The staff is very helpful and keeps the most delicious cucumber water in the lobby. What a refreshing treat after a day in the sun. The rooms are very clean and much larger than I expected. My only desire was for the pool to be clean, but there was algae growth on the bottom and sides. Parking is ample and secure.

The property is clean and there is plenty of parking. The listing says breakfast is included but when we went to get some, they hardly had options. We ordered 2 bagels and a yogurt which ended up costing $65. Parking permits are $16 a day, and to use the WiFi you just sign up for a Marriott Bonvoy membership. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean.

This hotel is a great option if you’re traveling with family because of the multiple bed options. We are a family of five and typically stay here when we’re visiting the area. It’s also very close to the freeway which is convenient.

We booked here for my son's track race at Mt. SAC which isn't too far of a drive. The area is nice enough and I would describe it as a suburban area as there are houses/multi family housing nearby. It is also very Asian-centric with all the restaurants available nearby and that was nice. My issue is this hotel charged $16.00 per day for parking. Given the location, I don't feel that this was necessary. There was ample parking with hardly any cars in the lot so it's not like a lot of people are booking this hotel. Also, given the location, it's unnecessary, it is not located in downtown or an area where parking is a big commodity so besides just charging a guest for more money, it was not necessary and turned me off on my stay.

Room was clean but the microwave died at 9:30 pm when we got back to our room so we had to get another one so we could heat our dinner up. The door was very loaf while closing and was very tight. Not sure if that is normal for that room.

Moreover, after got out of the elevator I had to carry my luggages to walk to the other side of building. Please delete the hotel on your list! Return my money!

The staff was not outstanding nor were they horrible. They provided mediocre service. The room was the same. The pillows were all flat and did not provide cushion. There were hand prints on the wall behind the toilet. The elevator was on the opposite end of the lobby. The location was great though. Conveniently located next to great shops.

The room was nice. The guests were extremely loud. The sewage system was backed up and the entire restroom reeked of sewage. According to the front desk person, the entire building had this issue. It was gross. We’re had to keep the bathroom closed so the entire room didn’t stink like poo. One of the 3 times housekeeping was asked to freshen the room, no one came. Only one elevator in whole hotel and it’s far from the front desk/entrance. The worst is you need to drag your luggage to walk through not only from the front desk to the elevator and also from the elevator to your room on such corridors with carpet . The corridors look all the same as a puzzle and the exit sign is not clear. It is at a very good /convenient location but not so pleasant for a business traveler like me

Just be aware of the parking fee. They would just give you a parking permit without mentioning about the parking fee. The next thing you see is a charge to your credit card. I don’t understand why they have to charge their hotel guests for a parking fee!

I asked for a walk in shower; instead got a bath tub with hand rails; Hotel has one elevator at the farthest end from the reception area; had to lug luggage all the way to the very end of the hall to get the elevator up to the second floor. Room was OK;

This was after we had already let the front desk know the people staying on the floor above were stomping around late at night and then again at 6:30 in the morning. A waste of money. We don’t need a pool, ice machine or breakfast lounge. We just want a place to sleep. Big fail.

There was no fee breakfast. But the location is great and the room was very clean ok including outside the building. The parking spot is convenient for anybody that looks for easy parking act The only thing that’s outside of control is the sound of other rooms next to each other, there was a lot of noise at the upper unit, we took a lower level floor and it was too loud, could not sleep ? comfortably

The hotel is very nice and updated. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are very clean as well. The towels are nice and soft and the amenities are also great. The only thing that could've made this review a 5 start was if parking was included. Parking is 10.00 per day which doesn't seem like a lot but in my opinion it seems a bit odd to charge parking to guests with rooms. I could see charging for parking if you're there for an event/conference/convention but not for those already paying a room rate. Overall though the hotel is very nice and the staff is great as well. The housekeepers definitely do a great job at keeping the rooms in check.
