The whole experience. It was a discrepency upon check in and the hotel was not willing to rectify the mishap that their front desk staff created. The front desk staff seemed to be on some type of drug and gave no eye contact just kept her head down

The spa king was amazing! Super clean, nice big bathroom, super comfy bed. Nancy at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I will stay here everytime I visit Hampton from now on!

Free parking. Walking distance to Atlanta Motor Speedway. Hotel: Very matured, not properly maintained, not clean. Room: Although the room is declared as „non-smoking“ the thick carpeted floor and the bed are telling a different and smelly story. We asked to exchange the pillows. The replacements were yellowed as well. Parking: Free, lots of space, incl. a BMW-wreck. Coffee: No coffee maker in the room. No coffee in the lobby. Walk externally to Wendy‘s (0.1 mls).

Bathroom shower had hairs in it. Furniture was old, dated and not in good shape. Carpet was old and worn out. Breakfast was minimal. Not appealing at all. Outside was unkempt. Lobby area was dated and worn out. Leaving.

The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. Really liked the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the shower. The big screen TV was great. The staff was very courteous and addressed any of our concerns quickly. We wanted to be in the vicinity of the race track and we couldn't be happier. No coffee maker in the room. Had to ask for towels every day of being there. The bedside light was extremely bright. Didn't know about the Continental Breakfast.

Location is great for Atlanta Motor Speedway, staff super helpful Beds are hard as a rock. My room key also stopped working a few times but the staff was super helpful
