Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendly staff, and the convenient location. However, some guests have issues with the quality of breakfast, the comfort of the beds, and the noise level.

The hotel was very clean and nice. No weird smells. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, and less than most hotels for continental breakfasts, but not bad. They have an odd kiosk for front desk help, with someone remotely there on a camera screen, which was super weird and awkward, as there was also someone sitting at the front desk, behind the sign that said to use the kiosk for all front desk needs. No real complaints.

Great breakfast

Was clean nice staff perfect staying
- 5/5
This is the best hotel from this trip. Recommended A+++++
- 5/5
Great location! Staff very welcoming and helpful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 4/5
I love staying at Sleep Inn. Room is comfy, close to free way and commercial shopping. Hot breakfast was consistently good. Just wish hotels would go back to daily maid service
- 3/5
Breakfast was nasty...Its NOT a Buffet..its nasty egg disks, gross gravy, stale biscuits.. Eat somewhere else...I wouldn't recommend this place..unless you just want to sleep n go for 1 night...there are better hotels in the area...
- 4/5
Friendly staff. The place was clean and well maintained. It has what you need for a night rest. Breakfast could be improved.
- 4/5
The room smelled like fish/crustaceans when we arrived. No matter our attempts, we could not cover the smell. Room 322.
- 4/5
It was a good experience, the property was clean
- 2/5
Dirty curtains Loud road noise Put out trash and dirty towels - no clean towels Small room Shower stall swinging door would not close resulted in wet bathroom floor Everything is in squeezable dispensers: lotion, shampoo, conditioner, difficult for rheumatoid hands. Sink in bedroom Pool area dark dingy, access is thru the very small dining area. Breakfast room very small, fresh fruit offered apples with dry white powder residue & bananas. Elena kitchen staff very nice/friendly. Evening front desk staff very helpful and nice. Caution at night in the shared parking lot with Extended Stay America due to drug deals and homeless people in their parking lot.
- 5/5
The stay at the hotel was very satisfactory; everything was very clean and tidy, and the service was incredible at all times.
- 5/5
I do have two concerns regarding the bathroom in Room 240. First, the shower floor appears to have been repaired, and the repairs are clearly visible. There is also a noticeable soft spot in the shower floor, likely related to those repairs. Second, the bathrooms have sliding doors instead of a traditional door. When closed, the door does not sit flush with the wall, leaving a gap that reduces privacy. In addition, the locking mechanism appears to be broken. A standard bathroom door would provide better privacy and security for guests. Despite these concerns, the location of the hotel, cleanliness of the room and the quality of the breakfast made for an otherwise pleasant stay.

Cons : I didn’t like the breakfast but that is more of a preference and I wish they had more variety aside from just one meat. Other than that 8/10. Would recommend, good price.
- 2/5
The building was slightly rundown which was no big deal to me, however my first room had a broken toilet. Then I switched rooms and floors and that was louder, the bedding wasn’t as clean or fresh, there were a couple spiders crawling down my curtains and then there was giant red ant crawling in the sink when I was getting ready to leave. The police action at this hotel and the hotel within the same lot made for an interestingly loud night with lack of sleep. Especially when my new neighbor got arrested by with ALL said police in the hallway at 2 to 3 in the morning.

- 5/5
Everything was great as always.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 2/5
The room was clean but the bedding has seen better days. The duvet had holes in it and the seams were fraying. Breakfast is ok, you get what you pay for. The front desk has a screen where there’s a person attending to front desk matters. He wasn’t very friendly and didn’t resolve the issue I had.
- 3/5
Cons; Our room was a little small so it was a little uncomfortable. Small bathroom. Small dark shower with a slippery floor. Small toilet. Too small of a breakfast room for as many rooms as they have in that hotel. Only ice machine was in the first floor breakfast room, a long ways from our 3rd floor room. Our last morning before we checked out our key card wouldn't work. There was no one at the desk and the maids wouldn't help. I had to use an electronic kiosk to resolve the problem. I would have preferred a real person to talk to. We would consider staying there again, but next time would request a handicapped room with a bigger bath with grab bars. I'm 80 and that would be helpful for me.
- 2/5
The breakfast was okay. No real complaints. The location is ideal. Staff was good not great.
- 4/5
Woman at the front desk was great but the property is understaffed. Sandalwood bath amenities smell is too strong and your pillows need replacement. Otherwise a handy spot for an overnight stay in the Tech Center.
- 3/5
Check out time is noon. I had at least 4 or five people from housekeeping knock on my door before I was checked out. I checked out at 11:30, and it was very disruptive while I was trying to get some work done in the morning.
- 3/5
We didnt get breakfast because it didnt open until 7a.m. and we had to leave before then. The pictures on Hotels.com are much better than the actual hotel looks. The staff was nice and helped us when our tv wasnt working. Room was clean and quiet. Would stay there again
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and a great price

- 4.5/5
Very clean.. great staff.. good breakfast... and easy access to I-25, the Light Rail train, and the neighborhood is full of food and stuff to do Outdated building and parking was a little chaotic
- 5/5
Beds were comfy and it was quiet
- 5/5
Ac struggled to keep the room cool but was good.
- 4/5
I had a great experience staying at this hotel, thanks to the fantastic staff of Latinas running the place! From the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast staff, I was in excellent hands with these ladies. Friendly, efficient, and the rooms and hotel were extremely clean. Latinas and Latinos keep this country running and I'm so grateful! Can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to Denver!!
- 3/5
Kiosk check-in was very poor.
- 5/5
All was good
- 3/5
It was a nice quiet stay but I wouldn’t stay here again

- 4.5/5
The receptionist at check in was phenomenal. Long story short she helped find my lost credit card when I was in a panic. That alone was worth the price of admission. Kudos for exceptional service!
- 4/5
Nice stay on our way though! Staff was really nice when we checked in. AC in the room worked nicely. However, when we went to get breakfast, the ac didn't work in there and it was very hot. Also, when we went to check out, there was no one at the desk, but instead a kiosk with someone in a zoom call that we couldn't understand.
- 4/5
When you compare hotels in the same area sleep inn was the best for the same money. There is also a breakfast of sorts that saved me from having to spend $20 on breakfast every day. Staff is great and everyone seems to be happy working there. It' no kore than the motel 6 up the road a few blocks and much better facilities. I recommend it without hesitation.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The staff are warming and makes you feel welcome they are patient but professional and I appreciate that very much
- 4/5
The staff was kind and very helpful; the facilities were generally clean; the breakfast bar was good for a continental breakfast and was continuously stocked. The only thing I noted that might have been better was the pillows, which were oddly small. Also note: "double bed" is not a queen nor full size--it's just slightly larger than a twin.
- 5/5
Alll Good
- 5/5
Cleanliness is my number one priority. The room and hallway were clean and also updated. It was a good value for the money. I plan on staying here again for my next trip to Denver.
- 1/5
This was an absolute nightmare. I would have never stayed here if it wasn't a last resort. The check in process was about 45 minutes, the lobby is a very strong chemical smell from cleaning supply. The elevator was shaking from side to side. The halls creek with every step. The walls are paper thin and everything can be heard from just a normal speaking voice. The rooms are extremely small. The doors to the adjacent room did not lock or stay shut, had to put chair under doorknob. The doors to the rooms were not sealed so you could see light around the entire door. Because of last minute booking due to VRBO issue, it cost $2,100 for 3 rooms for the week. The breakfast was disgusting besides the waffle. Most of the staff were pretty decent except one of the employees who was absolutley the most disrespectful person in the world. She called our room when we were just barely opening the door and putting luggage in and started screaming at one of my children and then did the same to my wife. I was in another room and called her and she was loud and rude and disrespectful about us being loud opening the door. This went on for the entire week whenever she was working. Never happened with any other staff just her. For the price we paid we should have not been harassed constantly for issue that were property related malfunctions. Do not spend your money here. This is the worst experience we have had and we will never stay at a sleep inn again.
- 3/5
Very cheap but a little sketchy.
- 4/5
Property and rooms were well cleaned, bed was a little small but comfortable
- 5/5
Wonderful! Thank you!
- 5/5
This is a reasonably-priced and clean hotel; I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The rooms were very smartly designed. The beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, it was absolutely quiet which was amazing right next to I -25
- 4/5
Honestly the best value for my buck. The room was pretty spacious, clean, staff was great and breakfast was pretty good. Very conveniently located and honestly would stay here again.
- 3.5/5
Comfortable bed. Placed a request for a quiet room when I did booking, notified hotel I was doing late check-in. When I checked in, the front desk noted my request and said, she was sorry that they didn't notice the request and that only available room was first floor, down the corridor from breakfast room. Needless to say, the morning breakfast crowd was noisy.

Like the later check out.
- 3/5
It was not every clean, breakfast was not good besides the waffles. Beds were ok.
- 4/5
Great for the price
- 3/5
Room was small. Not the quietest nights sleep. Some wanderers in the parking lots. Wasn’t expecting the Virtual front desk guy. That worked ok though. What got me was the half pillows! lol. I’m don’t know if the pillow were just so old or what. They were literally half the size of a normal pillow. Was clean and staff was nice.
- 5/5
Very smooth check in and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So many stores and restaurants in the area. Easy highway access. Great breakfast. Lots to choose from. I would definately stay here again.
- 5/5
Been staying here for years when traveling through. Always a nice place to crash at and never any issues.

- 5/5
Very nice desk staff. Good breakfast
- 1/5
It was dirt all over the air conditioner and something all over the blinds. I had to ask for a towel towels. I wish there was a way I could add pictures. there was somebody else’s hair on the bed.
- 1/5
The room smelled like smoke and I asked for a wake up call that never came.
- 5/5
Simply a good value for what i needed. Clean and quiet with lots of establishments all around.
- 3/5
Air conditioner rattled ...asked to have it repaired..wasn't. Had to turn it off to sleep. Curtains had large black stain..asked that they be changed out..weren't. Shower stall bottom soft...moved, bent down when standing in it. Housekeepers did a good job cleaning the room.. was there days room not cleanto ask until I asked. Was there another 6 days had to ask to have the room cleaned. Didn't care for remote check in upon arrival. Would prefer to have a person behind the desk.
- 4/5

- 4/5
The sheets could be a little cleaner but other than that it was a decent stay
- 0.5/5

- 3/5
For a sleep inn the room was fine and outside of the left behind articles of clothing in the closet was clean. Check in was done via kiosk and off-site persons. The gym was small but functional with a nice elliptical and treadmill. Breakfast room was cramped but food selection was ok. Staff did their best in the breakfast rooms cramped quarters to keep food fresh and room clean- not an easy task when fellow guests have no issues making messes... Pool was off the breakfast room which was odd but other guests seemed to have no issues using it. Generally good value for money...
- 5/5
All good! No complaints! Comfy bed - Great breakfast. 👍

I dont like the kiosk receptionist. Limited TV channels.

No breakfast, clean room, everything good

Not a member of the staff speaks English. You have to check in at a self serve kiosk which is in another language , even though this property is located in the US . The quality and origin of the so called breakfast is highly questionable - pending lab results we'll find out exactly what's in it . I personally would never stay there again and no self- respecting Americans should.

Room clean, friendly staff, hot breakfast daily, AC works well, will come back next time
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Having to leave also Having to pay $ 50.00 every night for incidentals it should be charged for one fee for the whole weekend especially for us returning guests but we end up paying 50.00 every night which totals $150.00 for a weekend stay and that is kinda steep . It would be nice if we only had one fee besides we always clean our room before we leave.
- 4/5
The staff always makes me and my family feel welcome every time we stay there Having to leave also Having to pay $ 50.00 every night for incidentals it should be charged for one fee for the whole weekend especially for us returning guests but we end up paying 50.00 every night which totals $150.00 for a weekend stay and that is kinda steep . - 2.5/5
The bed was very comfortable and I slept great! Having to use the kiosk to check out...not a fan of AI or video service. I was on the 2nd floor, and there were either kids or teenagers running around and stomping above me most of the night. The bathroom tiles were so cold that I had to wear socks all night long. Wasn't a fan of the shower either, as there was no room to hold my products. There also needs to be thicker insulation in the walls, as you can hear EVERYTHING from each room. The only thing worth staying here for was the bed.
- 3/5
Pillows were small and square, the highway traffic was extremely loud, would recommend bringing a sound machine as you can hear right through the doors, windows and walls. Didn’t interact with staff because i checked in and out through a kiosk, and i did not feel safe saying my information out loud in a public lobby. Other than that it was clean, a place to sleep, and you get what you paid for.
- 5/5
Gd staff, the location is perfect for food and gas stations
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Rooms and hallways were clean
- 3/5
Overall place was above average beds could be better had dips in the center location was easy to find and close to things
- 5/5
After reading reviews for many different hotels/motels in the area, Sleep Inn rated high. Highly important to me is that the rooms and bedding and bathroom were all clean. I brought my own black light just to double check. I have no complaint everything was spotless. I would recommend Sleep Inn to anyone and would stay there myself again! Thank you to the staff!
- 2/5
The air conditioner was ancient and made an obnoxious noise when ran. The hair dryer broke and burned me. The light in the room had trouble turning on. The shower floor was disgusting.
- 5/5
All good! Really comfy bed and pillows.
- 4/5
Video check-in and out was a bit awkward but worked fine
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
- 4/5
Amanda, our host at the front desk is the best at making guests feel welcomed
- 5/5
The room was very clean and it was very quiet. The bed was very very comfy and it wasn't hard as a rock. 😆 I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Amanda!!! You're absolutely the best. Keep doing it girl!!
- 4/5
I had arranged for a wake up call but it came 1 hour late. The eggs at breakfast were cold. The staff at the desk was pleasant and helpful.
- 5/5
Amanda from green wood village is amazing
- 4/5
Yes the breakfast was good, parking no problems. You asked to cleaned room if want everyday
- 5/5
Ok breakfast, no variation gets old if your stay is more than few days
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Really great staff and well kept building. The extended stays close by there are 3 are all a strong avoid in my humble opinion
- 3/5
The temperature control knob on the refrigerator was broken off, making it impossible to adjust. The soda I pu in there froze. The water wasn't hot enough, and took FOREVER to get to a warmish temperature. The breakfast was pretty bad. The eggs were inedible. The only things worth eating were the packaged goods, like yogurt, bagels and cream cheese.
- 5/5
Amanda at green wood village at sleep in is amazing
- 5/5
Aaaa
- 4/5
Place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good also. Conveniently located
- 5/5
Amanda in green wood village is amazing and that’s why I keep going back cause she has amazing. Great customer service skills always there to help with anything always there to make sure the hotel is representing. It’s best and I think she deserves a raise.
- 2/5
The pet policy is not well enforced. I observed pets about the property not on leashes, sitting on furniture; doesn't lend to the cleanliness of the property. The mesh chair in my room was disgusting. You could see areas where the mesh holes were filled in with some kind of unknown substance, white and flaky. The variety served at breakfast was pleasant. The walls are thin, I was on the second floor and heard everything above me.
- 5/5
Clean rooms cleans hotel. Very friendly staff love the stay. From Waco Texas
- 4/5
The staff member that checked us in was definitely a pleasure to deal with and made sure we felt welcomed. We went out and came back about 11:30 that night and the older lady was the most unpleasant person to deal with. Wanted to buy some bottles of water, said could only accept cash and treated my wife like she was a moron for how much it was. Talked with the staff member in the morning and told her what happened which she apologized for the other member.

- 5/5
Nice room. Nice people.
- 1/5
The room light was terrible. The shower door didn’t close. The pillows and blankets had stains and bad odor.
- 1/5
They claim to be dog friendly, but definitely were not. We checked out the next day instead of staying the whole week. We'd like a refund for the days we weren't able to stay
- 4/5
Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay here 🙏
- 5/5
The Breakfast was amazing and so was the hostess’s and staff especially the front desk Amanda she is amazing very helpful and very kind
- 5/5
Cozy and very clean
- 5/5
Helpful staff and value. A little noisy due to freeway nearby.
- 4/5
Indeed, the staff was very courteous and friendly. I needed to stay a few more days,so, to extend I used the kiosk by the front desk. I found it to be very cumbersome and an annoyance. Eventually I was graciously helped by the staff with the kiosk.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 5/5
I love it there the evening lady is amazing
- 4/5
The rooms were clean, the staff that was working was very polite. We did not care for checking in with a kiosk. No person to actually work with. We did call the front desk for the tv remote not working and staff came right down with new batteries!
- 5/5
Staff is amazing 👏
- 3/5
TV’s are tiny. Shows the franchise owner is cheap. Room also very small but seemed clean and fairly comfortable.
- 5/5
I highly recommend staying here! The rooms are exceptionally clean and smell fresh, which was a very welcome change from other places I've stayed recently. The staff is awesome and very helpful, and the breakfast was great. They also offer excellent amenities including an exercise center and a pool. For the price, you really can’t beat the value. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Excellent and friendly
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was kept up. It seemed to be fairly recently updated, but the staff was colder than it was outside. When we checked in, I felt like I was greeted by an angry porcupine because they had a scrub brush shoved where the sun doesn't shine. And we're forced to sit on it. So they were prickly inside and out. As a so called part of the hospitality industry, I felt there was very little hospitable
- 5/5
Clean room and great breakfast items
- 5/5
The best place to stay in the Denver Tech Center
- 4/5
Clean cozy and quiet
- 5/5
Was very clean and very helpful and kind
- 4/5
Simple yet solid place to stay.
- 2/5
The lighting of the hotel is dank and it creates a scary motel vibe. Service was good, beds comfortable, rooms are tiny though well kept. TV wouldn’t stay on. Everything would have been acceptable for the price, except for the terrible dim, bizarre lighting.
- 4/5
Clean room. Good rate
- 5/5
We we first entered our 2 full size beds room I thought it was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and well appointed. My husband pointed out it was kinda small, but, I guess by the way it was situated, I felt a spaciousness that wasn't actually in square footage, but in the lightness of my surroundings. Breakfast was great!!! Our only complaint was the coffee cups were too small, and the coffee itself was meh, but we really like coffee ;) Overall we are excited to stay there again!!
- 4/5
Housekeeping was good, but rooms are dated. Breakfast service was excellent but food quality was just okay. Room was small, toilet had a pocket door…? Bathtub floor much too slippery. The young lady at the front desk was awesome, but now her name slips my mind.
- 4/5
Clean quiet and convenient.
- 3/5
I had to ask for the above
- 5/5
Room was very clean. No hair! We have a conference 2x a year in Double tree dia. There are always hair in our room. Its nice when cleaners care & do a good job. Front desk ladies were kind, attentive & nice, even early am & late pm. We're local @ will stay again.
- 5/5
The room and hotel in general are clean and well laid out. The staff is amazing. The breakfast has enough options for everyone. My only suggestion is to have humidifiers in the rooms because it’s an extremely dry atmosphere and one gets electrostatic shocks from the bedding because of it. That said, this would not deter me from staying there again.
- 5/5
staff and amenities
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Pleasant
- 3/5
The room smelled terrible. Indont know what kind of vleaning products they use but it was awful. Breakfast was decent. The staff was really friendly except for one of the overnight ladies. If it weren't for the smell i would have given it 4 stars.
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
This is the best stay on that Street. And there's a number of hotels up and down there. Stay here. Don't bother no where else.
- 5/5
Rooms are in great shape. Staff is amazing. Candace is an angel. Someone give that woman a raise already or I'll have her come work with me!!!! 😜
- 5/5
Amazing potatoes can be different sizes but over all amazing
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly
- 5/5
I slept well
- 4/5
Had good time in there
- 2/5
First day breakfast was cold. At 8:30 am maid wanted to know if we were checked. Sheets did not fit the bed. Screen on window was torn.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.
- 3/5
Breakfast was fresh but they did not offer any fruit. The room smelled bad. It took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower and it was hard to get the faucet to switch from bath to shower. There was a weird wood chair thing in the bath tub which made taking a bath very uncomfortable. My last night there I had to complain about loud noises in the hallway that were going on for 30 plus minutes.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! For the price it is definitely a nice hotel! The staff is wonderful! My kids and I were comfortable!
- 4/5
It was ok.
- 5/5
Room was so clean, breakfast was great with some hot options, easy in and easy out.
- 4/5
Clean. Friendly staff
- 3/5
Thursday employee said no charge for a late checkout at 1 pm Sat last said $10, no flexibility. A lil rude
- 5/5
Friendly staff!
- 4/5
Solid basic hotel. The rooms are clean; the bed is comfortable; the staff is accommodating; breakfast is decent, not fancy. Nothing cushy but great value for someone needing a place to sleep.
- 5/5
Every time good service
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, no frills place to stay if you're traveling in the DTC area. I stayed here 3 nights and had a good clean room with all of the amenities I needed. The staff was always friendly and ready to help answer any questions I had or solve any issues that came up. Breakfast food quality is nothing to write home about but it is free which is always good in my book. No complaints at all about Sleep Inn!
- 4/5

Everyone that I spoke to was rude and had attitude. Likely won’t be back.
- 5/5
These folks make you an important customer for a good price. Came in for work, stayed three nights, left, no hassle, friendly staff. Area is lively, breakfast is nourishing, beds are comfortable.
- 4/5
It’s a pretty nice hotel for the price!:)
- 5/5
Everything is good
- 4/5
The staff was very nice. Everything was very clean. The property shows somewhere and tear, but that didn’t bother me. The only reason I dinged a star is because the water just would not get hot enough. I mean it got to maybe 95 or 100° but when it’s really cold outside I would like a really hot shower and it was not happening.
- 4/5
Yes!
- 5/5

Staff was great but first night the adjoining room stayed up loud as hell all night and to top it off they started smoking cigarettes and woke up my kids.
- 3/5
Believe Furniture & Phone Wasn’t Wiped Down Properly. Very Hard To Catch Hot Water with Sink or Shower. Last Stay We Were Rob By A Disturbance/ Noise Complaint. Housekeeping Was On Point In The Morning’s. Front Desk/ Employees Had Earphones On A-lot. Breakfast was Poor. Nothing Else Excited By It. Overall Love Free Parking.
- 2/5
A staff member called me cursing me out the customer service was terrible. He said that I was stomping when I wasn’t. I was waken by a staff cursing and yelling at me. I will NEVER stay here again. I will post about this on my social media page. I have 2.5 million followers. NEVER AGAIN

This will be the last time I stay at a sleep inn… I was very disappointed because I spent a lot of time comparing hotels. So much was neglected in the room- towel hooks (two separate ones) falling off multiple times, also the toilet paper holder. The vanity mirror light wouldn’t work unless you left it on for nearly an hour. The pool is tiny and cold. I believe my partner and I got food poisoning from the breakfast. When we got there the headboard was covered in some fluid looking left from finger prints, which really grossed me out. The pillows felt like there was cotton balls as the filling. I was surprised I didn’t get a neck cramp the following morning. The hallways reeked of urine (may have been a cleaning product) and marijuana. Clearly someone was smoking in nearby rooms, and it was coming into ours. We also found condoms in the drawers— luckily unopened. So clearly the rooms aren’t cleaned well. But above all else—our 4 nights stay we were required to have the maid come at least once. They said “it’s for your own comfort,” which is laughable considering how clearly comfort is not a concern here. I would go somewhere else and spend a bit more money if I could redo it.

The room and property was very clean , peaceful stay . Staff was all friendly ! Would stay again .
- 3/5
Room size small
- 1/5
Extremely rude she needs to take some customer service courses Rooms were Loud all night long don’t get any sleep

Lost 400 bucks Thieves
- 4/5
Reasonably priced, clean and good breakfast.
- 5/5
No issues checking in or out, nice breakfast menu, room was good with comfortable bed and room temp.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Very clean, friendly staff, convenient, safe location. Excellent home base to visit many state parks in area.
- 4/5
No public restrooms in the lobby area was also frustrating…
- 3/5
There was not 24 hr coffee available
- 5/5
Room was comfy and all ok. Breakfast could've been better, biscuits for biscuits and gravy very hard but rest of offerings ok. No issues checking in or out and ample parking at hotel.
- 5/5
Our stay was great. Pool was chilly but other than that we felt safe and comfortable.
- 4/5
Everyone is friendly, the room was clean
- 4/5
Staff could be a little more friendly
- 4/5
You get what you pay for. Overall cleaner than many hotels we've stayed in for the same price.
- 5/5
The room was clean, easy to check in, and the staff were very accommodating and professional.
- 5/5
Good room good price
- 4/5
One of our beds when we checked in had hair and crumbs in it. Being a house keeper once an upon a time I understand how it can happen the staff was courteous and helpful getting things taken care of. The location is near the interstate so some noise was expected. The pool was a little on the cold side but ok. It was fine for the price. Over not a bad stay. The hall is very long lol
- 5/5
Clean rooms and facilities, comfortable bedrooms, in a good location. Also a nice breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. Great value.
- 5/5
it was great! staff were FABULOUS!
- 5/5
Every thing was extremely enjoyable.
- 4/5
The pillows could be a standard size instead of the couch pillows. Other than that, it was nice. We would stay again! Front staff were friendly.
- 5/5
The desk lady was so sweet and friendly. I’ve never felt so welcomed at any other hotel. The room was cozy, and offered more than expected. Definitely coming back!
- 5/5
The Sleep Inn was perfect. Clean, very friendly staff, simple breakfast, comfortable beds, and fancy soaps/shampoos. The price is a steal, and would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
The only slight issue could be parking but that isn’t the hotels fault that people can’t park or RVs taking up multiple spots. Room clean and comfy. Front desk was extremely friendly. An arcade bar is 7 min walk away.
- 4/5
It was a fine stay. Loud interstate traffic and the space in the shower door to the wall had water going all over the floor. The staff and breakfast were fine.
- 5/5
Geeat locatio, cleans rooms
- 2/5
The room I originally booked was not ready at check in. They said it was going to be another hour and a half. The room I did receive after changing my booking had a toenail in the carpet. At breakfast they had a waffle maker that you couldnt use, as there was nothing to make them with and it wasnt on. The hot food that was there was cold. The main manager(I didnt catch his name) was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable. Great shower! Breakfasts great!
- 3/5
Lady at check-in was very nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. The lady at checkout was very nice. There was only green leaf soap and I can’t use soaps with green dye, and I forgot my own soap, so I couldn’t take a shower. The room was adjoining to room 110. I couldn’t tell for sure that it was locked. It was a little noisy. I could hear the TV in the next room and hear them talking. And the breakfast was terrible. Biscuits as hard as a rock. I couldn’t tell if the gravy was gravy or oatmeal. And the waffle maker was broken. And the Lucky Charms cereal was stale. Very disappointing breakfast.
- 3/5
the Hot Tub wasn't working and the Indoor Pool was freezing! Pool and hot tub was the main reason we picked this hotel! So needless to say it was a little disappointing.
- 5/5
Every thing was great
- 5/5
Staff was good dealing with my late check in
- 4/5
Hard to get to location
- 5/5
The hotel and room were clean. It was quiet and the breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean and staff was on site and accessible. Only real downfall was my room was literally right on the highway and was really noisy all night long. The breakfast was good and coffee was always available. The breakfast area was tiny and blocked off from the hall needing a key card to get in so no real space when it was crowded to eat. and there was a tour and a bus with a lot of people sating there.
- 5/5
It was nice.
- 5/5
The staff was incredible!
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. Room was clean.
- 3/5
It was an inexpensive place to stay.
- 4/5
I like this place, I've stayed here before. I forgot how awful the TV was, just regular cable with no channel guide. This time the pillows were remarkably uncomfortably. They'd clearly been washed which is nice, but washed so many times they were basically sacks full of hard lumps. Otherwise i like the place. The beds are comfortable for hotel beds. Everything is clean and smells good and I love the 70s style yet somehow space age showers. :)
- 1/5
this place is not pet friendl, its dog friendly. and no where did it say that until i had made my reservation. i wasted nearly $400 on a room i did not use. you're pace would not refund, and expedia would not refund, even though o got insurance. i will never use or recommend either of your companies.
- 5/5
Very Satisfied
- 3/5
Not bad, but not that good either. Funny smell in the room and throughout the facility, a bit worn out, the staff I interacted with was ok, plenty of parking space, breakfast basic. Overall not too bad for the price.
- 4/5
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Desk clerk was helpful. Breakfast mediocre.
- 5/5
Room is very clean and comfortable. Desk lady was helpful. Hallways not as clean and strong scent.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome
- 2/5
I was in a room next to someone with a noisy small child, rooms so close together you could hear the neighbors. The place also needs to be
- 5/5
We had an air conditioner problem the first night and they moved us to another room very easily. Everything about the motel was nice. The staff was great. The smoking area is comfortable and out of the way. Good choices for breakfast. The room was clean. The shower was good. Great price in a great part of town.
- 3/5
Came in for a quick 2 day trip for a funeral. This hotel definitely is a landing place for people in between homes. Our neighbors parole officer decided to come visit and dropped his card off, breakfast wasn’t the best yet good enough. I’ve never been in a hotel that uses small couch pillows for the bed. Rooms were a lil dark for my liking yet clean. It wasn’t bad however I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Great front desk and maid service.
- 5/5
Everything no problems
- 4/5
Clean room. The rest room door lock was not working, other than everything else in the room was good. If peanut butter & bananas were included in the breakfast, that would have been great.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great breakfast, and clean and comfy room. Everything was great!
- 5/5
Good place to crash after a crazy long drive.
- 5/5
This hotel have improved a lot in the past few months. I stay there regularly on business trip. Definitely worth the money.
- 5/5
Clean, good customer service, delicious breakfast
- 5/5
This was perfect for me as a single business traveler. Price was very reasonable, excellent wifi and much superior breakfast than the higher placed alternatives. Overall, a superior choice for me, I’d definitely come back.
- 3/5
We used it to day to visit our daughter. Not a great area, breakfast was ok. Workout room had a decent treadmill. Bed was super soft if you like a squishy mattress.
- 3/5
It was pretty mediocre. Right on the highway and noisy. Would keep looking.
- 4/5
The bed was good the pillows where too small. Very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was really good. If I had to improve something would be service a little bit. While the girl at the front desk at night was exceptionally good above expectation, the one in the morning was not very personal and seemed to be always distracted being on her phone the three times I went up to her
- 2/5
It was an awful experience and an absolute fire hazard,
- 2/5
Bad pillows, bags
- 5/5
The staff is amazing! The male manager was there both days we stayed and he was so nice... the female desk clerk that was there both days until 11pm was incredible. The maids were all so nice. The breakfast was awesome! We didnt swim but the pool looked great and in a very relaxing atmosphere. Our dog enjoyed his stay too! Clean rooms... decorations are a little outdated but i kinda liked that because everything was still so clean! Would highly recommend. We will be staying here when we go to Denver EVERY TIME.

The bed was super comfy and the stay itself was great.. would definitely stay again
- 5/5
It was very peaceful.
- 4/5
The property was clean inside and out. My room was immaculate. Great staff, especially housekeeping. Thanks for breakfast!
- 5/5
The breakfast was great and it was really quiet as far as the other guests staying there. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Place was clean friendly and everything hoped for in a hotel.
- 5/5
This motel is as good as the reviews stated. The continental breakfast was awesome with many options. Everything was fresh and the staff was constantly cleaning and replenishing the items.
- 5/5
You could hear some of thw tradfic but not too bad
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Staff was great and hotel seemed nice enough. My only complaint was the amount of people who were clearly living in their cars around the parking lot along with the amount of wrecked cars that were parked in the area.
- 4/5
Room was nice. Clean. One bedside lamp did not work and the toilet rocked.
- 5/5
a very good breakfast with lots of options, I especially liked the potatoes and eggs.
- 5/5
Great stay, thanks to the staff.
- 2/5
Nice stafff. Property is in poor condition
- 4/5
Friendly staff!
- 4/5
Everything I expected from a Sleep Inn hotel. Clean, nice staff, excellent location off the highway. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 3/5
Was ok 👍
- 5/5
Great desk staff, excellent breakfast. Very comfortable beds!
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast
- 3/5
Convenient but the room was not cleaned
- 2/5
My room wasn’t cleaned. Messy bed, used shower and coffee used.
- 5/5
Great staff!!
- 5/5
Good breakfast! Clean room, decor a little dated, but very well kept.
- 2/5
Les draps de mes 2 lits étaient sales et tachées
- 4/5
The front desk kindly accommodated our request for a quieter room for our honeymoon, which we really appreciated. That said, we could still hear some noise from neighboring guests. One downside was the very strong perfume scent in the lobby, which was a bit overwhelming for me due to sensitivity to fragrances. Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful staff and good amenities.
- 5/5
What I liked most about it was the peace and quiet, professional services of front desk clerks and housekeeping staff as well as the the convenience of the shops and restaurants that surrounded the area!!! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends as well as return myself🤗
- 4/5
Stayed 4 days with girlfriend and a puppy we were showing at a dog show in Castle Rock. Room was comfortable and everything worked properly. Nice choice of channels on the TV. Good water pressure for the shower. There wasn't a tub if you prefer that. Breakfast was good, basically eggs, potatoes, sausage, and waffles were hot items. Cereal, muffins, yogurt, apples and bananas also. Pool looked nice but didn't have a chance to try. Exercise room had a couple pieces of equipment and some free weights. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would stay there again.
- 4/5
For the cost, the room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was a unique style, almost like a cruise ship size, but it worked just fine. Clean. FOH staff might need to learn to ease up on the "Gen Z stare."
- 5/5
When I first entered my room, there was a smell. I went to the front desk and they handled it promptly and efficiently. My 2nd room was great. I extended my stay totaling 10 days. Michael, Cynthia and Katie helped me several times throughout my stay. A nice little breakfast. Will be back should the need arise.
- 5/5
Very nice place. Great value for the price paid.
- 3/5
Clean, comfortable beds and sheets. Breakfast was lacking and the walls were very thin, we could hear other guests through the walls and ceiling. Otherwise fine.
- 5/5
The value vs cost is what prompted my 5 star response. Front Desk and House Keeping are kind and seem to enjoy what they do. A special shout out to Katie at front desk for her professionalism.
- 1/5
Smell of drugs, loud neighboring room from 3 am, small rooms, with uncomfortable beds.
- 5/5
It is a nice location
- 4/5
Completely unremarkable, which is exactly what you want, exactly what I expected and hoped for.
- 5/5
The desk was amazing at checkin, they were wonderful.
- 3/5
ok
- 4/5
Hot in the breakfast room. Almost same food everday. Did not explain having to book your cleaning days at all.
- 5/5
Had a great stay
- 4/5
Nice, clean and comfortable, affordable accommodations.
- 4/5
Clean room. Decent breakfast. Only complaint was some guests making noise late one of the nights of my stay.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Bad coffee maker. Comforter tattered. Bed bugs. Photo is of a smashed bed bug.
- 4/5
Pros good
- 5/5
One of the best hotel stays I’ve had. The service was exceptional, the breakfast options were excellent, and it was just an overall great stay. I’ll definitely stay there if I’m ever in Denver again.
- 1/5
Disgusting
- 3/5
Unprofessional staffing, unwelcoming environment.
- 5/5
Affordable. Had a fridge and microwave
