Staff was great. Rooms are awful. The room was dirty, main door and bathroom door were cracked and huge gaps, shower and walls were stained and yellow, the water had a dirty smell, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable, all appliances were super old and dirty. Will never book this again. Pictures were very deceiving when booking.

Nothing I booked my stay, when I reached the venue the woman at the counter already knew they were overbooked so there was no room for me. If that was the case, shouldn’t I have been called before in advance to be told this? She then said she arranged for us a room but that rooms doors were open and unclean, another couple staying had the same issue. We stayed for 20 mins outside her lounge to get service but she would just go and sit in her room in the back. I was told that u would be refunded the amount but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

We were here due to a loved one having a medical emergency. We got to the motel late, the staff wasn’t friendly or very helpful. The room air conditioner didn’t work and we were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. There were no towels in the room, they only had 1 towel to give us for 4 people. I wish I could put negative five stars.
- 1/5
It was my fault for not doing research, that been said state of the room was terrible. So much so we decided to book a different hotel after only been 10 mins in room. Is not staffs fault obviously, but there’s only so much you can do when room is falling apart.

Area is nice I called 911 and the front desk kicked me out because of a restraining order that was in place with my ex. I called police because I’m supposed to and I got kicked out

The rooms were very old and kinda rundown. The bed looked fine, but the nightstands were all banged up, and the kitchen counters were old and falling apart.

Location is close to DTC. Price was good if your an indigent person or want to live in a motel. The staff were rude when I left early with a prepaid week on my credit card. I stayed only stayed two nights. Due to the noise, drug traffic and prostitutes wandering around...the rooms look like make shift apartments out of motel rooms, and even the shower didn't work right with flow, and leaking on the floor and the tub was so slippery I had to buy grips for the bottom as not to slip. Cleaning is not there thing. Service is not there thing. Maintenance is not there thing. Forget security, other than the 6 cameras in the lobby! The general manager is a joke, he will not call you back and is never onsite. His Sally boys are there running amuck, and will only give you service if there told too. I spent 11 phone calls, 8 vms, 6 text messages and 4 more trips back to get a partial refund on my CC if 149$, then being baned me to stay in any other of the owners chains in Denver, due to me loosing my temper when the front staff made gay comments to me and I called him a fag! I'm married BTW- I was wrong and I apologized.... This shanty motel would not be bad if they advertised with honesty, and there was anyone there with integrity! I feel bad for the people that live there, and I've been to places abroad that are worse, but really in DTC?! I'm sure the LLC owners of the location are slum lords throughout Denver metro, and there so called management are another LLC and don't care about reviews, but in DTC? I will never stay in this brand motel again....many, many better choices for a few dollars a night more. Beware of company's like this! They DO NOT CARE! If your reading this ranty review and looking for adventure, with all kinds of sins around to partake in, rolling dirty, and drug induced sleep due to lack of safety - well this is your place! Regards

I was not able to stay at the Extended Stay hotel. Even though it claimed to be a non smoking facility the entire property smelled horribly of marijuana. As we were unlocking our door, a man approached us and said he was just relocated out of that same room because of a running toilet and a roach infestation. I went back to the front desk and they were not able to move rooms and refused to give me a refund.

First floor room door opens to parking lot. This is a motel not a hotel
- 2/5
The room smells very old and like mold. The bed was not stable enough when you are sleeping and turning around. I thought the location was going to be somehow high-level, but that's why you get low prices.

The whole place just felt a bit off-putting and uncomfortable, sorry.
- 2/5
Furniture in bad shape and non-reliable after-hours check-out process (I had to leave at 6:30am and there was no one to do the check out. I had to leave the key inside the room and then call to proceed with checkout - plus, even though at the lobby door the biz hours said to start at 9am, I had to wait until 10am to have someone answer the phone! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the room was clean...

Safe location Very run down. Missing dresser drawers, super old kitchen with very banged up refrigerator and kitchen. Had to put towels down in the shower because floor was scary.
- 1.5/5
The staff was very accommodating, they are excellent. They resolved my issues with the room... my room had a tv that didn't work, when I was offered another room the retrig. door wouldn't close, the shower water was cold, the shower plumbing was brocken and I had (no hot water for a shower in the morning). these rooms are old and not properly maintained, They need to be completely remodeled, because it is an excellent location. (I guess you get what you pay for). Over all the room was clean, the house keepers are great and the staff are great as well. I wish that they offered a coffee maker. the rooms are old. they need to be remolded. no coffee, too many brocken things in the rooms
- 2/5
The entire placed smelled like smoke.
- 1/5
This place is scary to stay at and it is filthy. My room smelled so bad of cigarettes and mildew. The do not provide hair dryers and irons even though it’s provided in the ad online. A worker tried walking into my room and I had to push the door shut. I have filed a formal complaint with the corporate office.

I loved loved loved all of the staff every last one of them from the GM down. They understood what I was going through with my car and I appreciated it. Never got housekeeping but it was fine cause I clean all on my own anyway. The phone and internet gets a 0 zero I paid $45 dollars for better WiFi nope nothing changed. The rooms could be renovated some more cause my carpet desk chair microwave all the drawers and the couch pull out bed unacceptable. I also noticed if I book with a third party it was cheaper and when booked directly with motel cost about $600 dollars more when your doing 28 days.

I have had Expedia for past 15 years this is my first time doing a review and doing it to let people know your are better off sleeping on your car than this place there where body fluids on the couch and walls there was a burnt coin guessing they used that to smoke something #1 nastiest place
- 4/5
Property was clean. Room could have used a little bit of TLC but was clean and had enough space for all of us. The guy at the front desk was great - very personable and pleasant, even after dealing with an irritated customer that was having issues with an app right before helping me.
- 1/5
Everything seemed fine at first—check-in was easy, and the pictures on Expedia made the place look much nicer than it really was. But once we got to our room, it went downhill fast. The smoke detector had no batteries, which caused a loud beep every couple of minutes throughout the night. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke—even the bed had absorbed the smell. To make matters worse, the odor had seeped into the AC unit, so turning it on just pushed more smoke smell around the room. It was so strong it made me nauseous. Definitely not worth the price.

Worst place I have ever checked into. 30 minute wait for check-in. Room was FILTH, counters not wiped down, old garbage in trash cans, and stool on toilet seat.

Awful room
- 2.5/5
Near family … Filthy hide a bed with no mattress. Food crumbs through out the room. I had to ask for another room after seeing the filth. Toilet seats not attached in both rooms I saw. Shower heads spray water all over. Overall a really bad experience.
- 2/5
It was clean but it was beat. Stains on the wall, no lampshade, torn seat cushion, more stuff like that. I can handle a shabby room but only if I pay shabby price, but i paid full fare. It's in the tech/business area so i had higher expectations, I can't imagine business travelers tolerating it. Desk clerk was cool and it wasn't dirty but otherwise no good.
- 1/5
The location was great for where I was going and walkable. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The area is great but that is where it stops. This place just needs major renovation/upgrades. The insides are so dated. My check in was fine. Once I got to my room, everything seemed fine but then I went to the bathroom and there was pee on the toilet seat that had not been cleaned. That should have made me check out or request a different room. The nightstand had no drawers. The other drawer piece was falling apart as well. The tv wouldn’t function properly. There were stains on the carpet and kitchenette floor. I couldn’t properly close the curtains all the way. Probably one of the worst rooms I ever stayed in. I went to check out around 9:30am and thought I would be nice and give them the key card back personally and maybe mention the bathroom not being very clean. The main doors were locked (my bad, I didn’t realize the operating hours). There happened to be a woman walking by yelling at me that they were closed. I showed her my key card and said I just wanted to check out. She opened the door begrudgingly and annoyed and asked what my room number was and took my card. I would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.
- 1/5
I left halfway through my stay. The smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector went off in the room early in the morning while getting ready for the day. I tried to reach the front desk with the phone in the room, which didn't work. I found the number on the phone that reached the corporate office of Extended Stay America, and they informed me that they would send someone to look into the issue. No one ever came. We packed our things and did not return.

Room was in terrible condition, smelled so bad, a huge hole in the bathroom door. Dirty, worn blankets, furniture looked like they found it in an alley, it looked like a crack house. Did not stay there, turned in room keys immediately, and they would not refund our money. They should be ashamed to rent rooms in that kind of shape!!!
- 1/5
The furniture was in so bad condition the restroom door would not shut. I originally had requested a two queen beds and they gave my reserved room to another guest. The pictures shown are a lie their rooms are in such bad condition. They moved me to another room it was just as poorly as the first one so we decided to cancel our stay at that hotel. It was so ugly inside.
- 4/5
Room was pretty crappy and worn down.dirty beds. Area is nice though.
- 5/5
No tv remote, room smelled weird
- 5/5
I really love that it has a kitchen. Microwave refrigerator.a little stove and makes me feel like I'm at home really like this place
- 3/5
The price was very affordable. The room needed attention as drawers were broken. TV didn't shut off (alan came to rectify). They would not allow me to leave a backpack in the lobby afterchecking out because of liability issues. Never heard of this before as every other facility in the country allows this.
- 5/5
Good value, friendly staff.
- 2/5
Staff was super nice at check in, unfortunately the guests were extremely loud, smoking indoors, up at all hours of the night outside of our door. It definitely made me feel unsafe. The rooms are dirty and rusty. I felt uncomfortable even being barefoot in the shower. Do
- 2/5
I liked the convenient location and parking, but the floor carpet was horribly stained and the couch should be tossed.
- 4/5
Understanding staff
- 1/5
This place was absolutely ridiculous. We had to call corporate just to have.Someone can help us in the front where we waited for 15 minutes. And then we get into our room and it was disgusting. There was still s*** on the toilet seat.It was very uncomforting!
- 1/5
Room and property is in need of major repair. My bathroom door had a hole where previous guest punched a hole in it
- 1/5
Every time I went out during the day or at night there was a heavy police presence, at least 2 cop cars. All through my stay I hardly slept, I was constantly waking up to make sure my car wasn't being vandalized. There were several homeless people activities going on around the place. The inside of the microwave in my room was old, nasty, and gross. The paint was peeling off, it was rusty. It wasn't even working when I turned it on it smelled like a burning electrical part. The had to bring me a new microwave When I took off all the mattress covers for inspection there was dog hair all over the mattress. I don't know why it couldn't be vacuumed or something. The sheets had stains on them. The nightstand drawer was missing the front cover. The A/C unit was beat up. The reception staff were very nice though. The price was not worth it at all.
- 1/5
The pull out couch in my room was completely broken , the microwave stopped working , the plugs stopped working so I couldnt get my phone charged at all. They definitely need to get this place fixed up definitely want a refund
- 1/5
Cigaretts burns in sheets and blanket Couch with ducktape Smelly room Trash under couch I know is a cheap rate but is worse than a Salvation Army location.

Staff were very rude and nosy. Just wouldn't leave us alone.

Looks good on the outsid, but the room I was given wasn't appiling.

My room first key didn’t work then when I got in the room no remote one towel there were roaches in the kitchen and couch had roaches and burn marks my infant could not stay in those conditions it smelled like cigarette smoke from the person below me.
- 5/5
Its been great since I moved to the king suite!
- 1/5
Horrible. Smelly like 15 yr old smoke. Checking out I overheard customers complaining too "room smelled of cat pee".
- 2/5
The room was clean and very basic. There had been some damage to the woodwork where someone had broken into the bathroom and the trim was all broken. When reported to the front desk, response was that it was a common issue. Staff at desk was friendly and helpful. The location was great. We could walk to a park with walking trails. We could walk to a coffee shop and restaurants. It also, on the other hand did not feel safe.
- 5/5
The room was very clean
- 1/5
Television did not work. Office closes early so no help available. Just gross overall.
- 1/5
I booked a room with 2 beds. Got a couch pull out missing a mattress. The finally moved us to a new room. The air didn’t work, the lights were changing off the walls, toilet lid was cracked in 3 pieces and wood glued back together. Stains, dirt, holes, disgusting. When I went back to the desk the “boy” just told me to leave and tried to check me out. It was 12:30 in the morning.
- 1/5
Rooms not clean and lack of staff, extended wait times, no soap in rooms.
- 5/5
Very dog friendly
- 2/5
Almost everything in our room was broken. The night stand table drawer was completely missing. The dresser had 2 out of the 4 drawers were broken, another was missing. The smoke detector we found off the ceiling and in the only working drawer to the dresser. The carpets were horribly stained.
- 1/5
Place was trash. Kitchen was dirty the floor Hunterman swept or mopped there was holes in the bathroom walls. The pullout couch was broken never got fixed even though I told him to fix it so many times the pictures online are not updated so make sure those get updated. Only good thing was the front desk guy Mike he was really cool, I would like to get a refund
- 4/5

Myself, my daughter and my daughter in law went for a weekend to shop and attend a concert. When we arrived, I went to check in. The staff was friendly and checked us in. We went to our room. There were two queen beds, a sofa bed, a small kitchen area, closet, bathroom sink with mirror, and a small bathroom with tub/shower combo and toilet. The sofa bed was not very sturdy and the cushions had been sliced or cut with something sharp. Part of the underside of the couch was not connected to the frame of the couch. I was the one who slept on the couch bed. The last night, I put the cushions under the mattress so I could at least have more support. There were a few places on the wall near the kitchen that had not been cleaned. I would give it a low rating, due to its lack of cleanliness and the couch bed being in poor condition.
- 2/5
Hotel room smelt like cigarettes and it was a no smoking room, shower dirty, cockroaches in fridge, and tv remote not operating.
- 1/5
Canceled our reservation without reaching out or notifying of such. Clerical issue would've been easily resolved.
- 2/5
There was nothing unique about this property. The a/c unit was filthy and caused me to cough and sneeze. I ended up pulling the filters to clean them. The furniture was shabby and ripped. The faux leather sofa was ripped in multiple places. On the other hand, the hot water quickly heated up, the bedding was clean, and I had a strong internet signal.
- 1/5
Suite was messy dirty microwave did not work since day one requested a new one they said maintenance was going to replace it the next day and never showed up
- 1/5
I’ll get money back!!! Complete filth and management absolutely unacceptable behavior towards me (And it’s all on camera)!
- 4/5
Room very nice, clean and very comfortable. Alas the only thing bad isn’t the hotels fault-people next to my room had a very loud fight at 2:30am and continued off and there after.
- 4/5
This place was a mess the first room that I arrived at. I walked in all the drawer front of the drawers were ripped off. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There was no blankets on the bed. One sheet was on the bed. I pulled out the full out couch. It flopped onto the floor with broken rusted springs and a dirty mattress no towels, so my husband went up and and they switched us rooms offered no incentive. We were exhausted so we went straight to bed when we finally got to our room. We were looking to book a double we had a king at the time when a double became available. We immediately moved to that room. And every room we entered it was drawers. There were ripped off things that were falling the outside of your room on the floor, and the patio in the parking lot was full of trash dirt, dust, spilt, whatever sodas, beers, alcohol, whatever on the floor for years, it look to be we decided to book a week ahead of time so that we could continue to stay in the double room, girl decides to delete our booking for the week for the double bedroom, and they end up selling it from underneath us. I was in the middle of lunch and teaching my children who were homeschool we were asked us to move we had tremendous amount of items to move. The GM was absolutely no help and was demeaning and degrading unknowledgeable pitty fake and gaslighting behavior is unacceptable. The only reason why this place is thanks to KAZIMI and CJ for your professional, respectful and respectful commitment

And a very quiet peaceful stay extended by one day and was pleasant
- 5/5
The great customer service!
- 1/5
Room was dirty and in disrepair.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but this room was in very poor condition. the drawer on the nightstand fell apart when opened, the cabinetry was old and damaged, there was no blanket included for the hideabed, the bedding was only in fair condition. The hideabed frame was broken with springs sticking out. There were no hand towels included in the room, only bath towels and wash cloths. Had to go ask for soap at the front desk. The shower strength was an absolute joke, I couldn't have washed my hair if I wanted too. We will definitely not be staying here, or at any Extended Stay America hotels again.
- 2/5
The pictures it shows are completely different than what you get. Bathroom doesn't have a light, there was no smoke detector, and there was a condom wrapper under the bed.
- 1/5
I was given keys to a room that was occupied, walked in and could have been killed. the person in the room chased me back to the Office. I did not stay at the property.
- 3/5
I liked that it was quiet. The first room's microwave and air conditioner did not work. They did give me another room with working appliances. Both of the rooms smelled though.
- 3/5
I felt unsafe from all the homeless people living around the property. One guy was sleeping in his car right outside my room.
- 2/5
The front desk works limited hours. I arrived on a Sunday and had to wait several hours for the manager to arrive. The reception area does not have a restroom in case you need to wait there. The rooms are not what you see in the photos. I was very disappointed with this place.
- 2/5
The hotel smelled very bad, it was unclean
- 1/5
Room was filthy, dirt and dust everywhere. Kinda felt like a trap hotel
- 3/5
The bed was clean and comfortable but the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming
- 1/5
Poor cleanliness, slept in my clothes. Many people hanging around in parking lot. Just not a good place. Pay a few more bucks for the other hotels in the area.
- 1/5
Front desk staff was accommodating and checked us in a few minutes early since we needed to leave for a concert at Fiddlers Green and wouldn't be back until late. We wanted our room keys before we left for the concert. They did inform us the room wasn't ready since it hadn't been cleaned yet. Luckily we wanted to look in the room before we left. The room was definitely not clean and smelled like a smoker had lived there for years. There was no way our room was going to be cleaned to a level we were comfortable staying in. I should also mention there were homeless people walking around the property. The condition of the room as well as the scatchy permanent residents we saw made us decide to not stay here for the evening.
- 1/5
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The door looked like it had been broken into many times. There are two doors leaning on some art. No door to the bathroom. No lid to toilet. All of the drawers for the nightstand were taken out. Lots of really skeptical people outside. Went to check in at 3:15, but there were signs on the front desk saying, helping another guest. Waited 15 minutes, but no one showed up, so met a friend and checked in at 5:15pm. When I checked in, front desk person mentioned they don't open until 10am the following day. I mentioned I had a friend picking me up at 9am to take me to breakfast and airport. He said to call and leave a message that I left keys in room. I tried numerous times but there was no voice mail.
- 1/5
Horrible room smelled like a cigarettes and some type of splatter on the counter bed wasn’t made tub was dirty everything was a mess
- 1/5
When we arrived, the rooms we had pre-paid for were given to other people. When hell we complained about this because we didn’t have enough beds, they gave us a single room free. But there was no functioning air. The rooms were ok but extremely dated and several items were broke or damaged. The beds in two of the rooms didn’t have any blankets. Just two flat sheets. And even though we set up late check-outs, housekeeping made us leave early.
- 2/5
Lobby remained locked the entire time I was there and front desk never answers their phone. Very difficult to check in/out. If you can stay elsewhere, you should do so!
- 1/5
The room had a terrible smell. There was food scraps on the stove top. Looked sauce splattered on the side of the refrigerated and wall behind stove. Bathroom had mold or mildew around caulking in tub/shower. The beds looked like they had been slept in. Comforter on bed had a yellow color on them. I could stay in this room. Got a refund and went to another hotel.
- 1/5
We booked three rooms, each with two double beds and a sofa bed, but upon arrival, the hotel did not have rooms with two double beds available. Instead, we were given rooms with single beds. Additionally, the rooms smelled like smoke and some unpleasant odor, even though we specifically reserved smoke-free rooms. The entire area and the rooms themselves also had a strong smell of weed. Proper comforters and bed sheets were not provided. Overall, the experience was terrible. The staff was unresponsive, and we had to wait a long time just to receive the keys.
- 1/5
Don't bother, dirty, hole in couch, mold, I can go on and on
- 1/5
This hotel is a couple blocks from a amphitheater and it looks like crap. It needs maintenance. The rooms need updated they stunk. I was so shocked the photos on HOTELS.com was not this hotel.
- 2/5
Rooms were really dated. Microwave did not work at all. No lamp shades, no bath tub plug, etc etc
- 1/5
Our room was much smaller than advertised. It was also not clean at all!! The pull out couch was broken and the bathroom door was missing half of the doorknob. As well as the bathroom doorframe being broken so it wouldn’t even shut and latch. The floor was filthy and you couldn’t walk around without your feet being filthy.
- 2/5
The non smoking room reeked of tobacco smoke. There were holes and half panted walls. Very dirty. Tub was disgusting and moldy. Cracks all over the toilet and tub. Water damage. And a pocket knife was left on a night stand. The kind staff was understanding and offered a full refund.
- 1/5
0/10. Room wreaked of an inescapable musty smell. Grease stains all over the wall in the kitchen, crumbs in the sofa bed so we couldn’t sleep 2 people on it as intended. The receptionist was wearing house slippers. I know the place is supposed to be budget friendly, but it was beyond disappointing.
- 1/5
Not clean, mice poop and urine stains on couch, toilet didn’t flush, TV didn’t work, not enough bedding, cabinets broken, trash in stairwell

People walking around. I waited an hour for my room and it still wasn’t ready.

Bugs in the restroom, all cabinets were full of trash. I could not get help from the front desk and even the after hours number was invalid. I called minutes after I checked in. I could not have my kids sleep here, the cigarette smell was potent.

We arrive after 1 am, there was no one at the front desk. Called customer service, 20 minutes later someone came to check us in. Tried to enter the room but the key cards didn't work. Called customer service again to get someone back to re-key the cards. Faster this time & he stayed to make sure they worked. The room was pretty rundown but looked decently clean. No soap, shampoo or body wash though. No breakfast offered. We were tired, it was good for 1 night.

This hotel was terrible for the price. The guy that I talked for check in was very nice and helpful. We did have to wait about 30 minutes to get checked in though. As we got to are room it was filthy and damaged. No TV in are room, and smelt like someone died in the room. Are door would not lock, so I felt very unsafe. For the price of this hotel you get very little amenities and very rude staff (Execept for the one guy) As we were going to check out, you can’t until 10am. We had to wait 15 minutes after 10 to check out. As the lady came out from the back she was very rude and unprofessional. I hope this hotel gets these problems fixed.

Unfortunately, the room was nasty and smelled musty. Stains on the wall, the carpet was filthy. I actually went to Target to buy a new blanket because I didn’t want to touch the blanket on the bed. I saw the wonderful cleaning person as I walked by another room. She was working so hard. But those rooms were just gross. Nothing is gonna help those rooms mmmń

go to the hotel after check in time & has to wait 20 extra minutes just to verify the room was clean. got to our room & it definitely wasn't the cleanest. bedding was made, trash was taken out & has fresh towels. everything else looked really dinged or like half cleaned. i wore socks around the room & the bottoms turned black from out dirty the floor was. bedding & walls had stains all over them. tv remote also did not work. for the price i was definitely hoping for a cleaner room. luckily we brought extra pillows & blankets to use

The GM gave terrible customer service. Imagine that, she should NOT be working with people

Our room was in absolute disarray. Broken furniture and fixtures, the door could not properly open or close, and it smelled of cigarettes.
