We enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The communication and ease of checking in was excellent and the location exceptional for a quick stay in downtown Gulfport. The stairs were not an issue for us and the amenities were fine. The quirky decor and extra room with a sofa added to the comfort. Two free cocktails that accompanied the room’s description were nice. (We stayed in the Paloma room.) Only one thing was amiss - contrary to the instructions, guests in the hotel did not receive 10% off a meal in the downstairs restaurant. That must have been left over from the previous restaurant. We enjoyed our meal there however. Altogether a good stay if you are wanting the convenience and experience of the downtown vibe.

great place that we have stayed at a number of time. It's a great location in Golf port and it gives you walking distance to all the local businesses, restaurants and coffee shops. The room was nice and comfortable and quite.

Great historical property. Rooms were beautiful and well maintained. Instructions were east to follow. The property kept me updated before, during, and after my visit. The location is in a prime spot to walk to restaurants and the little beach at the end of the road.

Nice little hotel. Room was small but it was nice and cozy just for one night. Loved the streaming TV. Bed was very comfortable. Only stayed one night but it was ok for the one night we were their. Wouldn't book for multiple days though.

Beatiful place, very comfortable and pretty.

Neighboring business played loud music until midnight. Hotel was good other than that.

There is no front desk at this hotel, which was really surprising as I got in late at around 10:45 PM and I got to the door and it was locked and then there was a phone number to call… fortunately when I called a woman picked up so that was positive and I was able to get into my room ..,I came to find out that this establishment doesn't even have a front desk… Also, I did not get an email stating what the code was to get into my room so it just felt like this hotel just doesn't have enough money to have any staff as during my two nights there there was absolutely no staff, which was shocking as I needed a couple of items, but there was no staff… The building was clean, but when I go to hotel, it's kinda nice to have staff there as sometimes you may need something... for the same price I could've gone to Holiday Inn and got a free breakfast just my two cents

Interesting concept. Good food. Loud music from bar nextdoor until late. Cleaning staff made quite a ruckus in the coffee room on the second floor. Loud conversations were had starting around 9 am. Felt like they were in the room with us.

Absolutely gorgeous. My suite went beyond expectations, the restaurant is excellent and the team is outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is to allow cats along with dogs for guests. Wonderful experience.
- 3/5
Has Beekman lotion and hand soap containers but that's not the product in the dispenser. The soap dispenser was disgusting. There was maintenence and his girl friend fixing the door frame on the second floor for hours after 5pm at night. The glasses in the room were dirty. There is no elevator. No ice and the room that they have a coffee pot was dirty and not stocked. The place is really run down. So sad

We were only there for an overnight stay, but it was wonderful! Perfect, comfortable room & amenities. Loved the location. Cute little neighborhood with shopping & restaurants all in walking distance. We ended our evening with a walk out on the pier. Hope to go back soon!!

Parking was easy, very nice area, perfect for what we were looking for, we will come back again x

Location is excellent, if you want amenities without driving. There are bars, restaurants, ice cream, a pier, and beach. The room itself was clean and comfy just very noisy. You can hear everything outside the hotel/inside the hallway and stairwell. This is Ok in the day time, but It didn't quiet down until after midnight. I stayed over the weekend, so that could be part of it...

We absolutely loved our stay at the Peninsula! It is nestled in the heart of an artsy neighborhood, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. Not only was the location ideal, but the restaurant staff was incredible, as well! Communication with the hotel staff was clear and easy. I was a bit nervous about “contactless” hotel staff, but it was refreshing and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We are already planning our next trip!
- 5/5
This quaint historic hotel was in a great spot in Gulfport. Lots of restaurants and live music. Breakfast was beautiful. Room descriptions were accurate. We will stay there again.
- 5/5
Eady parking and central to everything. Well appointed rooms. Hotel staff was communicative and friendly and quick to respond. Would stay again!
- 4/5
Dining room was beautiful! The wait staff was really friendly and so was housekeeping. My major complaints with this place that you don’t have one point of contact for anything so it’s a bit frustrating that you have to call several different numbers for items you want/need. Also the ice situation was annoying too. They don’t have a traditional ice machine, but just a freezer on each floor where you can go out and get little bags of ice which was fine, but by the third day, they had ran out of ice and indicated that their main ice machine was broke downstairs and that we might not get anymore. I pushed back on that because I wasn’t gonna go three more days without any ice also no vending machines or ways to purchase any soft drinks or beverages so that was a little annoying too. It would be nice if they would invest in a microwave for each room not very expensive to do and give their customers a better experience. You can get a little microwave at Walmart or target for under 100 bucks even the smaller ones for around 50. We had a Ton of leftovers from visiting several of the restaurants in down but no way to heat them up. We wasted a lot of food. Overall, it was a good visit, but those were just a few little amenities that would’ve been nice to have and would have made the trip a much more enjoyable experience.
- 4/5
Perfect location. Great parking. No elevator. Morning staff were very nice.
- 5/5
This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. We stayed in the martini espresso room, which was absolutely wonderful. It is an older pro so the noise level is a bit high at times but that’s OK. It’s filled with rustic charm, and the staff is fantastic. They went above and beyond while we were there. It was a lovely tree to get to stay. The town is wonderful as well and we will be back thank you

We had a delightful stay! Booking, check-in, and checkout was easy and efficient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was thoughtfully appointed, spotless, and comfortable. Don't miss out on visiting this beautiful town and quaint B&B. You won't be disappointed!
- 5/5
Cno contact check in was flawless. Parking was simple and efficient. We were on the third floor with no elevator, but i needed the exercise. This with mobility issues take note.
- 5/5
This is a very cute and trendy little place to stay. The downtown area is lively and seemed to stay busy. The rooms are as described and very lovely and the bar downstairs was nice. However the two free drinks that come with the room are canned seltzers in the refrigerator in the room, not from the bar and walking through the first floor restaurant to get to your room with all your luggage is a bit odd. But overall, it's a fun place to stay if you like downtown life.
- 5/5
All of the rooms here are named after cocktails. We stayed in the "Old Fashioned" upstairs on the third floor. There's a quiet bar and nice restaurant downstairs with great fresco seating. Gulfport is a sleepy central hub to get to all of St. Pete - low key artsy-awesome. One small strip with a lot of food and shops and a weekly outdoor market. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Parking on site. Easily accessible. Great location

Easy check in. Parking was well lit. Great location.
- 5/5
We park in front and had plenty of parking
- 2/5
-Very noisy 6:30 - 8:00 due to our room door right off dining room, public bathroom right outside our door. - Our room door had large gaps between door jam and door as well as along the bottom at floor. -Had to stuff towels along bottom and sides of door to cut some of the very loud noise particularly between 6:30-8:00 each morning due to staff arrival of chatter and restaurant set up. -The Staff was very friendly and efficient just not mindful of those staying on first floor upon arrival to work and set up for the day. -Food was excellent
- 5/5
Great staff! Great location. Remodeled rooms
- 4/5
Those staying on the second and third floors need to be aware that they'll be hauling their luggage up several flights. There is no assistance with bags, so if accommodations are necessary, the first floor is the only option. This is a no-contact hotel, and I liked having the code instead of having to keep track of a key. But communication with staff is delayed because it is done mainly by text, so plan accordingly. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. They are professional and detailed.

Our room was not clean and very loud. The bedding was clean but the rest of the room was very dirty. Previous guests contact lenses were on bathroom floor. After our shower our feet were filthy just walking across bedroom floor. Area rug was filthy. We could hear construction noise, restaurant noise starting at 6am and noise continued later at night. Strange to market the property as bed and cocktails but have bar closed every night.
- 5/5
Room was very clean
- 4/5
Room was clean and modern. Fridge was nice to have for leftovers. Cons… no coffee pot in the room and none available downstairs til 7:45. No staff available for anything.
- 5/5
The hotel is very modern and bathrooms were clean and has great lighting and fans. Without having any staff there for check in or out, they still have everything well posted with instructions and sent multiple text communications to be sure you were taken care of. The restaurant staff was very nice and the food is great.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The location has lots to do nearby, and the room/restaurant below was great. Lots of complementary snacks and drinks, and the no-nonsense check-in/check-out was appreciated as well. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again.
- 5/5
Love it. Clean room and very nice decoration. Easy check in and check out.
- 5/5
Very nice renovations, easy check in. Loved the drinks and snacks available in the room and especially loved the complimentary coffee and croissants in the morning.
- 3/5
The restaurant within the building doesn't open early enough for early risers to have a hot cup of coffee which was dreadful. I wouldn't stay there again. The room was very small, cute choices in color and design scheme. $128 plus taxes Beverages from the bar were really good.
- 5/5
This is the first time that we have stayed at a self service / self checking in Hotel. It was super easy. Hotel was clean. Plenty of parking. I was very surprised at the location of the Hotel in relationship to walkable restaurants. Great complementary coffee and croissants in the morning. They have a French restaurant on site and bar. Fast WiFi. The only thing I would like changed. Would be a bathmat in the shower area.
- 4/5
Everything was great. The location is amazing, plenty of walkable food and shops. The only thing I didn’t like was that some of the guests next to us and above us were pretty noisy, but that’s no fault of the location. I do wish the shower had another door instead of a half door.
- 3/5
There were no hotel staff on site, only restaurant staff for first floor. By phone, hotel staff were very courteous. Must know for this place is that it is three stories with NO ELEVATOR. Also, pet cleaning fees are outrageous and weren't disclosed until after the non refundable reservation was made thru Hotels.com
- 5/5
What can I say? I love this hotel so much! It is my favorite place to stay when I am in Gulfport.
- 5/5
No staff, just online check-in. The rooms are newly renovated, so they're great, clean, and modern. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy and nice.
- 5/5
Friendly, management communication, free parking, free coffee and croissant.
- 5/5
Area is nice. Enough parking. Very calm. Surprisingly private, cute, small place. Easy access, amazing communication with other workers.
- 5/5
The Inn is an adorable concept. Each room is named after a cocktail and decorated with a picture on the wall as to how to make the drink. The complimentary bottled water, snacks, drink. Coffee , and croissants were such nice choices. Having the Mademoisselle Restaurant onsite was a plus. The The room was very clean and cozy. The bar was well stocked, the direct access parking was great. The room was

This is an incredible place to stay. One small issue though, the set up of the bathroom is terrible. No one over 5 feet 4 inches tall can sit on the toilet appropriately due to the toilet being so close to the sink vanity. A smaller sink vanity or toilet would help. Other than that this was a wonder place to stay.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff are always welcoming.

All of the above

- 5/5
Great place for my quick one night stay in Gulfport. Could not be more perfectly located as the beach and many dining and entertainment options are right out the front door and even before you get to the door there's a great little bistro bar. Check in is all self-service with a code, and while we had a slight confusion on that it was all handled very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. Super clean and the room was adorably decorated. The French restaurant was also delicious!
- 5/5
The room wasn’t particularly spacious but it was really beautiful, charming, and clean. The staff was friendly and the hotel was really lovely.
- 5/5
Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear, and contact-less. Room was clean and more than enough for a weekend getaway. Complementary snacks, drinks, and vouchers for the cafe are a plus. The cafe is a must try for either breakfast, dinner, or even a quick bite. There are also many other dining options within walking distance for a relaxing night out. I would definitely consider this location again for a weekend getaway.
- 5/5
Clean room, great location in Gulfport, easy parking.
- 5/5
Check in was all coordinated with advanced texts providing access instructions and parking etc. The room was cozy and nicely appointed. The hotel is in a great central location on Beach Blvd for dining and shopping.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect! Beautiful hotel!
- 5/5
I cannot say enough about this property! Check in was different, yet super smooth! The location was great! So many options for food and drink. Live music at just about all of the local spots. Totally walkable! Beach is also walkable, small beach, but quiet and very pretty. The property was adorable! The rooms are so unique! Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was super cozy, and the decor was so much fun! This will be our regular go to spot from now on!
- 5/5
Everything was great! Easy check in, cute room, nice location.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay here. This is the third room we have rented here and we live the beautifully themed rooms. And don’t forget the free themed cocktails in the fridge. See you next time.
- 5/5
Practically perfect in every way! From the courtesy drinks, chips and water.. to the continental breakfast and perfect room! Super convenient using the last four digits of a phone number instead of a key card. Just wish the lobby bar was open 24/7. 😂
- 5/5
What a wonderful hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved the experience! The decor was beautiful, the atmosphere was serene, the check in and check out were seamless! Love love love! 10/10 recommend!
- 5/5
Super cute hotel and room. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Looking forward to a return trip.
- 3/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Our 2nd visit to Peninsula Bed & Cocktails. The Manhattan room, on the 3rd floor was smaller/tighter than we expected having stayed in the Mai Tai on our 1st visit. The shower did not have great headroom and water easily splashed on the floor. That is the only reason I cannot give a 5 star rating. Breakfast again was great! Super friendly place.
- 5/5
I would gladly return.
- 5/5
We loved our stay! It was only overnight and way to short to see and explore everything but omg it is so perfect! We stayed in the Paloma room and it is better than the photos! It is mainly stair access to the 2nd and 3rd floors but as long as you can get up stairs, it is worth it! I do believe they have a couple rooms on the first floor as well. There is no check in or checl out, everything is done through email/text so as long as you are ok with technology, you are giod to go. Easy access to free parking in the lot behind the hotel. There are so many shops, bars, restaurants and things to do arpund this little inn and we will definitely be back to explore the town more! If you are looking for a unique get away thia is definitely it! The ONLY downside was there was a loud group of people who stayed outside our room all night (past 3am) and the walls are a little thin since its an older building, but its really not the hotels fault, just some inconsiderate guests. Everything about the room/hotel/bar/stay was fantastic. ALSO in the room you get 2 complimentary canned cocktails, 4 bags of chips(complimentary) and 2 bottles of water (complimentary as well)
- 5/5
This place has so much character, perfect romantic night in the old fashion room.
- 4/5
Didn’t like breakfast being served at 8? Also no coffee maker in the room? But all in all, very nice place to get some rest.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel. Very comfortable and close to everything.
- 5/5
Great boutique hotel. Completely renovated.
- 5/5
This is a nice stay for the price. The hotel is self-check-in with a keypad on the door. We stayed in the Cosmopolitan room which was small but extremely clean and comfortable. We were impressed with how clean and fresh the sheets were. The bar is open from 3-9 and I was very impressed with the bartender. What a talent for a small bar in Gulfport. The area is quiet, and we could walk to the few restaurants/bars. Overall, a very cute self-check in hotel for the price and a good place for a 1–2-night stay. Note, there is no pool.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms
- 5/5
What a unique idea. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and great surroundings in gulfport! good food and great drinks
- 5/5
A very fun and cool hotel!
- 5/5
A charming very clean place. The lobby bar is open from 3-9pm, Thursday thru Sunday. A great place to toast your stay!
- 5/5
The room and property was amazing. Very easy parking and right to your room.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Decor and cleanliness 10/10. Employees very welcoming with smiles. Breakfast was a nice touch to it. Would come back
- 5/5
Beautiful property that exceeded all of our expectations. We spent 2 nights in the Mojito Suite. Perfect location.
- 5/5
Super cute! Would totally stay there again!
- 5/5
Kayla, the manager was very good at her job, made you feel right at home and welcome. Adriane, the bartender was a fabulous mixologist and great personality to match! Thoroughly enjoyed Gulfport and it will just get better there as more businesses rebuild from the storm damage.
- 5/5
Loved it! Great location and cocktail bar. Music every day as well.
- 5/5
The go to place! Drove from Miami to visit an old friend in Gulfport. I selected this property based on the reviews. Wow they were not wrong. The property is a historic site and recently renovated and they did a great job. The review and pics are true. It’s a five ⭐️ Stay. The rooms are comfortable and super clean and quiet. The surrounding area is great with restaurants and beer joints and shops. Well worth staying for a day or a few days.
- 5/5
Such a lovely place to stay in the heart of Gulfport! Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice room
- 5/5
This is a beautifully remodeled hotel, originally built in 1905. Located on Beach Blvd in Gulfport, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance. Some guests, however, may be disappointed as the elevator is not currently working. For my purposes, it was excellent and I look forward to future stays.
- 5/5
Sweet little hotel in a great location.
- 4/5
Nice place. Cute. Quaint. Comfortable. Great location. Friendly staff. Off-street parking. Basic, but good, breakfast. We had a great time, would come again, and would recommend👍👍👍
- 5/5
Fabulous place to stay. Decor is beautiful and centrally located.
- 5/5
Everything and everyone were really, really nice. The only issue was the elevator not working. One in our group is handicapped and it was very hard on her.
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was great. Only issue was the elevator not working. I am handicapped so going up and down the stairs was a little hard. This would not stop me from coming back and I would have no problem recommending it to others...
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again. Liked the live music, cocktail bar, and the room and bed were good.
- 5/5
It was set up beautifully, staff was wonderful
- 4/5
The refrigerator was dirty as well. The hotel is cute but the staff is not doing a nice job keeping it clean.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful! When we arrived our room had a heavy smell of Fabuloso. I mentioned this to the front desk as the smell was making my wife cough. The front desk hostess had the cleaning staff wet mop the room and bring in a fan, then checked in with us later to ask if the air in the room was better (it was). The staff was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The hotel was wonderful, 5 stars!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at this unique boutique hotel! The property was very clean, easily accessible, and quiet. The breakfast included was perfect and the staff was very attentive to keeping the area clean and stocked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The only minor downside was the air conditioning in the room could not be allowed to go lower than 72 degrees, however plus side they have portable fans available if needed. Thank you for a great stay!
- 5/5
The Peninsula has an innovative and efficient check in process..i like the historic nature of the hotel.
- 4/5
What a gem in the heart of Gulfport. This was a "staycation" for us as we're from this area. Hotel was recently renovated and it's just beautiful. Great area, close to restaurants and beaches Perfect
- 5/5
Was clean and close to everything.
- 5/5
It was such beautiful old time hotel but remodeled beautifully with the old time feel. We only stayed one night but I want stay again for a longer visit to just enjoy the atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend. Cute little beach town right on the bay with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. ❤️❤️❤️
- 4/5
Great place to stay.Very accommodating .Lot’s of dining options within walking distance
- 5/5
It was very clean, staff was friendly, great location, fun bar with a great bartender. Bonus was an excellent violinist who played current and old tunes. He was exceptional.
- 5/5
It is a great boutique hotel with walking distance to a lot of nice restaurant bars and art stores. Highly recommend 👌
- 5/5
Very nice property
- 1/5
We booked the room at around 9pm and when we arrived we learned that there was no front desk or any workers to help us. We tried to call but got no answer and had to way of accessing our room. We ended up having to find another hotel nearby last second so we were not stranded with no where to stay.
- 4/5
Updated and newly renovated. Very efficient with automated check in process and all went smoothly , but miss having a staff member to greet us and inform us about the local area. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but do miss the personal touch in a historic inn.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Bartender was an awesome mixologist. Room and bed were comfortable. We really had only one problem. Last morning there were only 4 regular (non decaf) k cups left. All were dark roast. We wanted medium roast. I found someone to ask but she did not speak much English and didn’t know what I wanted. She called the owner who told her where to find more K cups. But she filled basket with all dark roast. I added water to mine but my husband dumped his. Neither of us like dark roast. The bartender was the most helpful when we had a problem. I know we could call the owner but it would be nice to have someone on site who speaks and understands English.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops, staff was super friendly and helpful and we loved our room (the Paloma Room). Would definitely book again
- 5/5
Very unique and fun hotel with many fun entertainment options close by.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
We loved this property. The breakfast and bar options are very nice options. Location is great and parking is a huge plus.
- 5/5
Property is in beautiful condition and decorating and each room is so beautiful. And they have a great little bar with cocktails.
- 5/5
Loved this place. Right in the heart of downtown Gulfport. Rooms were comfortable and very cute! Totally recommend!
- 5/5
It’s a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
One small problem: Toilet too close to vanity to sit properly.
- 5/5
We found this place a couple weeks back and stayed there. Having to make a return trip to the area this time around, there was absolutely no other place we looked to stay. This place is wonderful. A Key West vibe all around and when everything in the area is back to normal from the hurricanes, it will only add to the perfectness.
- 5/5
Thus was our second stay at this inn, and I would definitely recommend'

I had a great weekend get away with my wife. Hotel is historic, quaint, walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The room was very clean comfortable.

We enjoyed the cocktail themes of the rooms! Location was great with easy walk to shops and restaurants.

If someone from the Peninsula reads this, please check the shower in the Paloma room. Water gets out under the glass door and soaks the towel mat. That is going to cause a lot a damage if left unchecked. The top of the shower curb leans out and not in the shower.

Unique and adventurous rooms provide an interesting take on your average hotel experience. Right center of a beautiful and walkable town area with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a skip from the best beach in the country.

Very very cute and cozy and the location can’t be beat.

The Peninsula falls short in hospitality, with no management in sight, and the staff member I did run into had a heavy language barrier and I was unable to communicate with her. Our room was never cleaned despite not having a Do Not Disturb sign on it. Things they could improve on moving forward: what number are we to text for questions? The one I did text never replied, and the one listed on the information sheet said to be used for emergencies. Are breakfast tables bussed? I felt rude leaving my plate behind but there was no place designated for it. A menu for options available for snacks and beverages to be stocked and at what cost (since stocking was offered). A fan for the room since you can’t turn it below 72 and it was stuffy. Do you HAVE to purchase beach towels or can you just use them? It wasn’t very clear. A nice mocktail option. A better breakfast variety. A bar that’s open more, since you are called Peninsula Bed and Cocktails. Ultimately, this was more of an Airbnb vibe. I enjoyed the contactless check in and check out but hoped for a bit more hospitality.

Perfect location in the heart of a small town in the cute shops, coffee shops restaurant everything is in walking distance. It’s right in the middle of town. It was the best!!

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar in the lobby. The room is simple but clean and spacious enough. Amenities r very good. There is a fridge with free drinks. The beach is 3 minutes away. There is still construction after the hurricains damage. The area is nice, live music, bars and restaurants. But no excessive noise. I would return there

A cute place right on the heart of downtown. My sister and I had fun. Nice little bar downstairs.

Love this hotel. Will definitely be coming back. Very quiet, clean, spacious. Great vibe. Excellent stay.

Peninsula Bed & Cocktails and Gulfport have become my home away from home when traveling in the Tamps-St. Pete area.

Our stay was lovely. The room was beautiful. Wish we could have had that mojito we stayed there for, but no mint.

Hotel was incorrectly advertised as dog friendly… they still let me stay thankfully but they technically only allow dogs in some rooms and for an extra fee. They were very accomodating and I loved the room and location

Our room was comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for our taste but okay. Be aware that some rooms upstairs and there are no elevators so pack lightly. No irons available in the room so plan ahead. The location is convenient and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

They refused to help me either with a credit or refund. Wont be staying there ever again

The staff was awesome! We loved the Manhatten room!!

This was my first visit to the Art District of Gulfport and I fell in love. This Hotel checks all the boxes and even more. The property is squeaky clean, cute, and well-maintained. Just trust me; stay here. You’ll be glad you did.

Great - would stay again!

1. I was told that my credit card did not go through. I was on the highway and said I would call back. I called back 10 mins later and no one ever answered or called me back. 2. There was not a single tea bag in the breakfast room and no one to ask for one. I had to leave the hotel to get tea,

It a was so hot in my room I could not sleep there was no fan and the air barley circulated in the room even though it was set to 73. There were so many small ants on my bedside table I couldn’t even have a drink sitting there because they were inside of it within 5 minutes.

However, The atmosphere, aesthetic & location could not be better! Breakfast was simple & delicious with a nice dining area to enjoy.

My daughter and I traveled to one of our favorite places, Gulfport, and this stay was one of the best! It was right downtown in all the action. The check-in was easy and the room was so cute and clean! We will definitely be staying again. They definitely put a lot of thought into making our stay memorable. Parking was easy. Perfect stay for couples or 1-2 people, unless they have bigger rooms. Our room just had one bed. The complimentary drinks were thoughtful and they even had beach towels for us to use.

The clean bathroom could use a small table or shelf to put your ‘stuff’ on, other than that, all was great !
- 3/5
The room was very clean. No complaints on the room.. walls are paper thin and you hear everything that goes on in the hall, doors slamming, people talking loud, etc. Other than that no other complaint. Check-in and check out was very easy and convenient .

Historic landmark, well kept.

Its a nice place . Its centrally located in town so once you get there you really dont need your car again till you leave. Plenty of food, drinks, ice cream, and shops to keep you busy for the whole time you are there. If you are not a drinker there are a lot of things to see and do just a few miles away.

Nice area, people having fun at restaurants/lounges and great music, key west feeling...

We enjoyed our stay. the Daquiri Room was perfect and the location was excellent!

I also liked the keyless entry system that made coming and going very easy. Its a nice place and i would stay there again

Housekeeping staff were helpful and did great job on the room. Liked the location, with places to eat close by and grocery stores, etc., within 1-2 miles. Only negative(s) were the elevator not working (stairs are narrow, so not easy to navigate w/ luggage) and then steps out the rear exit were in bad shape (loose railing, pieces missing from the steps).

Great location.

Clean, quiet property close to waterfront and restaurants.

I love the retro decor!

This place was absolutely amazing. It was a small town vibe like Key West, but with such a fun theme for the hotel. It was cleanly. The staff was very nice and the service was great. I would definitely come back again.
