This Hampton Inn sported most helpful and nice staff, providing clean nice room at a spectacular price. Along with a tasty included breakfast. If you find your self needing to stay over near or in Hagerstown MD, Don't over look this one!

Everything was very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The only minor thing is the room was pretty small but not much they can do about that at this point.

It was an outstanding stay. The property was super clean and displayed an impressive appearance. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Conveniently located to everything. Very clean spacious rooms and bathroom. Good variety of food and fresh fruit at the continental breakfast. The check in/out staff very friendly and welcoming. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies at check in were amazing! When I travel to the area again, I will definitely be staying there! Everything was great!

Myself my wife and my son spent two nights here. Everything was as is supposed to be. We enjoyed our stay. Friendly and competent staff, clean , quiet ... will come back in the future.

Most impressive part of our stay was the attentiveness shown by all the employees. This was especially present with the breakfast attendants. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We went from staying at one of the worst Hampton Inn’s in Flemington, New Jersey to one of the best Hampton Inn’s in Hagerstown, Maryland.The property is very clean and well lit at night.We were checked in by Karin who was fabulous. She was very friendly and personable gave us information about the area and even went out of her way to get us two extra pillows. The breakfast actually had fresh blueberries and strawberries, which tasted wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room was clean. The gentleman at checkout the next morning was very personable. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

I do think that someone should update the pics that are on your website. They do not do justice to the room decor. In person, the decor was much better than the website pictures. Wonderful staff m, one night staffer helped me locate a restaurant in the area and was able to give me a short description of that restaurant. One All staff members whom I came in contact with were really and willing to answer questions, they all greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. All in all, my stay at your hotel totally exceeded my expectations.

I drove 8 hours from NH and this was such a cozy place to stop for the night. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so I didn’t need to bring my own. Bed was very comfortable and even though it was right off the highway, it was pretty quiet. I will definitely stay again!

I was traveling from New Hampshire to North Carolina; I stopped at the Hampton Inn on my way there and on my way at back. This location is right off the highway but it was pretty quiet. The staff checked on me immediately to make sure I was settling in ok and to ask if I needed anything. Everyone was friendly and inviting; the hotel was clean and relaxing. I had a little issue with the wrong card being charged, but the staff was very helpful and fixed the error right away. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you for giving me a comfortable place to rest during my travels!

We’ve stayed at this location multiple times as it is convenient for our needs. Staff is friendly. Usual buffet breakfast items were fresh with attentive staff keeping everything stocked and cleaned. Bed was comfortable.

The mattress was very uncomfortable during this stay. I have stayed often but this time was disappointing.

When we arrived on the third floor, the stench of cigarettes belied the no smoking signs through the building. Oh well at least the room wasn't smoky.

This was a quick overnight stay to see a concert in town. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room we were given had a lot of room and was very clean. Breakfast was decent, and they had breakfast "go-bags" ready in case guests were in a hurry. A nice place to stay for trips to the area.

We stay here every year on our way south, then back north. Reliable, clean and convenient. For some reason this time, all street lights were out. Given how to get to it from the road, a bit challenging without street lights.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is so convenient and right off the exit with food options in the area. We requested a room on the opposite side of the highway side this time, and it was perfect! Much quieter, and we had a good night sleep before heading on the road home! Definitely recommend this place

Unfortunately, Expedia did not indicate that there is a pet charge. That almost doubled the cost of the room.

Breakfast food was good and well stocked. Breakfast space cramped when busy. Room was clean but rather dark. One overhead light entry but only one small lamp on desk and two small sconces by bed.

Cleanness

Unfortunately, our room faced the highway and it was so loud making it difficult to fall asleep. We requested a room change to the front side and was told that no rooms were available. We resorted to turning on the ac fan to drown out the semis going by.

So very comfortable and our dogs enjoyed the stay as well. Lots of areas appropriate to walk the dogs.

The room was nothing special. Modern, streamlined, nice pictures featuring local themes. The bathroom had the usual fiberglass tub/shower with a grab bar. There were plenty of functioning USB ports and outlets and even one C port on the alarm clock. We arrived at 8:30 pm on a Monday. The desk clerk provided a list of restaurants nearby but only one served after 9 pm.

I love this hotel! It is very clean; the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is amazing. They have a water bottle filler that is filtered on their water fountain that I used a lot. The fitness room and pool are never broken down and is always in very good condition, unlike many other hotels that I have stayed in.

Right off 81 this was the perfect stop for us. Bed was comfortable except the pillows were pretty flat. Our room was on the highway side so a bit noisy. I would try to get opposite side of hotel. Staff was great! Nicely updated and clean. I would stay there again but request a room on opposite side

Once we got into our room we saw that it was nice and clean and ready for two people who had been on the road all day. The next day we had breakfast, (free), downstairs and the variety of food was more than we could ask for. Overall, this was a very positive and very welcomed experience. I would stay in this hotel again without a doubt. I must not forget to mention, free parking. Thank you for making this a very nice experience. Enelida

Property was well kept, snack store had a lot of good options, breakfast was good with a bunch of options, room was very clean, no problems.

Typical Hampton Inn. The bed was comfortable, clean linens, nice shower. There was a car alarm going off in front of our room for over an hour after we checked in with lights flashing into our room-not the hotel’s fault, but it took them an hour to find the owner and they wouldn’t move us to another room. The alarm started going off again at 5 am, so we packed up and left.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating in that they mov d me to a new room when the freeway was super loud and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. They also allowed for a noon checkout because I needed more time before my ride would pick me up.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. All staff were so nice and pleasant. The room was super clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable and I slept great. The art work in the room was beautiful and I loved it. Breakfast, coffee, a hot cocoa bar, would 100% stay here again. The ONLY reason there isn’t a 5 star for comfort is the lights bulbs in the “nightstands” by the bed are those horrific super bright LED lights. Horrible to use before bed as they are too bright and wake you up, also super harsh to turn on in the morning in a dark room. It was enough I took away 1 star - but even with that - highly highly highly recommend. With their attention to detail on everything else, I feel the bulbs were an oversight on someone’s part along the ordering supplies line.
