breakfast was as simple as what you would get complimentary anywhere else, for $15. We had a major snafu when we checked in and one of the beds had a coverlet and no sheets underneath. The mattress pad was stained as well. The front desk could not send housekeeping but offered to bring sheets for us to change ourselves. There was never an attempt to put sheets on the bed, even the next day.

    We were there less than 24 hours - a simple overnight stay. Overall the room could have been more impressive as far as cleanliness. It was a handicap room and carpet and bathroom floor tile could use a deep cleaning. Other than that the bedsheet and towels were sparkling white and the rest of the room was decent.

    A lot of Russ in the bathroom, stains on the bed shirt , the chair in the room was really dirty ( need to shampoo it or just get another one. Big cockroach under the sink , no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Curtin had some stains on it . Not what I expected from the Hilton hotels!!!

    room was fine, but they need some updating. tv was working for maybe 30 minutes then it stop. i went to front desk. the staff said maintenance was gone for the day so there wasn’t away to fix the tv. so i thought i would get handled the next day, nothing. i had to buy a tv for the room just to have some type of entertainment because they wifi wasnt working either. i had to use my hotspot. will i come back? probably not.

    There were items left in room and when I reported it the first time I was asked to remove them myself and set them outside the door. The second time I reported( next morning) it I was told housekeeper would be right up. The third time I reported (that afternoon after being out all day) the items were finally removed.

    Room was clean but did not have a trash can other then bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable, shower pressure not great. Hot tub in the pool room was broken. 2 different days we went to pool and there were no towels. For the hotel we honestly expected more. Staff was extremely kind and helpful.

    This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. There was an alcohol party at the pool and guests couldn’t even get inside to enjoy that amenity. There was a literal drunken brawl in the middle of the night in our hallway. It was so bad I had to worry about the safety of my daughter and myself. Didn’t get any sleep the rest of the night and checked out as early as possible.

    The staff member I engaged with first was rude and did t care that I had called ahead and there was a note on my account. He never offerd the business working area or to sit in the lobby. I was not impressed initially and the hotel is very dated. Also paid for parking when it never stated anything about that when booking and there wasn’t a parking garage.

    Before I left the morning of Saturday I asked to have my room cleaned just before 8am, no one passed the message to the housekeeping staff, the heat in room had to be put on 77-80 to work properly, breakfast was $15 and there was no shutter to take me to and from casino. I personally wouldn’t stay there again, will be using Marriott next time. I was irritated it was my birthday so it was awful never again, better luck next time I guess.

    We had to change rooms 4 times within a 24 hour period of timei went to Virginia for a funeral and I cud not believe what I had to deal with. The rooms: . Filthy. Crumbs all over tables. Food in frig. Trash in trash can. Hair in sink. Shower water coming out of walls. Toilet not working. Door knobs to bathroom non functional. Staff doesn’t take hotel business serious. Hilton is getting a bad rap by allowing this facility to use its name. Unreal. I spent so much time trying to deal with the mess I feel like I could not be present for my family the way I should have. I reached out to hotels.com for resolution assistance. I paid for 2 nights and got refunded for one. They would not refund the one night we stayed and cancel the 2nd night. I cud not handle the unnecessary stress while trying to be supportive to Mr family. Disheartening to say the least

    The room felt more than neglected. The toilet was broken. Wouldn’t flush. Had to fix that. Mystery stains on bed. Water didn’t get hot. People were yelling and screaming across the hall all night. Called down to the desk multiple times and nothing was done.     The hotel was nice and clean. I would stay there again. I never stayed for breakfast. So, I can’t give a review on that. The outside is nicely landscaped. I also felt safe at the hotel. We checked in late, so we had to ring the bell to get in the lobby. I liked that the doors were locked. Safety is an important part of staying at a hotel.

    Let me tell you staying here is not the experience you expect when you stay at a Hilton. Not a bad hotel but definitely not a Hilton. I booked two rooms here and to start off the deposits are 100.00 the lobby is renovated fairly newly. But when u get to the back, an absolute time capsule outdated carpet low ceilings, and small compact rooms. The window seals were water damaged along with the ceiling peeling. And when I tell you for the prices of these rooms absolutely nothing is complimentary. The bottle of water placed in you rooms are 3.00 a piece and breakfast is 15.00 per person. So yea thts my review of the property can't say I would ever return or recommend this hotel.

    While the renovation of the lobby area is nice, the rest of the premises have yet to be refurbished. The room furniture is old and scratched, and has tattered upholstery. The elevator and corridors are hot, with poor/no ventilation. Bathroom has no hand soap, which is unsanitary. There is not enough parking when arriving later in the evening. And lastly, the Wifi was not working the entire stay (Fri - Sun). Free Wifi is advertised, but was not provided.

    I arrive at the inn they charge me an additional $100.00 for the stay. I question them why was I being charged this I’m a 60 year old man what am I going to do to you inn? The hostess tells me it’s released after my stay and I check out. The next day I find out it’s actually three to five business days and the room smelled like it had never had the carpets cleaned I had to ask them was the property actually owned by Hilton or was it a private property. They told me it was in fact a Hilton owned property. Wow how the mighty has fallen. I’m actually going to start looking at Marriott cause I can’t pay almost 300.00 for a room and the place smells and I didn’t want the breakfast bar they can keep it.

    First off let me say the staff was gracious and hospitality was top tier. The room was beyond our expectations and very very cozy. However there was a smell coming from the carpet that was somewhat unbearable. Not sure if it was an oversight on the cleaning crew or what but I would suggest a deep clean of the carpet sooner than later. Other than that great experience! Thank you.

    Breakfast is a joke. $15 for a "buffet" that consists of only "eggs" potatoes and sausage or bacon. Basic fruit and cereal. Not even a pancake or waffle machine. Hotel was run down and in great need of a remodel. Only thing good was the location

    The property is very dated and unkempt. No fans on bathroom resulting in rusted light fixtures. Pet friendly should not mean the rooms should smell like dogs. Carpets are not maintained well.

    Bed made a lot of noise beside door was not secured and was unlocked all night all day and anyone could easily access bathroom tub was not as clean the Wi-Fi never worked and did not have much help trying to get it to work

    The property was okay at best . We went to check in a hour early and were told there were no rooms available and if we did check in early we would get a 75$ fee with no rooms being free. We came back an hour later as we were told and still no rooms were available , we had to wait in the lobby atleast 45 mins . We didn’t like at this hotel that breakfast wasn’t included

    As a Hilton honors member, whom frequents lots of Hiltons for vacations and stays. This was an absolute horrible experience. I booked a king suite for extra comfort. I got there late at night after partying at the beach in the sun and I was extremely exhausted. I showered, pulled my clothes out for the next day and fell asleep. I woke up a hour later to feeling stuffy.. then I realized the smell. I got to the restroom and there is dog hair all over my face. Shower still leaking and the toilet begins to flood. Went back to sleep and woke up every hour. The next day I went to gather my things to get dressed and noticed Mold and mildew on the walls, Broken rusty furniture. Dog hair everywhere. Leaking faucets. Missing light bulbs. Woke up with dog hair in my face. Which means the bed wasn’t changed. Soiled furniture. Globs of dog hair on the floor. All of my clothing ruined from the smell and dog hair. Now my throat hurts and I’m coughing with bl**d. Horrible experience

    I was super rushed to get ready and get to the venue. I also had to ask for a different room after being told at least 3 times that my room wasn’t ready. Very disappointing. The room was clean enough, carpet is outdated and not very clean. The manager advised another guest that had been there since Tuesday (this was Friday) that they were short staffed although he made repeated requests for his room to be cleaned it hadn’t been cleaned once. I would not stay at this hotel again.

    The bathroom had hair on toilet and sink area. The room had an odor and carpet was damp. The bar and pool/hot tub was not available as advertised. The restaurant was not available during the day, only during breakfast.The carpet in room and foyer were very dirty. Upon entry the bed spread was old and had snags. My friend,s room did not have an ironing board, she had to iron on the bed.

    I did not get to check in. My ac went out so I booked a stay here for a couple of nights. I picked a pet friendly option because I wanted to get my dogs out of the heat. I called ahead to see what i needed to do as far as the fee for pets. The young lady gave me the info and we hung up. When I arrived i stopped at the desk to check in but moreso to pay the deposit because you can check in through the Hilton app and pick your room. The clerk looked up my info then told me they do not have any rooms. Why is that because i clearly can see rooms on the app and being in IT, I don't think the app would show multiple available rooms if they were booked since the unavailable rooms also showed as unavailable. Also, why not lead with that. Overbooked or not either your system is not working correctly or I was lied to. So I didn't even get to experience the stay.

    Bathroom in my king sized bed room had a dirty floor with marks and smudges, tub had more stains. I decided it would be better to just clean myself instead of waiting for a response from house cleaning. Thankfully I prepare for these situations based off past experiences. The shower curtain also gave the bathroom and room a mildew like smell that was easily noticable for myself and guest. The rest of the room was much cleaner except for a few hairs here and there.

    The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who greeted me warmly. However, the room itself left much to be desired. The bed was uncomfortable, providing little support for a good night’s sleep, and the mattress was stained and squeaked. The bedding created a sense of unease. Overall, the accommodations did not meet my expectations.

    Found blood stains on a pillow case. Front desk replaced the pillow but I was still uneasy about the rest of the bedding. When trrying for to sleep there was an extremely loud and uneven humming noise - it was not the AC unit.

    Super convent to the colosseum under 5 minute drive. I would say this hotel is good for a 1 night stay only and you’re in and out. Extremely disappointed in the breakfast. We went to eat and the waitress told me it would be $15 for adults to eat and $10 for my 10 MONTH OLD BABY! I asked again to make sure I heard her correct yup I did! Hotel is definitely dated but if your in town for a night it’s not bad there is a cute little outdoor mall not to far shops restaurants etc

    Cabinet waa broken and chipped. No hand soap. All the bedding had stains on them. Luckly i bring. Cleaning supplies and sanitizer. I throughly sanitized the sheets. We camw back to the room after 11pm. Too late for housekeeping.

    Nice room, good amenities, good breakfast including eggs and sausage. Rooms were clean. No conditioner in bathroom and soap had a funny film left on the skin after washing. The stairwell we came down didn't lead to the first floor, but instead exit and what looks like a maintenance area. That was unusual since there were no signs stating anything. We had to go back upstairs and find the elevator. Not a big deal but it did stand out in my mind. Overall stay was very nice. Make sure if you have breakfast included in your rate, that the front desk gives you your tickets. We had to go back and ask for them after being turned away for not having it. Still, it was a nice stay in a good area.

    The stay was fine but the room definitely needs some work compared to my stay in Feb at this same property. I tried to check in online and put my updated cc, but the system still tried to charge the old one do I had to stop at the front desk. I also didn’t realize I had to pay for parking because I don’t remember having that charge in Feb. The employee only mentioned the cc was trying to be charged for incidentals. I must have missed the parking fee when booking and was not told verbally. I saw it on my receipt. The housekeeping staff was great and helpful when my kid wet the bed.

    Unfortunately the room was not clean - there was disposable items left in the room from prior guest and the bathroom had hair on the floor, the bathtub was noticeably dirty, and towels not removed from prior guest. And the bed was horrible - it felt like laying on cement and I had to purchase an air mattress just to be able to sleep. The location however was good with many stores and food choices nearby.

    First room we checked in to had no bedding and all the drawers were pulled out. The second room was fine. The rooms are incredibly dark & dated. Surprised this was a Hilton. The front desk staff was very nice. We felt sorry for them bc we overheard other people complaining about their rooms & it isn’t their fault. The staff allowed us to store balloons in an unused conference room which was very helpful to us.

    The room had a broken air conditioner and was hot. The thermostat was set on 66 but registered 79. We asked for a different room & were told there were no more. No concessions were offered. The room also smelled like dogs. I do not recommend. We would have looked for another hotel if it wasn’t so late.

    The potential is there but no amenities were open other than the gym. The room waa "ready" early but the bathroom was clearly not cleaned as there was long hair in the tub and no body wash as well as lip balm on the floor by the bed that was missed. The potential would be AMAZING, but this trip was cool but not above average. Just OK.

    There were theft to several vehicles. Guest had to put plastic paper and card board on their vehicle due to robbers breaking windows. I think short staff because the room was not cleaned.

    1) the mattress was really hard and uncomfortable to me; 2) the fabric on the highback chair in the corner of the room was torn and I was afraid to sit in it and 3) there was no luggage holder to put my suitcase on. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, courteous and professional.

    Was put in a handicap accessible room. Wasn't happy with the shower. If I were handicapped I may have fallen in the floor when trying to shower because the bench was hanging off the wall. And so we're the company issue hand soap dispenser. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

    she tried to offer me a couple of bottles of water that they were selling in the rooms to compensate for not having any clean towels. If you stay here with your family, make sure you bring a blow up mattress, extra linen, and towels. Needless to say, this will be our last time booking a room at this location. I expected much better service from the Hilton.
