Staff great excellent amazing

The room had a horrible smell and brought on my allergies. My coughing was so hard I had to use my inhaler. It smelled like mold, which I am highly allergic.

Convenient close to restaurants stores and the fact that all of the equipment worked was a plus tv ac remote lights phone microwave fridge Cleanliness was subpar towels had stains & were dingy shower curtain had stains mirror not clean window sheer curtain rust stain if they just replace old used items with fresh new items like pillows towels sheer curtain and add something so that we can hang clothes up on ( no closet in my room) it would help make your stay much more comfortable

The room itself was not in the best condition. My Mom had gotten her own room and due to respiratory issues we could not stay there because something in that room caused her to start coughing really bad, so we had to find a different hotel.

The location The room had stains on the couch, the bed, and the tub as well as the complimentary towels. The paper holder in the bathroom wasn’t even correctly installed and would come off the wall. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and the pillows were worn out.

Tv doesn't work. Extra $25 for a pet. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I didn't even stay the final day because the place was filthy. A wretched hive of scum and villainy plague this place. I have nothing positive to say about this place except that the front desk guy was cool. The whole place was filthy and there were bullet holes in the walls. I know for a fact they were bullet holes because I pulled a .22 cartridge out of my carry bag and matched it to the wall.

The room was extremely disgusting. The walls, floors, ceiling, doors, towels were filthy. The staff was rude. There were old a/c units left outside about 40 of them. It look like a dump inside and out!

Nothing was wiped down clean. Last people had sticky stuff on night stand. Tub was dirty. Smelled smoky. Inside mini fridge was not clean

The room was poorly cleaned, no soap, 1 thin sheet on bed, smelled bad like cigarettes, a family living in room next to ours allowed their children to be loud all night.

Well lit parking lot. Staff was OK, supervisor was having to help out & visibly frustrated. Towels were very small, nearly see-through & not very many. TV’s too small. Room fairly clean, needed painting. Furniture was scratched & damaged. Fridge froze drinks, even on bottom shelf.

Room was very clean, sparse but clean. I would have liked a few more towels but did not ask. The individual at check in/check out was beyond friendly and personable.

I don’t normally leave rooms but I feel like I need to with this one. We requested a non smoking room, walked into our room with ashes on the floor and it smelling like stale cigarettes. Urine all over the toilet seat, cigarette burns in the bedding and chair, beds hard as a rock, no comforter just 2 thin sheets and no toilet paper. The staff was friendly but that’s it. This place is the not the greatest luckily we only stayed one night just to sleep after the races.

The room was dirty, the bed spread had holes from cigarettes the sheets were discolored. The toilet is faded the shower sink leaked. I had to stay since I arrived at 10:30pm I was too tired to go somewhere else. The floors were stained it’s old and outdated the rooms need work and upgrades!

Had no problems. Good for what it was needed for a stop for some sleep.

The toilet seat was broken and manager didn’t fix it , killed two bugs and there wasn’t a chair for the desk to sit at . Also there wasn’t a hair dryer which we expected to be common to any hotel we’ve stayed in for the last ten years or so

Rooms need a little more cleaning but staff was nice limited parking near your room though.

Upon checkin the manager was incredibly rude, repeatedly offering to cancel my reservation. I have stayed here numerous times over multiple years for work trips but never again. I guess privately owned properties ( I support small business) can treat people however they want. I won't be back.

Room always clean. We stay here 2 times every year. When the race is at ECHOPARK this is where we stay for the fall and spring races. It's close to the track and our favorite eating places are just down the road. The staff is always friendly. Enjoy it everytime.

Got to my room after check in and there was already a guest in that room.

The hotel owners were great! Hotels.com however did NOT send them my reservation but they definitely took my money! The hotel had no record of me coming, much less paying! Thankfully the owners helped me out and I got refunded the full amount

Very dirty. Accidentally booked a smoking room, no rooms available to change. Multiple cigarette marks and holes in the bed. Only 2 pillows and both were dirty. Hair all over the bathroom and tub. Heavy smell of smoke. -0/10 do not recommend. Floors were full of dirt. Handprints on walls. Disgusting.

Property is dated and in need of upgrades and modernization. Room was dusty and smelled of smoke.

Our room was very clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly and considerate the only issues I had were it was not stocked with enough toilet tissue we only had less than half a role and there were no tissues in the tissue box also there was no breakfast,coffee or vending machines on the property so if you wanted drinks or snacks or food you you at least a half a mile away

Stay here often, never any issues. It’s just the basics when you need a decent place to sleep.

They didnt have blankets and a dirty face towel was left in the bathroom but other then that it was great.

The floor was dirty and there was hair in the towels. Luckily I brought my own towels. The tub and the toilet was dirty as well. I won't be back ever.

Nice looking motel in a good location. Ease check-in and friendly staff. Room condition was good, but a more deep cleaning would be good. Bath could be better stocked. Towels not in best condition, and no floor mat.

We stay here twice a year for the race weekends. Always pleasant and helpful staff, rooms clean.

It was a quaint little motel local and close to the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

It was wonderful the customer service was very excellent and professional and they made sure everything was good and you were comfortable for your stay

Wasn't informed that the hot water wasn't working. My husband and I spend a lot of money to stay here and they let us check in and did not even tell us about the hot water until I tried to take a shower and it was ice cold. There should be some kind of reimbursement for things like this because my husband and I are displaced right now so when we get a room it's because we need to shower and to do laundry and to not be told about the water was quite rude to be honest considering we spend so much money there. Other than that friendly people for the most part.

We were in a non smoking room but the room reeked of cigarette smoke, not only the room the furniture and bedding. There were cigarette burns all along the bath and the bathroom was filthy.

The freezer in room didn't work and the TV was aggravating as hell. Had to charge cords around just to get it to work. Other than that great! We stay there every time we come to the Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Cockroaches in the room, floor was filthy dirty, even the bed spread was dirt-like dirty. Was barefoot in the bathroom to hop in the shower and black dirt just flowed off my feet. Asked for more toilet paper because they don’t supply spare rolls in the room, nor soap. Requested additional towel and was denied. Terrible place to stay. Drug deals in and across the parking lot non-stop. Front desk was kind enough to let us check in early.

Where do I start? There is a homeless lady living on the lobby with a baby. The front desk worker said not to leave room after dark because it¿s dangerous. Someone knocked on my door at 3am looking for drugs. Swimming pool has been filled in with cement.

Great Costomer service at check in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Was very pleased. Will be staying there in the future.

The looks of it kinda rundown however it looked like they are in the middle of a remodel so my room was good! No updated phone charger in room..bring your own..
