Someone attempted to break into my vehicle and other guest’s vehicles in the parking lot of the Hotel. The manager did allow my husband to view cameras but the angles of the cameras did not show much so they should either have some kind of security or add cameras to ensure the entire property can be watched or caught on camera. Due to this situation, our door was broken off and cannot be used until we repair it. The other couple that approached me as I was assessing the damage another couple approached me telling me she had to wake her husband up in the middle of the night to make sure their car was still there because her phone connected to her cars Bluetooth which can only happen if the car is on. Outside of this if you plan on being busy like I was it is alright to shower sleep and leave. it is manageable. Bedding was not so clean upon arrival I slept with a tshirt I packed over my pillows.

I like that they have a hot tub but it was in very poor shape, there was mold on the walls, it smelled very bad, and the air quality in general wasn't great. As I mentioned above, air quality, mold, the ac made a LOT of noise, the bed sheets smelled funky and the air quality in the bedroo was just unsettling, we could smell weed coming from outside the room. It wasn't a pleasant stay, probably one of the worst experiences I've had with hotel stays, i wish i could get a refund because it just wasn't to my expectations.

The ac in the room i had didnt work. Would not get cooler than 77, it was sixty outside i would have rather opened a window. When i asked the front desk about maintenance or switching rooms they said you should have asked earlier. I had only been in the room for three hours at that point. I will stay on exit 54 next time and pay a little more for a room.

They were very disrespectful and constantly rubbed me the wrong way. The men housekeepers were very ignorant but the females were nice. The front desk staff were the absolute worst. I would never return myself but would never recommend for another to not go there.

Stayed with my 4 daughters the very first night we went out for snacks and the next room to us a prostitute walked out of the next room over with a man. Then the hallways smelled like smoke. Then the beds was so hard felt like we was sleeping on bricks. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody

Breakfast was the same everyday. Staff was amazing. Room was cleaned and towels were refreshed daily

The beds were so uncomfortable the tv remote didn't work there wasn't but one blanket on the bed and for $205.00 dollars definitely wasn't worth it at all and will never stay there again....

I personally did not like anything about this place. Maybe the location but thats it. Old, dirty, smells old and dirty. Dirty old carpet on the staircase. No elevator. Washer/dryer in the hallway? Smoke detectors are not connected together electrically throughout the hotel. Found that out when there was a literal fire on our first night there; we heard an alarm in the hallway but did not know it was the fire alarm until the front desk lady [UNurgently] went down the halls telling people to get out. Would not recommend.

The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see this place is a failure from the top down due to poor management and structure. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk, otherwise I wouldn't have even given the place 1star

Did not partake in breakfast. The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The few things that were disappointing were the very small pillows for the bed. The water pressure in room was bad almost non existent. It was nice that a bench in shower, however the hose did not get close enough to use.. the coffee cups in the room were so small about 4 Oz. All this being said. I've stayed here before and decided to return and will again. The staff is great. Listen Price is unbeatable. Far better then most. Location is by BMW, you have a few restaurants on this road to choose from, the rates weren’t too expensive Management treats people like trash and only cares about money. He’s nothing but a slum lord at its best, housekeeping is very rude, you put a Do Not Disturb tag on your door, they still invade your privacy, Mike Patel is very rude, he makes you check out before checkout time, doesn’t honor Wyndham member status, every thing is outdated, even the vending machines, terrible experience overall

Pet friendly I completely understand. However, barking all night long is absolutely unacceptable.

This was the only motel closest to where I needed to be and didn't cost over $100/night. Thumbs up! I had asked ahead of time for a room on the opposite side of the entrance (away from the road and lights) Didn't get it. Clerk stated all those were taken. Hmmm..only 4 cars in the parking lot at 5pm on a Friday. Possible? Stayed through Sunday night and the lot never got more than 1/3 full. Entire building carpet should be replaced. Very worn and honestly a bit dirty looking. Especially in my room(always wore slippers) My room was clean(except worn carpet) and spacious and honestly quiet.. Bathroom clean(sink cracked though). The TV stopped working and the clerk said they would check it out(after I left I guess) Breakfast? Cold(stale) cereal, packaged(small) pastries, make your own waffle (not healthy) juice, button-push coffee dispenser machine(better than the room single serve) ... Mehh! And a previous reviewer stated a smoke smell on the 2nd floor. Yeah, there is one. Now, interestingly, there is a glass door separating one end from the other. My end had the non-smoking signs on the doors. My ASSUMPTION, is the othe end would be smoking. Either there were some really heavy smokers down there, or that partition doesn't work, or someone cheated and smoked in the wrong room. (You did have to sign a pledge not to do that when checking in) But that, with the carpet, gives the impression of just not clean, 2nd rate, transition work crew/trucker motel. (NOTHING AGAINST TRUCKERS! or work crews...keep America flowing!)

That they force you to pay a pet fee. When it doesn't say on booking.com that there's a pet fee, they charge up to a $150 pet fee.

Location was good very clean and staff was very good especially the house keepers the older gentleman and lady I love them. That they want allow you to change the inputs on the tv for yours kids to connect there ps4 ect or your work laptop I had to bring my monitor from work

First, I would like to say in normal situations I would have never stayed in this hotel however, we had to get a hotel at the last minute so beggars can't be choosers! I am OCD about cleanliness and this place left something to be desired! I always check sheets, beds and bathrooms before I even set my bags down! The top sheet looked like it was covered in oil stains but after closer inspection it was worn so thin in areas it had become translucent in places, the top puke green spread had red "blood" looking stains, the brown under blanket had holes, the whole hotel except the lobby area smelled so bad, the bathroom was not bad. I found a single hair on the top of the toilet tank. The walls in the bathroom under the counter were dirty. There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom so each time we showered the fire alarm went off. The bed was comfortable but defiantly older and it did have a cover on it. The door was severely damaged by an animal, the microwave wasn't clean and my husband dropped something behind the nightstand and when he moved it there was crushed up crackers or snacks from a previous occupant. The ladies at the desk were nice enough. Never dealt with any other employee's, never ate their breakfast either. I would also like to say their housekeeping only pulled towels and trash during our stay. They never made our bed, vacuumed, wiped the tables or any actual housekeeping duties and we stayed for 3 nights.

The air conditioning unit was so loud and didn’t work properly. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. We made waffles for the kids and they were sour tasting, the apple juice tasted sour as well. They should probably check the expiration on their food items before someone gets really sick.

The hotel was very dated, we rented two rooms both the furniture was very worn and dirty lookinh. The beeding smells uncleaned. The hallways also smell. Breakfast is just waffles and cereal. Had to go out with the kids. Police were there as well.

I put the DND sign on the door and nobody bothered me for my entire stay. There was another man in the lobby so the man that helped me check in made sure to give me directions to my room below the eye level of the other man and he pointed at my room number rather than saying it outloud. I really appreciated his concern with my safety, you don't see that much consideration very often.

She solved an issue with a smile, downhome kindness and awesomeness. So very happy that she was there to help. The rooms were well kept, the property clean and attractive and everything worked as it should. Glad i booked there and would gladly book again. Manager Mike runs a great place. AC didn’t work well enough to cool the room down. We were both sweating trying to watch tv. When asked front desk was told to unplug it to reset and that “this was an old building with old AC units”. Even doing that only worked for a few minutes. Definitely not charging “old, outdated” building prices.

Then there was a long black hair in our sheets. My husband is bald and ALL of my hair is light blonde. To make matters better, I had to plunge my own toilet. The juices at the breakfast area are all very sour and bitter. I asked the front desk to give a little later checkout as my husband worked 16 hours yesterday. Check out should have been at eleven am according to the third shift employee. He stated he would provide a courtesy checkout at noon for today (6-15-24) due to the extreme fatigue from my husband. At 11:03, as I'm packing my car, I received a phone call telling me that the room was disgusting and then was locked out of the hotel while trying to get my belongings. I'm unsure how that was possible because we were in the middle of packing our cars up. The foreign gentleman on the phone was VERY rude to me. Spoke to me so loudly that my ears rang. He pushed the door to the hotel room open on my cousin and I, nearly pushing us to the furniture or the floor. I showed him the bugs. He told me it was my fault for denying housekeeping access to our room. We took out our own trash, we cleaned our own tub, toilet, and sink. Earlier in the week he called me to tell me that housekeeping needed in my room. I agreed. Upon return to the room, there were STILL multiple roaches.

He told me it was my fault for denying housekeeping access to our room. We took out our own trash, we cleaned our own tub, toilet, and sink. Earlier in the week he called me to tell me that housekeeping needed in my room. I agreed. Upon return to the room, there were STILL multiple roaches.

Pool was not open. Place smells. Room door hinges were loose so door didn’t close without using force . Place needs to be remodeled. I’d rather sleep in my car than going back there.

We were there for a week, when we checked in my husband asked if we could be on the 1st floor, the man who checked us in basically told us , that because we didn’t pay more money, we couldn’t, not sure how much more money we needed to pay, but I feel with us being there a week that should have been enough.He wasn’t to friendly. Some of our towels were stained. Definitely will not stay again on our next visit to Greer.

Not sure if they clean their air/heat filters as I got sick here staying three night but felt fine during the day when I wasn’t at the hotel. Staff didn’t clean my room one night.

I stay here often. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are decent and they offer smoking rooms still which is a plus. The location is convenient to the interstate, gas stations, and food

Limited TV channels. TV hard to operate

We traveled with 3 dogs - 2 pets and 1 service dog. We did have to pay for 2 rooms...silly, as we paid for the dogs and rooms but all stayed in the one room. The young man at the front desk could not have been kinder. The room was very roomy and we were all very comfortable.

The room wasn’t the cleanest . The Ac didn’t work half the time . I didn’t get good sleep . The staff was ok . But I would not recommend this hotel .

The hotel reeked of mold and cigarette smoke. The lady behind counter was chippy and denied new a room just because I commented that the hotel was horrible.

The hotel was situated in a wooded area and we kept seeing homeless people coming out of the woods - we came out to one person sleeping in the parking lot on the ground next to the side entrance. It felt unsafe and not very up to date. the fire detector was hanging out of the wall and dangling. We got a room with a jacuzzi that had hair in it. The window was broken and wouldn't lock so we were afraid to leave our things in the room while we left. Pool doesn't open until 10 every morning which leaves no time before checkout to swim. All around just not a good experience. Will not be revisiting this hotel.

I honestly booked here cause I needed to book a stay at a hotel to keep my rewards, and this one was close to work. Its a nice hotel, nothing fancy. Beds are comfortable but a little on the stiffer side. Service was good.

The check in was short and rude not very friendly at all and in South Carolina the rule is if you're in a smoking room they have to be upstairs on the second floor which I get but at the same time I'm also disabled and they did not have any elevator only stairs so they could not accommodate me properly with my disability and that's really frustrating I asked then we get to the room and the refrigerator and microwave is from 1960 and the only thing good about the room is that the bed is soft and the AC works it did not smell when we came into the room I will give it that however the furniture was badly eaten by an animal in the past the TV had Stripes going through the whole entire TV vertically clock in the room didn't work there were cigarette holes in the bedding not just the top layer it was also in the sheets burnt up they did have a good area at the back of the hotel to walk service dogs the ice machine did not work at all on any of the floors the door to the hotel room was very lopsided and wouldn't shut properly without slamming your whole body into it it was very subpar for the $89 I paid for for a king smoking room felt like I was in a $49 Hotel room I will give that the hotel was quiet there was not a lot of traffic or loud noise throughout the night I was able to sleep

Loved the front desk man, Richard! He was so helpful and accomodating. When our bathroom faucet wouldnt work, he tried to come and fix it. Needs major updating but beds were comfy and suited our needs.

Clean with excellent staff. smallest breakfast we have seen offered. Dated but some renovation- more to go; our room had a broken GFCI outlet over the vanity sink, the TV had interference lines running through each screen, and the doors in the room had expanded and were difficult to open (took some effort to unstick).

Excellent property quiet and very clean

The property is kind of in a bad area which is a security risk. My window had a locking issue on the ground floor. Room just didn’t appear clean as well as the bathroom. The ceiling needed repairing. Bathroom Curtis rod was very loose. The shower head would spray water bc it’s not screwed on securely.
