    Location was amazing. Close/walking distance to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was delicious and the options were wonderful. Was able to get to museums and parks with ease. My only complaint was the public pool/hot tub was closed indefinitely and that wasn’t noted in the property details . I would recommend to people and would use again.

    Zero! It wasn’ t as described said it slept 5 it slept 4. They would not do anything for us . The place was dirty . The guy at the front desk was asleep at the desk at 9am. They put out bare minimum at breakfast . There were huge dogs staying in the room next to us. A guy was smoking in the elevator. And there was mold in our bathroom. The staff was terrible . I expressed my concerns and they just said sorry and were smug to us the rest of our stay .

    The facilities pool and hot tub where drained with a sign stating closed indefinitely on the doors. No where on the site when we booked did it mention this. Nore did we get notified after booking of it being inoperable. The pool is one of the main reasons we book an extra day on our trip, so we can swim and relax.

    First, the staff was unavailable for at least 15 minutes in the office. Once he did come out and help the other guests he had an attitude. There was also a sign saying that the pool was down , they didn't know when it would be back up and it would not be giving a discount. Also. The entire hotel had a really musty smell. I don't know if they were trying to upgrade a disaster hotel or they just let the hotel go

    The first night I stayed, the heat did not work at all and it was pretty cold all night. The next morning, the front desk attendant adjusted it and then it worked OK. Overall, not too happy. Will re-think staying at a Wingate Hotel.

    The room was decent. Our bed was definitely old. It’s wasn’t uncomfortable, but you can tell where people slept as they’re were indents on each side of the king size bed. As for pillows there were 4 small lumpy pillows. Not even full size pillows that hotels usually accommodate for guests, so that caught us a little off guard. The shower in the bathroom had a huge stain on the bottom, kind of like rust, but it wasn’t a huge deal to my husband and I. The breakfast each morning in our opinion could have been better, but it got the job done. The hot tub & pool was closed which was an bummer but sometimes those things are out of our control. Overall our stay was okay, especially for the price of the hotel but I am not sure we would book again.

    The air wasn't working and it was 81 degrees in the room. Hard to get comfortable. The pool was out it would have been nice to know before we stayed as that was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. Staff was all very nice and knowledgeable. Room was decent. A little more run down then expected but fine.

    We walked in and it was pretty dirty and musty smelling, unclean floors. When we received our key and went to our room the door latch was loose and wouldn’t open, staff told us to just giggle the handle a little. Should’ve been our first clue upon entering we checked the beds they were a little messy made and there were black dots and hair on sheets and mattress, there was also a bug on the wall and hole in the wall. We left without even checking the bathroom as we didn’t want to sleep there obviously. We told the staff and they didn’t seem to care told us we had to get our refund through Expedia. Thank goodness we found a very wonderful place to stay at that we will stay out from now on whe we come this way.

    I got into the shower and a minute later the bathtub faucet shot off and pelted me in the leg, and there was just a stream of water shooting out of the pipe. Trembling in the overly cold room, I got dressed and told the fellow at the front counter, who thought it was funny (it is now, but not at the time). He moved me to another room. I've now had three experiences at Wyndham's all bad, including the Wyndham Super 8 in Des Moines, 14th St., which should be burned to the ground, it's not even 3rd World quality. Just avoid anything Wyndham and you'll be fine.

    Very quiet area on weekends, mostly corporate office buildings in area. Included selection of good breakfast items. Room had the most important things I look for - hot shower, working TV, comfortable bed, fridge, & microwave. Minor concerns were badly shredded sheers found when I tried to open curtains and non-working blow dryer.

    Front desk person was fantastic. He was looking out the front entrance and noticed that I was attempting to clean my car’s wind shield after a long drive into Denver. He ran out offering me foaming glass cleaner and a cloth bathroom towel, which did the trick! Thanks again.

    Initially the deluxe suite was clean, but when we went to use the jet tub, there were little black specks coming out of the jets. Wasn’t sure if they were bugs or dirt but either way we didn’t end up using. That was a bummer seeing as we paid quite a bit for it and didn’t even get to use it. Rooms are pretty big which is a plus, but very outdated. They had a desk chair I’m for sure is from 1995. They also don’t have modern tv options. No reason why I should be watching tv like I’m still in 2001. It’s be nice if they spent the money that we pay them to at least update the tvs in the suites with smart tvs. Other than that, my two days there were fine.

    The listing showed a pool but the pool was broken. There was also complimentary breakfast but I had to wait 45 minutes for coffee. The coffee was not very good and the breakfast was mediocre. This was the final straw. I had a reservation for 6 days, I checked out after that first night.

    I’m not sure why my stay was so different than the reviews here, but it was. The walls are PAPER THIN, and I mean paper. I heard someone yawn. YAWN. I heard their phone buzzing. I had three different rooms trying to find a quiet one and just gave up. There were also weird sounds that would happen time to time. I didn’t sleep well. I will not stay again.

    Pros Front desk attendant suggested i just pay $10.00 more to not have to change rooms on Monday. That was perfect for me. I had alot of luggage. Cobs Where do i begin....my room temperature was 76degrees when i entered. I called the front desk and someone came up to check on the air. I had stepped out to move my car. When i came back ge had already left and said it will just take a little while to cool down. After 2 hours the room temp went up to 78 degrees. I called the front desk again and they told me the maintenence man just left and there was nothing they could do. If i didn't like it i could change rooms(to another floor) or check out. That was their only options for me. CHECK OUT? REALLY?? So i asked for help to move all my luggage and they said it was a service they do not offer. What if I was elderly? They said again not a service they offered. They found a room just 5 doors down that was nice and cool and the air was working. I moved my luggage on my own. Room was just alright. Shower was dirty, and the tub very slippery. I had to hold onto a handle to be sure not to slip. The bathroom frame was coded what looked like rust ir mold. The tv had poor video and only 20ish channels. The audio was horrible. Every channel or show i watched had delayed audio. You saw their lips move and the words come later. I stayed hear because of some of the good reviews and location.

    Overall the stay was good, the breakfast was actually better than we expected. The pool being closed was upsetting but understandable. The only problem with the stay was I’m not sure what was going on with the Air conditioner in our room it was set to 66 but the room stayed at about 80 for the two nights we were there and it was very humid. I’m glad we like to travel with a fan. I think the hotel is going through some upgrades so maybe it was that. Other than that the front desk was very nice and the checking in online made things so much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable other than the temperature.

    The first room was 77 degrees and the AC didn't work. We were moved to another room, 115. AC worked, but the TV not user friendly, and the glass/pole nightstand was wobbling to the point my husband wouldn't put his drink on it. We picked this hotel from past experience. We love a hot tub, and it's so close to Fiddler's Green, but we will not be back. And there are serious cracks in the walls. And the pool/hot tub have been closed since January? What the heck?

    Unfortunately I found this hotel by filtering out ones with pools, I even paid extra and drove about 1 hour out of the way for it. However, when I arrived ai found out fron the front desk that they infact had not had a working pool for quite some time. The hotel did not offer any reimbursement for the error and I will not be returning.

    We have been coming here for years and you can tell the property really needs some TLC. The beds are really comfy and the room was clean, but the toilet and air conditioning didn't work. The breakfast isn't what it used to be either. Sad to see since this was our favorite place to stay.

    The hotel from outside was nice, lobby was clean. The first issue was the ad for the room was sleeps 5. there were 2 queen beds. No couch or day beds. asked the desk person about a room with a couch " we don't have any rooms with two beds and a couch" at the time he didn't offer a roll-a-way bed to us. After several unanswered calls to the front desk he answered and said if they had one he would bring it up. He did bring one up to us. We noticed there were no plug covers on two electrical outlets in the ice room on the 3rd floor. Definitely an issue to me a child could put their fingers in the area and get hurt. Pool and hot tub were both out of order and had been since January, The A/C would not cool below 76 degrees. had to sleep with the window open in order to get cool enough to sleep. Next day maintenance guy show's up adjusted something said it was all good. It was not, still 76 degrees when we returned. We called the desk again and reported no one ever came to fix. Once again had to sleep with window open to cool the room off. Breakfast was so-so. It was out of a lot of things by 8:00AM still out at 9:00AM. The lady at the front desk in the morning was nice and helpful as well as the 3 floor maids. For being a Windham I was disappointed.

    It really worked well for us. Front desk was very accommodating and helpful getting our party checked in after some flight issues we had. Good location for us. Restaurants close by, convenient stores, etc. Pool was out of order so kind of a bummer. And some of the hotel is a little beat up but over all, it was good for us and I'd recommend it

    The first room had cut up curtains, and a nasty stain on the floor. BESIDES all of that it was in a good location. Breakfast was nice, with a lot of things to choose from. But I would not stay here again.

    There was an issue with the air conditioning. When we checked in our room was 78°. And supposedly the air conditioning was on full. It never got below 76. We chose this hotel because of the pool, but upon arrival we were told. It was closed for renovation.😢

    We had a suite Room 238 and it was super dark in the suite. There was hardly any ventilation in the bedroom so it was always warm in there. Also the shower was filled with BLACK MOLD!

    Breakfast was terrible flavor and inconsistent selection. Run out at 8;00 and substitute leftovers. Serve 6:30-10:00 but don’t restock after 9:00. All pastries, yogurt, bananas, English muffins, toast, biscuits and gravy gone. The hot portion is really bad flavors! No luggage carts are available. 2 day stay and never saw a luggage cart. Pool was out of order but not advertised as such. The entire property smells like marijuana. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, pillows are lumpy. Room rate was great,

    The exception the staff making breakfast & cleaning the rooms were amazingly kind & always friendly & went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as they coukd under the circumstances. I had to change rooms multiple times due to conditions, electrical issues & room conditions. The stay seemed extremely annoyed w issues that should be taken care of by regular maintenance & remodeling.

    It was great!! My wife and I stayed there for our honey moon and the people were amazing and kind! They were extremely sweet and set up the room with a trail of rose peddles and set up the room with swan towels and more. It was very sweet!

    Check-in process was a bit ridiculous but the front desk associate was very kind. I really enjoyed the room that I was in except for the fact that the bathroom fan didn’t work so it would start the smoke alarm. Also, the lock on my window was broken, and the screen was completely sliced Like someone had broken in before. Plus around the side of the building that I was on was the darkest on top of it. First day I was there. I put a do not disturb sign on the door, but the needs felt the need to still go inside my room and touch things.

    There were some cons. The WiFi was very poor and my hotspot barely worked too so I had a hard time working remotely. The pool and jacuzzi was closed. Our room’s central heat would stay on, even when we turned it off. It was over 80 degrees at one point and we had to keep the windows open. Also, it took us a while to realize that the jacuzzi tub wasn’t plugged in so we had to reach our hand underneath the tub to do so. Overall, I would stay here again. I hope they improve the wifi.
