A perfectly serviceable place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had to turn down the A/C but that’s always a matter of preference. The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were just okay — we really don’t expect much. We’d definitely stay at the hotel again.

It was close to the thruway for easy access. In addition, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and clean and the staff at the breakfast buffet were extremely helpful.

We could hear the people walking above us and could hear people getting ice down the hall. The walls/ceiling are not very soundproof.

Thank you! We had a really great stay with the exception of one thing- on Thursday, April 9 we came back to the hotel during the afternoon. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room keys had been deactivated and we couldn’t get into our room. I went to the front desk and told the person there and she re-activated our keys. When we entered our room, it was apparent that our bags had been looked through. Things were moved and taken out of our bags. Nothing seemed to have been taken but it was incredibly unnerving that our things had been touched and looked through. I reported the incident and was assured a manager would be notified but I wanted to also say something here. There are many many options for hotels in the area. This is our third stay at this location and we are disappointed that this happened.

The breakfast included some healthy options like non-fat greek yogurt, oatmeal and egg white omelets. We would definnitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Our room was clean and updated, all the comforts of home. We were on the third floor and were able to hear road traffic most of the night. The beds were comfortable, however the height of them was not to our liking. After a fun day of sight-seeing we couldn't fall into the bed, had to climb into it. Also made it difficult to "sit" on the bed while watching TV.

After a late night of working came to my room and the panel on the front of the heater was kind of half on, but was too tired to to do anything about it after several hours of the heater running and the heat not working right I just turned the heater off and went to bed

Staff was friendly and courteous at all levels. Breakfast was well stocked and common areas kept neat and tidy.

When we entered our room it was 58 degrees F, even the floor was cold. We had someone come and she said don’t move the thermostat up more than 5 degrees at a time. This is what we did and when we left for a funeral service we had the setting on 66 degrees and the actual temp was at 61. When we got back 5 hours later, the temp in the room was 86 degrees and would not go down. They had to put us in a different room at 11:30 p.m. No person there knew how to fix it.

We stayed 2 nights for a Bills game and picked this hotel purely for location. We did not have high expectations going in, but honestly, my group was incredibly surprised. The staff was amazing, friendly and attentive. The property was clean and in great condition, our room was great and beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was nice in the morning, and the soup offered in the evning was SO nice after a cold game. All of us couldnt get over it. We will absolutley stay here again.

The room was very basic for over $200 for one night. Didn’t even have a table and two chairs and there was mold all over the place in the shower.

Breakfast was great; room comfy except - if you are short like me -5'3"- you will need to use a high jump maneuver to get into bed. And wait for barely warm water in shower is at least 5 minutes so don't give up like I did and take a cold shower/shampoo -just don't expect anything beyond tepid. TP cheap single ply. Otherwise good stay.

Great for a pass through stop. Could hear traffic from the highway throughout the night but it doesn’t bug me. If you have issues sleeping this could cause issues though. Large room. Cleaning could use improvement.

Our room had an overwhelming smell of chlorine from the pool. There was a very large generator/ac unit directly outside our only window which cycled on and off throughout the night keeping us awake. The water pressure in the shower along with the faulty shower head made it very unpleasant to shower as it felt like a pressure washer was on your skin. We only stayed there one night but will not stay at this establishment ever again. It was not worth the money spent.

Too close to highway, lots of noise from vehicles.

The dates were extremely high for that type of hotel. The lighting in the room was not good. I needed a flashlight to operate the microwave it was so badly lit in that area. Probably won’t go back at those rates

Got in late and Mudan at check in and Onnalee at check out were both super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Overall, our stay was great. Mudan provided awesome customer service! She was very kind and made our stay enjoyable.

His was an excellent stay. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. They had a lot kids corner where kids could play and color. If they turned in their coloring pages they got to pick a prize from the bucket. Good prizes too.

Our first room had dead bugs on the floor and wall, and a live flying one! The front desk person was super nice and got us into a new room very quickly. The second room was very nice. She did tell us she was contacting her manager to see if we would get a discount or something but never heard back and it was the full rate on our receipt. Breakfast was good, typical hotel free breakfast but good and nice variety.

When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information as to room type once a reservation is booked. If I pay for the upgrade, I would expect to receive the upgrade. Again, the Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and then the housekeeper, Jessica (?) went into the room to insure its readiness. That was appreciated and again, we felt this property was extremely well run.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was nothing short of EXCELLENT!! I am not good with names but the girl who works days at the front desk could not have been more kind, accommodating and professional. She was so sweet to my girls and made sure to make sure we were happy with our stay every time she saw us. Housekeeping was also kind, helpful and prompt! Every member of the hotel staff greeted us and was extremely kind and polite. Our room was SPOTLESS and well maintained, as was the entire hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We have stayed in other hotels in Hamburg and the Holiday Inn Express is BY FAR the BEST! We will definitely be back!

After many stays at various different hotels we found one that was so quiet every night it made sleeping easy after some long days. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of offerings.

Very good continental breakfast. Quiet, clean room. A little t.v. reception issue, but worked itself out in a couple of hours. I needed to stay a few more nights than expected. I had to switch rooms, both were nice rooms.

A little more expensive than other hotels/motels in the area, but worth it for us. Quiet, very friendly staff, very clean, breakfast better than less expensive hotels, and the free soup and cookies upon arrival were a nice touch.

As far as the room goes, everything was just okay. The bathroom was a mess because the shower curtain was not long enough to actually stay in the shower and water flooded into the room. If we had stayed longer than a single night, we would have asked for a replacement.

Hotel bathrooms severely need updates. Year after year that I stay here, The bathrooms look like they are getting worse. The hotel offers soup at night which is a nice offer if you're hungry. Staff is always friendly and bed is comfortable.

The property itself was clean. The parking lot was an ice rink. Very dangerous. Front desk offered soup in the evening which was pleasant.

We had pre-booked this stay, but when we arrived, there was no one at the desk to give us keys to our room. We waited a full 15 minutes and called the hotel several times fro our phones at the front desk before someone finally showed up. We had to resort to yelling at the front desk to arouse an employee. Earlier in the day I had called the hotel to see if there were vacancies and I was told that there was only one room left. When we arrived at 7:30 PM, the hotel was virtually empty.
