I booked two queen beds. When I opened up the door it was a king. I asked for a cot. They did not have any. Ice machines weren't working.

It’s a very clean & nice atmosphere when you arrive. They’re very helpful & have resourcefulness & professionalism .

We made a reservation and paid over a month in advance and received a call as we were getting to the hotel at 6pm the day of of our reservation that they oversold and that they did not have a room for us. The front desk did nothing to assist with finding another place to stay or offer up any assistance or help in anyway.

Pretty nice hotel, nice room and TV with various viewing options. Staff - had to knock on managers door to get service while checking in. Once she did come out she was not friendly. Also, no one at check-in desk while leaving, so just left my key on the desk.

Well organized Stephanie checked us in and had a very monotone voice. Not rude, not friendly, no smile. The room had a “radiator” which was rusty and corrosive at the bottom (we traveled with our 2 y/o granddaughter, not safe) the shower door was not in the track properly and had mold. I wish I would have taken pictures.

I got the bbq sliders and they were not good. Neither was Cole slaw. Very bad actually. Was hoping the food would be better bc not cheap.
