    Tacky magic marker signs taped to the walls in the breakfast area alerting that customers cannot take breakfast out of the area. Signed "The management". This is also a minor but unfriendly approach to their concern, whatever that is. Of greater concern was that one of my group needed a handicap room. This turned out to be the same as other rooms except that it was on the first floor and near a marked handicap parking space. Also, there was an extra wall bar in the bath/shower but you still have to be able to step up over the bathtub sides to use the shower. There was no meaningful adjustment for stability at the toilet. Last, I booked the room via a third party app. I was told that the Quality Inn does not award Choice points when you book this way. They still got my money for the room I just didn't get credit for the stay. Maybe this is standard but also seemingly petty and annoying and a disinsentive to use this chain in the future. All in all, not a terrible place to stay (so 3 out of 5) but I would not go out of my way to stay there again.

    The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night for no reason 😒 we basically dropped in on extended road trip and we were exhausted, so being woken up several times was inconvenient to say the least. Appreciated the eggs and sausage on the way out and the morning front desk lady was a sweetheart.

    It's a hotel with rooms that are clones of many other "hotels," like the Super 8s found throughout the United States. Pros: - The affordable price ($76 for a room with two queen beds). - Decent breakfast included, better than other hotels, even higher-rated ones. - Sufficiently clean sheets. Cons: - A little dust on some surfaces, like the fridge and desk. - Poorly soundproofed rooms, with dated furnishings and slow wifi. - Very noisy air conditioning. The lady at the front desk (both the one at check-in in the evening and the other at check-out the next morning) should smile a little more and not treat guests like they're doing them a favor by talking to them. "I'm so excited to be alive." We only stayed one night, so I don't know or have tried the other amenities the hotel offers. In conclusion...all things considered, would I return? Yes, but only if it was the same price!

    When pulling in the property looked and seemed abandoned, it was quite unnerving. There were several cars in the very back of the property the hotel is huge. (Sadly, it appears many are living back there. I am not a fan of this as I feel a structure should be either a hotel or a housing complex not a combination of the two.) It took us a bit to figure out where to enter in order to check in. Everything was fine from this point on. The check in area, our room & the breakfast area were all very clean plus the breakfast was very good. It was quiet and the mattress was comfortable. The bedding was nice and we had several good quality pillows. There was no bad odors. No smells of cleaners or deodorizers used to mask lack of cleanliness - the place is kept clean. We would definitely return.

    This is a great Quality Inn hotel. It’s very close to many restaurants and Haywood Mall. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was excellent and very comfortable. I would stay there again.

    My sheet had a cigarette burn, the walls were paper thin and the police stopped by twice to deal with the rowdy crowd in the parking lot. Will never stay there again. The room also smelled like weed.

    The room was clean. The TV and remote were outdated. Our stay would have been fine except for a hot rod club staying at hotel-rowdy, noisy people and cars and radio/music blaring half the night. The police did come but the noise continued early morning. Hotel staff were polite and friendly.

    It was very conveniently located to my event and about 7 minutes off the I385. I felt welcomed, the room was clean, the bedding and towels were actually white and clean, the mattress was comfortable, and lots of pillows.

    Well the room was visual playing and it looked amazing but it needed a little bit of deep cleaning but overall the room was great the bed was good I slept amazing I didn't get to eat the continental breakfast I didn't know when it was over and I got there late so they had already pulled it out but overall the stay was great

    I am very concerned with the management of this hotel, I had been staying there for 1 weeks waiting for my home to be ready, the room next to me had females in there obviously doing illegal activity trafficking! Different men were leaving the room every 20 minutes one one night i sat outside and counted 15 men!! The next day I saw the young girl and the black truck with what appeared to be her pimp and a older woman in a black Chevrolet pickup truck brought a different young girl and swapped her out, the young girl appeared very frightened. We called the Greenville PD and they came and went to the front desk and then came and checked on the girl. An hour later the hotel security informed the girls they had to check out the also asked the girl why she was crying and appeared terrified, 2 days later I was told there was a water leak in the hotel and they couldn't re book us, today I was told that I was placed on the do not book list for choice!! All because I reported an obvious sex trafficking operation!!! This is very sad that this hotel is comfortable allowing illegal activity drugs and sex operations and then putting people out that was staying there because of a need!! I spoke with harry Patel Monday morning and he was very rude and advised me that he would ask his management why I was placed on a do not rent list, after i advised him I had already spoken with the management and they told me he was the one that put me on this list he became very rude

    It's a place to sleep. . . convenient area. Hotel lacking updating in a while. Heating/Cooling system sounds like a jet engine each time it kicks on - waking you up every time. Will probably utilize a different facility next time I'm in the area.

    The staff was not friendly at all. The lady the night of check-in would barely speak or give any directions. She seemed like that she did not want to be there at all. Then a different lady at check-out was too preoccupied with her current task. Never asked about my stay, thanked me for staying or even offered a receipt. Lastly, the hotel charged me for another reservation that I did not make with the hotel.

    Me and my sister where getting ready for my birthday night and as we were getting our things together we seen looked like water bugs but as more were coming out we had google picture and it was cockroaches!! We scream and ran out and didn’t sleep there at all! We end up sleeping at a friends place instead! We will never go back.

    First room had feces on the mattress protector. Second room had I assume koolaid or red juice and yellow stains on the sheets. When I asked to be moved the front desk lady said if the third room was not up to my standards she would have to ask me to leave the property. I offered to change the linens myself and I was told housekeeping was gone, so that was not an option. My makeup bag was gone through while I was in a class. Bugs crawling on the wall. Terrible service and gross rooms. I would absolutely steer clear of this place. Not to mention the police raiding a neighboring room and vehicle upon checkout this morning.

    The bathroom had hair in tub. I had cleaning product with me. So I cleaned the hair out of the tub myself. I didn’t know about the spots on the sheets until I had showered and got ready for bed. Flipped sheets back and there was the spots. I just took a towel and covered it. I was checking out the next morning. I did not call the front desk because it was late I was tired and just wanted to sleep.so when I went to check out first they didn’t even have down that I paid a cash deposit so I had to go back to room to get my receipt to prove I had paid a cash deposit. Then the front desk person told me that I could not get my deposit back because it was poo on the sheet. I don’t think it was poo. I tried to explain to her those spots were there and she got argumentative with me and told it was not. I told her I would be calling the corporate office. I stay there at least twice a month and never thought I would get this kind of treatment. I guess was also supposed to report that someone was smoking in another room and i smelled it like they was in my room. I had a non smoking room for a reason I should not have had to smell smoke from another room.

    There is a very rude lady working the front desk that should be fired ! There was almost nobody staying there and this rotten miserable woman refused our reservation due to showing up a day late when we called and told them that we were going to be late! I will tell everyone that I know not to stay at a quality inn ever again due to the way that they are allowed to treat customers !

    After booking this reservation, I discovered that I had picked the wrong city. I called the hotel 5 minutes after booking and asked to cancel after explaining the situation, but they refused. After talking to Hotels.com I was advised to contact the hotel again. The front desk clerk hung up on me. Terrible customer service and no compassion at all.

    Rented suite, 2 queen beds and fold-out sofa bed. Rooms were fine, 2 TVs, fridge and microwave. Plenty of space. Kids loved the pool. Decent free breakfast, good neighborhood and parking. Only complaint was maid service. We didn't want any. We had the Do-not-disturb sign on whole time. 2nd day we had to argue with the maid to keep her out. 3rd day we got back to the room and found her in it. She pretended she didn't know what the sign meant and didn't speak English. She didn't know my son-in-law speaks Spanish. Next day when we got back, someone had gone in the rooms and turned off both air conditioners. I travel a lot and haven't run into that before.

    The rooms floor was very dirty. Breakfast ok, but staff was great. Tried to leave tip for housekeeping and they left it. Facility should provide an envelope in room. Also a tip jar for breakfast worker. These people work hard and deserve tips. Pool was overrun with yong kids birthday party, pool floats everywhere, people smoking poolside. I felt fairly safe there as a solo female traveler.

    Front desk clerk was not helpful , check in wasn’t smooth , disabled my key during stay and rented it to someone else after they walked in our room while we wasn’t there they realized it was someone’s room , security (supposedly) banged on our room door at 3:00 am and opened the door the latched stopped him from coming in. Never once said he was security, front office calls right after and said there was a problem with credit card after I showed them it had already been charged … spoke with harry and he was not apologizing at all told me to do what I need to do . Very rude

    Very rude staff at check in I arrived early and asked if I could check in and just hang out by the pool until the room was ready and even though it was nearly 100 degrees outside she told me no so I guess she figured sitting in my car for 2 hours was ok I had worked 10 hours in Columbia and then drove to Greenville but yet the quality inn in West Columbia lets me check in early every week

    This property was filthy inside and out, the breakfast was cold as ice and no syrup for the waffles. There was no shower curtain and the shower was filthy and full of mold. The door to our room was broken and didn’t work properly. Terrible customer service and bad attitudes by everyone working here that we encountered. Our entire trip should be refunded.

    For the money we paid it was pretty decent. The only negative when we try to get in the hotel. The lady forgot to rescan the cards so I wouldn’t let us in the hotel room, but after that, everything was fine it would’ve been nice if the breakfast was in till 10 rather than nine water pressure was OK from the shower

    Expedia also has a chat option that is COMPLETELY useless! Why have a “Chat” system when Expedia disables the Chat feature ????? How is that a chat if you can’t even type in what problem you are having? I only had two options to 1st click on the date of my stay, then click the property… then the chat program ends… no options, NOTHING! What is that? How is that helpful? Hotel- Rented and paid for a two queen size bed room for this hotel that was BEYOND GROSS: blood splatters on fitted bedding sheet, blood splatters on flat sheets, blood splatters on the white duvet as well as pics and rips on all bedding (top and bottom sheets, pillow cases). Mysterious stains on all the doors, floor, walls, light plates, filthy electrical outlets and air vents. A rainbow of stains on each and every towel, wash rags, and bonus for the dead bugs between the folds plus stains on the shower curtain. Broken pieces off AC unit, ripped up chairs, and cracked seats. Loose towel holder. Bugs on walls and bathtub. Filthy refrigerator with paint drips on the exterior along with food chunks, and flecks of something blue, streaks of various colors and a broken shelf on the inside. BEWARE of all the biohazard in this facility.

    The room was remodeled, but the bare bones of an older hotel were there. Very loud AC, room door did not have a good seal(we had the neighbors cigarette smoke in our room), and breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast.

    Area felt pretty safe. Staff was nice enough, only spoke to them during check in. Rooms are small and outdated but overall clean except for a couple of stains on the towels. Breakfast was limited but the biscuits were yummy.

    Front desk staff were unfriendly at checkin and checkout. TV service wasn't working at check in and we weren't notified until calling the front desk to report the issue, which was also an unfriendly interaction. Window curtain had a huge stain and so did a couple pillow cases. One pillow case had a large cigarette burn. Beds were comfortable.

    Things that I wasn't too crazy about was that the breakfast was lacking in general. Average at best. Also, it is difficult to leave the property and enter Orchard Park Road due to tall cedar trees blocking the view until you have to get out into the road before you can see if there is oncoming traffic.I have made comments about that in years past.

    My stay was nice and quiet. The bed was comfy. Pillow cases were questionable. I will be returning. Continental breakfast is always a plus. No eggs due to egg shortage. Plenty food and stores near by so thats not an issue.
