The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. I just wish that the breakfast would’ve gone later than 9 o’clock. We’re on vacation and we’re not morning people so by the time we got up and got dressed breakfast was over.

We were very impressed by the property from the amazing staff at check-in to the comfort of the beds! The staff was very helpful in answering and supporting requests made, plus were very helpful with recommendations. They made us feel at home vs a cold check-in. The beds were some of the more comfortable in terms of hotel. The pool was small, but clean, and our kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was great and well stocked.

Room was slightly narrow but this was ONLY a result of the fact that I was in town for a bike race and chose to store my bike in the room...usually there's a little more room between the 'face' of the furniture and the foot of the bed.

My husband was very pleased with the exercise room. My mother in law was happy to get a fresh cup of coffee each morning. Thank you all.

First time staying at Tru hotel… simple but clean and efficient areas. Staff was very friendly

Clean and close to shops and food. Pool was too cold to use and some staff were great while others seemed indifferent. Juices ran out at breakfast. Most staff were great! Only one or two didn’t care about helping wipe up a spill or verifying there were no pool towels. Others stepped up for them though.

everything was really nice and clean and the staff was very nice as a family place the walls you could hear through and knew when someone open or closed doors I was in the bathroom in my room and I could hear everything and i had kids and i know they heard everything too ?

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The water pressure wasn’t very good and neither was the breakfast unfortunately.

For me, the bed was super hard. My partner had no issue sleeping.

We stayed there for the SEC WBB tournament. Convenient for driving downtown quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. We ate a small amount for breakfast because we were meeting friends for brunch later. But what we had was very good.

The bed was extremely hard. There was no telephone by the bedside only a very small table. The carpet in front of my door look like it had not been cleaned for days. There were crumbs and debris everywhere. The noise from the road was deafening. I had to turn the wall air unit up to cold to keep it on to drown out the noise. The noise level inside of the room from the traffic nearby, the bed was very hard and there were no doors to put your clothes in. The TV did not work at all and the maintenance person could not fix it so they had to change my room just so I could watch TV and then that room was just as uncomfortable.

The property is fairly new. The problem we encountered was not having our room cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed. We were told on the second night that our would be cleaned. It never happened even on the third day the same promises were from the person at the desk. We took our trash out and straightened our room. It is not some you expect to do during your hotel stay. Should have known something was wrong when we saw a pile of dirty towels pile outside one of the rooms and a trail of popcorn littering the hallway.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was outstanding! The only complaint that I had was the water pressure was very weak, I don't know why, maybe being on the upper level? I don't know but I never questioned it? The breakfast was just okay, not a large verity, but I would stay there again.

Our family had a relaxing, event free time at this hotel. It was clean and quiet, and the staff was fantastic.

The hotel was clean and up to date. The room and bed was a little small. But overall the stay was great. I would stay again, when it’s just me and my husband. The location was the best for me. Restaurants, shopping, Dave and Buster, and movie theater.

I will definitely be staying at a Tru by Hilton again. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and had great amenities. The only negative I have was in order to join WiFi, you have be a member of Hilton Honors or Diamond club. I feel that WiFi should be a basic amenity just like having a TV in the room.

Great hotel

People at front desk weren't very friendly. I checked out at 730am and was told I just got here I'll send you a copy of your receipt later. Yet was sitting at the front desk. Sorry we won't be returning

disappointed after staying 5 nights, i needed to extend my stay one more day and the on-duty individual would not work with me on the price (would have increased over $100.00 of my original rate for the night). I stayed in another hotel down the street. my wife did not like the soap or the soap dispenser (difficult for her to operate due to her arthritic hands) - she also didn't like the fragrance.

It was fine. Nothing special. BED was HARD. And the properry had lost their liquor.license so.we.had to.go out for cocktails. Breakfast was 6am-9am

At check-in, we mentioned our aversion to dog smells and dander. After settling into the room, we started noticing the unpleasant odor. The bed smelled not only like a dog but also had a human perspiration odor, as if someone had recently slept there and the sheets weren't changed. We didn’t bother calling the front desk since the lady at check-in mentioned they don’t monitor or separate rooms for animals. The pool also had such a strong chlorine smell that we were hesitant to use it.

Great Hotel

Overall, it is a nice hotel but... I had a bad impression on the housekeeping/lobby staff because I could not find my favorite jacket I left on a hook by accident. They did not seem to make any efforts to find one for me.

Brand new hotel by Hilton with friendly staff, smaller but clean and modern rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. Definitely wish we could always stay at TRU on all of our vacations.

This is a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was happy that coffee and breakfast were available extra early. The only thing that would keep me from staying again is that I’m a light sleeper, and the noise from trucks on I-85 kept me awake.

This was our first time staying at Tru by Hilton. My husband and i were both very impressed with the cleanlines. Location and the staff and excellent breakfast that was included and resonable rates. We stayed 2 nights for our Valentines gettaway. Most Excellent.

Great staff -- though they said the manager was coming to talk to me about an issue; a lady was there (with her back to me) but never ever greeted me. All other front desk and other staff were great--polite and welcoming. The room was very spacious and well laid out. The coffee and breakfast were great! The space for socializing was great for working while sipping a nice, warm drink. I would gladly stay again

The breakfast offerings is where things fell apart. They were some of the saddest offerings I’ve seen. Coffee was luke warm, with some scrambled eggs and a three(?) cereal options. There were options to make pancakes or toast. Very minimal to other hotels that include a breakfast. I certainly appreciated that the maintenance team member brought his rolling trashcan and left it next to me while I tried to enjoy my breakfast. The vile smell that emanated from it wasn’t unpleasant at all. Good think it was only there for 15 minutes, or it may have entirely ruined my appetite!

The gentleman that worked nights for thanksgiving week was the best and so helpful the breakfast was great the pool was great only thing was the rooms are small and no microwaves in the rooms and a small fridge was there but didn’t seem cold

It was perfect for stopping during my cross country drive. I slept well and the shower was nice and hot at 8am. Breakfast is served, but it wasn’t to my taste. I would absolutely stay here again.

Love the breakfast.

Arrived at the property at two in the morning, and no one was there to let us in the door. The doors were locked. We called and somebody finally came and open the door. Then we found out there. Was someone in the building the whole time sitting in the kitchen in the dark, and he was supposed to be the manager on duty Awful stay
