The staff was the only thing good about this place The room was nasty had other peoples hairs on the bed they never change the sheets the towels were dirty the bed was uncomfortable homeless people all over the parking lot

The rooms were decent for their prices The staff don’t follow policy. It says we can pay up until 12 and pay a 50 dollar late fee but they kicked us out and wouldn’t let us rebook when we were told by a previous staff to pay before they got off at 5pm.

WoodSprings is a Homeless shelter. Most residence live there full time. They hang out in the back all day long. Lobby has men coming in and out that smell like pot or smell of alcohol. From the lobby to the rooms it's horrible !! My room smelled, nothing provided, kitchen doors ripped off, phone not working, window screen ripped up, no black out curtains like noted on the site. Dangerous place to stay for a single women. On my last day,I was approached by a man in the parking lot. He asked if I could follow him, a friend of his wants to ask me something. I looked to see a parked car with blacked out windows. Who knows who was inside? I told him I'm late for my flight and quickly left. Read the above and you tell me what I should have liked Booking.com? I will never use you again. The previous week you kept $ 160 dollars for changing a date in less the 12 house of a trip I booked in Vancouver. I effected no one !!! You nor the tour company lost any money. I asked your representative 3 times who is keeping my money? No answer !!!!!!!!!! Never ever will I use you again and I'm a Genius customer. Totally disappointed with your company !!!!!!!!! You have too much competition to be such grifters. I will state on ever site I find to express my disappointing experience with Bookin.com,

World not recommend this property! The room felt dirty as soon as we walked in.

STAY AWAY! This place is a rat hole and nothing more than a crack shack! Rooms were disgusting (when was moved from one disaster to another). Had to sleep on top of the blanket, wrapped in the blanket I brought. Staff was useless and unaccommodating. Rooms were missing cabinet doors, room entry door was jammed and had to be forced open. Since there is nothing g below a poor rating, we’ll give this a -10!

The staff was nice It wasnt the cleanest, the photos were very misleading. We booked this because of the kitchen but they had no pots/pans available. The towels had stains on it, and the bathroom needs some deep cleaning. I didnt feel comfortable staying. We had to switch to a hotel after one night

No había nadie en recepción cuando llegamos, tocó usar un teléfono y cuando llegó la persona, llegó con mala actitud. El hotel entero olía horrible, mantenimiento perverso, camas sonaban mucho, sin plancha, ni secador, ni cafetera, no había ni agua en el dispensador de snacks. No lo recomiendo para nada. Está muy mal ubicado (muy sola la zona) paredes muy sucias y artículos de cocina en muy mal estado. Me tocó quedarme porque estaba muy cansada pero no fue lo que esperaba ni lo que decía en los reviews.

They didn’t give the room we paid for. Tried putting us in a different room, there was nasty black sticky stuff on the floor. The room was disgusting. The whole floor reeks of weed. It was so bad we couldn’t even stay there. We went somewhere else. The front desk lady was super sweet and amazing though. She was the only good thing about it that place.

Since the rooms all have windows facing outside, I could hear people outside the windows smoking cigarettes, and the smell would come through the wall ac vents and/or the back door they propped open. But the place was not clean. The sheets looked clean, but everything else was not. The floor was definitely not cleaned because we found coins on the floor in an obvious place. The wall in the kitchen area and around the ac unit was gross.

Halls smelled like marijuana, mattress covers were filthy one of them had dried blood on it with dirt.

My key got left in the room an around 1130pm and I couldn’t get back in. No staff on site no answer to calls 1800 was no help said someone was coming but they never did .. paid for room I didn’t get to stay in Staff!!!!!!!

They seemed to mind their own business but a high number of lottiers on the property, just hanging outside. Might be intimidating for others, might be a reflection of the area. The lady at the front didn't seem to know what she was doing. I paid for it with my card the card reader said approved. She said it didn't go through and had be do it again so she charge me twice for one night. They said it will take 24 to 48 hours to get my money back. Yet I'm pass the 48 hours point and don't have my money back yet.

The best thing about this property is it has a tub. The staff is rude as ever. Both the AGM and staff of a darker toned lady currently with burgundy hair. Upon check in ( burgundy hair) charged me a hidden fee. She could’ve explained. She waved me off. I told the AGM. I’m allergic to bleach. Therefore, I didn’t need housekeeping. She was combative about someone going in my room. Upon check out. AGM asked the obvious and locked our cards before 11am. I actually had to get an attitude at this point. I left due to poor service and understanding. It would also be nice to have a dolly for an extended stay location.

It was close to the interstate Oh it was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, I need a remodeled. It’s more of a long-term facility for residence. They are staying there permanently than a hotel.

No breakfast was served & the location was o.k. The 1st room #118 smelled so bad we asked for another room. We were moved to room #112 and it smelled too but not as bad as room #118. The bed was lumpy (very uncomfortable) bed spreads were dingy & the sheets had a red stain on it. All the cabinet doors in the kitchenette were missing, cigarette burns on the counters, bathroom sink & toilet, floors were not cleaned properly. Booking.com website stated that there was a workout facility on the site, no true.

I was brushing my teeth and a roach came from under the sink and when I laid down. I spotted a another roach around the t.v

It was very clean I said a booking from Delaware to Greenville, South Carolina and was stated on my booking that I could change the payment upon arrival I went to pay with cash and found I could not book it was late and they only could suggest a hotel Motel roach infested place for me to go and stay that took cash, I was offended, but I needed a place to stay so I had to have Family go online and rebook and add me as a person reserving the booking so I stayed only one night and then decided to stay with Family the remaining time such an inconvenience and I will never book a booking again

There were cigarette burn marks on tub and there were a few small gouges in the tub, near the drain, that I thought was dirt at first glance. No cabinet doors on the upper kitchen cabinets. The bed was comfortable and our 2 nights there were quiet. I would NOT stay here again.

The room was clean and the kitvhen nook was amazing. The only thing is when you arrive after 10:00 P.M. you have to use the phone to try and access someone to sign you in. Luckily, the clerk showed up in person because she was dealing with another customer and their room issues. She was great signing me in and the morning clerk was great for checking me out.

I didnt lime when we booked online a d then we had to pay more later ,whennwe got there it was ok ,but after that we had to.pay more .the staff was alright they worked something out with us but we still had to leave the next day .there to costly for thise rooms and you get nothing . Plus its noisey there at night .

Had to make an emergency trip and didn't have the money saved up for a normal travel. The halls and rooms smelled like an animal cage that hadn't been cleaned in a week. The floor was sticky and really needed a good mopping. It was nice having a refrigerator and stove top to cook on. At least it was nice bed to sleep in and it was quiet. And they do allow pets.

The room was dirty, the floor hadn’t been swept, there were was a dead cockroach on the floor & my bf had to kill one as soon as we woke up. Will NOT be back & will def recommend anyone stays away.

Checked in & the front desk did not know what rooms were clean. Told me that they had two doubles. When I pressed the issue the front desk person did verify that there was a clean room. Elevator does not work. The cupboards above the stove were missing the doors.

We had a nice woman check us in, very helpful. But the actual room was not at all what we expected. Dirty, smelled like smoke (non smoking room), roaches on the wall and floors. Noisy all night from people upstairs, got no sleep.

The towels were clean. Travel soap and shampoo was available. The curved shower was coming off the wall causing the curtain to slide into the middle. The floors were a laminate and sticky. The TV remote was broken - dig bite marks. It was never replaced. The sheets seemed clean. Over night it was quiet.

There were homeless people in the parking lot, pushing shopping carts and doing drugs. Very unsafe place to stay. I do not recommend it at all.

This place was disgusting. There was a total of four roaches. One was the day that we checked in the other three was the day before we checked out. I checked out early because I did not feel safe from the field of the room or facility as a whole. Do not I Repeat do not stay here unless you want to deal with filth.

Roaches everywhere, place is falling apart, people beside & above us where soooooo loud 24/7, microwave broken & exterior doors didn’t lock so anyone could enter whenever until food was delivered then nobody was at the desk to grant access. HORRIBLE rated ZERO

We've never had someone show us to our room to make sure we liked it!! Jamal went above and beyond!!! He was Amazing!!! It was a great stay.. had music and people talking about 3 am but over all it was a good stay!!!The beds are hard... But no bed bugs or anything like that.

Beds are made up on top of plastic liners like a kid being potty trained. No room coffee maker. They did sell 10.00 coffee makers for 25.00. There was a heavy weed smell throughout. People sitting outside at the entrances smoking cigarettes, weed, and drinking beer until after midnight each night. I didn’t feel safe at any time during my stay. I changed to a better hotel after the first full day. I guess you really get what you pay for. But this place isn’t worth the 74.95 a night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any decent person.

I love the service here and the rooms are nicely cleaned like a hotel should be. But the prices changes every week i thought it was convenient by choosing this location but one minute the room is $58 few days later it’s almost $80

The staff are AMAZING

Our reservation has cancelled and we had to get another room at another hotel and have to spend hours to get refund and it is still going on. If you don’t have rooms available it should say you are sold out and no rooms available why are you advertising rooms and after get paid we have to fight to get our money back .
