It was so clean with a very friendly staff. We had an issue with the neighboring room and was switched to a new one. Very apologetic with this situation.

The breakfast was well done and the staff were really friendly. The location is in a good area for dining out and easy access to the airport. I especially like the extra square footage in the room.

Breakfast was minimal for the amount of people in the dining area. Utensils were scarce and hard to find a fork a couple of mornings. Coffee tasted lousy and overall breakfast wasn’t the best part of the hotel stay.

This was a great place to stop for the night while driving through. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with oatmeal, cereal, breads, juices and hot pre-made eggs, ham, and bacon that I used to make a ham egg and cheese. Rooms were clean and big.

To call the rooms "suites" is a stretch. Yes - the rooms are quite big - but they look like a small basketball court with all of the furniture jammed against the side wall. If you were throwing a dance party in your room... this place would be perfect. Also, the window curtain in our room was broken, asked for it to be fixed - not done - Two days in the dark. Had to kill two different kinds of bugs - one I could identify - one not. I am guessing I wouldn't stay there again, although the breakfast is better than in other places.

The room layout was fabulous. Everything you needed to stay for a long time. Very clean and looked newly renovated. Friendly staff and the free apples and cookies were a nice treat.

Hotel was clean, well equipped and breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable and having the kitchen was a bonus. On our check in day w a member of our family arrived early and asked to use the internet condition, the clerk was not helpful and rude to her. All the other staff were professional and helpful.

This hotel was perfect for us! The staff was courteous and very helpful, the entire hotel was impeccably clean, the beds were very comfortable, the mini kitchen was well stocked, and pool and breakfast were good. We enjoyed the games, the books, & the gym and the infoot and outdoor tables and chairs. A variety of restaurants are walkable from the hotel. Bed were comfortable Wallpaper peeling, next to a rehab center, wouldn’t honor refund even though we paid extra for the early cancellation. We had a sick child that needed a Dr and checked out by 8am before our second night. Manager very rude and said that she would honor the refund of the second night but doubled the price of the first since that “was the going rate”, which resulted in no money back. The other employees were very nice. Would never book at a Hilton property or through Booking.com ever again. Booking.com wouldn’t refund since we paid the property directly.

It would have been nice to know there was an additional fee not mentioned when booking for the dog $75. The next morning the breakfast packed any gluten free options.

Good location. Parking was great. Air conditioning blew right on the bed. The tv screen was kinda dark making it hard to see. I feel that the floor in the bathroom wasn’t all that clean.

This hotel was great. Clean, bright, updated. The staff was awesome. Easy check-in. Easy extension of our stay. We were greeted with smiles and conversation by everyone who worked there - all of the staff takes ownership of this hotel and everyone takes pride in what they do to make this place a lovely place to stay. Chocolate chip cookies on the counter, green apples in a bowl - complimentary as a treat after the stress of travel. It was much appreciated. The breakfast was enough to get you started for the day but not hearty. The breakfast buffet was clean and tidy. We were asked if we needed anything multiple times by multiple people. Adorably, at the end of breakfast, the staff visits the buffet. I liked to see it so much! Keeping food waste to a minimum. Spending a precious few moments in passing to say good morning and wish each other well for the day. It was truly lovely to see staff seem to like each other. The mail men and the UPS guys were greeted nicely and given apples. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a kitchen space. The pool was sparkling clean with towels left on every chaise lounge. Off of the interstate!!!! Not even at a resort. This was a great place to stay for the last few days of our whirlwind trip up and down the East Coast before we flew back to Germany. Stay here. Nothing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Home 2 Suites near the airport in Greenville very much. The location was convenient to everything. The hotel is very clean and we loved the accommodations, especially the kitchen area in the room, the complimentary breakfast, and the pool. We didn’t use the fitness area, but it’s nice. The staff were all very friendly, which we appreciated.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel On September 2nd through the 3rd. I prepaid for the stay through Hotels.com and knew that I would have to put a card on file for incidentals. My card declined twice when I knew there was money in my account, my partner uses his card, and it goes through. The hotel claims that the transaction wasn't approved but my bank statements show that the charge of $50 went through. It is now the 12th and neither one of us have received the return of the $50 charge on our cards. I've been going back and forth with the hotel for two days now and they said it is out of their hands at this point. They have been caught in several lies regarding our stay regardless of proof of charges being given upon their request. I feel like this wasn't an accident and they had to lie through the conversation because they were caught. Again, hotel was clean, and we were comfortable, but I wouldn't book with this hotel again off the fact that we were practically stolen from and are out of $100 even though we left the room spotless and with a $0 balance at check out. It's not about the money, it's about principle and integrity.

The staff made our stay great. Josie went out of his way to make sure we had the room location we wanted when we checked in and made us feel like the most important guests on the property. He greeted us by name the next morning and made sure we were well taken care of. That type of service is rare these days.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The housekeeper did not clean very well at all. My wife is a housekeeping supervisor/inspector so she knew to check the room. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned, the shower was sprayed but not wiped so the shower was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor and dirty toilet paper behind the toilet. When we checked the bed, there was strands of hair all over the sheet and pillowcases so those definitely weren’t changed. The phone didn’t work and toilet seat had a huge crack in it that front desk was not even made aware of. We had even requested service & when we got back, nothing was done. We checked out and received a refund. I can only imagine what else wasn't cleaned. The only good service we got was from Q at the front desk. He was very kind and showed much understanding. We won’t be returning. Posting just SOME of the pictures we took.

The gentleman working the front desk, Gyana(Mr. Wonderful), is a ray of sunshine and a true customer service star! Very welcoming and remembers guests names. You have a star team member in him! The evening gentleman was excellent as well so kudos to a terrific front desk staff! Our original room started dripping water from the bathroom vent making the bathroom unusable. There were no more 2bed rooms available at 11:30 pm but we were able to split into two rooms on the same hall fairly quickly and asleep by midnight so this was appreciated. Breakfast selection very good being Covid times still, it felt normal once again. Beds very comfy and rooms spacious. Quiet and just off 85; Great choice!

Staff was very friendly, rooms clean. Only issue was with the breakfast. No waffles available 2 days in a row. Had no coffee 1 morning and several other missing items. Im pretty sure these are basic expectations in a do-it-yourself meal at this point. Was disappointing but not a deal buster.

The property itself was well-appointed and clean. My only issue was that, although there are signs saying that masks must be worn in common areas, few people were wearing masks. As well, some of those that were wearing masks didn’t have them over their noses including many employees. If you are comfortable with this then you should have a great stay. If you are from an area with low Covid numbers and lots of people wearing masks, this may not be the place for you.

Had a great stay here for 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet. 1slight issue in the room was the air conditioner had a hard time keeping the room cooled. Granted we like it cold to sleep. Got down to 70. Right now the gym was being remodeled, didn't know that. Minor inconvenience. Staff were very personable and friendly. Will definitely be staying here when I have to come back.

Check in was easy and the guy that checked me in was very professional and courteous. The room was clean but had a weird smell like a sewer coming from the bathroom. In the morning, I went to get breakfast. It was a grab and go. However, the packaged pastry item I grabbed had mold on it so I’m glad I didn’t eat it.

The hotels location was easy to get to from the highway. There was a Lowes grocery store as right across the street as well as lots of good restaurants. Awesome room as well!!

First hotel I’ve ever been to that had free laundry room!!! Room smell was musky on arrival. Pull out sofa bed was like a rock. AC did not cool room very well!! Staff was nice and friendly. Very little parking for size of hotel.

We stayed for a week, and our stay was wonderful!! The front desk at check in made sure that we were comfortable and that my family with 2 young children, was well taken care of. The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to acknowledge my children and myself. Everything was clean. The breakfast choices were wonderful. I will stay here over and over again whenever we visit Greenville.

The staff was more welcoming than any other hotel I've ever stayed it. In particular, Mr. Jackson, made us feel like we'd been friends for ages.

The outdoor seating areas and colorful lobby were clean and inviting, and the staff was engaging and friendly. The room was extremely clean, as was the bathroom. I would most certainly stay there again and would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

When checking into the property, I was told that Expedia booked a king&sleeper sofa instead of the 2 queens&sleeper sofa that I booked. I showed the manager my confirmation but nothing could be done since all rooms were booked. Room was just ok. The sticker was missing from the door that showed the room had been cleaned.

We had a great stay. The staff and managers were great. When we checked in their was a problem with room availability and they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

We really loved the staff they went above and beyond for us after having a lot of chaos during our vacation. The room and hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay there again if I’m the area.

Very friendly staff

Everyone was so nice ! The hotel was clean and smells good when you walked in. The breakfast was really good also. I just wish the water pressure for the shower was stronger.

Very conveniently located to grocery stores, retail shopping and a variety of restaurants.
