Switched room as soon as I saw how dirty it was from unclean sheets to filthy carpet stained walls next room was worse I left as soon as I possibly could seeing as I was in Griffin for a family event didn't stay in room more than 10 minutes changed clothes only could not even shower tub was gross

For the price it is ok. But have accept broken chairs 2 thin pillows per bed ware and tear on bedding if it was like a 130 room they would charge 130. Breakfast was basic but ok. It is the typical hotel that construction workers and out of town contractors utilize.

Wyndham used to be top of the line hotel chain…. For an overnight stay, I guess this will do but our room had no shampoo, saw small roach and bed , pillows not so comfy. Breakfast was standard and subpar nothing unexpected there. These hotels get more expensive and get worse in cleanliness. Disappointing. Stay across the street at comfort and just pay the extra few dollars .

Breakfast was great! Comfortable beds and clean. Fragrance was a little powerful. I’m sensitive to that and it gave me a slight headache.

We usually stay here every time we come to this area but this time was the worst we have ever experienced. Someone kept pounding on our door scaring our daughter so bad she called the cops. We ended up leaving stuff in the room and went to another hotel to stay. Then in the morning I went back there to get what we left behind. When I went to the front desk the young gentleman working told me the boss would be in later and might refund me. Which would be great considering we didn't stay and had to pay for another place.

The sheets were stained, the toilet had issues, several light bulbs in the room were burned out and lighting not good. Breakfast items ran out and were not replenished while eating in the dining room.

Also a couple arguing sounded like a domestic abuse yelling and fighting. At any point i didn’t feel safe. Customer service was fine and reimbursed me because I left feeling unsafe shortly just after check-in.

The breakfast lacks protein. I think the owner needs to invest in updating those rooms, I would not go back.

It was ok for a quick stay, it served the purpose (somewhere to sleep and shower). Spacious rooms and had all the amenities one would need (fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board, toiletries, etc). But cleanliness was questionable in the rooms and the lighting was too dim. The breakfast was ok but limited to mostly breads and pastries and a few other options (cereal, sausage/gravy, apples). Staff was polite and courteous.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and close to my room. Great coffee, great service.

Rooms not the cleaniest . The bedding the sheets are sobworn and dingy. The provide no comforter. The towels and wash clothes worn and dingy. The cleaing staff doesn't clean the rooms well at all. Spiders and spider webbs are all around the property. The staff isn't courteous.

The lady checking us in never said a word to us even when she was charging our card. Just handed us everything without a word.

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Burn holes in the sofa and cigarette burn stains on the vanity. Obviously an old place that’s been neglected. Website and email indicated 12pm check out, but front desk said 11am and, “yeah, we need to update that”. Still made us leave at 11. There a number of hotels surrounding this location - do yourself a favor and book a room elsewhere. This place is a dump!

I was traveling by myself for work. The lady at the front desk put me in a room right next to the office. That is the safest I have felt in all my stays when working.

Listen the only thing I disliked was the dish network only because I’m not used to it and the vent in the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Other than that they give you Dove toiletries and have a CLEAN POOL! I’m in love kinda! See you soon!!!

I will never stay at this hotel again. My daughters’ bed had droplets of blood on it. Called the front desk to let them know and they said nothing we can. Next morning come to find out that there’s more blood on the comforter. All the blood was dried and when I spoke to the manager he never issued an apology. Only good thing was breakfast.

This was a weekend trip to Atalanta Motor Speedway for the NASCAR races. We had a great time and the hotel was excellent and served its purpose and made it convenient to travel to and from the racetrack and other destinations nearby. We would definitely stay again at this hotel and recommend to friends and family. Everything at the hotel was good and no problems arose.

No housekeeping the 3 days we were there. Not a fan of every 3 days to change towels and if you want clean towels before the 3 days, you get it yourself. Our room trash was not collected. We emptied our own buckets

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. King bed in one room, sofa bed in the other. 2 bathrooms was a really nice touch. Unfortunately the sofa bed did not have linens or pillows for the sofa bed. “Sorry, we don’t have extra pillows”. The bathroom on that side did not have any toilet paper either. The AC in one room was unplugged. There were no hangers in the closet. Eggs were not good at breakfast(watery scrambled), but everything else was good. They also have hard boiled eggs Thursday breakfast was ready when I came down at 6:05, Friday was not. Sausage patties one day and sausage links the next. No potatoes was kind of a bummer, but plenty of carbs with waffles, bread & bagels amongst other things. Noisy neighbors running around until the wee hours and no security. People just hanging around the parking lot was sketchy. Ice machine upstairs was broken Thursday night. When I walked down to ask the front desk if there was another ice machine, I was greeted with a “yeah”? like he was annoyed to do his job. He did point me in the right direction though. Last but not least, the non smoking room smelled like smoke.

Room smelled like a wet dog and there were more pubic hair on the bathroom floor than I could count.

As soon as we opened the door, there were roaches scattering around. There were trash left from previous guests and the property is facing a major highway with heavy truck traffic

This has been our second time staying here, the place itself is not bad. But as soon as you go into the rooms they smell as if someone had been smoking in there. The sheets were not fully cleaned, there was stains on them. Other than that everything was okay!

My neighbors were horrible ended up cutting my trip short after the first night of no sleep. Come back after my business event and the room smelled like someone just smoked a joint in my room. Made the front desk aware and went home early

The lady at the front counter on Saturday was real nice, also loved to be able to walk to restaurants down the road.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The first room, we requested new sheets because there were poop stains on them. We started changing pillow cases and found mold. The bathroom also had mold. So we go another room because the front desk lady was very nice. The second room also had dirty sheets and was just disgusting.

The lady at the desk gave us the keys to someone else’s room and then the second room we got had roaches in it and the shower curtain was dirty, I didn’t look at the bed my partner did but he found roaches and a dead spider by the bed. The lady at the desk was really nice and said she’d give me a refund that I’ve yet to receive but it might be processing

It's obvious the 10/10 reviews are fake AF. This place was filthy, loud, and we were generally concerned for our personal safety as well as the safety of our vehicle and luggage within it. Unfortunately there was no occupancy anywhere else so we were forced to stay here to catch a few hours of sleep after driving 15 hours. The room was dirty and had a smoky, dirty smell. The bathroom had mold on the walls and the TP holder was falling out of the drywall. We slept in our clothes for 6 hours and left at 4am, thankful our vehicle or belongings hadn't been stolen. I honestly fell asleep thinking we'd have been better off sleeping in our car at a rest stop.

Guests refused breakfast items as staff refused to stalk hot items daily as guests requested eggs ,sausage gravy. I was threatened to vow to eat a large amount or forget it. Other excuses other day's.

10/10 recommend. It’s quiet. It’s clean. The a/c stayed cold all night. Black out curtains with shutters. I could’ve slept all day! I would recommend this place time and time again. No it’s not the Hilton but for $100 I’ll stay here time and time again.

Price and location to places to eat. Was in for training over the weekend. Seems like anything you would need during your stay was available right down the road. Would stay here again.

I found my overnight stay at this hotel to be sufficient for getting rest. The hotel appears to be old and is not in the best condition. If you’re just looking for a place to take a break overnight and get some rest, this will work fine.

Thermostat on wall was not working even tho front desk said to use instead of unit. Broken on suite side. Stains in carpet. Remote to suite tv didn’t work.

Smoke smell in non-smoking room and ashes on the bathroom floor. Mirrors in rooms smeared and dirty. The room I reserved was not the one that I was assigned. We needed a handicap room with walk-in shower which I eventually was assigned one. Shower area had mold around floor. Melted hairdryer and rusty tissue holder. Telephone in room did not work. Poor room service. Will never stay there again

No way this was an 8.6 customer rating. Rooms smelled of cigarettes, people outside their rooms smoking and drinking. Cigarette holes in sofa. Ewww. Drive to Fayetteville or Peachtree City.

Dislike before my selected check out- Staff opened my door while I was at door invading privacy.. Staff needs to.be set.accountable for members who.choose late check out..This is my 3rd experience that is RUDE!

We'vve stayed in Baymonts before that were nice hotels. This stay was the worst we've had. When we checked in, the room they sent us to smelled like weed. So, we requested another room. They send us to a room that was already occupied. So, they sent us to another room.That room also smelled like weed, so we just got air freshener and let it air out and dealt with it. The sofa was stained. The carpet felt dirty to walk on without shoes. I did check for bedbugs, and I did not discover any. The sheets were wrinkled, but we couldn't tell if it was because they had been left in dryer or just not changed. The second evening after being out for the day, our room card was deactivated. We had to go to the desk and straighten that out. When we checked out on Sunday, as we were passing a room that was being cleaned, we smelled weed again. We're not being petty. This is listed as a non-smoking hotel, but apparently it isn't enforced. Honestly, if we had not already paid and didn't want the hassle of fighting for a refund, we would not have stayed. The next time we make the trip to this area, we will be staying in a different hotel for sure.

Decent place to stay, quiet, pool was cool and peaceful, clean. Room served it purpose and we felt safe here. Not too far from food, gas, and stores.

Requesting a refund! We did not stay as it was a filthy room! The floor was not swept, walls and mirrors were dirty, bathrooms were not clean. Beds were made but looked like someone had been on the bed after it was made! Requesting info from customer service was asap!

We booked a room for 3, with 2 queen beds, we were given a room that had 1 bed. I returned to the office, I was told "there's a couch", I asked for what I booked or a refund. I was given another key told to "try this one". My wife opened the door onto someone that was in the room. She apologized to them, back to the office where the man said "Oh, let's try another one" like there was no problem. The third room was ready for us, but it was dirty. Large wads of dust hanging from the ceiling, long black hairs in the sink and tub. Toilet paper (clean) floating in the toilet. It was a one night layover, so we stayed. It was very uncomfortable, would've been better off sleeping in the car. Lots of noise from outside, could not sleep at all. The only thing that looked good was the breakfast the next morning while checking out, but I could not make myself try it after seeing the uncleanliness of the place. I would not stay here again, I advise to keep looking if you're reading this and considering staying here.

The website says this is a 8.0 great property. It couldn’t be anything further from that! My room smelled like everyone had been smoking weed for days. Bathtub had mold all over it, and loads of other people’s hairs everywhere. By the next morning all my clothes reeked of weed, not the best thing for a business trip. Definitely won’t be staying with them ever again!

Bathroom shower had mold in numerous spots. Room had dust build up and clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned recently.

Older Facility with debris outside on walk ways and parking. Room had a small piece of paper on floor when I arrived denoting that room was not vacuumed after previous guest. Also small containers of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion had very little product, meaning they were leftover from previous guest. Hotel was smoke free but room wreaked of smoke. The only good thing I can say about this property is that there was some sort of mix up with our reserved room so they upgraded us to a suite for no additional charge. Aside from that, the room wasent well kept up at all! The bed sheets had multiple stains, couch had stains, lamp looked like someone with greasy hands touched all over it, carpets just felt disgusting, as we were checking out we found roaches in the drawers. We were only here for 2 nights because of a wedding we were attending down the road and there wasent many other options that close. For the price I didnt expect anything fancy but i at least expect cleanliness and this did not cut it. Needless to say, I would never stay here again under any circumstances!

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I made a complaint with hotels.com and they contacted the hotel. A manager was supposed to get in touch with is about our problems and how they were going to compensate us and we never heard a word from them. The housing authority was using the hotel for tenants of a condemned apartment complex and they were fowl, mouthed, nasty screaming individuals. Both nights of our stay we were awoken anywhere between 1a.m and 4 a.m multiple times by belligerent loud mouthed fighting in the hallways cursing. We felt unsafe. The zheets were filthy dirty, like thwy havent been cleaned in months. The shower walls were beyond disgusting the room stank...like stale stench and the cofee maker had 3 inches of dust on it. It was clear to us this room was not cleaned after the last guests. Clean towels were the only thing that looked clean. The pillows were all different shapes and sizes.very uncomfortable. I felt like i needed a tetanus shot after staying in this room...when we first checked in the attendant had no idea where to put us..as she said their was a note saying to change pur room upon our arrival. When we checked out..i told her of our issues and told her hotels.com had contacted them at 2:30ish a.m and they said they had to call the police on those idividuals in the hallway. I told her the manager was supposed to contact us when he or she got there...aparently they still were not there and we go no apologies or xompensation. Bewa

Extremely noisy outside my room, loud music, cursing and inappropriate language; loud talking continued until 12 or 1 am. Texted to try to see if the problem could be resolved. I think that the front desk tried to call back but the volume was too low on the phone to hear, then the phone would not work at all.

Cigarette smell was the only issue, and the problem was solved promptly! The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. Coffee and breakfast in the morning was an awesome plus!

This place is FILTHY!! Our first room had literal poop on, in, and around the toilet, not to mention brown splatters all on the bathroom counter and the walls surrounding the bathroom area. It could have just been coffee, or it could have been blood or feces, there’s no telling. The sheets were stained and there were dead ROACHES on several surfaces. Not to mention what looked like black mold growing on the ceiling. We asked for a different room and while it was significantly cleaner, there were still dead roaches in the room and live ones in front of the door. We ended up staying somewhere else the first night but when I tried to check out early the next morning, the front desk staff threatened to change my nightly rate to their “regular rate of $150/night” because I booked through Expedia and paid “the budget rate” up front. There’s no way this room was worth $150/night, it wasn’t even worth the $50/night I originally paid. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn down the street, their rooms were definitely worth the $140/night I paid.

All was great except that the carpet was very dirty. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Other than that all was well.

Really enjoyed my stay

I have been here for three days and was getting bites so i found that the room had bed bugs.

Property manager was rude and raised his voice at my 5 year old during breakfast. Disrespectful behavior when all my kid wanted was a cup of juice. Room was nice, pool was nice, everything except the staff was awesome. I felt unwelcomed and like a bother because I was traveling alone as a mother with 2 young kids.

On Our first night, there was a construction crew partying until 2 am. We called the office and they did take care of it. In the morning they moved us to a different room and the key cards didn’t work. Management finally did get it taken care of after a couple of different tries. Also, the pool is still not open. Management was good about correcting issues.

The rooms are very dusty and dust webbs in every corner of the room housekeeper need to pay more attention and the carpet don’t look like there being vacuum they being spot swept.
