Amenities all good. Should tell guests staying for more than one night that there is no housekeeping daily. The hand lotion is a tube and very difficult to squeeze and lotion does not easily flow. Food excellent. Gym has great amenities but needs instructions on how to work the water dispenser. Valet great. From desk does not know what is near or far just said to look at google.

Beautiful property. Walking distance to downtown and the waterfall. Breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty of seating. Fire pit at night was an amazing touch. Can’t wait to stay again

Location right downtown was convenient. Breakfast was good Upon arrival there was a piece of clear piece of plastic on the floor. The towels seemed clean but there was some type of black threads that fell out. Housekeeping came in twice before checkout , which both said it was on their paper we had checked out.

The room was fine but had two days of no hot water. Management was very slow to respond, front desk was delightful. Homeless man sitting on front cushioned bench smoking cigarette butts and selling candy all day. Another one in the lobby with long red hair wig and a mustache, someone had given him coffee. Seat cushions in pool area were stained and several were split open. Seems to have gone down since last years stay

The hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and accessibility around the courtyard. However, valet parking was not the best considering the amount of space to park in the front and when requesting your vehicle you’re not given an estimate time when the vehicle will be ready. Besides that it was overall a good stay! I will choose them again

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are very nice and it is very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. The restaurant and breakfast are very good.

I was shocked that the front desk had zero efforts in making our stay a good one when I notified them about the TV not working. There was no apology or effort made-one guy blamed housekeeping (how is this their fault?) and the other guy said they would have to fix it later…..The valet was backed up and we had issues getting in….. the bathroom was not stocked properly. I expect more for what we paid for this room

Nice staff good location Pool so small not like picture. More of splash pool . Very busy for children really .only had room cleaned 3 times as card for door did not make sense such as all set !! Does that mean clean ?

I said yes. She said she'd speak to a manager and bring new sheets and that someone would call us. That never happened! Next day were sitiing eating breakfast and under the side table we see something pink...my daughter picked it up not knowing what it was and it turns out it was a dirty woman underwear inside out completely disgusting. We took pictures and walked down to the front desk to show them. They said management was already looking into the first incident and someone would call us shortly. That never happened. Next day... check out day i call and dpeak to front desk and ask for an update. They again said someone will talk with you guys once you check out and bring keys upfront. That never happened. I do not recommend this hotel i had high hopes...we are very disappointed and will not return nor recommend it Next day

Our room was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a city view. Very impressive! The hotel was very clean and beautiful and smelled so good. The view was great and so was customer service. We had never stayed here before, but we loved it and will definitely come back. Also loved the fact that check out is 12pm. Highly recommend this place. Especially for families.

A beautiful place. unfortunately our stay was very brief but the facility was beautiful and super clean. Friendly staff and it was in a great location! we walked to everything we wanted to see and there was all kinds of great restaurants to choose from!

Friendly staff, gas firepits by the pool, hanging chairs in the lobbly were comfortable, hotel is withing walking distance of Greenville's events arena and main dowbtown shopping district. Suites were spacious, clean and well stocked. Breakfast was disappointing (eggs we're overly salty and unedible, sausage was dry, muffins tasted odd, waffles had chunks of sugar in them-fun for kids, but not adults), no signage for elevator on floor 5, we missed the hallway leading to the elevator every time, it was like a hall of mirrors.

The separate rooms were really great for privacy, in addition to two bathrooms! Always a plus when traveling with multiple people. The living area was comfy and felt clean to sit on. A few extra towels were requested and not received, but it was no big deal. Everything was great!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stay at different hotels throughout the year and this one left us with no concerns or issues. From check in to the delicious breakfast to the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful decor. It was a lovely experience we will be returning.

Nice big rooms which is the selling point when traveling with kids. Only issue is the pool. It is ridiculously small and not at all appropriate for a hotel of this size - especially a hotel geared for families.

It was a beautiful hotel. Nice location downtown. The parking situation was my biggest issue and the king bed was not as comfortable as i wanted.

What a beautiful hotel! Pool is tiny but we didn’t need to use it as there is so much to do in Greenville. Tons of high quality eateries in walking distance. Perks: laundry room complimentary for customers. Beautiful room and lobby. They even have a grill in their courtyard! Bikes available for guests to use! I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely wonderful, friendly, kind, courteous and prompt responses from staff- can’t rate them all highly enough. This is from the front desk, the valets who helped us off load even though we were doing self-Parking, to the cleaning folks - all just wonderful. Have stayed at other hotels and other Marriotts and this is one of their best!

The property is in a great location to restaurants and businesses downtown. It is also close to the mall which was a short drive. The hotel is beautiful. However, the room was not in the greatest shape. The shower took forever to get warm. The shower actually leaked. The water pressure was pretty weak. The color in our tv was slightly off. Some of the lights flickered and lastly, the bed was a little too hard with the pillows being way to soft. I know that sounds like a lot but honestly the hotel stay was great. The building just needs a little upkeep. Due to the location, we would definitely stay again.

Delightful weekend stay. Fabulous location! Quiet. Clean. Place smells good as soon as you enter the lobby. Generous free breakfast buffet in spacious dining area. Classy place. Parking was confusing though if you didn't want to use valet. Ended up parking in garage across street, which was a major pain with luggage.

They were so helpful for me I needed a place close to my mom who was in the hospital at St. Francis and accommodated me with ease. This is why I love this hotel my go to every time I come downtown!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Residence Inn. The room was spacious and quiet. I appreciated the 24 hour fitness center and found it to be very well equipped. The hotel was within walking distance of all of downtown. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again.

Parking is valet but they were quick to get the car and very friendly. Our main reason to visit was to ride our bikes on the Swamp Rabbit trail and to see the Greenville Drive minor league team. The baseball stadium is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The downtown is so walkable and so many shops and restaurants. We rode from the hotel down to the Swamp Rabbit trail out to Travelers Rest. There was a cute little smoothie shop along the trail in a rail car. We had to stop for a smoothie. The trail goes by Furman Univ. There were a couple of places that crossed traffic that was a little hairy but for the most part it was trees and beautiful scenery. Downtown the trail could us more signs. We are definitely coming back to do more in Greenville.

We had a great stay- the room was clean, comfy, and well-equipped (pots, cutlery, nice size fridge). The staff was also really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs were moist and soft, waffles were crisp.

I love everything about the property i had a great stay the only thing is my second night i was itchy all night long i dont know why and it was hard to sleep. other than that it was wonderful i love everything about it.

Not great service. We came into town to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. Everyone at the front desk was borderline rude. Acted as if we were a bother. The hotel itself is very beautifully designed & convenient location, but I won’t return due to the service

Great hotel. Suites are nice. Comfortable bed. Location is great for the breweries and main street. Short walk to the river and businesses/restaurants there. Overall no issues. Would go back.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous and welcoming. This is the best Residence Inn I have stayed.

Great stay, amazing service. Unfortunately was charged an extra day for valet parking. Tried calling but the call hung up.

Great place only downside is that they could use a little petter sound proofing. Could here the others opening/ closing the blinds upstairs.

Beautiful hotel that seemed new or just renovated. Lobby area is gorgeous and welcoming. Staff was all very friendly. Room was well-appointed, quiet and very comfortable. Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants, city amenities. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. It was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect, the bar and music was a nice bonus, and the outside area was great for this beautiful weekend. We walked to great restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Excellent property. Modern and clean. Like many hotels, there is a noticeable shortage of staff and some services are curtailed somewhat.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My only problem was with the day shift desk services. I called the hotel to ask questions about my reservations and I was hung up on multiple times. The night shift employee Pam was very helpful and she was friendly. I question whether or not I’ll stay here again because of the amount of disrespect shown.

The property is located in downtown Greenville. It allows you to walk around the downtown area and enjoy all that Greenville has to offer.

The hotel is in a great location downtown and walking distance to many places. The room was large and clean. The only downside was that there was no view from my room.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that the pool was so tiny and overcrowdedand so we never got an opportunity to use it.
