Room is clean staff is friendly The complimentary breakfast includes your standard in your stay, like bread waffle mix juices, cereal etc. they did not have eggs. Besides that everything is ok

The hotel was a last minute stop. The hotel is old and worn, needs major updates. We stopped due to a long road trip and it did what was needed but I would never stay there again.

Great stop for an overnight. Beds were comfortable, clean room and nice breakfast. Nothing fancy, but great for the price.

Hotels.com says there were cribs and a pool of which there were neither. The staff did, however, go above and beyond in making sure there was a pack & play for the baby to sleep in!

Staff was very nice & helpful, but this place is a dirty dump! The carpet in our rooms (3 rooms total) was filthy, & furniture was dirty, bathtub moldy. It stunk really bad too. This place should be priced half of what it is or completely renovated. It’s gross!!

Nothing bad to say. Did not get to eat breakfast due to hospital procedure So, Front Desk Staff was very nice and supportive of My situation. They’ve remodeled and all is well. Only thing I did not like were the Pillows aren’t so comfortable (too flimsy) had to stack them up to make a whole pillow

Overall a great place to stay if you’re in town a couple nights. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Upon check in our tv wouldn’t work but they took care of it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an emergency and needed to cancel. I called days before to cancel. The guy at the hotel said they didn’t do refunds I had to check with Travelocity. When I called them they said the booking couldn’t be found. Maybe because the hotel cancelled it already, idk. But I do know they hey haven’t reimbursed me or reached out to give me an explanation.

Wonderful, quiet stay

Sadly the entire room smelled very strongly of smoke, even though it was a smoke free facility per signs in the room and on the property. The bed skirt was stained as well as the carpets and curtains. Thankfully the bedsheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of traffic noise from the road, which doesn't bother us but it might some so adding it in here. Staff was very friendly! But smell and cleanliness were bad.

This is a good medium hotel. It's not fancy and not a dump. It was clean and comfy, but a little out dated with the decor. The only negatives was the mini fridge was very loud, there was a lot of light coming in around the door and the walls were too thin as you could hear the tv from the next room.

I was nervous staying here after reading the reviews for all the near by hotels. We didn't want to spend $150/ night for the Holiday Inn as we were only staying two nights amd just didn't make sense. Upon arrival I started to question our decision based on intial feel. The Country Inn and Suites is right next door and was the original hotel we chose but, changed our mind after reading the reviews. When comparing each other on the outside the Country Inn looks nicer due to the building structure and inviting lighting. That's where they comparables stopped though. I am glad we chose the Comfort Inn as our room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the front desk staff very kind. It was a quiet stay the continental breakfast was good theybhad your normal staples; waffles, yougurt, eggs, sausage, cereals, bagles, juices, milk, coffee, etc. However, breakfast is over at 9am the lady who runs it is not kind at all. You better be there no later than 8:45 or you will be chastised and possibly locked out! As we were the first day thinking breakfast ended at 10am like most hotels. The cons were: a broken tile in our bathroom, the lighting in lobby and entry very dingy, the hospitality of the breakfast worker and the time of breakfast ending. For $80/ night was a good place to stay compared to the other hotels in area.

This is the place to stay if you need a quick and cheap option. It's not amazing but it;s alright for the price. Sometimes the rooms are clean, sometimes not. Some rooms smell like cigarette smoke while others only lightly do. It's just...alright.

I requested a room with a king sized bed and it was available…got two queen sized. The bed I slept in had a permanent cavity. They need to switch out the mattresses. The refrigerator gurgled all night long and I heard conversations throughout the night in from the adjoining room. Also I was across the hall from the ice machine. The breakfast was filling, however the hostess in the dining room never looked up from her phone when people came in for breakfast. No bananas and no Raisin Bran what’s with that? I am thankful for a place to rest but there wasn’t much good rest at this particular hotel.

Was coming off the road from Florida and didn't want to pay Atlanta prices. Found this hotel and had a quiet night's sleep with no issues. For the price and proximity to Atlanta, it's kind of a steal.

It definitely could use a deep cleaning. Our check in was rather ridiculous. We arrived at 1:30am after driving 14 hours to escape the hurricane & sat in the lobby w/ a thoroughly confused looking clerk who didn't seem very "with it." I grew impatient and asked her to please just give us the room key, so we could go to bed. That was a challenge for her until the manager came in and told her to just do it.....SMH. Either she was new, or she was high.

I booked for some employees traveling in the area. They reported that the rooms were not clean and felt unsafe in the surrounding areas. This was expressed to the front desk, but they were dismissed. I had to book them at a different hotel mid-stay.

Its a older hotel but was in best conditioned for its age. The better of the surrounding hotels. It had an old smell to it. Other than that. It was clean and they were friendly.

Property was old and needed renovation. There was an apartment build ten feet from my window. Breakfast was horrible, waffles but no syrup? 3 old looking apples was the fresh fruit choice, eggs were old and crumbly. Place was clean overall, seemed to be in a bad part of town.

The check in was great the person working the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was not that clean my pillows smelled bad, bathtub was dirty, carpet was dirty and worn . Also my check out was 11 am . I put do not disturb in my door and house keeping knocked until I opened and said they were checking rooms . I was taking my shower when that happened very disappointing. Everything else was ok .

The breakfast was just okay. I understand that it is somewhat a continental breakfast but it didn't have the minimal items available. The room was clean. The mattress was hard and the pillows need desperately to be replaced. There was not very much water pressure in the shower and there was no way to take a tub bath.

My room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. As a result, all of my clothes smelled like this. Additionally, in the morning, there was no coffee in the breakfast or lobby area.

The best part of the hotel is the staff. Roy is just friendly, welcoming, and fabulous. The accomodations are slightly above budget hotel, walls are thin and you hear quite a bit of road noise if you face the expressway. The room was mostly clean but bathroom floor was sticky like maybe mop water needed changed but otherwise everything else was fine. As a solo traveler I felt safe and all the amenities I would need such as reliable internet, comfortable bed, clean towels and such, were more than adequate. The breakfast is continental but with a few added hot options such as eggs, sausage, and the ability to make your own waffle. There are plenty of dining options nearby and Door Dash will deliver from multiple restaurants. Overall, I would stay again.

I know Griffin has a limited clientele, however, this property simply does not live up to the new COMFORT INN standards

Checking in was fast. The guy was nice. The room was clean. At check out I was informed there was no WiFi for the weekend, at breakfast the next 2 days there was no milk for the cereal. But other than that I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

This hotel needs MAJOR updates. The carpets and sofa were horrible. Dirty and all kinds of spots. PLEASE UPDATE!!

This hotel needs repairs. A lot of them. The plumbing in shower was not secured. Floors in kitchen and bath had things spilled on when we arrived and had not been mopped. Furniture in room very used and uncomfortable but the bed was very comfortable

The dining area was lacking. Part of the equipment didn't work. There was limited food even at the early times that it was offered. The room had a terrible odor. The air only worked part of the time.

It was just okay. I appreciated the spaciousness of the king suite. Sort of outdated. The lamp lights were mismatched, not a huge deal but noticeable. Front desk was very kind.

When we arrived to our room, it smelled of pot. Person next room was actively smoking pot which was not allowed. The staff spoke with the person but they continued to smoke. We were moved. The bathroom had broken tile. Almost cut my foot. Bath towels were damp and one looked like it had been used to wipe the floor. Staff was wonderful, but the hotel is 8n serious need of updating.

Overall it was a good place for my family and I to stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful and it’s very clean. It less than 5 minutes from stores and shops and 10 minutes from the Atlanta Motor Speedway. I would recommend this place to others and will stay here again.

We only stayed for one night. Our room had no garbage bags, no shampoo, no conditioner or bodywash and the mirror was broken.

Ray was working the front desk when I arrived and he was very professional, helpful, and polite. Check-in was extremely easy and Ray had my room keys ready relatively quick. The room was nice and clean with the air conditioning temperature being excellent. The bed was very comfortable and even though we didn't use the microwave or refrigerator during this stay these appliances were easily accessible. We requested a handicapped accessible shower, but the design and installation was poor because the shower wasn't wide enough and shower hand wand was mounted up high and the angle could not be adjusted. After being in the shower for three or four minutes water was running out across the entire bathroom floor which made a slip hazard. The continental breakfast was very good both days and we were provided a variety of things to eat. Check out was extremely easy.

Paint peeling in the bathtub, privacy curtains broken, big stain trail from the bathroom through the room, couch not comfortable. Hardly qualifies as a "suite". not a single USB charging port. inadequate lighting. B-Fast was eggs from a carton - waffle machine was not working. mostly black bananas. In short, the staff were very nice, but the property itself needs some investment in updates. I won't be going back.

Comfortable hotel, large room with everything we needed EXCEPT somewhere to eat within walking distance. Ended up ordering in - a first for us - but at least it worked! Good breakfast.

The staff is nice, the breakfast team is nice too, but rooms are outdated, while they are pretty clean where it counts (bathroom) the carpets are old, walls have stains and cuts/cracks, low ceiling, mattress is uncomfortable. There are bunch of pillows, and sign says some are soft and the other set are firm, I think they were all soft. The TV is OK, bunch of channels. No view other than highway/parking lot. I find this hotel to be in line with 2 star motels + breakfast. At the price I paid I expected a better/nicer room. With above complaints, I decided not to try and change my room, I don't usually like to do that unless I absolutely have to. It was just 1 night anyway. For the price I paid, I wish I stayed next door or few doors down at a bit nicer hotel.

My room was next to the gym on the ground floor and it was very noisy when people are in the gym working out and trying to do some work in the room was tough with the noise from the gym. They should install proper insulation on the adjacent wall to the gym to reduce the noise. The AC unit was very noisy when turning on and off. It was a horrible night of sleep because the AC will switch on and off all through the night. So you are going from hot to cold. Worst night sleep in an hotel. I cannot speak for other rooms but this particular room was definitely not worth it.
