Very clean place, everything felt fresh, the pool was nice, and breakfast was plentiful. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We arrived very late at night after a long day of driving. The bathroom floor had obviously not been cleaned as there were two toenail clippings on the floor. Totally gross! As my husband was already asleep I did not request a room change and informed the front desk in the morning. Besides, if this is the level of cleanliness that passes for acceptable at this hotel, the other rooms were probably not cleaned thoroughly either.

Hotel was ok for our late arrival and early departure. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

The bed was fine and we slept well. The handicapped bathroom was poorly converted and, after a shower, the floor was in about 1 inch of water. They vacuumed it and brought towels for the second shower -to build a dam! Didn’t work as the shower drain water came up in the unfinished drain of the bathroom floor. They came to pick up all the towels, give us new towels and tissues as the tissue box had only had 2 tissues left when we arrived. The bottom of the bathroom wall looked like it was removed and not replaced. Odd smell in the room and hallway. Breakfast was super basic but ok. Got some strange extra charges that I still need to sort out. Not worth the money.

This was a basic hotel, but everything we needed for a night.

They had everything needed for a good night sleep.

Excellent stay. Room 117. Shower control access was somewhat awkward due to proximity of commode and shower door handles were reversed from "normal." Doors also tended not to remain fully closed.

Very disappointed in the Continental breakfast. There was no hot food. For a Hilton I expected more. Also they would not let me use my Hilton membership

The room was very clean as was the hotel itself. They do need to use some WD 40 on the bathroom door for the room I was in, very squeaky.

Breakfast was simple, but it had everything we needed to get the day started before heading out. One of the biggest highlights for us was the EV chargers at the hotel. Being able to charge our electric car overnight and wake up ready for the next day made our trip so much easier and more convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and thoughtful stay, and we would happily stay here again!

I assume that this is Hilton’s attempt at a more cost effective solution. Everything is very basic. Think IKEA. The mattresses and pillows leave a lot to be desired. Had gym equipment and a small pool. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, or cereal. That’s it. But it was clean, but not much cheaper. 😕

No coffee pot in room. Coffee was not very good. Breakfast was some pastries. Will need a Hotel in August. I waited until this visit to see how i went forward. Nothing bad to say, but won't be booking for my next visit.

Spark looks like a renovated prison cell block. The room was very stark. Nothing comfortable or welcoming. Upon arrival found the toilet clogged. Better not to go into detail just that a clogged toilet in a hotel room you just stepped foot in. It looks like Hilton wanted to compete with the lowest tier of motel - and ended up offering this horrible place.

The elevator was not working and we had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Also, they barely any tv channels to watch. Not a good experience at all!

Found this on Expedia while looking for a place to stay while in Buffalo for the weekend. We were told the hotel was recently remodeled. Everything was brand new, very clean, very reasonably priced, and the staff was great! It’s not a super fancy hotel, but has all the basic ammenities, is in a safe area, and very clean!

Very nice clean enjoyable

There was no microwave in the room & the breakfast was horrible & cleaning staff left our door open after changing the towls out when we were gone for the day. Was not pleased at all for it being part of Hilton.

I asked for a quiet room and the gentleman at the front desk searched diligently to find one. I practically had a wing to myself. Thank you. The pool is small but fits the bill for young kids to play in. The exercise room has what you need: an elliptical, a treadmill, and dumbbells. I only wish that the TV was in a place where I could watch it while doing my cardio. Breakfast was less than impressive; the yogurt machine was either broken or empty, and I couldn't find someone to help. They did have hard boiled eggs though and it was appreciated. I will definitely consider staying there again.

Went there just for a day of relaxation that was comfortable sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean. Whole room was clean. Top the bottom totally different than it was years ago. Very peaceful. Very quiet. Staff was very nice. Had breakfast in the morning. Typical bagels, cereal juice oatmeal no loud noises. The best thing out of the whole experience was the comfort of the bed and the room shower was great shampoo conditioner included also soap. I was quite amazed, depending on that I’ve been there in the past and it was nothing how it is now it was worth the stay. I’ll stay again.

Check in was very painless and straightforward. The lobby was very nice and clean, as was the room. My only complaint was the pillows being too soft (but that’s just a personal preference), aside from that everything was great! Staff was very kind!

It was a convenient location for the event I had to attend but the hotel is kind of hidden behind a Hampton Inn and when I arrived I didn’t see it at first. The hotel is brand new and very clean and comfortable

Hotel is totally refurbished. Everything looks brand new. No frills hotel. Continental breakfast with bagels, oatmeal, fruit, pastries. Very clean and comfortable. If you just need a clean, comfortable room for a night, this fits the bill.

The incidental changes

Well this is a grand improvement over the previous hotel that was there. This is modern, clean, bright, inviting and safe. There were no smells of someone's dinner cooking in the back room. The pool was closed for maintenance !! that's wonderful, keeping the hotel in shape. Will be staying there again when we visit family. Thank you job well done.

There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room. I turned up heat when I arrived around 6pm, took 3 hours for temp to rise 2 degrees. There was no warm/hot water for bathing that evening or following morning.

Facility was worn down. The curtains, walls, floors, and beds had stains! Bathroom was falling apart. No lamp shade on lamp. U could see into the room from the big 3inch gap opening at bottom of door. Hotel Room, upstairs hallway, downstairs hallway, and lobby all had different bad smells to them. The hallway upstairs smelled like smoke. Every 20 min u could here two guys from the property checking each floor which made me feel like I was in a correctional facility. I know they were family of the property manager cause when I went to get ice down on the first floor I bumped into both of them prowling the hallways! It was a very unpleasant stay. Right before we laid down I checked the blankets and sheets and seen little black and red things everywhere on the bed, it was bed bugs! They had boric acid all over the floors for roaches ?. They unplugged and took away all the machines for breakfast, just had empty countertops. The room chair was broken and the wheel kept falling off. Towels had stains on them. They need to condemn this building! Never stay here. Nothing

This place is the worst I have ever encountered. It is part homeless shelter (as told by the front desk staff). We were asked to inspect the room prior to us paying and it had bugs. The smell was awful. People camped outside like they were tailgating, peopling lying on the floor in the lobby. I wouldn’t pay $2 for this let alone $200. It was clean enough room was located near front of building You could hear kids running in the hall most of the night, staff was blase, no breakfast even though it was advertised on the website.

Close to where I needed to be for the next day. Shower pressure was amazing. I could hear the people next to our room very loudly. We just turned on some music to drowned out the yelling.

Nothing I was double charged for the room. It looked like the furniture was kick say pickups. Paper thin walls.

Discusting and unsafe - deserved a score of zero or less - do not stay here it is a homeless shelter There is zero customer service from the property or Booking.com - we will never use this service again and will make sure everyone else we know through Social Media knows about our experience. There is no protection for the consumer it is shameful that this is allowed to go on - Booking.com should be vetting the properties they allow on their site and they should have some sort of recourse for legitimate concerns/complaints from customers. We travelled 3.5 hours to attend an event in the area with our kids and stayed at this property in April. Once we checked in, we quickly realized that the property was being used as a homeless shelter. The hotel smelled like marijuana smoke and there were illegal activities taking place which made us feel very unsafe. There was no security and only one staff member working. Our rooms had mold on the ceiling, stains on the walls, extensive water damage, peeling paint and worst of all, I found a blood stain on one of the pillows - I discussed our numerous concerns with the staff on duty and he seemed to be understanding but did not offer any compensation - he eventually agreed that my concerns were valid and did state that he would not even allow his own family to stay there. I later found articles on-line when I searched Kwality Inn / Super B that confirmed these properties were had been operating as homeless shelters since August 2023 - We should have been notified months ago that this property was not operating as an actual hotel so could have made other arrangements. This property should not listed as a hotel available to the general public under these circumstances. Nothing it wasn’t even the right place as in the pictures! Nothing the hotel was disgusting it had black mold in the fridge and some type of smelly liquid on the floor I had to get bleach and clean up my self my nine. I have my 9 yr old son with me and people were smoking pot in the hallway. If it wasn’t pouring outside I would have slept outside!!

People shouting angrily upon arrival, room smelled horrible. The floor was squishy. Didn't feel comfortable using the shower and slept on our own blanket. The floor made a squishing sound when walked on.

It turned out to be a homeless shelter, we went somewhere else and never got our money back. False advertising, not even spelled the same way. Kwality Inn If we didn't have to find another place after a 4 hour drive

They had closed the business and failed to inform me that I no longer had a reservation. Please give me a refund as I had to find accommodations elsewhere. I am not happy that booking did not inform me.

The hotel had closed and was a homeless shelter. So I showed up there because nobody informed me the hotel was gone , then had to try and find rooms somewhere else . Plus I paid up front for 1 room now I have to wait for you guys to give me my money back . In good faith you guys should be giving me a voucher aswell for the crap you guys put my family thru .
