The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the staff here! You're doing a great job!

Breakfast was not great in any of the hotels. Seems like powered eggs were used. Fine for camping but not hotel food. Also apparently I can’t use “points” until I have a huge amount. At least on the other travel apps I can get actual cash back as I travel. Will be checking out other hotels in the future

The room was very rundown. The couch had multiple stains and a pretty good size rip in it! The room smelled and downstairs on the bathroom were taped signs on the restroom doors being held up with painters tape!!

Patara made it a wow experience. However, breakfast was very lame, very limited options and not good quality.

From my arrival to my departure, everyone on site went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and offered everything a business (or personal) traveler might need.

One of your staff members gave me misleading information about booking, it was corrected by another staff member. The same staff member charged my card for my previous stay, even though my company paid for my stay. He told me to report it as fraud. So that experience ruined my stay

I really wanted to rate this property higher. We chose the hotel because of the high ratings from other guests but our experience just didn't match theirs. Upon check in, the representative was on the phone obviously complaining about some other guests and continued with her conversation for like 5 minutes as we stood there waiting. Then the pull out sofa bed was just awful. It was dirty (crumbs and dirt on the fitted mattress cover) and terrible quality. Very cheap springy with no padding at all. No shower gel or body lotion (I had to call and ask for them). Walls are thin. The family next to us had a toddler that screamed into the night and again early the next morning. Then the breakfast was the most disappointing hotel breakfast I've ever seen. My daughter was staying with her team at a much cheaper hotel closer to Augusta and their breakfast was five times the size with lots of choices. This hotels breakfast is literally just a premade tiny breakfast sandwich. No scrambled eggs, meat, fresh fruit (aside from some green bananas), nothing. And the final disappointment was the location, it was 30 minutes from the Augusta riverfront. I knew I was sacrificing location for what I thought was a higher quality hotel but unfortunately that was not the case. Overall a VERY disappointing experience.

The typical generic hotel breakfast you'd get anywhere these days. Nothing special. There was dirty bedding in the hallway for nearly 24 hours.

After working all day Came back to my room to rest & found that was half cleaned, bed left without sheets, no towels when I came out of the shower. It took over 2 hours to gain access again.

We called the day before asking for an early check-in and was told that a room would be ready, but upon arrival (just 2 hours before regular check-in) no rooms were available. Our room had some stickiness, like syrup, on the carpet and on the sink in the bathroom so we had to wiped the counter down.

I have been using your hotel for years to visit family. This last time was not so great. Not do to the staff or hotel but to the other guests on our floor. Both nights we were awakened by loud noise in the hallway. The last night was so bad that we found our door on the outside full of soon kind of liquid when we left in the morning. Young people were fighting or something in the hallway.

She immediately said they had no rooms ready and it was a bad attitude from there. All I asked was for a place to secularly put our instruments out of the heat and to drop the trailer so that we could go spend a few hours somewhere until we could check in. Everything was a no until she called the manager. We stay at this hotel twice a year to see our grandkids, this was definitely our last stay.

Our stay was great, and breakfast choices were good but after 1 night the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly. There is a lot of road construction in front of hotel. We would recommend because eventually the road construction will end. Hopefully, they will update beds soon.

good staff but poor construction for a new hotel

Liked the 24 hr fitness and laundry. Nice room. Clean property and feels safe. Walmart and other restaurants are very close by

For the money I paid, it was overrated. When posting information about the amenities, you should have stated exactly what a full kitchen means. I'm thinking a full kitchen means refrigerator, stove (NOT A HOT PLATE) and maybe a dishwasher, which was there. Bought food for reunion, couldn't prepare it. Mold in shower dirty grout. Very disappointed. I have stayed in lower related motels that were cleaner.

I reserved the with 3 occupants and the room was not stocked with enough towels, drinking cups and the sofa sleeper wasn’t made up.

Our bed was not the most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in in a hotel but it was nice. There was a huge tournament of some sort that weekend we were there so the hotel was packed. I felt so terrible for the staff that were taking care of the breakfast area. The unattended kiddos that morning really tore things up. The staff did a great job staying calm keeping things refreshed as much as they could.
