Very clean nice room

It was a great experience from start to finish. The room was very clean. The check and stuff was very sweet. And the whole building was super clean. I would highly recommend to stay there.

My husband and I stayed here one night after a concert at Empower Field. We were allowed to check in at 2:30pm (which was great prior heading to Empower!). Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Room was very nice. Very clean! We over slept due to getting in late from the concert so can't speak on the breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Compare to my recent stays at different hotels this one was well maintained, clean rooms, quite place to sleep, staff were very friendly and pleasant. Met all my expectations!

Always a great stay!

We will be using this hotel next time we go back. I was very impressed. The mattress and sheets were clean and mattress was kind of stiff. The pillows were just not too cheap and needs upgrade. The sheets used that cleaner that makes me itch but every hotel does that, maybe try some fabric softener. But otherwise pretty great place

Hotel was clean. Room is nice. Breakfast is good. Small gym. Perfect for a quick visit to see DU. Easy in and out.

We are self-proclaimed "hotel snobs" and have stayed here at least half a dozen times. The staff is incredibly friendly, the beds are tremendously comfortable, and most importantly the property and rooms are impeccably clean!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean as was lobby. Could hear guests very clearly thru the walls as well as heard the guests above us as they walked. Hard to sleep due to the thin walls and limited insulation in walls and floors. Breakfast had a variety of food however it was not high quality offerings. Free wifi was very slow, faster wifi was offered for a price.

Our stay at the DTC SpringHill Suites was short but excellent. Everything about our one night was a good as it gets. The check in was fast and the staff was very pleasant, efficient and friendly. The room was brand new and very modern, appointed nicely and the design was so well done. Amenities were lovely and the included breakfast was wonderful....not just a continental, but had hot food like scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, as well as hard boiled eggs and all the other items that you would see on a continental as wll. I would definitely book again if in the area.

Very nice hotel! Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. There was even fruit flavored water and cookies as you checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities. Hotel has a well equipped gym, indoor pool, and hot tub. Parking was free and there are several nearby places to eat. Breakfast is also free and had a good variety of items. My only negative was the walls were pretty thin and the person in the room next to mine snored so loud I could hear it all night. There was also a group who came in late and were super noisy in the hallway. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel - it would be nice if people in general remembered they are not the only ones staying in the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very close to Fiddler’s Green which was an added bonus for us. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Breakfast was pretty standard but good. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast options were plentiful, delicious and well presented. Staff was exceptional; friendly, efficient and professional. Location was quiet and secure. Even with an event venue nearby, noise was not an issue. Gym was good. Vibe of place was clean and well cared for. View out of room was over carport entrance area roof. Not the greatest but we werent in the room alot except to rest. It was light and bright in the room and was not a significant issue. After one event nearby ended, there were guests yelling in the hallway and banging on doors but that could happen anywhere.

Roll in shower was great. Room size nice. Extremely noisy morning and evening with both kids screaming and parents cussing. Breakfast not what it used to be since it appeared to be “factory “ made. Plastic wrapped croissants and bagels. Etc

Clean, well appointed room, great breakfast. Only hiccup was on our late aerival, no one was at the front desk for 20 minutes (we were left in the evening air).

The breakfast was okay — the waffles were very good. There were plenty of food choices. The property was modern, neat and clean. The location was great for our needs, and I appreciated the free and safe parking. I didn’t care for the hot food options on the breakfast bar. The first night, there was a light over the desk that would not turn off. The desk clerk came to the room but was not able to turn it off. We ended up taping a brochure over the light. We had no Internet in our room. The facility was comfortable but far from luxurious.

Everything was good from front desk to housekeeping. The pool and gym was smaller but clean. Gym doesnt smell like feet. Breakfast was great too. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. Hotel property was clean and modern. The breakfast selections were impressive, including a wide variety of healthy choices. Thank you. My negative coments revolve around the bathroom. The bathroom stool is very low, exactly like ones used in elementary schools. I know this because I used to teach elementary school. Please invest in 'comfort height' stools. And, because you put the lowest height stool in the bathroom, an ADA bathroom-assist bar would have made it possible to get off the stool!! I saw plenty of wall space beside the stool that would make this possible. Additionally, the shower/tub floor was extremely slippery; there was no mat in the tub or mat provided for the bathroom tub. Thankfully, there was a grab bar next to the shower faucet. But, in order to avoid falling, you had to stand right beside the grab bar and carefully turn to reach the shower-mounted soap, shampoo, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect!

The only thing we didn't like is that one of the room's air conditioners wasn't really working that well. But, it wasn't hot outside. Other than that, there are no complaints.

I believe the best part of my experience was after we had an excellent experience with our stay we had our breakfast and upon check out had a billing error. With that being said it was handled with amazing customer service and Spring Hill made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner! I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay at especially for the price, it’s unbeatable and I look forward to staying again in the future!

It was a nice room but there has a very annoying noise that would randomly happen. I think it was from the air duct but was frustrating. We notified the front desk and they offered nothing for compensation. It was loud enough that we did lose sleep

Stayed here to see a show at fiddlers Green. I love Springhill suites just the right Amount of room. And this location was perfect for a show at fiddlers Green easy to walk there and back within a few minutes

This hotel was rated “exceptional” which is why I chose it. It was decent but here are my concerns. First our room was very noisy. They put us beside the elevator, and above the propert HVAC generator. The toilet let out a loud “bang” after each and every flush. Second, nobody knew what was gluten free and what was not. As celiacs this is pretty important. The breakfast staff seemed totally uneducated as to what “gluten free” even meant. One staffer, out of exasperation eventually just said “nothing is gluten free”. I felt bad for her, she really didn’t seem to know what this meant. Finally, I have never seen a pool so small or a workout area so compact and under equipped. Too bad, I’ve really had good luck trusting reviews on Expedia, but this one was way off.

The room was nice and clean. Everything in the room worked, which is a rarity these days. Right next to the venue we were seeing a show. It was nice that it was around plenty of things to do and restaurants to eat. I will definitely stay again for the next show.

Sad there wasn't a breakfast

Upon check-in, I was asked if I wanted daily house cleaning, and I said "Yes", but the room was not cleaned the first full day there, only on the second day, after I requested it. This Springhill Suites had a much smaller rooms than the other Springhill Suites we have been to. If I had known how small the room was, I would have picked a differnet hotel to stay at.

The front desk receptionist on 3/15 and 3/16 was very unprofessional, rude and completely unhelpful. We requested an adjoining room for our family when we scheduled 4 weeks in advance. When we checked in she simply said NO. We don’t have one. Handed us room keys and rolled her eyes. Lovely!

The breakfast buffet was similar to many hotels in this price range. A nice treat after a long day is that fresh coffee is available round the clock. The gym, though small, was very functional and included free weights.

This is by far one of the best places to stay at. They are kind and very clean. Our stay was very comfortable. Definitely on my list of favorites.

Breakfast is supposed to be until 10. However when i came down at 9:35, everything was already put away and i was told breakfast was closed. While not hotels fault. It was very noisy all night long.
