I like the fact that when i walked in I felt welcomed. It was almost so refreshing as if i walked into my new home. It was so nice and clean. I couldn't believe my eyes. Everything was like i imagined a motel to be. Thank you so much for having me. I'll recommend this place to anyone who needs it.

The room was clean and has ample space. They provide a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans as well as coffee maker and a toaster what is very convenient. The kind woman at the front desk was helpful. There is laundry and a dedicate barbecue on site. The amount of towels was good and the air conditions worked properly. It is in a central location with transportation almost at the door and restaurants, banks, post office and market at walking distance and let’s not forget it has parking. The neighbourhood feels safe. It was quiet. Overall is a great place to stay at a fair price.

I wasn't as impressed as all of the other reviews, I looked at the room was okay. It was clean, but it was okay. The surroundings were okay, nothing spectacular and the staff just completely ignored me. It was very difficult to check-in and check out in the rain. And I will not be using that place again.

Old school Florida motel. Limited amenities but clean and quiet. Close to cruise port. Off season pricing was reasonable. Street parking, but we had no problems.

We just needed a clean safe place to sleep at night while visiting family. It is an old property but they really do work had to keep it clean, safe, and nice. The room had no frills but the shower worked and it was very clean and nice. It has a usable fridge, microwave and stove. The ac blew cold and the bed was comfy. This was just a place to crash for us and it checked all of our boxes. Free parking in resort areas of Florida is almost nonexistent so thats a big reason we stayed here but we really did like this place. parking was just steps fro the room and its just one story so no stairs or smelly elevator to deal with. e had to leave very early monday and the lady in the office was very cool about it and told us where to leave the key etc. My only complaint is that there can be random people sleeping in the nice patio furniture they have out for guests.....could have been other guests but may have been bums....regardless they didnt bother us and we enjoyed this hotel. Thanks !

Lucia and her staff know how to take care of guests. Maybe firm and strict but business is business. Well kept old Floridian property. No molded smells. Very clean with wall a/c units. Not window units. Around you have all you need. Walmart/ Publix/shopping and everything Aventura and Hollywood circle offers. Next door is a grocery store with I believe European buffet. Things I never tried fresh and delicious. After 7pm 25% off and surprised when I came at that time it was fresh replenished high European quality buffet food. I give this an extra. Safe area with nice cars and no not noisy! Location location 🤔🌴🎶👍

I want to appreciate Lucia at the reception. I checked in late at night . She was responsive and it was easy . I felt safe as a solo women traveller. Best value for the price . Very grateful 🙏😊

First off when we got to the property they demanded cash as which we weren’t told. There was an ATM so we took out and the manager was angry because she had no change. The room was nasty. A smell I can’t even describe. Old, smelly, stained and bugs. We asked for a new room and the lady got Angry telling us she’d be losing money. We said we’d stay since it was only one night. 10 minutes later she was pounding on our door telling us we could move. I would not shower in that bathroom and definitely wore clothes and did not dare go under the covers. Gross

2-day stay, plenty of parking, friendly staff

This is an older place but very well kept. The room was clean and very comfortable, much more so than a regular motel room. It had comfortable chairs, a rocker and sofa. Complete kitchen too. The one thing that was not a pleasant surprise was that a $50.00 cash (cash only!) deposit is required. This was not mentioned in any of the Hotels.com Info. It was fully returned at checkout however.

We arrived earler. They would not let us store our luggage before check-in. They are extened stay property with kichen, but there is no utensile, or kichen ware. What a jok.

The manager is really friendly. The room is clean and quite large. Bathroom and kitchen are both quite large. Air conditioning is superb. I would recommend this property to anybody.

Very nice woman at the desk help me to the max. even let me borrow a pot so I could cook my eggs for breakfast. Room was clean. parking was simple and free. Will definitely stay here again. Great Sushi restaurant only one block away.

The staff is beyond rude they questioned my company and then told that I was not allowed to have company after full payment was already paid for my stay. While resting on the last day my sister decided to stay a little while long before her next trip although I told the front desk I was leaving early check out is at 11 am and my sister was rudely disturbed for a hour until it was check out time by loud knocks on the door and the front desk lady asking for the key to the room it was rude and unusual I would not stay at this specific place again but it is beautiful but you get no real privacy and you or it may have just been the lady that was at the desk she was really the only problems because the giest were extremely friendly

When you pull up, it’s looks like it could be bad. But, when you get into the room with it is extremely clean, ac is cold, the stove and oven work perfectly and helps save a lot of money cooking your own food on vaca. Water is hot. Staff is very friendly and helpful. An amazing bargain Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

It was in a convenient location. If you are a cat person a lot of cats to watch. Very cute and clean There is an up charge for everything. You get 2 flat pillows and 2 thread bare shower towels. If you want more to let’s say wash your hair you have to pay for it. Never been told I needed to pay for an extra pillow before. Crazy.

It had a kitchenette. Accused of smoking, we had access to all cameras in our room on the TV. Felt very uncomfortable. We felt like we was being watched

Would have been 5 stars easily but the fan/light in bathroom was very loud and the mattress was comfortable but squeaked every time you moved. I would stay again

The location is great for the variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was exceptionally clean. Free parking in South Florida is always nice. The only downside was a very uncomfortable bed. Overall I would recommend for one night but could not have tolerated the bed for another night.

I thought this is the most ridiculous thing ever, unbelievable! Why would you make a customer pack their belongings and move? I personally think I was scammed by the motel. Never again will I stay at that establishment. Poor customer service!

We a group of 2. The towels are very small, thin and they only provide 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth. It has no shampoo, no conditioner. The room has kitchen so I was so surprised when I opened the cabinets and found nothing in it, no plates, no cups and no utensils. No tissue box, no paper towels. It has a coffee maker but does not provide any coffee or cups. I’ve never been in a place that was so empty like this one. Luckily there is a convenient store close by so we managed to get by for 2 nights. Would not stay here again though.

You should be a shamed for even offering this hotel. My college daughter took a bright line from where she let goes to college to go see a concert I prepaid for this room and I had to have a friend, go pick her up.I was not gonna let her stay there. It may be great for a five minute cookie as they require fifty dollar cash deposit up on check in.

Spect the lady, the receptionist who also claim to be the property mgr to be rude and dismissive. The rooms and cleanliness are ok

Hotel was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. W did not like having to call a phone number and then stand outside to check as the mosquitoes and no-see-ems were biting like crazy, and we were swatting them away while waiting on the front counter to come to the window. Staff was friendly.

This was a great place to stay on a quick trip to Florida. Very strict check in and out and you need cash for the deposit. Place was clean but definitely needs some updating but you do get what you pay for.

I booked a room for 2 days.i had a heart attack. Was in hospital was told I couldn't get a refund.you guys suck.

Until I informed her that my boyfriend will join me later. She demanded that she needs his ID in order for ME to check in. She wanted me to wait 6 hours until my boyfriend gets off work and come join me which is beyond ridiculous.

I like the fact that you can walk to certain places to get stuff.

Deposit must be paid cash and the atm on the property does not work. Even if you pay for the booking, if you don’t have cash for the deposit then you won’t be checked in and you won’t get your money back. Had to go to 3 different places to get cash for the deposit. Definitely inconvenient but the place itself was clean and cute.

The staff was very mean. They told us when we arrived that they did not have a room for us and then when they said they did have a room available, they would not let us stay in it because it only had one bed and would not accommodate our twins (who would be in pack and plays that we brought). The management told us they refused to give us a room and told us to leave, requiring us to drive around for several hours at night trying to find a new hotel to stay in. All around a horrible experience. The property was also very dirty.

This is a tight run ship here. It is very clean with honest house cleaners who make sure the floors never have that ick feeling. Lucia is very thoughtful, patient, honest and reliable and makes the check in process a breeze. She also ensures that there are no loud noises late so you can get the sleep you need.

Shawn greeted me with kindness, hospitality and made the check in process quick and easy and set me up with a great room.

Parking is included what is nice. The rooms are definitly aged but they are still clean and good to stay.

Very pleased with our stay. Beautiful garden area with a garden swing! Kitchen in the room but absolutely nothing in the kitchen (no pots, spoons, plates, mugs etc.) Very spacious room. They do require a cash deposit on checkin that is returned on checkout.

The room looked nothing like the what the description stated, nothing like the pictures, when I first got there the older lady was a little rude, and seemed she didn’t want to help, went to the room which really just had us wanting to leave, the room was so small we both couldn’t be in there walking around, toilet in the wall was so close together you could not sit down you would have to sit to the side. Then the second day between 8am or 9am pest control came beating on the door spraying chemicals in the room all on our clothes and by our food which I had a allergic reaction to and had wash our clothes because of the rashes I was getting

I like property rooms, i dont like or appreciate the service or customer treatment. All they care is money. I worked hotel business n sales in NYC 15 YEARS and i pride myself on my hospitality profession. The workers majority are rude and not interested in the guests needs or experience. Money is all they care about. It appears. That killed it for me. Rooms clean n devent n nice depending which at the 2 properties ive gone to. They have 9, and to be so greedy right? Shame...

You check in talking to someone behind plexiglass. They had all my CC info, then wanted $50 cash for a deposit. With an all to convenient ATM machine next to the check-in. Just shady, turned around and left.

What a wonderful place! Check-in was a breeze, parking was right out front, and the woman who checked me in was very kind. There is a $50 cash deposit for incidentals which I forgot, but they allowed me to drop it off later after I found a nearby ATM. I love the unit I was placed in! It was large, spotless, well equipped, and very quiet. The complex had everything I might need for an extended stay. I am looking forward to returning.

This is a no frills old school Florida motel/efficiency. That being said I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This place was made for a comfortable stay and it was. Too many people believe a motel/hotel is your servant while not full of amenities nor cleaning services. Who in the world needs housekeeping daily? They clean once a week which without a doubt is perfectly acceptable. This place is an excellent stay for the money that is if you are not a total spoiled hotel brat! Thanks for the stay Mgmt!!!

Bed was very uncomfortable. Only 1 pillow each. Location was ok, didn’t venture out at night but morning wandering was good.

Lucia the hotel manager is the best and most attentive hotel manager ive met. She made this whole experience wonderful for me.

Mattress was covered in thick, noisy plastic that made the bed heat up uncomfortably. There are much better mattress protectors available, using this one is an insult to guests. Heater was extremely loud, even on lowest setting, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Fridge made a loud buzzing noise when the compressor ran, which was surprisingly often for such a small unit. The only good things were the price, and the cats that roam the property.

The best property for the price. Worth each penny fot the room.

Beware of this place. Quite dumpy, and they do NOT allow any visitors. They kicked us out (!!!) 15 minutes after checking in, because we had a friend stopping by, claiming "no visitors allowed". Extremely rude front desk wouldn't listen to any arguments.

However, when we tried to use the kitchen this time we found that there were no pots, pans, glasses, utensils, or plates that were there in February! The manager said they were not available because we weren't paying enough for the room! The photos of the unit clearly showed and advertised a kitchen. I felt that it was very petty and inconvenient to not included these inexpensive items and store them away until the high season. The manager was rude and confrontational about this and because we had the front and rear door opened in the morning to get a cross current for the ocean breeze to come through. It was a cool morning and the A/C wall unit was off. She scolded my partner about it saying the rats and lizards would come in. It really made us very uncomfortable. We had

The place looks decent from the outside. When I went to check in, there was a sign with financial penalties for a gazillion things- a fee to check in early, a fee to check out lte, a fee for noise after 10, a fee for extra towels....I never saw anything like it. It gave the impression that this place had rowdy guests in the past. Aside from blaring Mexican music until 10 pm(don't care what kind of music - if it's blaring....well...you know...) once 10 pm hit, all was quiet. The lady at the check-in wasn't particularly welconing. She sits behind what looks like a bullet proof window, and you have to buzz and wait for her to look up to give you the time of day. Then she asked me for $50 cash as a deposit for room damages. I was used to having a credit card on file as security for this, but not here. She claimed they do not accept credit card, and she also didn't have change from $60, so my cash deposit ended up being $60. The room itself was a bit of a shock. Super old, run down, black duct tape on cracked linoleum counters, electric stove that was charred black, cracked toilet tank cover, air conditioner window unit that hung crookedly....with more rules that you had to turn off all lights and AC when you exited the room. The room was clean & comfortable, but it was very run down. No shampoo, the hot water stays hot for maybe 6 minutes and the curtain for the shower doesn't keep the water from spilling out of the shower. Not sure I'd stay here again.

Staff was very nice but the property is a little dated. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it.
