Stay was nice, clean room, and pool was amazing!

The room was ok. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The room was not attended to between days; the trash barrel was still full, the towels were not replaced, the microwave was not plugged in and I had no phone connection to call the front desk.

The breakfast was cold every morning. Other then that hotel was clean and staff was great.

Beautiful pool and good breakfast. Room was somewhat unsatisfactory, but staff assisted with a new / cleaner room. Otherwise, there was a lot of marijuana smoke, but that is not the fault of the facility.

Breakfast did not have many options, but was good. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was absolutely freezing but fine otherwise. Staff was kind. Location was excellent.

This hotel was very cleN and the staff were so pleasant. Ricky made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and very nice. Breakfast was okay but the boiled eggs were overdone. But everything else was great.

Paid for 2 queen beds, had 2 full size. Room and bathroom much smaller than they look in the pictures. Breakfast was poor. Based on other stays at other hotels the last 3 years we paid double the value. Had it been advertised more closely to reality it would have been fine, but it definitely did not meet the expectations.

They did not want to give me back my $50 deposit when they told me that they was going to refund it back to me they did not instead they made up some excuse about me so-called damaging their linen which was not the case they also told me that they was going to give me back my money that following Monday and never gave it back and never was going to tell me that they wasn't going to give it back instead they lied to me and told me that it was refunded back to my card and that they released it and now I have to do a dispute just to get my money back I never damage anything on their property and I also was respectful the whole time that I was there the lady at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude the male staff was okay but the fact that they lied to me about giving me back my deposit and make made up some excuse to not give me my money was unacceptable and it's coming off like a scam and I don't appreciate it at all I'm very upset but far as the room being clean and nice and decent yes the breakfast was nice and decent everything was cool up until the part they tried to scam me out of $50

The breakfast was a full breakfast and good . The bed was comfortable. Did not like the sign in process it was like signing in to a institution and they have a fee of incidentals of 50 dollars after booking the stay , feels weird. And you can hear your neighbors, and sound in the halls with the room door closed.

I stayed here for 5 days, and I’ve had more relaxing experiences sitting in traffic with a flat tire. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was a mistake. The place smelled like air freshener working overtime to cover something musty and permanent. The room didn’t help—the bathroom door scraped across the tile every time I opened it, like it was fighting back. The air conditioner barely worked. I set the thermostat and it took two full days to catch up. Noise was nonstop. Every hallway door slammed like it had anger issues, and I was woken up repeatedly the first night. The nights after that, it sounded like the people upstairs were dropping golf balls… or bricks… at random hours. I asked to switch rooms, and the receptionist acted like I ruined her entire day. She said only the manager could help in the morning. The manager, apparently, does not exist—I never heard a word. One night a tractor trailer idled outside my window all night. After realizing the staff wasn’t going to do anything about anything, I had to go buy ear plugs just to sleep. The hallways smelled like marijuana mixed with heavy air freshener. The only positive was a warm breakfast, which felt like a small consolation prize. Overall, this place is less of a hotel and more of an endurance test. Stay anywhere else.

Our room was clean with newer updates but the bathroom could have used a refresh - it is a bit outdated. 2 of the bathroom bulbs had blown and weren't working. The hotel itself is outdated but the staff were great at checking in and out. The breakfast was enjoyed by my son but there could have been more options available. The ease of parking was good too.

That person was not friendly. No hello, no how are you, no apology for having to wait so long to check in. Asked for ID, told us room number while handing me cards in a used packet, then said breakfast ends at 10. Did not feel welcome at all. Walls are paper thin. Heard a domestic situation from the room next door the first morning. Heard same couple making up the next morning. Very awkward. Would not stay again!

I like the location. The hotel was 2 minutes away from the coliseum. I wish they had a full length mirror in the rooms.

The shower would not drain properly and was clogged, and the bed pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, but unfortunately the two main things I care about in a hotel — sleep and a good shower — did not meet expectations. I also wish the manager had offered some kind of discount or gesture beyond just saying sorry.

the room was quieter than most of my other hotel stays, we have stayed here the same time for the past 4 years, always a great visit, a very good breakfast too.. nothing really, it is a good hotel.

Nothing When we checked into our room there were roaches crawling on the wall. My fiance killed them and took pictures. The walls were peeling and the bathroom was dirty. The whole room was disgusting. After we saw the hotel room we immediately went back to the front desk to complain and show pictures. The guy told us that there was nothing that he could do. We didn't even argue with him. We never stayed there. We left and had to pay for another place to stay at the Hampton inn which was more comfortable and no roaches!! We want a refund from Best Western. I am not sleeping where roaches are...

Staff was friendly and helpful . It was close to the coliseum. Our heat wasn’t working and it took them awhile to come and fix it. The light in the bathroom kept flickering and the light near the bed kept blinking on and off

The curtains were grimy, the bathroom disgusting, with dirt and debris around the toilet, and the tub too nasty to use. The facility overall is just run down. I felt trapped since the stay was non-refundable. The last thing I wanted was a free night at any Best Western property—I chose them for the brand and the glossy photos. Never again!

Property is not in the greatest of areas but the hotel is nice and the staff was really wonderful. We stayed on a Saturday and people were so loud. Next door neighbor was up at 7am gabbing like they were at a revival.

Check-in was easy and smooth… the tub had mold and breakfast starts at 6am but there was no breakfast… hotel is very convenient shopping center right across the street with plenty of stores and restaurants….other than that I have no complaints

Property looks and feels old. Bold warning signs on door warning about guests, which leads me to believe it has partying and/or prostitution problems. Elevator is slow and the pool looks like a biohazard. I probably should have spent the additional $10/night for a different hotel.

There was some fighting in the parking lot that woke me up at 4:15 AM and the breakfast was cold and not a good selection at all. I woke up in the morning and there was a big spider running across the floor. After that I didn't get back to sleep.

They didn’t have any extra towels or blankets when we asked he said that it will take forever because he has to wash and dry them and he had no time. The person seems like the only person working. Roaches were found in the bathroom, shower was nasty and the floors were sticky.

The Lobby area bordered being too hot with the doors being held open intentionally by management. The elevator was too hot and not a good initial presentation for the business.

The staff works hard to keep up with everything. They don't bother you about petty things. Hotel is older but in good shape. The only issue here are some of the patrons. We enjoyed our stay here and will consider this hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality

The local area is more run down than anticitpated and the property reflects the area. It was one of the lesser Hampton experiences. No convenience of a side entrance and the adjacent areas felt unsafe.

The breakfast was wonderful the staff was nice I enjoyed my stay.

AC was not working in lobby or hallways.

The second floor smells are pure pet waste in hallway. After a discussion with the front desk,we were moved to the 4th floor and everything was much better. On our last night a roach came out of the wall AC unit. Everyday our bathroom linens were replaced, which was nice.

IT WAS VERY HOT IN THE HOTEL AND THE ROOM

Air condition didn’t work or was non existent in elevator and hallway. Room was clean and ac worked. However must be thin walls. Could hear any noises in hallway. Foot traffic. Carts. Ect. As I was leaving and walking down hallway, I could hear other rooms TVs and showers running. I’m a deep sleeper and was woke up by random noises quite a few times over night.

The location of the hotel was great! Check in was great!! Once we got to the room we noticed the towels n wash clothes as well as toilet tissue were not replaced after cleaning. Called down to the main desk(room phone did not work) he asked for one of us to come down for them he had no one to bring them up. Problem solved! NOPE TV in the room did not work was stuck on a commercial and would not even turn off… No big deal we were exhausted anyways.. The AC in the room in the beginning was amazing! Once we all laid down it instantly got hot I turned the thermostat to 68 didn’t turn on then 66 kicked on for a few minutes only for us to realize it was blowing hot air out.. I did let the front desk know hoping it’s resolved before the next guests check in to that room.

There was another event happening in the area and it appeared that there were customers who were not abiding by rules in place such as no nosie after 10pm, not smoking in rooms or hallways, and overall the place appeared rundown.

There was a cockroach in my room and some other little bugs, there was no shampoo in my room and there was still soap in the shower from the previous guest

The hotel is on the older side and is in much need of updating. The lobby and hallways were extremy hot. The room was cool but the bathroom still had curly hair in the sink and the pillows were horrid. For a good part though it was quiet which was much appreciated.

Me personally I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms are very small. Parking lot is small once full have to go and park in next door hotel parking lot. Front desk workers never at the desk if you need assistance. Suppose to be free WiFi that wasn't working. Overall it's a hotel you would stay for a night if you're a truck driver and need a nights rest. Staying two days or more I would not recommend.

Was told that the AC was not working. Our room was on the 5th floor and there was ABSOLUTELY ZERO AC in the hallways on the 5th floor. Our room was clean, and the AC ran cold. Super happy with the room. But it was so hot in the hallways and the lobby where the breakfast was. I understand that things break. There were zero signs up, no fans, and no staff seemed concerned.

The hotel is out dated, it don't look like the pictures online. We was at the pool for breakfast and a rat came out to greet us. The milk at breakfast tasted a little spoiled but the staff was very nice and professional

The room was not particularly clean and the beds were horrible. Shower could be only blistering hot or ice cold. The breakfast spread was okay but the toppings set out for waffles had clearly been out day after day and the lobby was too hot to sit and eat. The pool area did look clean and well-kept but overall, would not recommend.

Always enjoy my stays at comfort inn! The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is ok, and customer service is awesome! This location is my go to!

I can give them 3 stars because it's not bad if you need somewhere to lay your head for a couple of nights but it wouldn't be my first pick again. Showers were decent, bed was comfortable to lay and sleep but the service was slim from the time we checked in....2 sets of towels but there were 3 of us and when I requested more towels I had to wait to get them from the desk the following morning. We placed the sign on our door for room service for cleaning and more towels and toilet tissue but it never happened....300 plus dollars and certain things should already be understood and provided.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great! The bed was comfy. The gym was well equipped with weights and the treadmill worked well. The pool was beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you so much!

Nice & clean, good service

Didn’t have any towels at all. Only hand towels. When asked was told didn’t have any. We was provided 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels for our stay. The channels provided didn’t work on the tv. Only 5 channels worked.

Hotel room and common areas including the elevator should have been cleaner. Hotel room floor was sticky and elevator looked like something was spilled in it every day. Water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. TV did not allow for connecting to streaming services even though remote had a Netflix button. Also did not have standard channels such as TNT or ESPN. Front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. Hotel is also in a great location, 3 minutes from the convention center.

No . The ceiling was caved in.and it .was leaking . I have pictures someone had left dirty water in the tub the toilet wouldn't flush it had dirty urine. The bed wasn't completely made it look like someone had laid across the bed and rearranged the pillows.. I was very disappointed I have pictures but they won't let me upload them

Very clean and pleasant stay

The property was clean, and the rooms were allergy friendly, no carpet...I prefer no carpet rooms due to allergies. But many hotels use soundproofing materials before laying the vinyl flooring. BW did not, as a result you can hear everything going on in the room above you. This wouldn't be too bad if during quiet hours ppl were quiet. The room above us was so noisy that we had to notify front desk at 2:40am that they needed to quiet down. The noise stopped for 30mins then we were kept awake by hearing very plainly sex from the room above us for another two hours. Add this frustration to the very uncomfortable bed and sleeping in the car would have been a better option. My SO can sleep on just about anything he prefers firm, so a floor is no big deal for him, so when he says the bed was a brick and extremely uncomfortable, trust me , it was! The staff were polite, the breakfast was good, nothing fancy but it was hot and our autistic son ate the bacon and the eggs. If we could have managed to get some sleep in spite of the noise we might stay here again but since the beds are not sleep worthy and the noise was unbearable (I believe it would have been unbearable with a quiet couple because we heard the conversations too) we will not be staying here again.

Had to have them to activate my card for my door every single day three four times a day very unpleasant stay because anytime I walked out of my room I got locked out

The bed had bed bugs. We got eaten up. It was hard getting back in the hotel at night. The second night the TV stopped working. Overall, it was a misable experience.

The stay was good. I was not concerned about my car. The breakfast could have been better, the eggs were cold the muffins were still partly frozen. The phone in the room and the bathroom fan wasn’t working. The hotel and the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. I will stay there again 😀 and recommend this best western!

Nice and accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Hotel has extremely thin walls. You can hear EVERYTHING the people in the room next door are saying and doing. If the knock or bump the wall you feel it.
