Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, but express disappointment with the outdated and unclean facilities, particularly the rooms and pool area.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location
- Outdated and unclean facilities
- Pool area often not functional

Cleanliness definitely needs to be better, pool was down, things need to be fixed such as carpet was coming in our room, toilet kept running.
- 4/5
The rooms are decent ❤️ and the breakfast was good
- 2.5/5
Close to interstate and surrounding stores. Shower was good. Went to breakfast and there was nothing left. No staff around either. I went to cracker barrel for breakfast.

The staff Joe was great, the rooms were ok, the place was clean. The kids enjoyed the breakfast They advertise pool but There is no pool , the carpets in the hallway smells bad

Room was clean. The bed is very comfortable. Had a great stay
- 3/5
If I remember correctly, there was no fruit available in the morning.
- 3/5
There was no soap or shampoo in the room.

The fire alarm went off two different times and had to evacuate
- 0.5/5
Someone kept setting off the fire alarm, causing evacuation and the manager was incompetent to deal with it. Pool wasn’t working. First room had sludge in the sink.

Badly kept property
- 1/5
It was close to the interstate. The room had a terrible funky smell, funky smell. The television was very small and of poor quality. The desk chair was all dirty and beat up and almost impossible to sit in, I had to put pillows on the back and seat. The breakfast was very scarce. Not to mention sketchy people were parked in the back lot, made me very uncomfortable.

Always clean and comfortable Love the breakfast lady. Always so friendly and smiling at eveyone. Eager to help A group of young guests being rude to breakfast attendant. She did nothing wrong and they bullied her
- 2/5
The shower was clean. Fridge worked. Pool was closed. Carpet was old. Room was hot and took a long time to cool down. They had a party room not far down the hallway and a party until at least 10pm. People using the hotel looked ghetto. Staff member at check in, very "rough". Woman at checkout was okay. Breakfast scrambled eggs had some old tasting eggs. Coffee ran out, woman knew it too, but didnt refill, maybe cause it was 8:30 and its over at 9:00. Orange juice tasted fake like tang. Not much variety to eat. No lamps in the room, only terrible florescent lights in the ceiling.

The staff on Saturday was great but only had 2, the girl at the front desk and housekeeper. The lady at the front desk was helping the housekeeper
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Ac was loud as heck. There was a roach that was in my bath tub. Staff seemed friendly at least. Room seemed like it was well worn. Pool was closed.
- 3/5
Limited breakfast choices but enough to find something. Carpets are stained.
- 4/5
Nice location, friendly staff. AC worked on and off, the sliding door to the bathroom was dirty. Walls in the hallway werent clean.
- 0.5/5
Nothing
- 2/5
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Will never stay here again. The first room I was given smelled like urine. Immediately went to front desk. Was given another room. Better but was in need of upgrades. The sink water was so slow you could barely brush your teeth. The sheets were very worn with lint balls. The breakfast was a joke. The eggs looked like they had mold on them, disgusting. Stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
Pool was out for renovations
- 4/5
Lighting. especially in the bathroom area is too low. Difficult to put on makeup because the lighting is so low.
- 4/5
Did not use gym
- 5/5
All around Pleasant syay, I would recommend it to anyone.
- 5/5
Ok
- 4/5
The heated indoor pool and hot tub were very relaxing.
- 1/5
Indoor pool was closed and frozen over. So was the gym. Snow removal was non eventful. No phone in the room so when I had to reach someone in the room for an emergent situation that couldn’t be done.
- 1/5
The room had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade, food was in the microwave and fridge that someone left in there, tissue paper thrown all over the room, dirty towels in the bathroom, shower head leaks really bad and made a mess with water, the sink was dirty and shower had not been cleaned. I always stay at this hotel and never had a problem like this before and other travelers were stating that their rooms were not cleaned either. For $318 that is ridiculous and I promise I will never stay at this hotel again ever.
- 1/5
I came in to have a night stay with my child and my boyfriend the moment I walk in the door to check in the man working the front was high as can be so that was my first red flag then we get to our room and the air conditioner was FULL of mold
- 5/5
The front desk lady was so very very kind helpful .Though the owners need get heat fixed was very cold all throu hotel and parking lot on side entrance alot ice and parking lot very clear to park without there being ice .Front desk staff thou very very good.
- 1/5
Property in poor condition. My adult son believes he was bitten by bed bugs!!
- 4/5
First room reeked of smoke The 2nd one had someone already in it when we opened the door 3rd room towels smelled heavy of bleach No hand soap was provided for the sink Upon returning From breakfast, we got locked out and no one was at front desk at that minute to help.
- 3/5
They have fire code violations in a bunch of their rooms. The date was from November. Definitely makes you feel safe 👍
- 2/5
Hotel rooms had rooms with a yellow sign post saying unacceptable for staying. The breakfast had barely any food out. A yogurt was left out on a table for a while and the hotel lady placed it back in the refrigerator after it was sitting out for like 20-30 min. The scramble eggs with green in the middle. The was somewhat ok. The bathroom was small shower was small. TV only had paying apps. Beds were small.
- 4/5
Tell people that there is a $100 deposit required at check in....
- 1/5
Room was smelling weird and there was no toilet paper
- 1/5
It was a last minute selection on my trip back home. I'm no stranger to booking non-refundable options, however I would have expected a note somewhere from the hotel about all the life safety issues placing rooms out of orders by the order due to fire code violations, or at least not making them non-refundable. My first room on the 3rd floor was surrounded by OOO rooms with the bright yellow notice on doors. The lady at the front desk was very nice and moved me to another floor (2nd), with less yellow notices on doors. At least this time I was not surrounded, although my smoke detector was hanging by the wires only (not encouraging when you think of all the other issues). Rooms were clean, but pretty bare. Breakfast area was large, but the floor was sticky, not sure what kind of products they were (not) using. Food itself was very sparse beyond the hot food. The attendant was there, but not really on top of things. Pro: easy to find, large parking, pretty safe area, restaurants around. Con: Big one for me was all the life safety issue/violation and the non-refundable requirement (which the hotel refused to waive), breakfast.
- 1/5
Legal notice Danger signs one several doors if rooms on our floor. Carpet damp, 20 degrees outside and the air conditioner was on
- 3/5
Room was ok and staff was helpful and friendly. Maintainence of building vety concerning. Pool has not been fuxed fir over 1.5 years. 5 rooms on our floor were clised no fire alarms.
- 4/5
Clean room. Breakfast was good.
- 2/5
The heat didn’t even work in the room & we stayed there for 2 nights in a cold room. The breakfast buffet wasn’t all that good either. There were caution signs on some of the hotels room doors. Definitely don’t recommend going here.
- 3/5
Well to start off i booked this room because it had an indoor pool and hot tub, get there and it was under renovation!!! Then the room i booked showed that it had a king bed and a jacuzzi bathtub, get to the room and it had two double beds and just a shower!! Staff was very nice and hotel was in a good location!!
- 3/5
Hot tub and pool closed
- 1/5
The room stunk, the carpet, couch and chair was stained and dirty. The grout was falling off and had mold on it. We SPECIFICALLY CHOSE the hotel for the pool and hot tub. The pool was green and the hot tub was drained and Nasty. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. Luckily the only thing clean was the bed. Breakfast was disgusting and had maybe enough food for 3 people (if) it was edible. They ran out of coffee. There was NO shower curtain in the shower. Literally the worst….
- 2/5
No soap or TV remote in the room. Remote that was supplied didn't function fully. Room heater was so noisy it woke us every time it cycled - we had to turn it off.
- 4/5
The breakfast do not offer healthy fare, but the items served were of typical quality. The young lady that managed the food was exceptional!
- 2/5
Definitely could use some help.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and professional. Property is a bit out dated and worn. Breakfast was disappointing.
- 2/5
Room smelled strongly of vomit and we asked to be moved. The new room was disgusting with white stains everywhere in the carpet and up the walls and the sofa was saturated with filth and grime. Staff was very nice though. Biggest disappointment was that we booked the hotel for the pool but it was closed for sludge and slime.
- 3/5
Found a lions den receipt in one of the beds. Somewhat clean. Water smelled musty and room had a not great odor. Carpets look really dated. Pool was closed even though it was indoors. You could see it still had water but had a gross film on top. Breakfast was okay. Would not stay here again. Sad really because Sleep Inn at lake George NY was really nice.
- 4/5
I reported a loose shower door to the hotel staff. No water leaked because the gap was narrow and short, and only at the top.
- 4/5
The hotel is fine. The staff are courteous and helpful; and I like them. But this stay, I had to report issues in the shower: a missing floor mat; and a creaky and loose shower door.
- 5/5
Very nice continental breakfast.
- 2/5
Property is in poor condition. Light bulbs out in room, not clean, carpet in very dirty.
- 5/5
Hallways could be a lil cleaner(smell wise) it smelt very damp
- 5/5
I've come here for 10 years and it has remained clean, consistently staffed and a straight drive to the Antietam battlefield.
- 5/5
It was good
- 1/5
We couldn't/wouldn't eat there, the rooms smelled bad & there is no service cleaning wise unless you are there 3 or more days. All this & they charged me $133 per night. I would never stay here again & I would tell everyone to stay away. I am angry that I had to pay that much for what I didn't get!
- 5/5
Perfect location and great staff and services
- 1/5
The room smelled, carpets crudy and dirty. No pool, rooms of pictures do not match the exact room. Its a disgusting dump
- 1/5
The staff was nice but didn’t care at all, they advertised pool and hot tub but been closed for two years and no one working on it. No phone in room to call front desk about an alarm going on at 2 am and 5 am. The room had a mold odor and carpet tests every where I looked. Only thing it got going is location and Walmart shopping carts in hotel and parking lot not my first choice in the future might want to shop around and the breakfast really suck while the lady sits there and plays on her phone never refill the pitchers of drinks or ice like she hated her job.
- 3/5
For the price it was okay to stay. The rooms are not clean and my room had holes in the walls
- 1/5
Pool been closed for two years room was stinky. Breakfast sucked.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
It was okay, the gym need upgrading and the pool wasn't set up for the guests to enjoy. Other than that, it was a good stay.
- 2/5
Also we in part chose this hotel because we wanted a pool. When we arrived we were told it was closed. I understand things may have to be closed for a repair but apparently we since learned it hasn't been repaired for about a year. I've never had an experience like this at any hotel, even other Choice hotels. And again it's not my nature to complain, but this was really a great frustration. Regards, Doug Beck
- 2/5
Smells like mold everywhere, very old tv, the pool is closed no notice, very limited options for food if u re here late in the nights!
- 2/5
everything was wrong with our room, bed was broken, no toilet paper, floor so sticky my feet stuck to it, had to get another room, better, but coffee maker did not work, bathroom was not cleaned properly. Won't stay here or at any other Sleep Inn again

- 3/5
Limited breakfast selection. Grateful for aa roof overhead. Staff were kind but would try to stay with another establishment.
- 4/5
Not bad, small tv, no streaming service
- 1/5
Beds never made ,no change of sheets, no fresh towels. Floor never vacuumed.Bath and shower never cleaned. All of this after during a 7 night stay.
- 3/5
The place was overall OK. Needs to be updated. Room smell way too much like cleaning chemicals… Specifically Fabulosa. The room was small. But overall fairlygood experience.
- 1/5
The condition of the room was unsatisfactory, necessitating extensive cleaning of all surfaces. The walls exhibited coffee stains, the carpet was soiled, and the knobs and switches were contaminated. I have not previously encountered a room requiring such thorough preparation before occupancy. While I intend to utilize my loyalty points, I will not be selecting Choice Hotels for future accommodations. That by choice.
- 2/5
Coffee maker was dirty in the room and they wouldn’t replace it. The floors were damp and had to wear shoes in our room.
- 3/5
Hotel was ok but felt cheap and dirty
- 5/5
Stayed for one night. Rooms were clean and heds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was decent for a quick bite.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet
- 3/5
It was extremely trashy looking in every way possible to the hotel and i dont know how nobody said a word to them. They had obviously been at it for quite some time before my arrival. At one point i had to go out and move my B ehicle because his buddy pulled in, parked very close to my vehicle, and started immediately working on that one too. I didn't complain at the time as they saw me arrive and their room was directly across from mine of course. I didnt need my vehicle damaged as it wouldnt be hard to tell where the complaint came from. I discretely took pics so forgive the quality but how do you let this happen in your parking lot disturbing guestes and making it look like a very bad trailer park. Most trailer parks wouldn't accept this. Never got that nap in so it put a bit of a damper on my plans since i was exhausted.
- 3/5
When I book this property I booked it under the presumption that they had a swimming pool and a jacuzzi when I got to the hotel the hotel said Expedia knew that they didn't have one it was being reconstructed they sent that out months ago Expedia did not reach out to me to offer a refund of any portion . I would not have booked that reservation had I known they didn't have the specifics I was looking for I was looking for a hotel with an indoor swimming pool very disappointed
- 5/5
Everyone are polite and have good attitude with customers, very quiet to rest, clean, excellent! Love it!!
- 5/5
Very nice stuff and comfortable beds.
- 4/5
The pool wasn't open and we were not told that at check in.
- 1/5
The room was smelling
- 5/5
Matthew at check in was excellent. A nice welcome and friendly disposition!
- 5/5
I've stopped here 15 times over the last 9 years. I had a companion with me this time and we stopped at the continental breakfast, which was actually a full, free breakfast! I didn’t know how nice the place was and what a good deal I was getting.
- 3/5
the wall and carpets need repaint/redo. The exercise room is better than I expected.
- 4/5
Property was fine, but bathroom design was a bit odd.
- 2/5
Arrived and was informed pool not open this season. Was not offered someone to bring towels or sheets and blankets. Breakfast terrible. Room’s lights did not work in some areas. The tv remote did not work! Disappointed children!
- 5/5
Nice stay friendly staff
- 4/5
Everything was great, excellent breakfast! Only issue that I was unaware off before checking in was that the pool and hot tub were not usable at the time of my stay.
- 1/5
Loss of power
- 1/5
First room was filthy. Second room at least looked a little better. Ceiling falling in bathroom. Hallway stank to high heaven.
- 3/5
Average facility, very nice staff. The free breakfast was slim pickings and almost gone with an hour left in breakfast time slot.
- 3/5
While it was ok for a single night stay, I wouldn't recommend it for longer than that. Common areas and rooms need updating immediately. Carpeting is old and worn, and the room amenities are spartan and also outdated.
- 3/5
Carpet ripped in 2 places. Bathroom had hair still in shower and house keeping didn’t look to be a priority Pool out of order for upgrades. But no work being done. Use to stay here every time. This will be the last.
- 1/5
The place was terrible. there was poop on the walls on the toilets. I complained about it. The one girl showed me five different rooms that were filthy. She finally told me either. I take the last one or I could leave. We took it only because it was late at night and we were tired.
- 4/5
Location of hotel is very good. Located right off highway, this hotel is near a Walmart, Waffle House and plenty of gas stations and other food choices. The front desk and breakfast attendant were very nice. The room/hotel is outdated. It could have been cleaner. The rug in our room definitely had not been vacuumed. We were just passing through for the night, so we didn’t care about the lack of updates, but would not recommend if staying more than one night.
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful person at the front desk.
- 3/5
Wore furniture and missing lamp
- 2/5
The hotel over all was very dirty, the ac didnt work, the pool was broke, the breakfast food made my kids sick. Overall a terrible experience. We will never stay there again.
- 2/5
I was in room 420… Right. Literally, the room number was written with a Sharpie on the wall outside of the door. The entire floor reeked of weed. Which is fine, except for I was on a no smoking hall, and the smell of weed makes my wife feel nauseous. The bathroom only had a sliding door which had no handle on it. There were dozens of dirty fingerprints all over it where people have tried to open and close it. The pillows were square…? And small. Didn’t sleep at all. The lights were out in the stairwells, making them dark. Material was also peeling off of the walls in the stairwell, and it looked as if there were black mold growing under it. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. Checked in at 11 PM and we’re out by 9. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst property I’ve been in in a very, very long time. I don’t even remember the last time I wrote a review. But I wanted to make sure this one was recorded. Looking for a post apocalyptic walking dead vibe, then you’ll enjoy. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
- 3/5
It was close to a lot of restaurants but the fact I couldn't have a working TV in my room was frustrating.
- 4/5
Small TV. Hot tub and pool were not working. Hall carpet very stained
- 1/5
They misled us at checkin with a sign saying there "may" be some trouble with cable. There was no may about it. They should have been upfront and given us the chance to find another hotel.
- 3/5
Me and my family have always stayed here whenever we come down for a visit however, this time was different. The staff were very nice and helpful so I appreciate that. Some of the other guest were presenting some behaviors similar to “tweaking” and it made me extremely uncomfortable seeing as though I traveled with young children
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
Clearly, there’s poor leadership at this establishment and it shows it has trickle down from the top all the way to the employees. I do a lot of traveling and I will never stay in a Hilton again. I canceled my stay and I decided to go to Frederick which is a large city with lots of hotels to choose from. This establishment put a $25 hold on my card.
- 1/5
Very bad housekeeping start me wake up at 8:00 when I was sleeping that’s not right and keep me calling all the time was therrible services
- 5/5
Pool looks to have been out of service for some time should get it fixed as many people book for this aminity
- 4/5
Good stay.
- 1/5
Pool was closed and wasn’t told til after check in
- 1/5
I wasn’t able to check into my room based off of false information on Expedia and wasn’t able to get a refund for a room I had booked for over a month
- 3/5
My room was dirty ,the floor had spots and stains in the carpet. Light switches were not in the wall correctly. Had no cable television. Pool was out if order and the vending machine on my floor. The drink machine on the first floor only took cash . It took my money and did not givr me my drink. The person the room next to me had a dog and it barked all night. My mattress had a dent innit like someone had slept there for an extended period of time. Food on the wall by the sink. The breakfast in the morning was very slim pickings. No cream cheese for a bagel.

A good place for a night in a budget hotel! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Some maintenance issues: pool out of service, light over sink burned out, dangerous hair dryer connection. Other guests brought dogs into the breakfast area despite signage and employees didn't enforce the "No pets in the eating area".
- 3/5
The property is aging but they are doing renovations. But we booked this hotel specifically to use the pool snd hot tub for relaxing after hiking. Upon checking in we were told it is closed. I never would have booked it knowing that. Still had to pay full price and booking with expedia did not give any better deal than dealing with hotel directly. Overall was not satiafied with booking and deal.
- 1/5
This property is terrible. Dirty!! Room not cleaned well, dirty stained sheets( looks like child peed the bed and they just turned the mattress pad over. I cleaned room with clorax wipes. I changed and put new sheets on myself) pool not working( false advertising that they have a pool.( From comments, pool hasnt worked for months) little / poor lighting in parking lot, hole in wall , pillows ridiculous, noisy heater, toilet paper very thin. Man lurking outside dark front entrance. Told front desk, I was told police had been there, talked to person and he would be leaving ??!! Felt very unsafe and uncomfortable at this hotel. Will not return. Asked for refund, told no because we booked the thurd party( Expedia. Do not recommend this hotel. It is very poorly maintained!!
- 4/5
Shower was patched together couldnt enjoy it.
- 3/5
Stay was good but we booked for pool and hottub. No one told us upon check in that it was under renovation. My son was disappointed when we found out that we were not going to be swimming.
- 5/5
I love that the property is an easy on/off the highway, is next door to a Cracker Barrel for no additional travel to grab a bite after an 8 hour driving day! The Inn is always clean and tidy (just finished cleaning the hallway rugs) and even smells fresh. We also like the breakfast nook - nothing exceptional but perfect for a simple and quick jump start before heading out on another travel day without spending time at a sit down restaurant. I wish some attention could be addressed toward security. The back door to the facility that should require a room key to open, doesn’t even close - never mind lock and has been that way as long as we have been staying here. On this visit, the elevator was broken and because the pet friendly rooms are only on the second floor, we had to wrangle a dog up and down a flight of stairs that we (in our late 70’s) can barely navigate ourselves. Otherwise, another enjoyable stay and looking forward to our next trip through Hagerstown.
- 5/5
carpeting needs cleaning/replacing. We were, however, pleasantly dealt with when requesting a room change. The second room was marginally better. At least the lights worked.
- 1/5
Place is a dump! I have stayed here multiple times in the last18 months and it just keeps getting worst! Dirty, in extremely poor repair and getting worst. Poor customer service. Pool has never been open! I highly recommend you not consider this hotel. I will not stay here again!
- 1/5
I have stayed at this property 6 times over the past 18 or so months because it is very close to where I need to be in the Hagerstown area. This stay was for 5 nights. This was my last time! The property is not being maintained at all. The indoor pool has not been open since the first time I stayed here!!! The carpet is filthy. Pictures are missing from walls. Handles in the room are falling off. There are two sliding doors at the entrance, the outer door was open the entire time, so broke and they are not fixing it. We were on the fourth floor and the shower drain allowed 2-3 inches of water to pool while taking 5 min. showers! The elevator was out on the last night, so we had to carry our bags down. There was no hot breakfast on our last morning, but two girls sat at the front desk talking away! Too lazy to come and get the hot breakfast made! Towels are to be replaced on the third day, that didn’t happen until ask for them on the fourth day. I gave them a poor review before and thought I would give them another chance. BIG Mistake! I will NOT stay here again and highly recommend no one else does.
- 1/5
DON'T STAY HERE. Absolutely filthy. A worker walks around with a rug cleaner but we never saw it used. I complained to the front desk that our carpet and curtains had stains all over it and trash behind the couch. She Rolled her eyes! And said, " Oh, thats weird, I gave you a room thats hardly used." Our bed had no mattress cover and only a thin sheet. I requested a mattress cover and the woman at the front desk said they were out and needed to order some. I asked for more sheets...3x. Finally 2 hours later the rug washer handler guy knocks at our door, yelled , "housekeeping!" AND LET HIMSELF IN!!!!! Thankfully our dog ran at the door barking and he ran back in the hall. Our dog is friendly but this stranger entering even startled him. The photos online are not what the rooms really look like. The foyer, hall and room carpets were dirty, ripped and covered in stains. They allow dogs but no one cleans up the waste. By the looks of the other patrons in the Breakfast area and hanging around the parking lot, its clear this place is also a rooming house / overflow for addicts and transients due to lack of housing in the area. Back entrance door propoped open late at night. Breakfast consisted of cold instant eggs, cold sausage, mushy tater tots and undercooked microwaved bacon. Apparently, pool amd hot tub closed though not reflected online. Photos online ARE NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION of what this place really looks like. Beds do not have proper bedding, EVERYTHING has stains
- 4/5
I would like to make a suggestion that there are more trash cans put in the room, bigger ones. Also, would like to have room service 2-3 days since I was staying 7.
- 5/5
Was nice
- 5/5
Overall, no issue with the room it was clean. The mattress was comfortable. Nothing was falling apart. It was quiet no smell in the the hallway room smelt OK as well. I would say again.
- 5/5
The facility is clean safe convenient pet friendly and affordable. Our go-to stop on the semiannual Boston to Atlanta trip!

I was put in a dirty cigarette infested room because I had a dog . I called down to ask for a different room was hung up on I called back and she decided not to answer. I brought my daughter downstairs to have my room changed and was told that not possible I eventually said that I would like a refund. She agreed to change my room for an extra cleaning fee . The new room wasn’t horrible the bed was comfortable and the coffee was good . The pool was also shut down.

Decent for the price but the breakfast menu needs work.

The room smelled bad and it was so humid in there and seemed to be like wet or maybe moldy. The shower was small and the sink was outside the bathroom. It was just a mess and I won’t ever book this place again!

The room was very nice and clean and quiet as well. Great room for surprisingly low rates.

Very disappointing when we arrived. The entire reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. They were closed. Had to pay extra for a room with a bigger bathtub with jacuzzi to suffice. The room was clean, and the bed EXTREMELY comfortable. Breakfast was a nice Continental with bacon, eggs and waffles. Would definitely stay again as long as the pool was open!

We checked in, dropped our bags, and went to dinner. We came back to our room and within 30 seconds of being back in the room, we noticed a roach crawling out from under the tv and across our things. We immediate left and went to a different hotel across town. The front desk staff had been extremely helpful and courteous during the check-in, I didn’t want to convey any distaste to them, so I simply left. The state of the hotel beyond the roaches was acceptable considering the price, but roaches are not acceptable, and the desk staff shouldn’t have to deal with that. Also, the entire property smelled like cigarettes. There should be a disclaimer that the property used to be a smoke friendly property. Very dissatisfied with the property. Very pleased with the staff.

It was fine considering what I read. We just needed a place to crash during our travel from SC to NH.
