They said no dogs allowed I seen a dog on the same floor I was had to pay dog babysit because no dogs allowed and they only clean my room 2 the time I stay ask for service everyday other than that everything else was fine

best vacation we ever had. staff was amazing .clean rooms .clean parking lot and you couldn't ask for just a better place to stay .

Room fairly clean. Blinds broken people could see inside room, phone in room didn’t work. Hair on one of the beds. Table lamp rusted. However, the staff was great. Desk clerk brought up a sheet to put over window and I was given a partial credit for my stay. The price of the room didn’t fit the amenities. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The bed had an uneven mattress, with unfitted sheets and the spring box mattress was metallic all around, so it was very noisy. The hotel needs an overall upgrade. The checking area was cluttered and disorganized. I wouldn’t stay again or at least for no more than 1 night.

The location was great! Within walking distance to the beach. Pool was nice. Although they were late to unlock every day. The beds were good. Air conditioning was fantastic!! Free coffee was good. They do not offer free breakfast as it advertises. The property could be better maintained. Lots of parking available. Staff was friendly.

The location was perfect. It was just across the street from the beach. The room wasn’t amazing for the price but I guess we were paying for the location so it was ok. The bed and pillows were awful. Bring your own pillow and if you have a bad back it will be worse by the morning. The pool was nice and the ice cream shop attached was great.

Reception was one of the worst I have experienced, but maybe they did their best. Felt unwelcome which doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it matters. Ice cream on the property was 2 dips for 15.96! Each side of our two doubles was caved in. The tub didn’t drain. This became gross. Nice fridge, maids were helpful with towels, TV worked. There was no working Internet. The location is across from beach. Bring a cot for persons 3 and 4 if you need the location to be close to beach. Put your own ice cream in freezer, and brace yourself for front desk. Rained / double red flags for ocean/could only sit by beach for 3 days. Was okay.

There is zero noise control in the room. We could hear people having conversations down in the parking lot from inside the room with the door closed (we were on the 4th floor). We understand the staff cannot control this, but just be aware that it is noisy. The time we did complain was when a group of rowdy children woke us up each morning before 6:30am by screaming and knocking on our door. The solution to this was to loudly tell the children to go back to their room which did nothing to stop them. The elevator was very damp each time we used it and had a large potential to be a slipping hazard. There was mold in the shower area and several areas of water damage on the ceiling as well. The positive is that it is close to the beach access and the ice cream parlor on the property was delicious. I can’t say we would ever stay here again. We were pretty disappointed to say the least.

It was pretty clean, house keeping was so nice.They came around everyday seeing if we needed anything.We couldn’t get hooked up to the internet and our keycards kept deactivating, thus having trouble getting into our room every day.

They did have a microwave and refrigerator in our room which was very helpful. They do not have hair dryers in their rooms.

For a beach hotel and being on a budget- the stay was great! The room and hotel was clean. You can tell it was on the older side but it was comfortable and clean. Everyone was very nice! I love the location and ease of access to the beach! Would stay again

This place is nothing like the pictures make it out to be. People were smoking in the elevator constantly. The hotel is across the street from the beach.

Easy access to beach, great ice cream shop. Only inconvenience is ice machine is in lobby and cant fill up coolers with it
