Beds extremely uncomfortable and the noise level from other guests at 7 am in the morning was a little unsettling.

Roaches all over the place didn't get moved for 5 days. Rented it for a week. Laundry facility was out of order. The internet was shoddy. The other room had no heat and roaches in that room to. They even gave me roach traps? Really! Im a guest, not an exterminator. It's no wonder they leave the light on for you, God forbid you turn off the lights. Only had housekeeping stop by 3 out of 7 days. Worst hotel experience ever.

This was our 4th year in a row stay for our yearly trip to Hagerstown but will be our last. We had small issues before but this time we had blood stains on pillow cases, very sticky and dirty floors but most of all we had roaches, not 1 but 4 or 5. So we will stay elsewhere.

Area was good. RM 223 had Roaches and BUGS. Plus we had to walk on complete other side of motel. Boss or his employees didn't want anyone in front of his RM. If he would have came home guess it would have been ok. He could have parked in next spot. Person on duty also knew we had handicap person that couldn't walk far.

Location No breakfast only 1 cup of coffee each. Loud music, 2 adults arguing outside their room kept Slamming doors and swearing at each other at midnight. No assist from office. Water very slow coming out of sink, shower head pipe placed in wrong direction could bearly shower. Trash piled beside containers outside.

The location was nice due to being around different stores and restaurants! Well, when I got there and took a shower, there was roaches in the shower all over the floor and in the sink and on the ceiling, we order our pizza and try to enjoy eating, but could not eat due to the high infestation of roaches .. me and my co Worker had tpo leave the property we ended up staying in our car for the rest of the night ..i asked for a refund or even a half a refund of my money back since I paid 80 bucks i waited for a response for two days to get told that the management was only gonna issue me $15 back to my card out of 80!!! I told him I didn't want to write a bad review, but he didn't seem to want to change his mind so here it is hopefully can have a better experience than this. Good luck.

There was no breakfast only coffee at the office No coffee in the room. Dispensers for shampoo & body wash were empty or non functioning. Frig freezer was iced over causing items in the frig section to freeze.

It was like a crack house in the area. Room was clean pillows were not good towels were thin no coffee maker in the room. So much dog feces on the property. You could barely walk. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The television wasn’t working. Moved us to a new room and the toilet made a horrible sound for about two minutes after flushing. Staff tried to be accommodating.

The property always being nice and clean. Stayed there many times. It’s so convenient plus we have a dog who travels with us. I like it because no elevators an easy to access. The staff are excellent people. Never any issues.

My first room had no heat. The staff was prompt and gracious in moving me to a different room. Everything was clean and comfortable.

First room was too smokey, second was too cold, third room was just right. Staff was perfect the whole time.

I felt discriminated by the staff today, since they consider me a local. However, my address may be considered local but I haven't lived in this area for years. Either way, I mind my business and I don't bother anyone. I don't party or anything I stay to myself. So the way I was treated today upon trying to pay for the room again was unfairly. Not only that, but I was charged almost $40 more than the original price I was supposed to be paying because all of a sudden my reservation didn't exist after I had no problems at all before. I am in between homes and this is where my address is from years ago. So this is the only area I can recieve "help" right now. If I'm paying my way every day without a complaint I do not understand the judgement, assumptions, or the local policies. There may be crack heads everywhere here, but I kindly am not one. I am just displaced, and needing a place to sleep at night.

Staff at check in and check out are always wonderful. The room was in decent condition, for an older room. It was clean.

Room was clean, it wasn't as nice as my first stay and it looked like the towels weren't replaced but everything was still nice and I got a good nights rest. I did accidently over sleep a bit past check out time, but they were very nice about it. I will continue to stay here.

The room was spotless and felt very welcoming. The staff was very nice, the man who checked me in was ok with me having a late check out since I arrived a bit later than I had hoped. The TV is sizeable (I wish there was an HDMI cord provided to be able to connect my computer or something to make it like a smart TV) but other than that it was really nice. The water got instantly hot for my shower. I WILL happily come back for another stay. 10/10! ☺️

The heat wasn't working properly in my room, I couldn't adjust the temperature. And there was almost no weatherstripping on the door and it let a lot of cold air in.

In general, it is a great budget motel. The room was clean, well maintained, pet-friendly. The only complaint was the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty, not filled. No hair dryer but the staff was very friendly and accommodating when we didn't know how to turn on the heater, she quickly gave us a different room without any issues.

The rooms are clean and the staff is amazing!!! I have stayed at this hotel for the past 2 weekends in a row and will be staying again next weekend. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure there customers are comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this motel 6.

Ok place to stay if you're looking for a cheap room for a night or two.

Motel 6 was a nice place, but the area around property was poorly kept. The hotel has roaches and they did have an exterminator come in to spray and it helped. I wish they had more amenities, ironing board, chairs for desk with a lamp, I can't think of anything at this time. Thank you

We stayed for less than an hour. Roaches on the walls on the vanity in the bathroom.. running in front of the tv… couldn’t grab our things up to leave fast enough… do not stay here!! Only took a video but posted pics of a few from screenshots… They also charged us twice… still haven’t gotten a penny back and drove 7 hours home. Thanks for ruining our anniversary…

It's a Motel 6. No frills!!!. Clean, dated. Beds on a metal pedestal so everyone you got into bed or got out of bed it sounded like a tin can, lol. Bed comfortable. Sink needed a new faucet, water trickled out of it but shower was strong. Nice fridge and TV

Should keep long term in one area and overnight guests in another. Lots of weed aroma and possible drug dealing out of room next door.

This place was just a quick overnight stay half way to our destination. The facilities were old but maintained. The room was clean & evidently had been repainted recently because all the light switch & outlet covers were off. We found them in a plastic bag in the dresser drawer. We were 3 adult travellers and it was no biggy. If you have small children it could be an issue. The beds were comfy.

The air filter of the AC probably has not yet been replaced for years. One can feel all the dust coming out of the cool air, triggering allergic reaction.

Room tv was not working ans the desk person sais a partial credit would be issued. As od today (8/15) we have received no credit

It was a very clean room as well as very spacious. The staff were exceptional and very friendly.

When booking, we were offered smoking rooms and booked two. In person we were told they offered NO smoking rooms. We also chose rooms with one king sized bed each. We got handicapped rooms with 2 beds each, NOT king sized. Rooms were clean upon arrival, but weren't cleaned by housekeeping during our 3 days. Also, the pool? Leave your bathing suit home, because it isnt open. Other than the negatives noted, the motel is quiet, and seemed pretty safe... close to everything too.

I am requesting a refund for the 1st 28 hours because there was a homeless couple stationed directly outside my room with 3 full shopping carts and a dog being loud and the dag barked continuously and scratching our room door. I contacted the office 3-4 times asking for them to be removed from being outside our room. I walked to the shopping center and on my return we had a heavy downpour and high winds. By the time I reached my room I was severely siak and I could not even access my door let alone attempt to unlock the door because they were sitting right in front of my door and she was actually in an office chair and him right in front of her with an umbrella and tarp. I had to demand 3 times while trying to knock on my door to have my partner open it and they only attempted to move just enough for me to squeeze by them to get into my room. They had the door bowls also the entire time right in front of our door which would draws bugs and rodents to our room. This was my 1st time staying there and would like to be compted for our inconvenience, feeling unsafe and overall ability to enjoy our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Walk outside of the room and it’s scary. I think most of the hotel is occupied by people that live there which I understand. The people that live in this motel are not the best people. Arguing fighting banging. I have stayed here previously and never had these issue

First one the lock was broken, damaging the room . Second one has stains in it bathtub stopper was gone and stained when I woke up there were roaches on the bed.

Property detail were fine. Availability for proximity to Columbia MD was poor.

It was a cheap no frills overnite stop up pooon our way to boardwalk. One room was fine, the other had a warm refrigerator, bathrm renevated but & the drywall was not repaired, they also had broken ice machine.

Woke up in the middle of the night to getting bit by bed bugs. Packed up and left right away. Waiting to hear back from the property in regards to getting a refund.

It was a place to lay my head when I was in desperate need. It was bottom line basic and could use an upgrade, but the bed seemed clean, the shower was hot, and the toothpaste was minty.

If it wasnt for the manager on duty the morning we checked out, i would be giving this a 1 star. There is room service unless you ask for it, but this was never told to us until check out. The tv didnt work, there was no phone in the room. We had one towel the whole stay between 3 of us. Our key cards were deactivated on saturday which we were staying until sunday. Had to beg for another roll of toilet paper. This is a budget hotel which is fine, but what i mentioned should not have been issues.

No coffee available when checking out early at 4-5 am even when requesting it night before.

This room was very basic. No cofee in room or lobby. It has what you need to sleep a comfy clean bed also a nice shower soap only no shampoo provided also no place to hang clothes but freezer provided did have charge outlets good lighting also very small room but large fridge it’s a motel so parking at your door is nice staff friendly for the low price and location right off 70 floors a little dirty not terribly dirty 4 out of five stars also they have an EV charging area outside

Very clean room. Check in easy. Had fridge and microwave in room. No blow dryer, so bring one or I’m guessing you can ask for one, we didn’t bother since we were flying out next morning. Quiet and comfortable. Definitely great experience at a great price.

I stayed one night, terrible the guys around there nock my door 3 times in the middle to the night , was so scared, believe they looking for drug dealers. Really unsafe place to stay

I’ve been going here for a while and it’s just up-and-down sometimes it can be very good and loving stay at the time it can be a ruckus

Everybody that works here has been very friendly respectful and all the staff dress and the appropriate work uniforms and I try to answer all your questions that they can for you.

The hotel was pretty decent it didn't have a lot of minor flaws the biggest thing for me was their TV in my room was broken and the phone did not work I walked to the front desk multiple times and was no one ever came to my room to fix it or even decided to put me in another room

They have really done a lot of good work remodeling this place. Rooms nice (for the $ of course). The only thing was that (at least my room) really needed a lamp. Only one overhead light so it was really dark.

Damaged walls in room not repaired properly, just painted over. No pressure in shower head. I had to stand directly underneath the thin spray to get wet. No sink in the bathroom!

The room was old they need to update it. The toilet paper roll was almost empty. Usually they are full. The maids were right outside the room talking at 7:30 am

Nice clean and safe around the property i used to stay here years ago n i didnt care for it due to fights being loud all night and drug dealers and addicts they remolded and cleaned it up now its nice quiet no drugs the new owners did amazing

it is a nice hotel inside. they are pet friendly which is nice alot of places say they but here is no deposit and other places have u sign a bunch of papers and here dont u can let ur animals in the room while ur at work and if they bark or howl u dont get a bunch of phone calls saying u need to b with the animals cuz of them barking my dogs love it here

My husband and myself book here for our jobs being close and it is a nice place to stay for visiting family ect we enjoy it here
