The sheets was dirty and smelly. I couldn’t get no rest because of the smell. No microwave in the room. We purchased a suite thinking everything would be in the room. I couldn’t take a decent shower my soap kept rolling out the bar holder. Bad experience.

The first room we were given wasn’t the best. The toilet didn’t flush well and the room was a bit dated. The staff was very helpful and gracious helping us to switch to a different room. The elevators are being renovated so at certain times we had to use the freight elevator. Not a huge inconvenience but it took us a moment to figure it out. Finally our room was not serviced on the first or second days. We had to request room service for fresh towels and trash pick up.

The full-suite king bed was rock hard, the air conditioner from the adjoining suite vibrated the wall periodically throughout the night, and the elevator machinery hummed all night. No more Hilton.

To avoid similar experiences, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. The shower water temperature exceeded 140 degrees, necessitating caution. Additionally, the body wash dispenser in the showers did not dispense, and despite attempts to seek assistance, neither the staff nor the maid service responded. Their lack of attention to detail and refusal to enter the room to inspect the issue further contributed to the overall poor service experience.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Environment felt safe. Only issue was some of the staff members at the front desk (white ladies) seem to be a bit racist when a person of color is checking in. Acting as if I don’t belong there or something. But my trip was still great and enjoyed the comfort of my room, ignorance wasn’t going to stop that. And I will be staying here again.

If you have allergies, do not stay here. While the room was "clean" there was so much dust built up in the air vents that we could see, including one in the shower. Our room was also carpeted.

The staff wasn’t as pleasant this stay it was an issue when I checked it my fees was double wasn’t $228 it went up to $278 and then the other fees was extra $100 so I needed to having to leave and come back to add more money to my card ended up being $328 never paid that much to stay at no Hilton ! I definitely will not be coming back this was one of my top hotels I choose to stay at and having to leave after a 6 hour ride and come back not recommended!

For 3 days there was no heating nor hot water in the room, We had to go to friends to take a shower..The staff at the desk did not really know wht was going on , except that the hotle had a gas Leak, and the gas company close the gas valves..no hotel management on site ?? every dAY THE POOR DESK man on duty..said it will be fixed shortly ..well it took 3 days..Is it the hotel management or the gas company incompetence?? I do not known..Plus they have a non refundable policy..so i was forced to stay or lose all the money I paid Expedia..next time i will read the fine print

The bed was okay, not great. The staff was fine. The hotel is worn. Note that chairs behind the front desk are in disrepair and the large glass awning above the entry is missing a large pain of glass. Bulbs were out in various places.

It smelled like an excess of cleaning products to cover a horrible smell on our floor. The toilet was awkwardly low especially for my 6’5 husband. The bed was uncomfortable and the comforter was I am assuming waterproof so it was like sleeping with a shower curtain and there was no other blankets. There was NO heat or water from Friday to Monday 27 DEGREES outside!! LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM HOTEL MANAGEMENT! The only good thing was the rest of the staff!

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The lobby was beautiful. My room was on the 4th floor. As soon as i stepped off of the elevator, there was a sour, musty smell. The room didn’t smell that way but it seemed at times, there would be a whiff of it. There was hair on my pillow and the bathroom floor was dirty. Hair was there too. It was a different texture than mine, so I know i didn't bring it in. I only stayed one night and got there late. I wouldn't stay again. The front desk workers were ok. Not rude, but didn’t seem to really care if I was there or not. Ok experience.

However, the bed felt very firm and I didn't rest well. Saturday night when we returned to the hotel there was an awful smell in the hallway and in the room. My husband called the front desk and told them, the person wanted to know what it smelled like. Then I called and he asked me the same thing. I had no idea, he did offer to come and see if he smelled it, but that should have been the original plan. Also, he implied it was some chemical that was used on the carpets. He offered to comp our breakfast the next day, but that wasn't the point! The area smelled terrible and I was told they were completely booked so we couldn't be moved to another floor. I had to endure that smell until about 3am. Couldn't sleep. The next morning, I asked a gentleman on the elevator did he smell anything and he said that he and his wife smelled it as well. I didn't take advantage of the comped breakfast, thoughtful though it was.

It looks pretty and we had to pay $10 just to park for the night. As soon as we walked through the door to our room it started to go down hill. There was trash on the floor and it looked like the foyer hadn't been swept. It also looked like the room had not been vacuumed. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. So, we went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets (because why would the sheets be clean when the rest is not?). We went to dinner and came back about 3.5 hours later, only to find that we still had no clean sheets. Went BACK to the front desk. This time David from house keeping showed up. David was the bright spot of the stay. It was his first day, but he figured out how to change the sheets. While he was doing that, I tried to get some ice... of course the ice machine was broken. Why wouldn't it be? The next morning when my wife took her suitcase off of the luggage rack, it fell apart. Seriously? You don't choose to stay at a Hilton if you want a Motel 8 experience.

The only big problem I had was having to plunge their toilet. It was not draining properly when I got there. It wasn't as though I used it and clogged it. I blew my nose and put the kleenex in the toilet and flushed and it wouldn't go down. I called down and I was told that they didn't have anyone that could come and check it right away. Then the security guy come and brung me a broken plunger. However, so lesson learned as soon as I check in I need to add to the list to check to make sure the toilet flushes properly.

The hotel and staff were all fine. My problem has to do with being charged twice as there is some comfy issue between the hotels system and hotels.com. I was told to reach out to hotels.com bc I have a paid receipt from the for $124.00 but the desk at check out made me pay another $101.82 and now I need to call the hotel again, so I did and they told me they can’t help me. I have paid for my room twice and cannot get a refund from anyone. Beyond frustrated.

The water in shower temp was scolding hot even the cold water was hot!! I thought I was going to have 3rd degree burns but this stay was better than the last stay here! Also no microwaves in the room which was weird it’s a safe in the area where fridge is !! But other than that staff always friendly !!

I paid extra for a corner room and was placed on the 7th floor. I checked in around 10pm and asked for a late check out and was denied. I entered the room and my name was misspelled on the TV, there was also a loud rattling sound coming from the AC unit that never stopped while on. I received a text from the hotel with my name spelled wrong asking if I needed anything, I replied that my name was wrong and provided the correct spelling. The only response I got was "ok" and the spelling was never changed. Then I noticed how loud the room was from automobile noise and sirens outside, it was loud with no option for peace and quiet, playing background the whole time helped. The soap holder in the shower was broken, there was a stain on carpet in the middle of the room, and the mini fridge was loud when running and had to be unplugged. I checked out at their time and there was no one near by trying to get into the room, an extra hour before check out would have made a big difference for.me on such a short stay. I won't be returning.

One evening as we were leaving hotel there were police in the lobby and several police cars in parking lot. Our room was on same side of hotel entrance where there was a covered patio area and we could hear guests from our room when trying to sleep. Had to pay $10/ night for outside uncovered parking and breakfast was available for $18pp which I thought was a little high.

Did not eat at the hotel due to choices on the menu and pricing. Not happy about paying $10.00 per night to park my car at the hotel when I was a paying guest. There is no business center.

Ive stayed in that hotel a few times and never had issues until this stay. I paid good money to make a special weekend and i had nothing but issues from the room next door. They were loud and yelling all the time. They always made noise. I had to call and complain to the desk twice because they never stopped.

The staff was welcoming Bernard was very sweet and the other younger lady that I checked in with as well! Just my room phone didn’t work at all no dial tone and the bathroom sink in room 704 was stopped up the entire stay so I had to use the tub, I also made the front aware of it as well. I was there the Ratchet Bingo Event was definitely a great experience!

Had dinner in the hotel. The food was mediocre. The flat bread pizza felt and tasted as though it was pre-made.

The bartender at the bar/restaurant was absolutely horrible. I had to wait 5 minutes before she acknowledged me and another 10 to get service. Mind you there were 6 people there, so it wasn’t like she was just. She’s got the personality of an alley cat and I will never eat or drink anything at that bar again as long as she works there and I stay on a regular basis.

Room keys didn’t work. Had to use the service elevator to get to our room. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor, had to go to another floor for ice. Our room was excellent very clean and furnished nicely.

I prepaid for a junior suite for my son for his birthday and free breakfast for both days as an extra expense that was charged to me. After two cancelled flights which is no fault of the hotel he finally arrived to no suite and was told that breakfast was not included either day. He spent a day less than we paid for in a regular room and no breakfast either day. Bad showing on a bad managed property.

I checked in , gave my tag number, card etc and when I got ready to check out they couldn’t find my name, although I had a key. They weren’t able to check me out bc the system showed I never checked in and now I’m charged 167.00 two times directly from the hotel although I booked through hotels.com. In addition to all of this, there was a toothbrush left in the room from the prior people who stayed, a stain on the bed and trash in the trash can

Apon arrival and checking in they took forever to check me in after my flight. Also checked me into a room that was filthy!! And had not been cleaned. The whole experience was terrible. Then when explained it to the staff they had an attitude with me like I had wronged them. And the room was to expensive to have these issue!

The rooms were hot and very dated. Asked the front desk for a fan and they said they didn’t have any. Tried to sleep and just couldn’t. Had to run to target at 10pm to get a fan. Would not recommend this hotel.

We ate at the bar tonight nights in a row. Patricia, who was the bar manager, we believe was awesome. We got to meet the chef and she was very sweet and talented with her cuisine. Our bartenders experience was great. This was by far a glorious trip for us as we were celebrating our anniversary. Thank you to the staff for making your trip. Amazing.

I used Expedia to book the state. I feel that I was treated like a second class traveler by the staff at the hotel. Their distain permeated the entire staff with one exception I will never know. Will anyone who works for me stay at a Hilton hotel again.

I was disappointed that there wasn't free coffee available in the lobby in the morning. I was told that after 8am it is not free. Also, I received a text form housekeeping asking if I needed anything and I asked for a blanket because the bed linens were very thin and it was chilly over the weekend. I never received a blanket so I just folded my lines over to make them thicker. Also there were two vents in the room filled with fuzz. Not as clean or elevated for a Hilton. No water bottles in the room either. Basically no hospitality. Especially for the cost.
