The location was good. We love the indoor pool and the breakfast selection is nice. The employees were friendly and helpful. It can be a little loud from outside noises to hearing people in rooms above and next to your room.

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Inside was very unkept and dirty. Stains and holes in the wall. No sheets for the pullout couch bed which was stained. One of the queen beds was literally blocking and aotting on the air unit. Thus making it very cold and uncomfortable for the person or persons occupying that bed. I've booked alot through hotels.com and through holiday inn express in specific, this was by far the wworst room we have stayed in.

The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was a good size. We did not hear other customers while we were in our room. Hopefully they did not hear my brood of loud kiddos.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is a little older and could use some cosmetic upgrades, but everything was clean and comfortable for our family. Would stay here again.

We asked a different lady later that night and she helped right away and delivered them to our room. She was very kind.

I have to say this is not the type of reveiw I usually write. I was very happy with the room itself. The breakfast was great. What was so sadening is I had my bra stolen from my room. We put up a sign that said we did not need housekeeping but it appeared someone was in our room because my victoria secret bra was gone. I set this bra aside to wear on saturday and when I went for it Saturday morning and it was gone. The hotel manager said noone had been in the room due to the sign on the door. I am 100% sure it was in the room on Friday and 100 % sure it was gone Saturdays morning. The hotel manager said because I booked with expedia there was nothing he could do for me except make me a loyalty member and give me some points. No reimbursement for the stolen property. I can unsderstand using the safe in the room to lock up valuables but I never would have considered my unmensonables as an item that needed to be locked up. This bra was an expensive one and I only have 2 because they are so expensive.

Great location! Safe area & lots of restaurants & shopping; facilities are clean & smells fresh ; staff was polite; room was big & bed comfortable; nice bathroom stocked with Dove products; breakfast was adequate, but coffee machines were a plus …delicious, strong coffee ! Morning staff were huddled in breakfast area & conversing loudly in Spanish; while it seemed they all enjoyed working together, it makes hotel guests feel uncomfortable , especially when they we’re standing in front of coffee bar & in the middle of breakfast area …maybe keep conversation restricted to kitchen, and remember that guests are the priority..was just unprofessional.

Price, comfortable rooms, breakfast, nice staff There were lots of different hairs in the bathroom floor when we got there. The shower tiles are mildewed and need new caulking.

Holiday Inn Express is always a good value for money and my first choice when planning trips. Rooms are large, confty and with all the expected ammenities. Too bad WE mostly use it to sleep. People are corteous and no matter the time (we usually arrive late at night and depart before sunrise) they always meet you with a smile and have options for our requests. There is nothing I will not like.

The air conditioner at night was really loud and made a sound. Also they put us in the room right beside the office and right across from the gym and I could hear everyone in and out all morning long so was hard to sleep in.

Hotel was dirty. My room was not ready even though it was 6:00pm when I checked in the hotel. Maids were still working in the rooms yet I was given one of the rooms that was not complete. One of the maids knocked on my door and handed me the shower curtain and asked me to hang it up for her. Hotel was noisy, bathroom was dirty, and I did not feel completely safe. There was not much space to walk your dog except for a grassy area next to hotel. Will not stay here again.

I booked this room based on the website stating there were cribs. However, when we got in at midnight, the staff member at the front desk said there were no cribs. This made for a very long and miserable night of sleep with a 15 month old

This hotel room was spacious & comfortable with adequate drawer & closet space (although more hangers would have been nice.) It had 1 of the best hotel bathrooms I've ever been in with a great curved glass shower door - much better than a shower curtain & roomier than a straight shower door. The mirror was lit in a warm way that allowed for great make-up application plus there was a mirror at the desk area. My only complaint was the too-tall height of the hand soap & lotion dispensers. The A/C worked well & was easy to adjust. There was plenty of good lighting & the queen beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular hotel & would stay there again when visiting this area!

I’m highly upset that i booked this property for the soul purpose of a Ada accessible pool and the chair lift was not working, wasnt informed of this when we booked an Ada accessible pool and was even told the pool would be accessible. i had to have a complete stranger help me out of the pool. That was extremely embarrassing but i am forever greatful to him. Will not be visiting again due to this embarrassing situation.

Ran a piece of metal in toe from carpet, took the grandchildren in pool and found out there was feces in pool, toilet and refrigerator messed up. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel was full of youth soccer players and we were given the first room on the first floor across from the elevator. The lobby was was full of people visiting and was loud and dirty. Kids running everywhere unsupervised. Starting around 7:00 the elevator dinged constantly and we gave up trying to sleep. Breakfast area was full of soccer players and their families. All hot food was gone, but the kitchen staff was very kind and apologetic, explaining there was more food being prepared. We will not stay here again, in fact pretty much done with Holiday Inn. The last Holiday Inn we stayed at was also full of rowdy kids sports teams and we endured the fire alarm going off for45 minutes at 3:00 AM.

A decent hotel with good proximity to the airport. Discourteous late night gathering in the front of the hotel with loud talking, right in front of the room not managed by hotel personnel hugely distracted from sleep before an early flight. Lack of leadership and management. The manager should be reprimanded or fired.

Didn’t feel safe. When I we got to our rooms the doors were open. When we left our rooms the key cards didn’t work when we tried to get back in our rooms.

I stayed for three night and had a great experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’d like to give special shoutouts to Anish and Crystal for the trips to GSP; both of them were courteous and pleasant. The hotel was very clean; the cleaning crew was doing a great job. Overall, 10 out of 10!

Quiet even though so close to airport. Convenient to all. Housekeeping is fair. You are supplied with minimum amount of towels, TP, and soaps. No hair dryer. Breakfast is a little better than other hotels that include breakfast with stay.

I normally love to stay here. But they overbooked and last minute moved me to the Wyndam, which was the most horrible hotel I have stayed at. I wont tolerate that again or I will find another hotel to stay at.

Very Clean, accommodating Staff

I did not like the smell throughout the hotel, I left right after checking in

Tito and other staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room has a very strong odor and just wasn’t very clean. I always stay at holiday inn express and am very pleased. This particular hotel was not up to the usual standards.

Check in was easy and fast.Room appeared clean and was suppose to be a smoke free room but the moment we walk in we were hit with a very strong cigarette smell that was clearly trying to be covered up with air freshener or cleaning agent. We had a pull out bed with no linens or pillows provided. Only two big towels in bathroom that couldn't be use for shower and pool use. Swimming pool was nice and water heated but downside was there were no pool towels so we had to return to room dripping water through lobby and hall and you could tell we werent the only ones because lobby was wet and thats a slipping hazard for guest. Breakfast was decent, we were disappointed they were out of syrup for pancakes.

We then found a cockroach in our bathroom. Too late to move rooms and we were given a refund. We left the next day. Shame because when we first got there we were impressed by how clean and updated the room seemed to be; the beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure and temperature. So those two other discoveries just ruined it for us.

Last minute booking, kinda worried this place seemed empty and everywhere else was full. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was better quality than any similar hotel that I can remember. Wife commented that sheets in the rooms were excellent. Not far at all from downtown. Would stay again.
