    I booked through hotels.com, it stated 6 rooms were available. Once I showed up, the entire place looked very shabby and it appears people also live there, not an average hotel. The gate at check in was closed and a letter with a phone number was taped to it. I called the number and I was told they have no available rooms and to call hotels.con for a refund. I called, and it's an automated system. I was unable to speak with a person. When I attempted to cancel, I was told I'd only get half a refund due to a last minute "cancellation", I didn't process the "cancellation", I was frustrated and hung up. I believe this is a scam, as the hotel still gets paid for rooms that they claim aren't available. I'm on a work trip, so I had to book a room elsewhere and spent over $300 unexpectedly. Don't get scammed like I did.

    Absolutely terrible experience. I booked this hotel two weeks before my stay, and even called the day-of to confirm that everything was still in order. I drove 4.5 hours with my sister to see a concert, and we planned to lay over for the night and drive back in the morning. When we got there at about 12:00am they told me that all the rooms were full and despite seeing my reservation on their computer and pulling it up to show me, they told me they rented my room to someone else anyway. When I asked why they didn't call me to tell me my room would not be available, they refused to answer me and told me there was nothing they could do. Completely unprofessional, rude, and entirely unhelpful staff. None of them should be in the hospitality industry at all. They refused to refund me and would not rectify the issue in any manner, and told me that I would have to leave because they were "closing soon". (What?) I had to call Booking in order to sort out the matter. Seeing as this was after a large concert, absolutely nowhere close by had any availability and we ended up driving back and arriving home at 6am, which was absolutely terrible. I will NEVER even CONSIDER in a thousand years attempting to stay with this place again and will never recommend it to anybody else. This should never happen to someone. What if we'd driven further, and *couldn't* go home that night? Absolutely horrific. Do not even think about trying to stay here.

    Oversold their rooms and lied saying they had a fake number for my booking and couldn’t call me to tell me. I called to check in and was hung up on and then my number was blocked. After spending 13 hours in traffic I had to find another place at midnight to sleep. Horrific, will never book again. Still trying to charge me for my stay they cancelled! LIARS AND THIEVES!

    I was scammed at that hotel. I paid nearly $100 to reserve my room, but when I arrived, the front desk was closed. I called, and they told me that no rooms were available and that they couldn't do anything for me. So, I do not recommend it.

    Staff is always friendly and take care of things. They communicate well and actually pay attention to the property. Everything is clean and well taken care of. And any shop you need is just about in walking range. Love the place

    They are available online but when I get there they are fully booked. My money was already paid and they said I had to call the booking people for a refund. Huge inconvenience being from out of town. No help. She didn't even speak English. She had to call someone and speak to them and then put them on speaker.

    Everything was terrible and here is why. After a long morning of traveling and a tough day at a trade show I went to the Studio 6 Suites in Greenville SC to check in. I was met by a sign on the lobby door that was locked and a handwritten note on the door which read verbatim. We are Sold Out! All reservations has been cancelled with refund. Reach out to the online Platform for a refund! Looking in at the desk which had a metal roll down door shut and a sign which read the same as the lobby door. Other patrons said the signs had been up all week and they knew the hotel was not sold out. I can't confirm the latter, but not much about this experience surprises me.

    Flirt was filthy. No one ever at the front desk. No hairdryer. No coffee maker. Tv would only work with streaming but wouldn’t pair with devices. I’m all for pet friendly hotels, but when meth heads leave their dog for HOURS and the dog howls for 4 minutes straight every 15 minutes, the owner should be contacted to come back and resolve the issue. I travel with my dog. I know. But with no one at the desk, there’s no one there to say crap. Room REEKED of weed. Smoke detector covered with a baby powder label. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton for the price by any means. But this was definitely the Shitz Carlton…

    Full kitchen but nothing in the cabinets to use to cook. No utensils, plates, pots or pans, glasses, etc. The carpet was so dirty that it turned my white socks brown. Stains on the furniture and carpet. Very low end lodging.

    The stay and staff were very cool. The issues we had with the room was the roaches and the Internet. Keep some bug spray, and carry a portable WiFi. The building is solid brick. All of the front desk attendants were very nice, and took care of any requests we had.

    This is not a regular hotel. This is transitional housing. It has zero accommodations and they charge for clean towels. There’s no elevator or amenities at this place not even a trash can in the room. I hated my stay but didn’t have time to change the booking.

    Seems This hotel caters to workers. It is a little rough looking on the outside but the room was very large and includes a kitchen. No dishes or silverware. It was basic and smelled a bit like smoke however the price was good. Everything worked. The woman at the front desk was nice. I would go back again. I felt like I got a fair deal for the money.

    Many years ago we decided we no longer needed to take cups with us as every hotel we have ever stayed at to this point provided a cup each and something to boil water with. In fairness to the property there were two plastic cups for a cold drink. When we went down to reception and queried why did we have many kitchen appliances the kitchen otherwise contained nothing as in no cups, spoons, knifes, plates, dishes to cook stuff in, toaster, you get the idea. This is where things get weird, you can buy non disposable cookware and dinnerware sets, ($39.99 and 19.99 for 1 setting), if you are an overseas tourist there is no way you are traveling with a set of crockery etc, and have no desire to buy such things as you can't take them home with you. Once we went to reception, they were able to eventually find us some cutlery, cups, plates and bowls we were able to make a weird breakfast (no toaster) and have a hot drink.

    We stayed in extended stay hotel for one week with kitchen. Upon check in a Muslim woman from front desk hardly speaks English and her facial expressions looks tired and ungrateful. We never had daily services for one week of stay, no hand towels. No kitchen utensils, no plates, no glasses, no pans. Nothing! Floors are sticky and looks like never mopped, nightstands thick dust, bed has hair strands. Housekeeping just gave 2 very small thin bath towels. Rooms can hear footsteps on the top floor, room walls from left and right rooms can hear other guests. Everytime we call on front desk it took 15 minutes to answer. Terrible costumer services. This is the worst Exteded Stay hotel we’ve been. It needs improvement I hope the general manager will do something about it.

    It was awful receptionist told me that we had to pay a xtra 150 by card i told her I only had the amount for 1 night and she said she couldn't take cash for the deposit which I told her I would have to go to the bank she said that was fine so we left went to another motel that was cheaper and didn't require a deposit do not recommend this place especially with us being around here like what are we gonna do steal the TV off the wall she should have took our cash but no she wanted all the money on card we were not told anything about this be4 hand The reception rude attitude i don't know her name but she was Spanish

    Would never recommend this hotel!! People hanging around smoking Marijuana and drinking around the entrance late at night. Smell of Marijuana in the hallway. Had a family that was living there above us with 4 or 5 toddlers that ran and jumped all day and night. Complained to the front desk and they would stop for about 10 minutes and start again.

Had a family that was living there above us with 4 or 5 toddlers that ran and jumped all day and night. Complained to the front desk and they would stop for about 10 minutes and start again.

    There was a $100 deposit that wad unknown and when asked for paperwork there was none. There was also no sign hanging about a deposit. Front desk lady was nice but had to write me a note saying I would be get my money back after I check out because they did not have anything that says I would. When asked about paperwork I was told they dnt have any. Hallway smelled horrible and smelled like mold and cigarette. Room was not bad but no tissue was in room. Had to ask for some at front desk. Probably won’t come back.

    Everything about this establishment is disgusting. I'm surprised i didnt run across a few bed bugs as nasty and stain filled as the bed and pillows were. Jennifer, the receptionist had a very nasty attitude and hung up the phone on me when I called before check-in to ask a simple question. My question went unanswered and her tone was rude and condescending. When I came in person after rudely being hung up on, the attitude was different 😒 luckily i was raised correctly so as much as i wanted to return the attitude i kept it classy, unlike the receptionist. The room was not up to par at all, it is very outdated, there was what looked like pubic hair on the "clean" towels, the TV kept going in and out, it's an efficiency with no utensils whatsoever. The complimentary breakfast was non-existent, no coffee. The other patrons were questionable. I actually made my companion walk everywhere with me as i was concerned for my safety. just ghetto!!!!! I should have taken the horrible customer service from the very beginning as a sign and took my money elsewhere. I do not recommend.

    It’s affordable... is the only thing I liked about this hotel. The hotel smelled like marijuana the entire stay. The night staff was not friendly and even rude to my kids. Most of the time the front staff were not available and spent their time chain smoking outside. Do not stay here if you have kids. The environment and hotel gives you a weary vibe. I had a very short stay or I would have booked another hotel!

    The hallways were in need of vacuuming the entire 3 days I was there, and it smelled a bit smokey in the halls. But my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was the same as pretty much every Extended Stay America- coffee and a selection of muffins and granola bars. Quick grab-&-go options.

    The room was great! Very clean & had everything I needed. The price couldn't be beat; thanks Hotels.com! Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I wasn't able to enjoy their complimentary breakfast unfortunately, but my stay was great either way. If you're looking for a place to stay, long or short term, I highly recommend this Extended Stay America hotel. I did notice that they have a kit you can purchase (I think) for the kitchen that includes cookware, plates, utensils, etc. in case you don't have your own. The refrigerator is very big & the microwave was great. I have stated at many extended stay hotels & this one did not disappoint! Thank you for a peaceful & comfortable stay.

    Parking lot seems to be a place homeless hang out. Overall my stay was ok. A bit noisy being located near the stairs. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

    There was a place not to clean, to noise and feel unsecured in the parking lot , there was a dog barking about three rooms away and I can hear clearly, the front desk people was not to kind, I won’t come back again. When I come back at night, it smells bad, like smoking in the lower level, i dint see any body doing it dough.

    Just a quick overnight stay while attending my college homecoming. Did not explore the surrounding area but noticed a mall nearby with plenty of dining options. The do charge $10/hr for early checkin if a room is available. Did not eat the complimentary breakfast or use the laundry facility.

    Check in was an easy process. The room is very spacious. Im not a fan of the door to the room doesn't reach the floor. It actually feels like the door is somewhat still open it's such a distance from the floor. The bathroom wasn't very clean there was hair in the shower. Overall tge room was decent just needs to be cleaned properly

    Found a roach next to the bed. Had to wait 15 minutes because front desk person is also house keeping, security, dish washer, and dry cleaning.

    The room was dirty. The kitchen hadn’t been cleaned. The entire building reeked of marijuana! We didn’t feel safe staying there, cancelled our room and left.
