We had a last minute check in for a power outage at our residence. The team was most accommodating to our needs. Both at check in, and at check out. The guests were interesting and cordial as well!! For the short time allowed it was a perfect stay!!

The site itself was amazingly clean, the room was in great shape and very well taken care of. Daily cleanings assured we had everything we needed and that the room was in excellent shape for us.

We picked the hotel because it is pet friendly and has two bedroom suites. We travelled with mom and our pup. Everything worked out great. Excellent location, walkable area. Very friendly staff.

Everything. The rooms were spacious, stocked well and super clean. Absolutely a delight to stay here! The parking spots in the front were covered in a sheet of ice, not a safe space for people to be loading and unloading vehicles.

Excellent location, facilities were perfect and the staff so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing too! The hotel is dog friendly so you may encounter some dog hair on the sofa!

The location was convenient When we arrived we paid the pet fee and when we went up to the room we walked in and it smelled so bad like dog urine I did not even dare to set my things down. We went down to the desk and told her and she changed the room but the $79 pet fee should be used to clean them better to remove odor! We stayed one night and would not stay here again.

The staff was great and answered all my questions I had. The only issue I had was the road in front which isn't the hotel's fault. The median has trees/bushes in such a way that you can not see oncoming traffic when trying to turn into the hotel

The hotel was very clean and nice. The room was spacious and stocked with dove soap and lotion which was a nice touch. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. I would not change anything, the stay was great

The floor of the bathroom and kitchen needed extra attention especially between the refrigerator and stove, but I politely asked for a broom and swept it myself.

The Suites were very homey and allowed for us to cook and do what we would at home. Being able to do laundry for free was a bonus on top of the everyday breakfast buffet.

Only negative comment is I booked a 2 bedroom suite with 1 king & 2 double beds but that wasn’t available on arrival - was 1 king & 1 queen so had to use the very uncomfortable sofa sleeper.

My only issue was that the bed was so high it was difficult for me to access (I’m 70). If I come back, I’ll be sure to pack a folding step stool.

I was genuinely surprised at how clean this hotel was! Even the pool and outside area was very well taken care of. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

The property was adequate. However, each room had its own unique stinky odor. (We had friends staying in another room). The odor was not present in the hallways or common areas. The toaster was broken. Apparently it had been broken for sometime because when I asked the breakfast attendant about it she already knew.

We had an amazing stay. We just relocated to South Carolina and needed a place to stay until our apartment was ready. The staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed to ensure we were able to move into our apartment!

I loved the amenities (full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove, coffeemaker, refrigerator and fully stocked cabinets with dishes, pots and pans, etc. It was also close to Interstate 85 and was near Haywood Mall and lots of eateries.

The animal fee is $100.00. Our 7 yo Corgi usually travels with us. We will not stay @ an IGH facility again. Staff were friendly and the room was mostly clean. No condiments in the room and the dishwasher was full of dishes. I empty my dishwasher at home. Not going to pay to stay and empty one unless I used the dishes.

This was supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but our room had an OVERWHELMING smell of cigarette smoke. It seemed clean. They brought some kind of air purifier to our room to help with the smell while we were out the next day. We returned to room in evening and machine was still there, which was fine. We unplugged and assumed they would get next morning, as we were checking out. They knocked on our door at around 10pm and were actively putting their card in door to open when my husband answered. He was picking up machine. We were already asleep...An earlier hour, or a phone call to room would have been a better way to handle the situation. Unless there had been a maintenance call or urgent situation they should have never knocked on our door at that hour.

Our room was filthy. Stains and food on the sofa bed. Chairs full of crumbs and hair. Broken closet door just left hanging. Hole in the wall. It seemed as if they only made the beds and slapped some stickers on everything. Set up of room and the space was great

Hands down this was the nicest suite I have stayed in. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was perfect (and as a side sleeper this is rare). The breakfast and evening buffet had healthy options. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here! I decided to take a little overnight trip with my free hotels.com night. This hotel was pet friendly and had outstanding reviews. Do not be misled! We have a dog and I understand deposits for bringing along a pet...however there was a 75.00 hard cost besides a two page legal document to sign that I felt I needed a lawyer present! Because I had a no refund room booked I had no choice! Then they said they did not have the two bed room I booked! The woman told me not to believe anything that's listed on line! Add to that a breakfast that gave me food poisoning! My free overnight room totaled $120.00 plus being food poisoning! My advice...stay away!

We were very impressed with this hotel. It is beautiful inside and out. The too. Was clean and comfy and quiet. Not only was there a full breakfast each morning, but also there was a daily happy hour social with drinks and snacks. We also took advantage of the fitness center. Very satisfied, highly recommend!
