Reviews
The hotel has a great location and clean rooms, but there are frequent issues with room readiness, maintenance, and customer service. Many guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the check-in process and the handling of issues during their stay.

We had a 2 night stay and housekeeping did give us fresh towels and made the bed after our first night. A plus!!!

Sunday breakfast is buffet-style. There are no specialty coffee options available on-site, so you’ll need to visit a nearby coffee shop if that’s important to you. During our stay, the omelet station was not operational, and there weren’t many healthy breakfast choices. For guests who aren’t particularly focused on diet or nutrition, the breakfast will likely be perfectly adequate. The gym is quite small, and the pool area receives direct sun throughout the day with no shade, umbrellas, or covered seating available. The bathrooms could use updating, and while the beds were acceptable, they weren’t especially memorable. On the positive side, the rooms feature large TVs, and the bath amenities are Pharmacopia products. Overall, not a bad stay. The property has some shortcomings, but the price point helps offset many of them.

Great bar with friendly staff
- 4/5
The location is great! The room was nice and spacious. I would stay here again
- 5/5
The facility had the perfect location to tour downtown Greenville. Breakfast buffet was well prepared, quick and affordable.
- 3.5/5
Location Told front desk air conditioner wasn’t working she said it was hot outside. We went to eat lunch it was few degrees hotter. I found another staff member and she immediately moved us to another room.

The location is amazing

Professional, friendly, attentive staff!
- 1/5
Great location for concert attendees. Booked a King bed with an accessible shower for my wife who had a recent knee injury months in advance and was given two double beds with no accessible shower.
- 5/5
Convenient to concert venue, restaurants and shopping!
- 5/5
The staff was awesome and answered our questions. We ate at the Roost for a late lunch and had awesome service in their bar area.

The stay was okay, However...
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel all around. From the lobby to the actual room. Clean everywhere. Plenty of restaurants on site. Within walking distance of pretty much everything. Staff was super helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, great staff and amenities and easy to access all of downtown Greenville from the hotel
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Great staycay!
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
The only think I didn’t care for was that all of the rooms faced the center of the hotel, so there was not much natural light.
- 2/5
The hotel is looking its age in the hallways and stairwells. Carpets stained and water damaged on our floor. The common areas on each floor level smelled bad and musty. The gave us an accessible room which didn’t suit us and the attached parking lot was full and we had to use valet parking at $33 a night. We were able to get a parking spot the next day. The atms didn’t work so we were unable to get any cash there. The noise level in the halls was really loud even after midnight. We probably won’t be staying there again. The location was perfect though
- 5/5
From the time we showed up until the time we left, EVERYONE was absolutely AMAZING!!! I could state it enough, EVERYONE was FANTASTIC!!!! Absolutely Nothing!!!!
- 3/5
For our stay, it was a good location. Beds were comfortable and multiple pillows much appreciated. Parking was convenient. There was, however, no exhaust fan or vent in the bathroom. Didn't like that. Seems that a renovation is due.
- 4.5/5
I liked the location, the valet option, since we were coming and going a lot. And the space is open and feels good. Let us check in a bit early which was a big help. I know that is not always possible.

Very central on Main Street, with restaurants shops and bars near by also lots of local events right outside the doors, staff very friendly and efficient N/A

The overall cleanliness of the room was good (not excellent). We just had some bad experiences not really related to the room itself. The hotel location is excellent if you want to experience downtown. We returned to an outing to a lobby covered in human feces and the feces extended on down the stairs to the bar area. It was not even marked as a danger or "caution" and was not cleaned or marked for a good 20 minutes after we returned. My room overlooked the lobby, and we watched to see when it was cleaned. However, we do know that the front desk was aware of the situation as soon as we returned because we stopped to inform them of the situation and they "pointedly" made it clear they were aware! From my room we watched, and it was not marked or cleaned for approximately 20 minutes after our return. Also, I requested ADJACENT rooms. I paid over $700 for two rooms to be close to family. Instead, they were put across the hall two doors down. The adjacent room to mine was a couple who SCREAMED and Yelled at each other until 3 am. I was just about to call the front desk, but they quieted down until 7 am and then it started again! My granddaughter that stayed with me is only 8 years old and did not need to hear all that went on between the couple! It was totally unacceptable.

- 5/5
Nice room, good food places, shopping/walking distance. Nice stay overall.
- 4/5
The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The staff was helpful room was comfortable great restaurant attached lounge bar was nice to watch the game
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
Very limited parking for large vehicles. Had to park ours on the city street and call parking services to coordinate for the parking. You would have thought the staff would have done that. But oh well.
- 5/5
Great stay!!
- 2/5
Took forever at the front desk and we were the only people up there. Also, the beds were so horribly noisy. If you rolled over in one of the queen beds in the middle of the night, it was so loud it woke up the person in the other bed.
- 4/5
Property near downtown (Main street) and we walked around (explored). Found a restaurant etc.
- 5/5
Great Hotel!! Needed more lighting in bathroom. Shower pressure was extremely low.
- 5/5
Within walking distance to Bon Secours Wellness Arena
- 4/5
The room was clean. Loved the no carpet. Some minor quirks in the bathroom (bath faucet was lose, door handle was coming off, hair dryer was dirty). Overall, excellent room though.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff! Bo was awesome!!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, accommodating. Nice property located central to a lot Greenville offers.
- 5/5
Downfall was pool was not open. Was very disappointed because I planned for pool time.
- 4/5
This hotel was nice enough, centrally located. Bathroom was not stocked, hot water in shower took forever and the bed had no bedskirt which I found odd.
- 3/5
The website claimed there was food available at the bar until 12:am. This was not true so we had to venture into town to get dinner after a show. Bad information
- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with extremely convenient location for enjoying downtown Greenville.
- 4/5
I would REALLY suggest getting better fridges. Mine didn’t even chill my drinks.
- 1/5
Room smelled like mildew. Was $300 more per night than a usual weekend at this location, and they ran out of paper towels in the bathrooms with a fully booked venue hosting an event with over 1000 children.
- 4/5
Property was clean for the most part. Lot of issues with people on the floors partying, but I think it was a special group that was in town for something. Had to call the front desk for security as we couldn’t sleep it almost 1 AM. But the staff was amazing. That’s for sure.
- 5/5
Check in was easy. Front desk staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Great staff, comfortable rooms and convenient location to the arena and downtown.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 3/5
Room was so small. Had been told on phone we would have a city view room but instead had an internal room of lobby. It was a corner room an jumped up to elevator if we opened curtains anyone could see in. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was incredibly small as well. Not worth the price paid overall.
- 4/5
Great location, very nice staff.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing location!!!

Couldn’t honor a discount they said I had on phone when arrived, asked for late check out and attendant was rude on phone ,than valet was 20 minutes late on check out
- 5/5

- 2/5
This hotel is old and in need of renovation. The wallpaper looked like it was coming apart at the seams and wasn't smooth at all. Looks like possible water damage near the vent. I was surprised they offered no complimentary coffee for guests.
- 5/5
Room was great. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
The staff was great to us during the ice storm! Lots of places to hang out.
- 5/5
We love the Hyatt. Great location and a beautiful and clean hotel. We stay here very often especially around Christmas time.
- 5/5
:Perfect

I had to cancel due to health. I did not check in and did not get a refund, I have stayed at this hotel numeric times with no issues except with Expedia. I will never EVER use Expedia again.
- 5/5
Room was clean for the most part. The couch had some things on it, other than that, great check in, great bar and bartenders and amazing looking lobby.

We loved our room, except for the mattress. Please upgrade those mattresses! The TV was awesome, the room was well appointed and clean. But those old fashioned mattresses are just awful. Friendly staff and valet, though!
- 5/5
It was awesome!! All around 10/10
- 4/5
Great view.
- 5/5
This place was perfect all around-Great Location, and all staff was super helpful from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff. So close to Ben Secour-just a short walk!!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great staff and the valet is awesome. Very courteous and accommodating
- 5/5
Yes the room was very clean and spacious

Great
- 5/5
The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the check in staff was quick and accurate. Our room was great and we loved that we could walk to the Bon Secour Wellness Arena easily. After the event at the arena, we enjoyed a drink in the lobby.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, but the curtains did have what looked like brown finger print stains and the comforter had a small yellow staib. I spoke with one housekeeper that was kind, the man I spoke with at the desk was OK. I was accommodated with my early check in, but I did not get the higher floor that I requested. For over $500/night I cannot say that my expectations were met.
- 2/5
Rude staff, tried to double charge for valet parking. Was told valet was $27 a day, charged $30. I get it, it’s 3 dollars… but it’s aggravating to be told one thing and charged another.

- 3/5
Normally a pretty good hotel for the value but this time we ended up getting a room that had no hot water. We didn't realize it until around 8:30pm so we reported it and toughed it out. We decided to leave early in the morning and head back home. All the staff member said was, "sorry:.

Beautiful Atrium area with lots of decorated Christmas trees.
- 5/5
clean room, very nice hotel, easy access to food / shopping
- 5/5
Great hotel. Great friendly staff. Clean rooms
- 3/5
The view was poor, and the service could not keep up with the amount of people staying there
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the front desk staff was outstanding!
- 4/5
The lobby was always clean. The valet guys are super nice.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!!!
- 1/5
Dated room and bathroom was awful…old toilet shower. Air conditioning old system
- 5/5
Didn’t eat breakfast and the air was good.
- 5/5
We did not have breakfast in the hotel
- 5/5
Great location and beautiful, lively lobby. The only negative was the breakfast buffet at the adjoining restaurant. The food on the buffet was not great, and the buffet was the only option. We would have preferred a menu option as well.
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 5/5
They did a wonderful job everything was great!!!
- 4/5
Spacious, clean room, but heating/fan is really loud. The music in the lounge was cutting in and out. It would stop in the middle of a song then come back on. Other than that, very nice stay. We will come back. GREAT LOCATION!
- 5/5
Everything was clean and well-maintained. I'm a techie, so I also appreciated the easy connection of my own HDMI and Bluetooth devices.
- 1/5
The room was very outdated. Pillows were horrible, super noisy hallway, dumbbells being dropped every 30 seconds. Ac was super loud. Bathroom was so outdated. The staff was friendly but overall definitely not a relaxing stay, felt like a motel. We heard every word from the neighbor room and when there is a baby crying not ideal to have paper thin walls. For that price I definitely except more. Great location but so were the other hotels we looked at but for half of the price. Very disappointing!
- 5/5
The room was clean and the location was perfect to all of the downtown attractions
- 5/5
We will absolutely be staying here again. Our room was ready as we arrived early. Everything from the room to the staff was perfect!
- 5/5
Hotel was beautiful. Rooms was very clean and fresh. Hotel location was perfect
- 4/5
Friendly staff and lovely lobby.
- 5/5
Convenient to Main Street area.
- 5/5
Room was clean and modern
- 5/5
Clean room. Very nice hotel.
- 5/5
from the valet parking, to front dest , to the dinner at Roost? the service was impeccable. I would love to join The Hyatt points program and get the points i earned on this stay . Just Fabulous!
- 5/5
It was great having our room refreshed after the first night stay. Room was clean and quiet which we greatly appreciated. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast buffet. For the price we didn’t feel like it was worth it because the food was disappointing (e.g., pastries were hard and eggs were runny).
- 5/5
Clean room, front desk staff was fantastic!
- 5/5
Extremely convenient for walking to restaurants and stores!
- 4/5
Staff very accommodating. Rooms a bit tired but clean.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Everything was awesome.
- 5/5
Clean room, beautiful view!
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff.
- 2/5
Very noisy. Sink didn't drain.toilet didn't flush. Was charged for suite but was given a king bed, not a suite!
- 4/5
Good location, clean, and good staff. The facility itself is a little dated and the shower ceiling height was a little short.
- 5/5
The Hyatt was in the center of eveything that is going on. Staff was very kind and very helpfull and so many good restaurants in walking distance and well night life. Highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency!
- 5/5
Close to downtown
- 5/5
This property had always been one of my favorites, especially at Christmas!
- 2/5
Yes
- 5/5
Nice easy walk to bon seCour center
- 2/5
The rooms need to be renovated, and we had a water bug. The hotel needs to get pest control and spray the rooms. I feel that the room could've been better for the amount of money we spent.
- 5/5
Rooms were great. The staff was great. Would stay again.
- 1/5
Very dirty lobby furniture due to being so old. Stained furniture and carpets. They never cleaned my room the 3 days I was there asked the manager why he did not know. I asked everyday I was there to have my room cleaned the most I received was two additional washcloths and towels and was told they had no cleaning staff.
- 2/5
MISLEADING ADVERTISING. I paid extra for a room that advertised a view of Mainstreet in Downtown Greenville which is very pretty. Instead I got a full wall length window view of the adjoining building's roof generator/exhaust vents/HVAC equipment. I kept curtains closed the whole time because it was so ugly. All the rooms on my side of the floor did not even face main street which was on the opposite side of the building. The room and bath were basic. No need to pay for extras when there are none provided, I'll stay elsewhere in the area and have better room and amenities for same price. Also battery died on our door access and we had to run to restaurant to keep our reservation due to waiting for the door to be fixed so we could enter the room to change for dinner. I also think that $30 for parking is extreme.
- 5/5
It was a nice environment.
- 5/5
Nice place. Great downtown area.
- 5/5
Great staff, great location. We had an issue with the A/C and the fixed it right away. Everyone is pleasant and happy
- 1/5
We were unhappy with our suite due to the loud entertainment directly below our window. When I called the desk, our complaint was received by a person who stated that she was the manager, Kristen. Her behavior and response was so unprofessional and discourteous, we would never stay in your hotel again. Rude and confrontational would be an understatement. Anyone I speak to in our Cliffs communities will be advised to recommend another accommodation for their friends and family visiting the area.
- 5/5
Great place, close to arena
- 5/5
Very clean and updated room. Perfect for walking around downtown. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Convenient to bars, restaurants and shopping. One of the check in clerks had an attitude but another clerk was polite and helpful. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
- 4/5
Thanks
- 5/5
Need to have better directions to get to entrance. Address is Main street while motor is on a side street.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel. Location is fabulous. Just steps away from Main Steet. Just a short walk to Bon Secours Areana.
- 4/5
Location of hotel was great. Rooms were a bit dated and bar area was nice but too few bartenders. Long waits. Not happy about parking situation. We paid $10 which is what the valet person told us for staying at hotel but apparently we paid $10 for the Shinedown event PLUS another $7 the next morning to get out of the garage.
- 5/5
Beautiful and very clean hotel. The only down fall is they only have Valet parking($30 a day) or you park in the public’s parking garage next door. Otherwise very close to the Arena.
- 5/5
Very clean and loved the location
- 5/5
Great location. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and the arena.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel located within walking distance to restaurants and Bon Secours.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 5/5
All staff I interacted with were great. Friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic, room was clean & perfect for a getaway!
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
While the building is old from the 1980s, the vibe was good and the staff was excellent. Bed, pillows and room was very good and clean. The duvet could be a bit better quality and thicker (goose feather?..., just a personal preference). Restaurants are on the same street, which was super convenient!
- 5/5
Great Location downtown Greenville.
- 5/5
Na
- 4/5
The restaurant was under construction and had limited menu and no food service at bar The food I had was very tasty
- 5/5
Clean and nice place.
- 4/5
Older hotel that's still in really good condition overall. Amazing location in the heart of all the downtown hotspots.
- 4/5
Nice hotel woulda gave excellent had the restroom been clean/cleaner and also updated the room was very nice however the bathroom was tiny and definitely not the cleanest. Besides that would give 8.5/10.
- 5/5
Everything was great besides , my first impression of the staff, if you don’t look like upper class they give you a sort of weird look and vibe that you don’t belong there.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, clean, great location. Walk to some very good restaurants
- 5/5
Loved the lobby and the employees were so helpful and nice.
- 5/5
Really like the location of the hotel. It was right on Main Street which allowed for easy walking to a lot of the attractions to include the Liberty Bridge.
- 1/5
Staff was rude, was not able to get delivery to my room because of elevator key requirement ignorant hotel policy, despite the fact im handicapped. Extremely loud Maintenance starting outside my door at 630 am accompanied by employee laughter. And the hotel was dirty all around. And last but not least the bed was broke down.
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was fantastic. The only small challenge is that the room air conditioning would not go below 71°.
- 4/5
The property was very nice. However, the refrigerator in the room had a sign that said that it wasn't cold enough for medicine or food. I'm not sure why you would have a refrigerator if it is not cold enough to keep food. Also the only microwave is on the floor not in the room.
- 5/5
It was a little confusing driving to the entrance. The Mapquest directions were misleading. The valet service was excellent.
- 2/5
Our room had possibly been renovated in the last few years but the bathroom was an absolute joke. It was unbelievably small and the toilet was filthy. On the 26th July there was no hot water and only a dribble from the sink the next morning. The mirrors in the bedroom were smeared. The bed was clean and the pillows comfortable. The valets were very helpful. It was a real disappointment and I wasn’t expecting 5 star accommodation. Would definitely not stay again.
- 4/5
It was just OK. Next time we go back to Greenville, we plan to stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
Great location in downtown Greenville
- 3/5
The staff in the Morning unprofessional
- 5/5
We had a great stay. The staff was great and accommodating as well! Clean room and pool area and great location downtown!
- 5/5
Candace checked us in on Saturday morning and went above and beyond. She delivered amazing customer service. Please be sure to recognize her as a stellar employee. Her patience and kindness was so welcoming after a long road trip.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and it was clean
- 4/5
I thought the hotel could have been cleaner. When you get off the 8th floor, the cabinet in the seating area was covered in dust during my entire stay. I thought there were also areas in my room that could have been cleaner. The bathroom door could have been dusted on the side of the bathroom in the grooves, also the wall behind my bed as well as the wall behind the desk had splatter stains that should have been wiped down.
- 5/5
We chose Hyatt Regency because of its proximity to Bon Secours arena. What we also enjoyed was the food, the cleanliness of our room, the comfort of the bed, quiet, and a very friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Incredible lobby and lobby bar. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
Our room was ok…EXCEPT the bathroom was horrendous. There was not 1 counter, shelf or hook in which to put toiletries or towels. It took over 20 minutes to get hot water to the shower (which had horrible water pressure) and immediately upon exiting the shower it took another 15 minutes to get hot (or warm) water to the sink. The sink was falling off the wall so nothing could be placed on the edge. The lobby bartender was rude and the drinks were extremely over priced. We were looking forward to dining at The Roost and had viewed a very extensive menu online. We arrived and were handed a menu with about 6 items and when we remarked on this, we were just told it is what they have, but it is good. No one explained that the restaurant was under construction. To say the least we ate elsewhere. The front desk clerks apparently did not enjoy working there…or lacked sleep. Not good. The breakfast waitresses were wonderful!! The hotel has a great location, but NOT worth the price.
- 4/5
everything was wonderful. Hotel exceeded my expectations!
- 5/5
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Lisa the bartender was especially friendly and personable—she really made us feel welcome. I can’t wait to come back!
- 5/5
Great location.
- 3/5
Bathroom had NO counter space. Only a small place to hang long items.
- 4/5
The hotel is older but they are doing a good job keeping it modernized! Conveniently located next to a parking deck which is $7 for 24 hours! I’d skip the valet and do that instead. The location of the hotel is perfect! Right on Main St and about a 10 min, shaded walked to Falls Park.
- 5/5
Always our preferred place for convenience and consistent amenities
- 3/5
Faron, the receptionist, was the worst person I've ever had to.deal with checking any where. In all my 38 years I've had smooth check-ins with nice, accomdating people. I couldn't believe the amount of passion aggression and and disrespect he showed us for absolutely no reason and refused to even look up at us while being highly disrespectful and non welcoming. Luckily everyone else was truly helpful and very nice. I couldn't understand why the hotel wasn't rated higher until we come in contact with this man. We were in shocked in how he treated us while all the while still remaining respect to him. The room, restaurant, and bar were great but Faron made sure he put a damper on the first couple hours. He definitely doesn't need to be up front greeting people or have a position where he can treat people so awful. He only chose to act like that when his supervisor, Kristen, went on a 15 minute break and then acted completely innocent whrn she showed back up. He definitely needs to be retrained.
- 5/5
Very clean, great staff, perfect location! Nice bar and bartenders for a cocktail after a night out, before bed. Pretty quiet. We had a corner room with a wall of windows and it was beautiful. No complaints and would stay agai.
- 3/5
Limited dining,
- 5/5
Very nice, great location!
- 4/5
I was on the 4 floor and it had a strong of wet water. The carpet looked stained
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Excellent service; convenient location; will stay here again
- 4/5
Nice lobby area, nice bar area and bartenders. Convenient parking. Rooms a little noisy as we were close to ice machine and didn’t like the shower head. Took forever to wash/rinse hair. Over all good. Nice location too.

My wife and I were happy with the hotel and room. However, we our room was not straighened up, no new towels or replenished coffee on a two night stay.

Mattress wasn't comfortable

daily price of valey was definitely too high

The hotel is beautiful and clean. It’s in the heart of downtown Greenville, surrounded by good restaurants and shops. Walkable and safe. On the downside, the pool closes at 9 pm, which felt disappointing. No microwaves in the rooms.

This was my second time staying here for business. The Roost restaurant still under construction but plenty of nice restaurants walking distance. My room was ok, a little run down and the hallways (5th floor) smelled like wet dog. Maybe for future, a specific floor is reserved for anyone traveling with pets. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and I was unable to do to work on my lap top

Their booking system was down and they couldn’t find our reservation or let us in.

Property is definitely in need of updating and cleaning.

Nice hotel and location

It was a terrible stay. We had issues with the room & they were not addressed to out satisfaction and quite frankly we rate the front desk staff's efforts below subpar. We paid a lot for the room and it was also a subpar room due to the room issues and very small bathroom for a suite.

The hotel was nice but we were in room 481 which is apparently close to a bar or restaurant that plays incredibly loud music well past 2am. We called down to the front desk around 1:30am and the person who answered acted like they’d never had this issue before. When we checked out I played a video I took laying in the bed at 2:30am and the lady said sorry about that but didn’t seem to really care. We weren’t offered any kind of compensation which for $200 a night and not being able to sleep until it got quiet at almost 4am I expected a partial refund. Won’t be staying there again.

My stay was amazing !

We stayed on the 8th floor and could not get any hot water in the sink. We had to let the shower run for 10 minutes to get any warm water. We called downstairs and maintenance came up and told us that because we were on the 8th floor we had to let the water run awhile because the pipes were cold and the water was coming all the way from the lower level. Really??? I find that unacceptable. I have stayed in multiple hotels on higher floors and still got hot water. I absolutely loved the convenience and loctation of the hotel in regards to its proximity to the activities we were in town to attend. However, the hotel is very old and could use some updating if it wants to be considered top notch vs all the new competition in the area.

Large hotel with a beautiful lobby. Overnight parking is very reasonable. The pool was quiet and nice. The “mini fridge” in the room aren’t actually fridges though. They are “coolers” and not meant to keep medicine or food cold. So that’s something to keep in mind if you like having milk or leftovers.

Property is overall nice, the room cleanliness was definitely lacking. There was thick dust build up on the air vent right above the shower head. I woke up each morning with congestion feelings which I believe were linked to the ac unit above the bed

Very welcoming, staff was very helpful , breakfast buffet was very good with many choices enjoyed my stay will visit again.

Room 433 took water awhile to get hot. Bed wasn't too comfy. Overall great stay

The location was great for downtown Greenville. You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and the falls. Perfect for attending festivals (Jazz Fest was this weekend). The staff was very courteous. The bed, bedding, and pillows were comfortable. The tub appeared clean, but grime stained. The carpets in the hallways had seen better days. I felt it was a little pricey for needing upgrades. No breakfast included, and hotel parking was expensive (though we used another garage a couple of blocks away and didn't have to pay). Overall a good experience.

Nice stay at the Hyatt!

I have stayed at Hyatt before this one did not live up to it standard. Our toilet did not flush. We had to manually takeoff the top of it and flush it by hand. This was an ongoing problem. The staff was not there to help the toilet ran all night.

This hotel is so convenient to shops, restaurants, and bars; and it's a 20-minute walk to Reedy Falls Park. Check-in was easy and staff is very helpful. Plus our room was ginormous.
