From the moment we walked in the door we knew we would have a very comfortable stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable, made it easy to rest and recharge. Small things make it stand out like the quality bath products and a microwave and frig in the room. The bed was epically comfortable and linens were clean and fresh. Quick check in and checkout with a text saying if we needed anything during our stay let them know. Free, close parking and a trolly for luggage made it easy to unload our overpacked suitcases. Just a great stay. No bad surprises-just a smoothly run hotel that made us want to stay again when we’re in town.

Yes The place was clean the check-in was friendly The room was clean I just found it kind of unusual I use a walker I'm disabled and my floor was located on the fourth floor with a nice walk in shower with low water pressure there was a message that came to my email You know how's your room and do you have any concerns message which was a nice I said the only concern I have is I'm on the fourth floor and if there was an emergency a disabled person wont be able to get down to the first floor. They didn't seem concerned about it but they noted it I just find it unusual that disabled people would be put up on the top floor. It actually was a beautiful sight because I could see the lake not from my room but from the hallway. I didn't have breakfast I grabbed coffee on my way out but it looked like it would be very satisfying. I was able to use the pool in the middle of the day and then mr Olympic swimmer came in after I got out of the pool and it was kind of curious that he took over the pool and did his laps and splashed up water all the way around but it didn't disrupt anybody and it just showed that people really got to use the property and use the space for whatever their needs were. I would suggest opening the pool at 6 or 7am for people who work to use before departure.The parking lot is well lit I parked in the disabled space right by the door. And the room rates were extremely affordable. I would highly recommend this location.

The breakfast was good . The coffee was actually pretty decent. I liked the dark roast. The room was very nice. the shower worked well. Lots of towels. the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of traffic noise in the morning. I asked for a quiet room but didn't get one. Also there was a lead-footed person above me who clomped around a lot. Kept me up. In the future I will be sure to ask for a room in back on the top floor.

This Hampton Inn was incredibly clean and friendly. I was impressed by the obvious attention to detail, and Cindy put out a great breakfast!

No parking during winter, housekeeping only made up one bed. Very loud guests with no help of quieting them down during the night.

Breakfast was good My room was stinking so badly that when I entered the room, I informed on the front desk that my room is stinking excessively. So someone from front desk. came to check the room and she also said yes, it is smelling very bad. Then she deodorise the room and I asked her to either clean the room or change my room, but they do not have any availability of any any room available, so they were not able to change my room. I want compensation of this. It was extremely bad. Who will take the responsibility of if I have any health issues because of that I was staying with my old parents. I thought maybe after sometime, the foul smell will go away, but it did not, and it was very difficult to stay there for one night. I asked them to refund so that I can move into some other room or some other hotel, but they told me to connect with Booking.com and Booking.com will connect to their manager Josh. So please connect with the manager. They are aware of the situation and do the needful. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Frank was very accommodating, clean bed and clean shower, split plummed out dust due to plugged filters and shower fan wasnt working but frank made sure to have corrections made and compensated us for the issue. Definitely recommend staying again

We almost always book at this still-fairly-new Hampton in Hamburg. It is near family and has always treated us well. Accommodations are just right, clean and we enjoy the bountiful breakfast.

The room was always clean and the staff were super friendly. They even sent me text messages during my stay just to check in and see if I needed anything. Parking was okay—looked like they were adding more space in the back to expand the building. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay

Despite being near the highway, our room was pretty quiet overall. A little wear on the door, lose handle, but the service was great, breakfast selection good, overall cleanliness, even with 15+ dogs on site. Great doggie area outside, and complimentary water was a nice touch!

Our stay at Hampton inn Hamburg NY was what a hotel stay should be.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs and always so welcoming and asking about our trip. Breakfast was great as well and Michael was very helpful in giving us healthy options for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!!

When we arrived the gentelman working the desk was great. My only complaint would be the hotel is dated and that our room did not have a tub.

Breakfast food and service was excellent. Staff was friendly. Our bathroom door kept sliding open and would not stay closed. Difficult for our family with a boy and girls. Also a fixture had fallen off the wall as well as the iron. They were both in the closet with the screws still sticking out. I reported this but got no response. When I checked out, they already knew about it. I don’t think they should have booked that room. I made my reservation months in advance.

2 Kids running around loudly each night & in the afternoons 3. Awakened by fire alarm in early am - then heard kids laughing & running 4. Housekeeping knocking on door at 8:45am to clean room 5. Food snack crumbs in hallway & toothbrush laying there- housekeeping seemed no to notice 6. Pillows were uncomfortable I probably would not stay here again.

Room was great, AC worked really well during the 90+ degree weather. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff were all local folks. If ya know what I mean. Nice breakfast area, that we used as an after party spot when we were coming back from the local Macedonian Festival. Only negative, one elevator was down..stopped running when we were in it! :) Will definitely stay again next year!

We only stayed 1 night. We were in town for a baseball tournament. I will point out that I was appreciative of the security. The employee working the front desk on 6/28, night shift did her job. The gentleman that checked me in . Very knowledgeable of the hotel business and gave me all the information I needed. The staff at this Hampton inn Hamburg ny location is awesome. Please note, when you have awesome staff. You have good management behind them. Thank you.

Overall we were happy with our stay except for the room service. This was a 5 day stay for a funeral for a relative. The first morning the towels were changed and garbage removed. No service was provided and we were left with overflowing garbage and wet towels. Each night we returned late as we had to make arrangements. When I talked to the night clerk she said we had to request service. When I told her there was no sign in the bathroom to let us know. She replied that it was on their website No apology and a maid never entered our room At first I thought I had left the do not disturb sign on door but the second morning I made sure I removed it and the rooms on either side of us were being cleaned when we left. The night clerk did give me clean towels. It would seem like a simple thing to have a small notice in the room to inform like every other hotel does since the pandemic. I guess I will need to read the entire website or just use a more user-friendly place. We have liked the Hampton Inn and this may just the Buffalo hotels policy

The bed was made on top nice and neatly but once you pull back the covers, it was a complete mess and quite honestly, I was not sure if it was slept in or not. Seems like customer service no longer exist!

Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful! Location was convenient. Breakfast was good with a wide variety and nice dining room. Stayed four nights but only had two good sleeps. First night was awakened at 5:00 am by a loud mechanical clicking sound in the wall that repeated every minute or two. Also had late night noisy neighbors on one side and above. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another room on top floor which was much quieter night two. Third night again had noisy neighbors into the wee hours (soundproofing between rooms could be better). Fourth night was quiet and peaceful. Ask for an upper floor room and hope the neighbors are considerate!

Fantastic atay

We were on second floor. The people on the floor directly above us stomped, shouted dragged items across the floor the entire night. It was impossible to sleep. I get bad guests sometimes but when reported this to staff they did noting but cite to quiet hour had not started yet. We called back at 10:00 p.m. as the noise got worse but absolutely nothing was done about it.

Easy access to I 90 and local eateries, etc. Specific to the room, we noticed the bathroom door was a slider style but didn't provide privacy as it was an inch out from the walls and didn't lock. This could be helped by adding a strip of wood to either end of the trim to cap the ends. The breakfast was great - only suggestion would be to keep some heat under the pan of eggs, meat, potatoes as these were not hot. Other suggestion regards security - my wife heard someone knocking on doors, including ours, on the 4th floor where we were, very late at night. She obviously didn't answer it but this was creepy. We realized that no one is at the desk most of the time, and although other outside doors require a key for entry, the main door does not, so anyone can walk in, take the elevator and do as they please. Suggest perhaps require a room key or a phone call to be allowed in beyond say 11 pm until 6 am.

The hotel is not as clean as it used to be. The carpet had crumbles and the floor had foot prints all over. Everything else was good.

Very quiet, excellent staff and service and I really like the location. I travelled with two kids and kind of a "diverse" looking people but everyone was so cordial and hospitable. Parking was great, everything worked, late night checkin was seamless and breakfast timings were great. Clean Gym and pool. Highly recommend if had to stay over in this area.

The hotel was very clean, easily accessible off the interstate. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold foods. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue was the noise from the trucks and traffic between 4 and 6 AM. I would still rate it a pleasurable stay.

On the negative side, while the room temperature controls worked, the thermostat on the wall was not functional and a front desk representative had to look into this and determined that the controls on the wall unit worked and the thermostat did not function. This was a miss.

There is a nasty hotel right behind it. Someone overdosed that morning. Elevators did not work so we had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs. Over priced just because the Bills had a home game. Web said it was 4 minutes away but it was actually 20 minutes.

This property was very clean. I like how big the breakfast area was, the rooms were nice and big and up to date. The front desk clerk was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed six nights. Elevator was not working for five of those days. My knees and legs hurt. I was on the top floor. Also, the pool was under maintainance. There should have been a deduction in the price for the room because i was under the assumption all of the amenities would be available. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were excellent. Great selection of food items and very tasty.

Elevator was down, also pool wasn’t available to use. After paying jacked up rates due to the bills game, you’d think they would have mentioned the shortcomings prior to reserving
