Property was right downtown the breakfast was amazing !!!! The rooms clean parking across the street is $10 if valet is more than you want to spend. Room cleaning is every other day unless you'd like them to clean more often you can request. Staff is friendly.

The location is great! We went to a concert at Bon Secours, and it was an easy walk to the arena. It was also within walking distance of great restaurants. The lobby was beautiful, but not in a "don't touch anything" kind of way. We enjoyed hanging out there! Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and professional. We are already planning to stay here again if we go to another concert or a Greenville Drive game. We liked everything!

Very convenient. Nice finishes, comfortable bed. Shower leaked all over floor if door was slightly open. Breakfast was a nice selection but it was stone cold at 7 am.

I booked this hotel in early February 2026 for a wedding party scheduled in April 2026 just to arrive the day of the rehearsal to find out that Marriot oversold the hotel and we had no where to go. The staff were absolutely horrendous.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic from the people at the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone is professional and kind.

The refrigerator in the room made noise every 2 minutes the entire stay.

The room was clean, the lobby beautiful, large breakfast area and continually monitored. The Lobby was kept spotless and the staff was helpful and courteous. it didn't hurt that it smelled wonderful too!

It was ignored. Security came at around 6 am …I actually talked to the front desk but I felt the apologies were hollow. The least they could have given us was an upgrade of our room but nothing was offered. We did not have any sleep the first night. This is very disappointing and I don’t think we will booked this hotel ever again. We visit Greenville on a monthly basis and this hotel did not cut it.

It was awesome! Breakfast was good, my room was cleaned daily with clean towels and the staff was friendly. Also the hotel is very accessible to restaurants and activities.

My second visit at this Hotel was good. The staff were courteous, professional and helpful. The Hotel was clean ( did notice some wear on the public area furniture, especially outside fire pit area). Location is outstanding .I had requested an handicapped accessible room for my visually impaired wife but didn't get one which put a damper on my stay. Otherwise the experience was good.anoutstanding and overall a good stay.

This place was beautiful and the free breakfast was the best selection I have ever seen at a breakfast included hotel. On check-in, the staff was a bit under trained and knew nothing about the layout of the city when asked how to get to Main Street. However, the check-in went smoothly. Room was sufficient but the thing that was the most disappointing was that we never had maid service during our stay. Our bed was never made and we were left to do our own housekeeping in the bathroom. The front desk apologized greatly when told of this. Other than that though, it was a pleasant and quiet stay in a convenient location.

Our whole experience was wonderful. Checked in on the app, valet parking was a breeze, and getting our key was quick and seamless! We were in town for a concert and were impressed with the accommodations. The room was perfect and spotless! My only complaint would be the pillows were flat. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

The Hotel was amazing. Parking is limited . You have to do Vallet Parking.

Staff is super friendly, just wish they would offer Greenville maps and ask if guests need any help with the area as we checked in. The breakfast was a full breakfast and the restaurant attached had good food. The hotel is central to a lot of restaurants and pretty walking.

Room wasn’t clean the every day like they said. We had to call to have the room Cleaned up. Basically feel like post Covid people stopped caring about good service. Which is sad given I need a solid hotel for my monthly trip to Greenville.

The property was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the dining area was well staffed and clean. The only thing we did not love about the hotel was the noise from the hall, you could clearly hear all the conversations and movement in the hallway.

My absolute favorite hotel in Greenville! Walkable to the mecca of downtown, close to the mall, freeways, woodruff rd etc. Its so beautiful, the rooms are spacious and always clean, the staff is so nice, and the valet is very easy to use!

We had a handicap accessible room to accommodate our special needs child and his equipment. The room was spacious, easy to maneuver his equipment. The bathroom was also handicap accessible with ADA style sink, plenty of grab bars in the tub and toilet, as well as a shower chair. Best location to stay to accommodate our kids. Location was also 2 blocks from Main Street, awesome stuff!

This hotel was incredible! The moment you walk in, it smells AMAZING, the front desk crew and all workers were extremely friendly and helpful, and the design of the place is so cool!! Everything was super clean and comfortable! And the free breakfast was absolutely divine! So many good options, even just for coffee! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and during the night it was very noisy in the hallway. The pool was WAY too small. We did not use it because it was too crowded. Can we talk about the breakfast? The sausage was cold, the eggs were flavorless and the pancakes tasted awful. Both days they offered oatmeal. We were in S. Carolina, I would think there would be grits somewhere. My husband skipped breakfast the second day. I tried but just had coffee. I was a tad bit disenchanted.

Loved the location for a quick nights stay in Greenville. Loved being able to walk to the falls and multiple dining options.

Everything was excellent. The couches outside were dirty and torn. In the morning the played loud distracting music. There was some noise from the hallway at night but other than that everytging was very very good.

Great property, but the main issue we had was that the bathroom door is not solid, it is opaque and so the light from the bathroom can be seen through the door. If anyone uses the restroom in the middle of the night, it is as if someone turns on all of the lights in the room it is so bright through the door. This is the reason we would not stay here again, even though everything was great.

Very welcoming staff. We had a fight with getting the tv working, kept saying internet issues for a bit, but finally got it working and didn’t have any more issues with it. Pool was clean, awesome breakfast, nice gym, comfortable clean beds.

My friend and I loved this hotel. We came to Greenville for a bridal shower and loved our time in this charming city. I would love to visit Greenville for a longer visit and would stay here. It was convenient, clean, with friendly staff, and centrally located, and the valet parking was a win-win. It checked all the boxes

The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom setup was horrible. It was situated across from the beds with very little privacy. The door didn’t lock, it barely closed. It was quite awkward. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The front desk staff was very friendly.

We like that the property is walkable to about everything downtown, what can be a little dissapointing is that not enough parking for hotel guest other than to pay for valet.

The staff was amazing and very helpful with recommending some great restaurants.

The space is inviting and fun. Loved the exercise room and small pool area and the common areas throughout. Breakfast was better than usual for a hotel and another lovely space. Parking was easy and not expensive at only $7 per day for a covered garage. Plus it is in walking distance to all the sites and restaurants.

We have stayed at this location many times. It is always our choice when visiting Greenville. Location is awesome! Always a great time and very friendly service. However, on our day of check out, housekeeping busted into our room at 10:30am without knocking. We also had the “Still Sleeping” card hanging on the outside of the door. This has never happened before but really caught us off guard.
